Abstract

An environmentally friendly lunch box device includes a bottom box, a vegetable and fruit plate, a grabbing piece, and an upper cover. The bottom box defines a staple food space. The vegetable and fruit plate can be detachably arranged in the bottom box and accommodated in the staple food space. The grabbing piece extends upward from the vegetable and fruit plate. The upper cover can be detachably arranged on the bottom box and covers the vegetable and fruit plate and the grabbing piece. The grabbing piece can be grasped by a user to facilitate taking the vegetable and fruit plate, and can also prevent the user's hands from being stained with oil stains on the food.

Description

Eco-friendly lunch box device

The invention relates to a lunch box, in particular to an environmentally friendly lunch box device.

A conventional lunch box device includes a lunch box body, a dish plate resting against the top of the lunch box body, and a cover covering the lunch box body and the dish plate.

The lunch box body is used to contain staple food such as rice, and the vegetable plate is used to contain side dishes such as green vegetables, carrots or scrambled eggs.

When eating the food in the lunch box device, the user needs to open the lid first, take the dish from the edge of the dish, and eat after taking out the dish.

However, since the edge of the dish is against the main body of the lunch box, it is difficult to take the dish. In addition, it is easy to cause the hand to be stained with the food in the dish when taking the dish, which is quite inconvenient.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly lunch box device that can improve at least one of the above-mentioned disadvantages.

Therefore, the novel environmentally friendly lunch box device includes a bottom box, a vegetable and fruit plate, a grabbing piece, and an upper cover.

The bottom box defines a staple food space. The vegetable and fruit plate can be detachably arranged on the bottom box and accommodated in the staple food space. The grabbing piece extends upward from the vegetable and fruit plate. The upper cover can be detachably arranged on the bottom box and covers the vegetable and fruit plate and the grabbing piece.

The utility model has the following effects: the vegetable and fruit plate is provided with a grabbing piece, which can be grabbed by the user to conveniently take the vegetable and fruit plate, and can also prevent the user's hands from being stained with oil stains on the food.

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

1 , 2 , and 3 , an embodiment of the novel environmentally friendly lunch box device comprises a bottom box 1 , a vegetable and fruit plate 2 , a grabbing member 3 , a tableware plate 4 , an upper cover 5 , and a tableware set 6 .

The bottom box 1, the vegetable and fruit plate 2, the grabbing piece 3, the tableware plate 4 and the upper cover 5 are made of a copolyester (Tritan) material, which does not contain bisphenol A or plasticizer, is scratch-resistant, impact-resistant and heat-resistant, and can withstand low temperatures. It can be placed in a refrigerator, a rice steamer or a microwave oven, or a dishwasher for cleaning.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the bottom box 1 includes a surrounding wall 11, a bottom wall 12 connected to the bottom of the surrounding wall 11 and defining a staple food space 14 together with the surrounding wall 11, and a plurality of legs 13 protruding from a side of the bottom wall 12 opposite to the staple food space 14. The top of the surrounding wall 11 forms a plurality of slots 111 spaced at angles.

The shape of the bottom box 1 is roughly an elliptical cylinder. The inner side of the surrounding wall 11 is arc-shaped around the staple food space 14 without right angles, sharp angles or any angle design. The surrounding wall 11 extends upward from the bottom wall 12 in a slightly gradual manner. The surrounding wall 11 has a lower wall portion 112 connected to the bottom wall 12, a ring wall portion 113 connected to a side of the lower wall portion 112 opposite to the bottom wall 12 and extending radially outward, and an upper wall portion 114 connected to a side of the ring wall portion 113 opposite to the lower wall portion 112 and formed with the slots 111. Each of the legs 13 is adjacent to the edge of the bottom wall 12 and extends in an arc along the edge of the bottom wall 12. The legs 13 are spaced apart from each other. The capacity of the bottom box 1 is about 1.5 liters, which is larger than that of a general lunch box. In this embodiment, the number of the legs 13 is four, and the number of the slots 111 is four, but not limited thereto.

The vegetable and fruit plate 2 can be detachably disposed on the bottom box 1 and accommodated in the staple food space 14. The vegetable and fruit plate 2 includes a box body 21 defining a side dish space 23, and a plurality of partitions 22 disposed on the box body 21 and dividing the side dish space 23 into a plurality of side dish areas 231.

The box body 21 has an inner bottom surface 211 adjacent to the side dish space 23, an inner peripheral surface 212 connected to the inner bottom surface 211, an outer bottom surface 213 opposite to the inner bottom surface 211, an outer peripheral surface 214 connected to the outer bottom surface 213 and opposite to the inner peripheral surface 212, an outer protrusion 215 connected to the top of the outer peripheral surface 214 and resting downward against the bottom box 1, and a plurality of protrusions 216 protruding from the outer bottom surface 213.

The partitions 22 extend from the inner circumference 212 of the box body 21 toward the side dish space 23 and are connected to each other at the ends of the extension direction. Each of the partitions 22 has two partitions 221 connected to the inner bottom surface 211 and the inner circumference 212, and a ridge 222 connected to the side of the inner bottom surface 211 opposite to the partitions 221. The ridge 222 of each of the partitions 22 has a first end 223 and a second end 224. The first ends 223 of the partitions 22 are connected to the inner circumference 212. The second ends 224 of the partitions 22 are connected to each other. The partitions 221 and the ridge 222 of each of the partitions 22 jointly define a groove 225 opposite to the side dish space 23. The grooves 225 are connected to each other. The positions of the protruding portions 216 are respectively located below the side dish areas 231. Specifically, the partitions 22 are connected to each other in an X shape, and the width of each groove 225 is between 1 cm and 2.5 cm.

In the present embodiment, there are four dividers 22, which divide the side dish space 23 into four side dish areas 231, and there are four protrusions 216. However, in other variations of the present embodiment, there may be other numbers of dividers 22, such as two, three or more than five, which divide the side dish space 23 into a corresponding number of side dish areas 231, and the number of protrusions 216 corresponds to the number of side dish spaces 23, respectively.

The grabbing member 3 is in a sheet shape and extends upward from the connection of the partitions 22 of the vegetable and fruit plate 2. Specifically, the grabbing member 3 extends upward from the connection of the second ends 224 of the ridges 222.

Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5 , the cutlery tray 4 can be detachably disposed on the vegetable and fruit tray 2 and located between the vegetable and fruit tray 2 and the upper cover 5. The cutlery tray 4 includes a bottom plate 41, a ring plate 42 surrounding and connected to the bottom plate 41 and defining a cutlery groove 45 together with the bottom plate 41, a base plate 43 connected to the top end of the ring plate 42, an outer ring rim 44 surrounding and connected to the base plate 43, and a through hole 46 formed in the center of the bottom plate 41 and connected to the cutlery groove 45. The outer ring rim 44 extends downward relative to the base plate 43 and forms four convex portions 47 extending radially outward relative to the base plate 43 and spaced at an angle. The convex portions 47 can be detachably embedded in the slots 111, respectively. The grabbing member 3 extends upward into the through hole 46. The bottom plate 41 of the cutlery tray 4 abuts against the partitions 22 of the vegetable and fruit tray 2.

The cutlery slot 45 has a spoon area 451, a chopstick area 452, a knife area 453, and a fork area 454 that are connected to each other. The spoon area 451 has a spoon handle limiting section 4511 and a spoon head limiting section 4512, the chopstick area 452 has two chopstick end limiting sections 4521, and the knife area 453 has a knife handle limiting section 4531 and a knife head limiting section 4532. The fork area 454 has a fork handle limiting section 4541 and a fork head limiting section 4542.

In this embodiment, the number of the protrusions 47 is four, which is the same as the number of the slots 111, but it is not limited thereto. In other variations of this embodiment, the number of the slots 111 and the number of the protrusions 47 can be two, three or more than five, respectively. In other variations of this embodiment, each protrusion 47 has a raised anti-slip portion formed on the side opposite to the base plate 43, which is more convenient for the user to pick up with fingers.

Referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 5, the upper cover 5 can be detachably covered on the bottom box 1 and covers the vegetable and fruit tray 2, the grab member 3, and the cutlery tray 4. The upper cover 5 includes a cover plate 51, a coupling plate 52 extending downward from the cover plate 51 and surrounding the cover plate 51, two lugs 53 extending from two opposite sides of the coupling plate 52 in a horizontal direction away from the coupling plate 52, and two inner flanges 54 connected to the coupling plate 52. The cover plate 51 has a top surface 511 and a groove 512 formed on the top surface 511. The coupling plate 52 has an inner annular surface 521 connected to the cover plate 51, and an outer annular surface 522 opposite to the inner annular surface 521. The lugs 53 are connected to the outer annular surface 522 of the coupling plate 52. Each inner convex edge 54 is connected to a side of the lug 53 opposite to the inner annular surface 521 of the coupling plate 52. When the upper cover 5 covers the bottom box 1, the inner convex edges 54 squeeze the connection between the upper wall portion 114 of the surrounding wall 11 and the annular wall portion 113 to fix the upper cover 5 to the bottom box 1. In addition, the upper cover 5 and the cutlery tray 4 jointly define a storage space 55. The storage space 55 can be used to place napkins or advertising materials.

2 and 3 , the tableware set 6 includes a spoon 61 disposed in the spoon area 451 , a pair of chopsticks 62 disposed in the chopstick area 452 , a knife 63 disposed in the knife area 453 , and a fork 64 disposed in the fork area 454 .

The spoon handle limiting section 4511 of the spoon area 451 is provided for the handle of the spoon 61, and the spoon head limiting section 4512 of the spoon area 451 is provided for the head of the spoon 61. The chopstick end limiting sections 4521 of the chopstick area 452 are provided for the two opposite ends of the chopsticks 62. The tool handle limiting section 4531 of the knife area 453 is provided for the handle of the knife 63, and the tool head limiting section 4532 of the knife area 453 is provided for the blade of the knife 63. The fork handle limiting section 4541 of the fork area 454 is provided for the handle of the fork 64, and the fork head limiting section 4542 of the fork area 454 is provided for the fork of the fork 64. Since the spoon head limiting section 4512 of the spoon area 451 and the fork head limiting section 4542 of the fork area 454 are relatively wide and deep, when the spoon 61 is placed upright or inverted in the spoon area 451, the head of the spoon 61 can be properly accommodated in the spoon head limiting section 4512 of the spoon area 451 without protruding from the cutlery plate 4. Similarly, when the fork 64 is placed upright or inverted in the fork area 454, the head of the fork 64 can also be properly accommodated in the fork head limiting section 4542 of the fork area 454 without protruding from the cutlery plate 4.

Referring to FIG. 6 , it is a schematic diagram of the lunch box of the present embodiment used as a lunch box to hold food and using the tableware set 6. After the upper cover 5 is opened, the groove 512 of the cover plate 51 of the upper cover 5 can be used to place the bottom box 1. The user can use the tableware set 6 in the tableware plate 4 to eat and the two slots 111 can be used to place the tableware set 6. In the present embodiment, the slots 111 are used to place the spoon 61 and the chopsticks 62, but it is not limited thereto. In other variations of the present embodiment, the slots 111 can also be used to place the knife 63 or the fork 64.

7 , the bottom box 1, the cutlery plate 4, the cutlery set 6 and the upper cover 5 can be used as a snack box when used in combination. The bottom box 1 can be used to hold snacks such as sandwiches or cakes, and the cutlery set 6 can be used to fork or pinch snacks for consumption.

Referring to FIG. 8 , the bottom box 1 , the vegetable and fruit plate 2 and the upper cover 5 of this embodiment can be used as a picnic box when used in combination. The bottom box 1 and the vegetable and fruit plate 2 can be used to hold sushi or fruits for a picnic.

Referring to FIG. 9 , in this embodiment, the bottom box 1 and the upper cover 5 can be used as a storage box or a fresh-keeping box when used in combination. The bottom box 1 can be used to hold fruits, and the upper cover 5 can be closed to facilitate stacking and storage.

Referring to FIG. 10 , in this embodiment, the bottom box 1 can be used as a storage box, and the bottom box 1 can be used to hold rice.

In summary, the novel environmentally friendly lunch box device has the following advantages.

1. The vegetable and fruit plate 2 is provided with a grabbing member 3, which can be grabbed by the user to facilitate taking the vegetable and fruit plate 2, and can also prevent the user's hands from being stained with oil stains on the food.

Second, the interior of the bottom box 1 is elliptical and has no right angles or sharp corners, so that dirt is not easily stuck between the surrounding wall 11 and the bottom wall 12, which is convenient for cleaning and can also be placed in a dishwasher for cleaning.

3. The slots 111 of the surrounding wall 11 of the bottom box 1 can be used to place the tableware set 6.

Fourth, the legs 13 of the bottom box 1 can raise the bottom wall 12 to prevent the bottom wall 12 of the bottom box 1 from directly contacting the area where it is placed, so that the bottom box 1 can be evenly and fully heated when placed in a microwave oven.

5. When the vegetable and fruit plate 2 is placed on a placement surface, the protruding points 216 of the vegetable and fruit plate 2 can raise the box body 21 of the vegetable and fruit plate 2, reduce the contact area between the vegetable and fruit plate 2 and the placement surface, and avoid scratches caused by contact and friction between the box body 21 and the placement surface. When the vegetable and fruit plate 2 is made of transparent material, it can better maintain its aesthetics. In addition, it can also reduce the heat flux between the vegetable and fruit plate 2 and the placement surface, and avoid the temperature of the food in the vegetable and fruit plate being affected by the temperature of the placement surface and causing deterioration. Furthermore, when the vegetable and fruit plate 2 is moved from the placement surface to the bottom box 1 for assembly, dirt or bacteria on the placement surface can be prevented from being contaminated by the box body 21 and brought into the bottom box 1, thereby reducing the risk of food contamination. When the vegetable and fruit plate 2 is filled with high-temperature food or the environmentally friendly lunch box device is heated, and the vegetable and fruit plate 2 is placed on the placement surface, it can prevent the placement surface from being damaged by high temperature. When the placement surface is made of glass, the risk of the placement surface being broken can also be reduced.

6. The grooves 225 of the vegetable and fruit plate 2 have large spaces and no right angles or sharp corners, which is convenient for cleaning.

7. The cutlery tray 4 is generally in the shape of a concave sheet, without a partition for separating cutlery, and has no right angles or sharp corners, so that both the front and back of the cutlery tray 4 can be easily cleaned.

8. When the user grabs the grab member 3 to lift the fruit and vegetable plate 2, the tableware plate 4 can be lifted up at the same time, and the fruit and vegetable plate 2 and the tableware plate 4 can be taken out at the same time, which is quite convenient. When only the tableware plate 4 is placed without the fruit and vegetable plate 2, the user can also use both hands to press against the convex parts 47 of the tableware plates 4 from the sides to take out the tableware plates 4.

9. The lugs 53 of the upper cover 5 can be easily grasped by the user to open the upper cover 5.

10. The components of the environmentally friendly lunch box device can be freely matched, and the capacity of the bottom box 1 is larger than that of a general lunch box, and it has multiple uses. When the bottom box 1 is used alone, it can be used as a storage box. When the bottom box 1 and the upper cover 5 are used, it can be used as a storage box or a fresh-keeping box. When the bottom box 1, the vegetable and fruit plate 2 and the upper cover 5 are used, it can be used as a picnic box. When the bottom box 1, the cutlery plate 4, the cutlery set 6, and the upper cover 5 are used, it can be used as a snack box. When the bottom box 1, the vegetable and fruit plate 2, the cutlery plate 4, the cutlery set 6, and the upper cover 5 are used, it can be used as a lunch box.

11. The groove 512 of the cover plate 51 of the upper cover 5 can facilitate stacking of multiple environmentally friendly lunch box devices.

12. Since the outer ring edge 44 of the cutlery tray 4 protrudes downward relative to the base plate 43, when the user takes out the cutlery tray 4, he can insert his fingers into the protrusions 47 or under the base plate 43 and press upward against the outer ring edge 44 to prevent the cutlery tray 4 from slipping.

13. By disposing the spoon area 451, the chopstick area 452, the knife area 453 and the fork area 454, when the cutlery plate 4 is tilted or shaken, the cutlery set 6 is not easy to slide out of the cutlery slot 45 and fall off.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (10)

An environmentally friendly lunch box device comprises: a bottom box defining a staple food space; a vegetable and fruit plate that can be detachably arranged on the bottom box and accommodated in the staple food space; a grabbing piece that extends upward from the vegetable and fruit plate; and an upper cover that can be detachably arranged on the bottom box and covers the vegetable and fruit plate and the grabbing piece. An environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 1, wherein the vegetable and fruit plate includes a box body portion defining a side dish space, and a plurality of partitions disposed on the box body portion and dividing the side dish space into a plurality of side dish areas, and the grabbing member extends upward from the partition. The environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 2, wherein the box body has an inner bottom surface adjacent to the side dish space, an inner peripheral surface connected to the inner bottom surface, an outer bottom surface opposite to the inner bottom surface, and an outer peripheral surface connected to the outer bottom surface and opposite to the inner peripheral surface, the partitions extend from the inner peripheral surface of the box body toward the side dish space and are connected to each other at the ends of the extension direction, and each of the partitions has two connected to the inner bottom surface and the inner peripheral surface. A partition, and a ridge connected to a side of the inner bottom surface opposite to the partitions, the ridge of each partition has a first end and a second end, the first ends of the partitions are connected to the inner circumferential surface, the second ends of the partitions are connected to each other, the partitions of each partition and the ridge jointly define a groove opposite to the side dish space, the grooves are connected to each other, and the grabbing piece is located at the connection of the second ends. As described in claim 3, the box body of the vegetable and fruit plate also has an outer protrusion section connected to the outer peripheral surface and resting downward against the bottom box. As described in claim 3, the environmentally friendly lunch box device, wherein the box body of the vegetable and fruit plate also has a plurality of protrusions protruding from the outer bottom surface. The environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 1 also includes a cutlery plate that can be detachably arranged on the fruit and vegetable plate and located between the fruit and vegetable plate and the upper cover, the cutlery plate includes a bottom plate, a ring plate surrounding and connected to the bottom plate and defining a cutlery groove together with the bottom plate, a base plate connected to the top end of the ring plate, and a through hole formed in the bottom plate and connected to the cutlery groove, and the grabbing piece extends upward into the through hole. An environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 6, wherein the bottom box includes a surrounding wall, and a bottom wall connected to the bottom of the surrounding wall and defining the staple food space together with the surrounding wall, the top of the surrounding wall forms a plurality of slots spaced at angles, and the cutlery plate also includes a plurality of protrusions extending outward from the outer side of the base plate and capable of being detachably embedded in the slots, and at least two adjacent ones of the slots can accommodate a piece of tableware. An environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 6, wherein the cutlery slot has a spoon area, a chopstick area, a knife area, and a fork area, the spoon area has a spoon handle limiting section and a spoon head limiting section, the chopstick area has two chopstick end limiting sections, the knife area has a knife handle limiting section and a knife head limiting section, the fork area has a fork handle limiting section and a fork head limiting section, and the environmentally friendly lunch box device also includes a tableware set, which includes a soup spoon arranged in the spoon area, a pair of chopsticks arranged in the chopstick area, a knife arranged in the knife area, and a fork arranged in the fork area. An environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom box includes a surrounding wall, a bottom wall connected to the bottom of the surrounding wall and defining the staple food space together with the surrounding wall, and a plurality of legs protruding from a side of the bottom wall opposite to the staple food space, and the upper cover includes a cover plate having a top surface and a groove formed on the top surface, and the groove of the upper cover is used for placing the bottom box. The environmentally friendly lunch box device as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom box includes a surrounding wall, and a bottom wall connected to the bottom of the surrounding wall and defining the staple food space together with the surrounding wall, the surrounding wall has a lower wall portion connected to the bottom wall, a ring wall portion connected to a side of the lower wall portion opposite to the bottom wall and extending radially outward, and an upper wall portion connected to a side of the ring wall portion opposite to the lower wall portion, and the upper cover includes a cover plate, a bottom wall portion extending downward from the cover plate, and a bottom wall portion extending radially outward from the bottom wall portion. A connecting plate extending and surrounding the cover plate and the upper wall portion, and two lugs extending from two opposite sides of the connecting plate in a horizontal direction away from the connecting plate, the connecting plate has an inner annular surface connected to the cover plate, an outer annular surface opposite to the inner annular surface, and an inner flange connected to the inner annular surface, the lugs are connected to the outer annular surface, and each of the inner flanges is connected to a side of the lug opposite to the inner annular surface and abuts against the connection between the upper wall portion of the surrounding wall and the annular wall portion.
