參閱圖1及圖6所示,本創作一種M.2固態硬碟快速拔插裝置,用於設置在一電路板100(例如電腦的主機板)的一M.2連接器200的插接口一端,使M.2固態硬碟能方便進行插拔更換,例如帶電插拔(熱插拔)或不帶電插拔均可。並參閱圖2至圖4所示,本創作較佳實施例主要包括:一托盤外殼10、一托盤20、一抽取件30及一托盤蓋40,並可設有一端蓋50、一導熱片60及若干定位柱70等構件,其中:參閱圖6及圖7所示,該托盤外殼10為用於預先安裝在電路板100(主機板)上的一矩形殼體。並參閱圖1及圖2所示,該托盤外殼10具有直通其前後兩端的一插槽空間11,以及突出在其兩側下端的多個插接腳12。各該插接腳12具有用於插入該電路板100的一插接片121,以及形成在該插接片121上端的一支撐部13,該支撐部13用於抵靠在該電路板100的表面。如圖2所示,該托盤外殼10較佳的為散熱鋁合金板片沖壓組成,其包括一底板14及一上蓋15。該底板14的兩側邊向下突出多個該插接腳12,該插接腳12的兩邊分別設有延伸到其底端的一直角缺口以形成該插接片121,該直角缺口上端壁構成該支撐部13。該上蓋15為ㄇ形蓋體,其覆蓋及扣接在該底板14上,在該上蓋15與該底板14之間形成該插槽空間11。並且該上蓋15或底板14的前端彎折有一擋止部16,使該擋止部16突出到該插槽空間11的前端,用於擋止插入到該插槽空間11中的托盤20前端。

該托盤20可為一鋁擠形件,該托盤20能讓使用者便於插入托盤外殼10的插槽空間11,或反向抽離該托盤外殼10的插槽空間11,以便於安裝在該托盤20中的一M.2固態硬碟300(M.2 SSD)與該電路板100上的M.2連接器200插接或分離。參閱圖2至圖4所示,該托盤20的一面凹設有一硬碟容置空間21,硬碟容置空間21用於置入一M.2固態硬碟300。該硬碟容置空間21沿著該托盤20的長度方向延伸到該托盤20的前後兩端,使托盤20形成有位於硬碟容置空間21兩側的兩側牆22。並且該硬碟容置空間21的前端具有一第一防呆凸部51,該第一防呆凸部51用於該M.2固態硬碟300以正確的方向裝入該硬碟容置空間21,使第一防呆凸部51卡掣在M.2固態硬碟300的一金手指部301的一凹部302。又該硬碟容置空間21兩側分別具有一扣合部52,用於提供該托盤蓋40組裝時扣合在扣合部52。其中,該托盤20的兩側牆22其中之一的外牆面還凹設有一防呆槽26,該防呆槽26延伸到托盤20的前後兩端,當該防呆槽26對應到正確的方向始能使托盤20插入該托盤外殼10的插槽空間11。

該抽取件30係提供使用者手部持取的部件,讓使用者能對上述該托盤20進行插拔動作。該抽取件30較佳的實施成組裝在該托盤20後端的一塊體,其可為鋁合金板片沖壓彎折而成,或一體射出成型的塑膠件所構成。該抽取件30的任一側突出一第一鎖定部31(可為片體等),該第一鎖定部31形成一螺絲穿孔,使該第一鎖定部31能穿設一螺絲32,能利用該螺絲32將該第一鎖定部31鎖在該托盤外殼10後端一側突出的一第二鎖定部17(如圖1及圖6所示)或電腦的背板80上(如圖8及圖9所示)。其中較佳的組裝實施例之一,如圖3所示,上述該托盤20的後端設有一卡掣孔23,及位於卡掣孔23兩旁的螺絲穿孔24,及能穿過螺絲穿孔24的固定螺絲25;而上述該抽取件30相對應的前端設有能嵌入該卡掣孔23的一卡掣凸部33,及對應該螺絲穿孔24的鎖合部34(鎖孔),使該固定螺絲25能鎖合在該鎖合部34,藉此將該抽取件30組裝在托盤20的後端。

參閱圖3及圖4所示,該托盤蓋40較佳的為鋁合金板片沖壓彎折而成,使其用於可分離地覆蓋在該托盤20的硬碟容置空間21上,將M.2固態硬碟300包覆在硬碟容置空間21中。該托盤蓋40實施成對應該托盤20的矩形片體,其對應該托盤20前端的一端形成一彈性按壓片41,該彈性按壓片41的兩側分別彎折一扣鉤片42,該扣鉤片42用於扣合在該托盤20兩側的扣合部52(如圖1所示)。該托盤蓋40對應該托盤20後端的另一端設有一結合部43,該結合部43具有一螺絲穿孔,通過一螺絲44將結合部43固定在上述該抽取件30或托盤20的底面。其中,該彈性按壓片41可為在托盤蓋40兩側邊分別沖壓一L形切槽45或其他形狀的切槽所構成。為了使托盤蓋40便於正確安裝在托盤20,上述該托盤20的兩側牆22的底面分別設有一嵌槽27,該嵌槽27延伸到側牆22的兩端;而該托盤蓋40的兩邊分別彎折一嵌片46,於組裝時使兩側的嵌片46及扣鉤片42分別嵌入該側牆22的嵌槽27中,並使扣鉤片42扣合在位於嵌槽27中的扣合部52(如圖1所示)。反之如圖5所示,只要下壓該彈性按壓片41,可使扣鉤片42脫離扣合部52,達到方便拆卸托盤蓋40的功能。

再參閱圖2至圖5所示,本創作可實施一端蓋50,該端蓋50通過螺絲54鎖合在上述托盤20的前端。該端蓋50為鋁合金板片沖壓而成,其一邊具有對應該硬碟容置空間21的一缺口53,該缺口53的底邊形成有該第一防呆凸部51,當端蓋50鎖合在托盤20的前端時,就形成上述該硬碟容置空間21前端的第一防呆凸部51。該端蓋50的兩側分別形成上述該扣合部52,當端蓋50鎖合在托盤20的前端時,該扣合部52能嵌入托盤20的嵌槽27中,使上述托盤蓋40的扣鉤片42在嵌槽27中扣合在該扣合部52。再者,該端蓋50形成有位於其兩側的兩限位片55,當端蓋50鎖合在托盤20的前端時,該兩限位片55抵靠在該硬碟容置空間21的兩內側壁(如圖2所示)。

其另一面的多個定位孔28,各該定位孔28能穿設一定位螺絲29,各定位螺絲29能鎖合一定位柱70,使該定位柱70位於硬碟容置空間21中,能用於卡掣在該M.2固態硬碟300端部的一凹槽303(如圖3、4所示),而且可隨著M.2固態硬碟300的長度任意設置該定位柱70。另外為助於M.2固態硬碟300散熱,本創作更可在托盤20中實施一導熱片60,該導熱片60為導熱特性較佳的金屬製成的片體,其用於貼合在該M.2固態硬碟300的一面,且該導熱片60具有對應該定位柱70的通孔61,使本創作能對M.2固態硬碟具有較佳的散熱功能。

參閱圖6至圖9所示,本創作基於上述技術特徵,更提出一種M.2固態硬碟快速拔插裝置之組裝結構,其較佳的實施例包括:將上述M.2固態硬碟快速拔插裝置組裝在一機殼400中的電路板100上,達到不用拆開機殼400就能對M.2固態硬碟300進行插拔更換的功能,其中:
該機殼400可為POS機的機殼(如圖8所示),或是工業電腦(例如BOX PC)等(如圖9所示)的機殼,或是其他電腦的機殼。該機殼400的後面或下面設有上述的一背板80,該背板80開設有一硬碟插接孔81,該硬碟插接孔81的一側孔邊設有一第二防呆凸部82,該第二防呆凸部82對應上述托盤20一側的防呆槽26,使該托盤20以正確方向通過硬碟插接孔81插入托盤外殼10。該背板80並設有對應該抽取件30第一鎖定部31的一第三鎖定部83,該第三鎖定部83可為一鎖孔。該電路板100通常即為主機板,其固定在該機殼400內的一托板401上(如圖6所示),並且該電路板100上封裝有習知的一M.2連接器200,當電路板100及背板80安裝完成時,使背板80的硬碟插接孔81對齊於M.2連接器200。

上述該托盤20的硬碟容置空間21設置一M.2固態硬碟300之後,使該M.2固態硬碟300的金手指部301穿過該端蓋50並突出在該托盤20的前端,該端蓋50的第一防呆凸部51卡掣在該金手指部301的凹部302。當使用者手持該抽取件30時,可將該托盤20的前端穿過該背板80的硬碟插接孔81插入到托盤外殼10的插槽空間11中,直到M.2固態硬碟300的金手指部301插接在該M.2連接器200,然後再使該抽取件30的第一鎖定部31的螺絲32直接鎖在該托盤外殼10的第二鎖定部17(如圖1及圖6所示),或使第一鎖定部31的螺絲32鎖在該背板80的第三鎖定部83(如圖8及圖9所示),即完成M.2固態硬碟300的插接組裝結構。反之,卸下抽取件30的螺絲32後,可抓取該抽取件30反向拔出,使M.2固態硬碟300脫離M.2連接器200,達到快速拔插更換的功能。
