Abstract

A household member list management system includes a server, an administrator terminal device and at least one member terminal device. The server has a database that stores at least one customer data, and the customer data has personal identity information and household member list information. The administrator terminal device receives a change instruction to add, modify or delete a household member, and sends a member list change request to the server, so that the server updates the household member list information accordingly. The server sends a change confirmation request to the corresponding member terminal device based on the member list change request, and receives a change confirmation reply sent back by the member terminal device. The administrator terminal device sends a status confirmation request to the server, and receives a status confirmation reply sent back by the server.

Household Member List Management System

The present invention relates to a management system, in particular to a household member list management system.

In the financial industry, such as insurance institutions and banking institutions, there is currently a practice that allows customers who have reached a certain level of rights and interests to establish a personal household member list, so that the customer's family members can enjoy the rights and interests provided by the insurance institution or banking institution together. However, when customers are creating or modifying a personal household member list, they usually need the assistance and confirmation of business service personnel. The operation process is relatively complicated, and it is impossible to know the current processing progress in real time, which is inconvenient in operation.

Therefore, one of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a household member list management system that can solve the above-mentioned problems.

Therefore, in some implementations, the novel household member list management system includes a server, an administrator terminal device and at least one member terminal device. The server has a database, which stores at least one customer data, and the customer data has personal identity information and a household member list information. The administrator terminal device can communicate with the server online. The member terminal device can communicate with the server online. The administrator terminal device receives account login verification information corresponding to the customer data, and connects to the server with the account login verification information to execute an account login procedure. The administrator terminal device receives a change instruction for adding a new household member, modifying an existing household member, or deleting an existing household member, and transmits a member list change request to the server according to the change instruction, so that the server updates the household member list information of the client data according to the member list change request. The server transmits a change confirmation request to the corresponding member terminal device according to the contact information of the household member added, modified, or deleted in the household member list information, and receives a change confirmation reply sent back by the member terminal device. The administrator terminal device sends a status confirmation request for querying the update status of the household member list information to the server, and receives a status confirmation reply returned by the server according to the change confirmation reply.

In some implementations, the customer data also has personal rights level information, and the personal rights level information corresponds to a specific customer rights level; the administrator terminal device can only receive the change instruction and send the member list change request when the customer rights level corresponding to the personal rights level information meets a predetermined condition.

In some implementations, after receiving the status confirmation reply, the administrator terminal device can use a graphical user interface to display whether each newly added, modified or deleted household member in the household member list information has sent the change confirmation reply to the server.

In some implementations, when the change instruction received by the administrator terminal device is to add a new household member, the administrator terminal device will receive the identity information, contact information and identity relationship certification data corresponding to the household member, and send the identity information, the contact information and the identity relationship certification data to the server via the member list change request.

In some implementations, the change confirmation request sent by the server to the member terminal device is a statement confirmation regarding the personal data protection and/or information security protection of the household member.

The present invention has at least the following effects: when a customer needs to manage his household member list, he can send a member list change request to the server by operating the administrator terminal device, so as to update the household member list, and the process is fast and convenient. In addition, the customer can also confirm the update status of the household member list information stored in the server 1 through the status confirmation reply received by the administrator terminal device, so as to facilitate the progress query of the update operation at any time.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , an embodiment of the novel household member list management system 100 is shown. The household member list management system 100 can be used by financial industry clients such as insurance institutions and banking institutions to manage personal household member lists, and includes a server 1, an administrator terminal device 2, and at least one member terminal device 3.

The server 1 is, for example, a server system set up by the aforementioned financial industry, and can be implemented by one or more server hosts. The database stores at least one (usually multiple) customer data, and the customer data has a personal identity information and a household member list information. For example, the personal identity information includes the customer's name, ID number, date of birth, contact information, contact location, etc. The household member list information is a personal list of relatives and friends established by the customer, and each relative and friend has various information similar to the aforementioned personal identity information.

The administrator terminal device 2 is, for example, an electronic device such as a mobile phone, tablet computer, desktop computer, laptop computer, etc. operated by the aforementioned financial industry customers, and can communicate with the server 1 through, for example, a web browser, application software, etc.

Continuing to refer to Figures 1 and 2, the following describes the operation process of the household member list management system.

In step S01, when the customer wants to manage the household member list through the administrator terminal device 2, the administrator terminal device 2 can perform relevant operations, so that the administrator terminal device 2 receives an account login verification information corresponding to the customer data, and connects to the server 1 with the account login verification information to execute an account login procedure.

Subsequently, in steps S02-S03, the customer can input relevant data and instructions in the administrator terminal device 2, so that the administrator terminal device 2 receives a change instruction to add a new household member, modify an existing household member, or delete an existing household member, and transmits a member list change request to the server 1 according to the change instruction (step S02), so that the server 1 updates the household member list information of the customer data according to the member list change request (step S03).

In one embodiment, the customer data has a personal rights level information in addition to the personal identity information and the household member list information, and the personal rights level information corresponds to a specific customer rights level. In step S02, the administrator terminal device 2 can only receive the change instruction and send the member list change request when the customer rights level corresponding to the personal rights level information meets a predetermined condition. Therefore, only customers whose customer rights level reaches a certain level can enjoy the right to change the household member list by themselves through the administrator terminal device 2.

In addition, in step S02, if the change instruction received by the administrator terminal device 2 is to add a new household member, the administrator terminal device 2 will receive the identity information, contact information, identity relationship certification data and other data corresponding to the household member, and transmit the identity information, the contact information and the identity relationship certification data to the server 1 via the member list change request, so that the relevant information of the new household member is added to the household member list information stored in the server 1.

In steps S04-S05, the server 1 transmits a change confirmation request to the corresponding member terminal device 3 according to the contact information of the household member added, modified or deleted in the household member list information (step S04), and receives a change confirmation reply sent back by the member terminal device 3 (step S05). Accordingly, the server 1 can complete the confirmation operation to the household member to be changed. In one implementation, the change confirmation request transmitted by the server 1 to the member terminal device 3 is a statement confirmation of the personal data protection and/or information security protection of the household member. Therefore, the change confirmation reply sent back by the member terminal device 3 represents the household member who wants to change to reply that he agrees (or disagrees) to the relevant statements and regulations on personal data protection and/or information security protection.

In steps S06-S07, after the client sends the member list change request to the server 1 via the administrator terminal device 2, if the client wants to confirm the change status, the administrator terminal device 2 can send a status confirmation request for querying the update status of the household member list information to the server 1 (step S06), and then the administrator terminal device 2 will receive a status confirmation reply sent back by the server 1 according to the change confirmation reply. In this way, the client can know the change status of its household member list from the status confirmation reply. In one embodiment, after receiving the status confirmation reply, the administrator terminal device 2 will display in a graphical user interface whether each newly added, modified or deleted household member in the household member list information has sent the change confirmation reply to the server 1. In this way, the customer can clearly know the latest status from the graphical user interface at the administrator terminal device 2, and can confirm various further details.

In summary, the novel household member list management system 100 allows the client who manages the household member list to send a member list change request to the server 1 by operating the manager terminal device 2 when necessary, so that the household member list can be updated conveniently. In addition, the client can subsequently confirm the update status of the household member list information through the status confirmation reply received by the manager terminal device 2, so as to facilitate the progress query of the update operation at any time. Therefore, the novel household member list management system 100 can indeed achieve the purpose of the novel.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

A household member list management system includes: a server having a database storing at least one customer data, the customer data having personal identity information and household member list information; an administrator terminal device capable of connecting and communicating with the server; and at least one member terminal device capable of connecting and communicating with the server, wherein the administrator terminal device receives account login verification information corresponding to the customer data, and connects to the server with the account login verification information to execute an account login procedure, The administrator terminal device receives a change instruction for adding a new household member, modifying an existing household member, or deleting an existing household member, and transmits a member list change request to the server according to the change instruction, so that the server updates the household member list information of the client data according to the member list change request. The server transmits a change confirmation request to the corresponding member terminal device according to the contact information of the household member added, modified, or deleted in the household member list information, and receives a change confirmation reply sent back by the member terminal device. The administrator terminal device sends a status confirmation request for querying the update status of the household member list information to the server, and receives a status confirmation reply returned by the server based on the change confirmation reply. A household member list management system as described in claim 1, wherein the customer data further has a personal rights level information, and the personal rights level information corresponds to a specific customer rights level; the administrator terminal device can only receive the change instruction and transmit the member list change request when the customer rights level corresponding to the personal rights level information meets a predetermined condition. A household member list management system as described in claim 1, wherein after the administrator terminal device receives the status confirmation reply, it can use a graphical user interface to display whether each newly added, modified or deleted household member in the household member list information has sent the change confirmation reply to the server. A household member list management system as described in request item 1, wherein when the change instruction received by the administrator terminal device is to add a new household member, the administrator terminal device will receive the identity information, contact information and identity relationship certification data corresponding to the household member, and transmit the identity information, the contact information and the identity relationship certification data to the server via the member list change request. A household member list management system as described in claim 4, wherein the change confirmation request sent by the server to the member terminal device is a statement confirmation regarding the personal data protection and/or information security protection of the household member.
