Abstract

A relaxing shoulder and neck massager includes a housing, a driving device, a rotating massage assembly, and a swinging massage assembly. The driving device is arranged on the housing, and the driving device includes a motor and a transmission mechanism. The motor has a transmission shaft. The transmission mechanism is connected to the transmission shaft, wherein the transmission mechanism includes a first output shaft and a second output shaft. The rotating massage assembly includes a first rotating member and a second rotating member, wherein the first rotating member is eccentrically connected to the first output shaft, and the second rotating member is eccentrically connected to the second output shaft. The swinging massage assembly includes a first swinging member and a second swinging member, wherein the first swinging member is connected to the first output shaft through a first swinging arm set, and the second swinging member is connected to the second output shaft through a second swinging arm set.

Description

Relaxing Neck and Shoulder Massager

The invention relates to the field of massagers, in particular to a massager for relaxing shoulders and necks.

Modern people often suffer from shoulder and neck pain due to their busy lifestyle and high work pressure. Currently, shoulder and neck massagers on the market generally produce a pressing effect on the user's shoulders and neck through the rotation or repeated vibration of the massage head. However, the current shoulder and neck massagers are far inferior to manual massage, resulting in users being unable to effectively relax their shoulders and necks.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a relaxing shoulder and neck massager, which can produce massage movements simulating human hands, achieve effective massage and improve user experience and comfort.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a relaxing shoulder and neck massager, which comprises a housing, a driving device, a rotating massage assembly and a swinging massage assembly. The driving device is arranged on the housing, and the driving device comprises a motor and a transmission mechanism. The motor has a transmission shaft. The transmission mechanism is connected to the transmission shaft, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a first output shaft and a second output shaft. The rotating massage assembly comprises a first rotating member and a second rotating member, wherein the first rotating member is eccentrically connected to the first output shaft, and the second rotating member is eccentrically connected to the second output shaft. The swing massage assembly includes a first swing member and a second swing member, wherein the first swing member is connected to the first output shaft through a first swing arm set, and the second swing member is connected to the second output shaft through a second swing arm set.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the transmission mechanism comprises a first transmission wheel, a second transmission wheel, a first driven wheel and a second driven wheel. The first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel are respectively engaged with two opposite sides of the transmission shaft of the motor. The first driven wheel is transmission-connected to the first transmission wheel, and the first output shaft is arranged on the first driven wheel. The second driven wheel is transmission-connected to the second transmission wheel, and the second output shaft is arranged on the second driven wheel.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the transmission mechanism further comprises a first sub-drive wheel and a second sub-drive wheel. The first sub-drive wheel is coaxially arranged with the first drive wheel, wherein the first driven wheel is engaged with the first sub-drive wheel. The second sub-drive wheel is coaxially arranged with the second drive wheel, wherein the second driven wheel is engaged with the second sub-drive wheel.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned rotating massage assembly includes a first turntable, a second turntable and a guide seat. The first turntable is transmission-connected to the first output shaft, the base of the first rotating member is arranged on the eccentric rod protruding from the first turntable, and the base of the first rotating member has a guide portion. The second turntable is transmission-connected to the second output shaft, the base of the second rotating member is arranged on the eccentric rod protruding from the second turntable, and the base of the second rotating member has a guide portion. The guide seat is arranged on the housing and is located between the first rotating member and the second rotating member, wherein the first guide column and the second guide column are respectively provided on opposite sides of the guide seat, and the first guide column and the second guide column are respectively penetrated in the guide portion of the first rotating member and the guide portion of the second rotating member.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first swing arm assembly comprises a first eccentric wheel and a first transmission arm, wherein the first eccentric wheel is arranged on the first output shaft, one end of the first transmission arm is sleeved on the first eccentric wheel, and the first swing member is arranged on the other end of the first transmission arm. The second swing arm assembly comprises a second eccentric wheel and a second transmission arm, wherein the second eccentric wheel is arranged on the second output shaft, one end of the second transmission arm is sleeved on the second eccentric wheel, and the second swing member is arranged on the other end of the second transmission arm.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the housing comprises a bottom housing and a cover housing, wherein the driving device is disposed in the space between the bottom housing and the cover housing, and the first rotating member and the second rotating member of the rotating massage assembly and the first swinging member and the second swinging member of the swinging massage assembly extend outside the housing.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned relaxing shoulder and neck massager also includes a covering soft cover, which covers the housing, the driving device, the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component, and the part of the covering soft cover corresponding to the position of the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component is elastic so as to deform when the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component are in operation.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned relaxing shoulder and neck massager further includes a hand-pull strap, which is arranged on the covering soft cover.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned relaxing shoulder and neck massager also includes a fixing buckle, which is arranged on the covering soft cover.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned relaxing shoulder and neck massager also includes a control interface, which is electrically connected to the driving device and is arranged on the covering soft cover.

As described above, the relaxing shoulder and neck massager provided by the present invention mainly controls the operation of the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component simultaneously through a single motor driving a pair of output shafts, thereby simultaneously generating the kneading, pressing and massaging movements simulating human hands, thereby effectively massaging the user's body to achieve the purpose of effective relaxation and promoting blood circulation.

In order to make the above and other purposes, features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understandable, the following will specifically cite the preferred embodiments of the present invention and provide a detailed description in conjunction with the attached drawings. Furthermore, the directional terms mentioned in the present invention, such as up, down, top, bottom, front, back, left, right, inside, outside, side, periphery, center, horizontal, transverse, vertical, longitudinal, axial, radial, topmost or bottommost, etc., are only referenced to the directions of the attached drawings. Therefore, the directional terms used are used to explain and understand the present invention, but are not used to limit the present invention.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, wherein Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the appearance of a relaxing shoulder and neck massager according to the present embodiment, Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of a partial structure of a relaxing shoulder and neck massager according to the present embodiment, and Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a driving device of a relaxing shoulder and neck massager according to the present embodiment. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager 1 of the present embodiment mainly comprises a covering soft cover 10 and an internal structure covered by the covering soft cover, and the internal structure of the present embodiment mainly comprises a housing 20, a driving device 30, a rotating massage component 40, and a swinging massage component 50. The driving device 30 is arranged on the housing 20, and the rotating massage component 40 and the swinging massage component 50 are connected to the driving device 30 in a transmission manner. Thus, the driving device 30 can drive the rotating massage component 40 and the swinging massage component 50 to operate to produce a massage function.

In some embodiments, the covering soft cover 10 may be made of a leather cover or other fabrics stuffed with fillers, and the portion of the covering soft cover 10 corresponding to the position of the rotating massage assembly 40 and the swinging massage assembly 50 (such as the portion 11 and the portion 12 indicated in FIG. 1 ) is elastic, which can be deformed when the rotating massage assembly 40 and the swinging massage assembly 50 are in operation. Specifically, the portion 11 and the portion 12 can be formed of a thinner and stretchable fabric, or other deformable and elastic fabric, so that the rotating massage assembly 40 and the swinging massage assembly 50 can be kept covered when the rotating massage assembly 40 and the swinging massage assembly 50 are in operation. In addition, a hand strap 13 or a fixing buckle 14 may be provided on the soft cover 10 to facilitate the user to pull the relaxing shoulder and neck massager 1 to apply pressure to the shoulder and neck, or to fix the relaxing shoulder and neck massager 1 on the body. In one embodiment, a control interface 15 may be provided on the surface of the soft cover 10, and the control interface 15 is electrically connected to the driving device 30 and is configured to provide the user with an operation to control the operation of the relaxing shoulder and neck massager 1.

Please refer to FIGS. 2 to 4 simultaneously. The housing 20 includes a bottom housing 21 and a cover housing 22. The cover housing 22 can be covered on the bottom housing 21 by locking or snapping. The driving device 30 is disposed in the space between the bottom housing 21 and the cover housing 22. In this embodiment, the driving device 30 includes a motor 31 and a transmission mechanism 32. The motor 31 has a transmission shaft 311. In one embodiment, the transmission shaft 311 can be in the form of a screw. The transmission mechanism 32 is connected to the transmission shaft 311 in a transmission manner. Specifically, the transmission mechanism 32 includes a first output shaft 32a and a second output shaft 32b, and the first output shaft 32a and the second output shaft 32b are connected to the rotating massage component 40 and the swinging massage component 50 to control the rotating massage component 40 and the swinging massage component 50 to rotate and swing.

Specifically, the transmission mechanism assembly 32 includes a first transmission wheel 321, a second transmission wheel 322, a first sub-transmission wheel 321a, a second sub-transmission wheel 322a, a first driven wheel 321b, and a second driven wheel 322b. The first transmission wheel 321 and the second transmission wheel 322 are respectively engaged with opposite sides of the transmission shaft 311 of the motor 31. The first sub-transmission wheel 321a is coaxially arranged with the first transmission wheel 321, and the second sub-transmission wheel 322a is coaxially arranged with the second transmission wheel 322. The first driven wheel 321b can be transmission-engaged with the first sub-transmission wheel 321a, and the first output shaft 32a is arranged on the first driven wheel 321b. The second driven wheel 322b can be driven to engage with the second sub-driven wheel 322a, and the second output shaft 32b is disposed on the second driven wheel 322b. Thus, when the motor 31 is operated, the rotation of the driving shaft 311 can drive the first driven wheel 321 and the second driven wheel 322 to rotate, and then the first sub-driven wheel 321a and the second sub-driven wheel 322a coaxially disposed with the first driven wheel 321 and the second driven wheel 322 are linked to rotate. When the first sub-driven wheel 321a and the second sub-driven wheel 322a rotate, the first driven wheel 321b and the second driven wheel 322b can be linked to rotate, so as to drive the first output shaft 32a and the second output shaft 32b to rotate synchronously.

In this embodiment, the rotary massage assembly 40 includes a first rotary member 41, a second rotary member 42, a first rotary disk 411, a second rotary disk 421, and a guide seat 43. The first rotary disk 411 is connected to the first output shaft 32a, the base of the first rotary member 41 is arranged on the eccentric rod protruding from the first rotary disk 411, and the base of the first rotary member 41 has a guide portion 41a. The second rotary disk 421 is connected to the second output shaft 32b, the base of the second rotary member 42 is arranged on the eccentric rod protruding from the second rotary disk 421, and the base of the second rotary member 42 has a guide portion 42a. The guide seat 43 is arranged on the housing 20 and is located between the first rotary member 41 and the second rotary member 42. The first guide post 431 and the second guide post 432 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the guide seat 43, and the first guide post 431 and the second guide post 432 are respectively disposed in the guide portion 41a of the first rotating member 41 and the guide portion 42a of the second rotating member 42. Thus, when the first output shaft 32a and the second output shaft 32b rotate, the first rotating disk 411 and the second rotating disk 421 are linked to rotate, and when the first rotating disk 411 and the second rotating disk 421 rotate, the first rotating member 41 and the second rotating member 42 are respectively driven by the first rotating disk 411 and the second rotating disk 421 to rotate eccentrically. Since the first guide column 431 and the second guide column 432 of the guide seat 43 are respectively inserted into the guide portion 41a of the first rotating member 41 and the guide portion 42a of the second rotating member 42, when the first rotating member 41 and the second rotating member 42 are eccentrically rotated, they will be restricted by the first guide column 431 and the second guide column 432 and rotate along a preset trajectory, thereby simulating the finger kneading action of human massage.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 , the swing massage assembly includes a first swing member 51, a second swing member 52, a first eccentric wheel 511, a second eccentric wheel 521, a first transmission arm 512, and a second transmission arm 522. The first eccentric wheel 511 is disposed on the first output shaft 32a, one end of the first transmission arm 512 is sleeved on the first eccentric wheel 511, and the first swing member 51 is disposed on the other end of the first transmission arm 512. Similarly, the second eccentric wheel 521 is disposed on the second output shaft 32b, one end of the second transmission arm 522 is sleeved on the second eccentric wheel 521, and the second swing member 52 is disposed on the other end of the second transmission arm 522. Specifically, the first swing member 51 can be hingedly mounted on the first transmission arm 512, and the second swing member 52 can be hingedly mounted on the second transmission arm 522. Thus, when the first output shaft 32a and the second output shaft 32b rotate, the first eccentric wheel 511 and the second eccentric wheel 521 rotate, and when the first eccentric wheel 511 and the second eccentric wheel 521 rotate, they can push the first transmission arm 512 and the second transmission arm 522 to move up and down. Therefore, when the first transmission arm 512 and the second transmission arm 522 move up and down, the first swing member 51 on the first transmission arm 512 and the second swing member 52 on the second transmission arm 522 can swing around their pivot points by their own weight, thereby simulating the thumb pressing and massaging action of a human hand.

As shown in FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, the first rotating member 41 and the second rotating member 42 of the rotating massage assembly 40 and the first swinging member 51 and the second swinging member 52 of the swinging massage assembly 50 extend outside the cover 22. The remaining components of the rotating massage assembly 40 and the swinging massage assembly 50 and the driving device 30 are all disposed in the housing 20 to achieve the purpose of integrating and protecting the internal components.

As can be seen from the above-mentioned implementation method of the present invention, the relaxing shoulder and neck massager provided by the present invention mainly controls the operation of the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component simultaneously through a single motor driving a pair of output shafts, thereby simultaneously generating the kneading, pressing and massaging movements simulated by human hands, thereby effectively massaging the user's body to achieve the purpose of effective relaxation and promoting blood circulation.

Although the present invention has been disclosed with preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Anyone skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the scope of the attached patent application.

Claims (10)

A relaxing shoulder and neck massager comprises: a housing; a driving device disposed on the housing, the driving device comprising: a motor having a drive shaft; and a transmission mechanism assembly drivingly connected to the drive shaft, wherein the transmission mechanism assembly comprises a first output shaft and a second output shaft; a rotating massage assembly comprising a first rotating member and a second rotating member, wherein the first rotating member is eccentrically connected to the first output shaft, and the second rotating member is eccentrically connected to the second output shaft; and A swinging massage assembly includes a first swinging member and a second swinging member, wherein the first swinging member is connected to the first output shaft through a first swinging arm set, and the second swinging member is connected to the second output shaft through a second swinging arm set. A relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises: a first transmission wheel and a second transmission wheel, respectively engaged with two opposite sides of the transmission shaft of the motor; and a first driven wheel and a second driven wheel, the first driven wheel is transmission-connected to the first transmission wheel, and the first output shaft is arranged on the first driven wheel, the second driven wheel is transmission-connected to the second transmission wheel, and the second output shaft is arranged on the second driven wheel. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 2, wherein the transmission mechanism further comprises: a first sub-transmission wheel, coaxially arranged with the first transmission wheel, wherein the first driven wheel is engaged with the first sub-transmission wheel; and a second sub-transmission wheel, coaxially arranged with the second transmission wheel, wherein the second driven wheel is engaged with the second sub-transmission wheel. A relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 1, wherein the rotating massage component comprises: a first turntable, which is transmission-connected to the first output shaft, the base of the first rotating member is arranged on an eccentric rod protruding from the first turntable, and the base of the first rotating member has a guide portion; a second turntable, which is transmission-connected to the second output shaft, the base of the second rotating member is arranged on an eccentric rod protruding from the second turntable, and the base of the second rotating member has a guide portion; and A guide seat is arranged on the housing and located between the first rotating member and the second rotating member, wherein the guide seat has a first guide post and a second guide post on two opposite sides, and the first guide post and the second guide post are respectively inserted into the guide portion of the first rotating member and the guide portion of the second rotating member. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 1, wherein the first swing arm assembly includes a first eccentric wheel and a first transmission arm, wherein the first eccentric wheel is arranged on the first output shaft, one end of the first transmission arm is sleeved on the first eccentric wheel, and the first swing member is arranged on the other end of the first transmission arm; and the second swing arm assembly includes a second eccentric wheel and a second transmission arm, wherein the second eccentric wheel is arranged on the second output shaft, one end of the second transmission arm is sleeved on the second eccentric wheel, and the second swing member is arranged on the other end of the second transmission arm. A relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 1, wherein the housing includes a base housing and a cover housing, wherein the driving device is disposed in the space between the base housing and the cover housing, and the first rotating member and the second rotating member of the rotating massage component and the first swinging member and the second swinging member of the swinging massage component extend outside the housing. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 1 also includes a covering soft cover, which covers the housing, the driving device, the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component, and the covering soft cover corresponding to the position of the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component is elastic so as to be deformed when the rotating massage component and the swinging massage component are in operation. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 7 also includes a hand strap arranged on the covering soft cover. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 7 also includes a fixing strap disposed on the covering soft cover. The relaxing shoulder and neck massager as described in claim 7 also includes a control interface, which is electrically connected to the driving device and is disposed on the covering soft cover.
