Description

Lock box that can be opened either left or right

The invention relates to a door handle lock box which is not distinguished between left and right opening, and provides a manufacturer with the convenience of not having to manufacture two types of lock boxes for different door leaf opening directions, thereby reducing the types of products to be produced.

The lock box commonly used in door leaves, as shown in the Republic of China's new patent No. M461676, discloses a "lock with a handle lock linked to a bolt lock to release the lock buckle", which includes: a housing, a handle lock, a bolt lock and a linkage assembly; the handle lock is provided with a horizontally inserted latch bolt in the housing, the latch bolt guide rod is provided with a first guide seat, and an external handle knob for operating the latch bolt to slide into the housing; the bolt lock is provided with a horizontally inserted latch bolt in the housing The invention relates to a bolt and a lock head for operating the bolt to slide into the housing; the linkage assembly comprises an inner handle knob, a second guide seat arranged on the inclined bolt guide rod, and a bolt guide plate arranged on the bolt, and the second guide seat can overlap the side wing exceeding the side edge with the side wing of the bolt guide plate exceeding the clamping edge on the axis of the same sliding track, so as to achieve the action of operating the handle indoors to lock and open the door leaf, so as to synchronously link the bolt to release the lock.

The structure disclosed in the above-mentioned patent case No. M461676 can synchronously link the bolt to unlock when the handle is retracted, but the structure must include a second guide seat mounted on the inclined bolt guide rod and a bolt guide plate mounted on the bolt, and the side wings of the second guide seat and the side wings of the bolt guide edge are mutually overlapped to link the bolt. Therefore, the overall structure is very complicated, which not only increases the manufacturing cost, but also increases the assembly steps and time.

Furthermore, when installing the door leaf, it can be opened to the left or to the right according to the use requirements of the building. The general lock box cannot be used for both door opening methods at the same time. Therefore, the manufacturer must manufacture two lock boxes with different door opening methods for users to use, thereby increasing the manufacturing cost and causing trouble for the manufacturer, and it is obvious that improvement is necessary.

In view of this, the inventor of the present invention has conducted research and innovation, and has developed a lock box with a handle that can be opened on the left or right side.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a door handle lock box that does not distinguish between left and right opening, which includes: a housing; a lock bolt, which is slidably arranged in the housing, and a linkage hole is arranged on one side of the lock bolt; a lock core flip plate, which is pivotally mounted in the housing, and has a flip part protruding, so that the flip part extends into the linkage hole, so as to push the two side hole walls of the linkage hole with the rotation of the lock core flip plate to push one end of the lock bolt out of the housing, or pull the lock bolt back into the housing; a lock tongue, which is slidably arranged in the housing, and is a spring top support, and usually protrudes out of the housing; a release bolt, which is opened and closed according to the user's use According to the use requirements, it can be installed on the first side or the second side of the lock core flip plate; and a handle linkage shaft is pivotally mounted in the housing and is rotated in linkage with a handle. A first linkage plate is combined on the first side of the handle linkage shaft, and a second linkage plate is combined on the second side of the handle linkage shaft, so that the middle sections of the first and second linkage plates are abutted against a stopper of the lock tongue, and the end sections of the first and second linkage plates are driven by the handle linkage shaft to flip the release bolt. In this way, when the handle linkage shaft is driven to pull back the lock tongue, the lock core flip plate can also be linked to retract the lock bolt at the same time. The release bolt can be installed on the first side or the second side of the lock core plate, so that the lock box disclosed by the present invention can be used on the door leaf installation states of left opening or right opening.

The handle lock box disclosed in the present invention is a handle linkage shaft (60) which can be composed of a first linkage shaft (60a) and a second linkage shaft (60b) which are axially sleeved together, but the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5, the present invention discloses a handle lock box that does not distinguish between left and right door opening, wherein a lever (611, 621) is protruded from one side of the first and second linkage plates (61, 62), so that the lever (611, 621) can push a shoulder (22) of the lock bolt (20) when the first and second linkage plates (61, 62) rotate, so as to retract the lock bolt (20) into the housing (10).

As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the present invention discloses a handle lock box that can be opened either left or right, wherein the lock core flip plate (30) can pass through a set of holes (32) for inserting a sleeve (33) therein, and fixing one end of the release bolt (50) in the sleeve (33). The sleeve (33) can be made of a material with a lower hardness than the lock core flip plate (30), such as copper, aluminum or plastic, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the present invention discloses a handle lock box that can be opened either left or right, wherein the lock core plate (30) is penetrated by a set of holes (32) for inserting a sleeve (33) therein, a screw hole portion (331) is formed in the center of the sleeve (33), and one end of the release bolt (50) is formed as a screw rod section (51) and is locked and fixed in the screw hole portion (331) of the sleeve (33).

The present invention discloses a lock box with handles for opening doors on both left and right sides, wherein the release bolt (50) comprises a screw section (51) for locking into a screw hole on the first side (30a) or the second side (30b) of the lock core plate (30), which eliminates the need for the aforementioned sleeve (33).

The handle-type lock box disclosed in the present invention is not distinguished between left and right opening. In application, the assembler can install the release bolt (50) on the first side (30a) or the second side (30b) of the lock core plate (30) according to the opening direction of the door leaf at the construction site, so as to meet the use requirements of opening the door leaf in different directions. Therefore, the present invention can be used for two purposes, showing its novelty and progress.

The structure and shape disclosed in the present invention may be modified and applied without violating the spirit and scope of the present invention, and are not limited to the above-mentioned implementation methods.
