Bicycle Cable Straightener

The invention relates to the technical field of bicycles, and in particular to a bicycle cable aligner.

In recent years, people in Taiwan have been promoting a healthy lifestyle. Bicycles have become increasingly popular due to their ability to provide both exercise and leisure, and they do not require energy. Bicycle manufacturers have been continuously improving the materials and structures of bicycles to achieve ergonomics while also ensuring that the frames are strong and the materials are light, providing users with a better riding experience.

The front wheel and handlebars of a bicycle are connected to each other through the front fork. When the handlebars of the bicycle are turned, the front wheel swings accordingly to achieve the effect of turning and balancing. However, the speed change cables and brake cables of a bicycle are mostly arranged between the front fork and the cable tube, which is very easy to get tangled. The tangled cables will be damaged due to mutual friction, and the cables need to be replaced frequently, resulting in increased usage costs. In addition, the tangled speed change cables and brake cables will also affect the steering and controllability of the bicycle.

The invention is a bicycle cable tidyer, the main purpose of which is to prevent the entanglement of multiple wires of a bicycle and prevent the steering of the bicycle from being hindered.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and effect, the present invention proposes a bicycle cable tidy, comprising: a main body, having a first cable tidying part and a second cable tidying part connected to each other; the first cable tidying part has two corresponding first cable tidying pieces, and the bottom of one side of the first cable tidying part has a first clamping part, the two first cable tidying pieces are adjacent to each other to form a first cable tidying space, and the tops of the two first cable tidying pieces are respectively bent toward the direction of the first cable tidying space to form a first guide part, and the first cable tidying hole is formed between the two first guide parts; the second cable tidying part has a second cable tidying piece and forms a second cable tidying space with the bottom side of the first cable tidying part, the second cable tidying piece has a second clamping part mutually clamped with the first clamping part, and the second cable tidying hole is formed between the second clamping part and the first clamping part.

The two first guide parts respectively have a first inclined guide section and a first positioning section extending from below the first inclined guide section.

The first line-aligning space has a first line-aligning groove below the two first positioning sections.

The inner surface of the second line-aligning sheet has at least one second spacing portion, and the second line-aligning space is separated into at least two second line-aligning grooves by the at least one second spacing portion.

The two first guide parts of the first line-aligning part are made of elastic material, and the two first guide parts can be flexibly bent, so that the aperture size of the first line-aligning hole changes relatively with the bending degree of the two first guide parts.

The second line-aligning piece of the second line-aligning part is made of elastic material and can be flexibly bent, so that the aperture size of the second line-aligning hole changes relatively with the bending degree of the second line-aligning piece.

Among them, the first whole line space and the first whole line space are used for arranging multiple wires of the bicycle.

The first line-aligning portion 10 has two first line-aligning sheets 100 corresponding to each other on the left and right and a first line-aligning space 101 formed between the two adjacent first line-aligning sheets 100. The tops of the two first line-aligning sheets 100 are respectively bent downward toward the first line-aligning space 101 to form a first guide portion 102. A first line-aligning hole 103 is formed between the two adjacent first guide portions 102. The two first guide portions 102 respectively have a first guide slope section 1020 and a first positioning section 1021 extending from the bottom of the first guide slope section 1020. The second line-aligning portion 11 is formed at the bottom of the first line-aligning portion 10 and has a second line-aligning piece 110 that is approximately curved. A second line-aligning space 111 is defined between the second line-aligning piece 110 and the bottom side of the first line-aligning portion 10. The inner surface of the second line-aligning piece 110 has at least one second spacing portion 112. The second line-aligning space 111 is partitioned into at least two second line-aligning grooves 1110 by the at least one second spacing portion 112. The second line-aligning piece 110 has a second engaging portion 1100 at an open end that can engage with the first engaging portion 104. The second engaging portion 1100 is bent inward toward the second line-aligning space 111 and forms a second line-aligning hole 113 adjacent to the first engaging portion 104. In this embodiment, the second line aligning piece 110 of the second line aligning portion 11 is made of an elastic material, and the second line aligning piece 110 can be flexibly bent, so that the aperture size of the second line aligning hole 113 changes with the bending degree of the second line aligning piece 110 .

In use, the main body 1 is installed on the pipe 20 of the bicycle 2 (as shown in Figures 7 and 8), and the multiple wires 21 of the bicycle (for example, wires of the gearshift or brake) are respectively inserted into the first wire-aligning space 101 and the second wire-aligning space 111 through the first wire-aligning hole 103 of the first wire-aligning part 10 and the second wire-aligning hole 113 of the second wire-aligning part 11, and each wire 21 is set through the first wire-aligning groove 1010 of the first wire-aligning space 101 and the second wire-aligning groove 1110 of the second wire-aligning space 111. At the same time, the first positioning sections 1021 of the two first guides 102 are used to press against the wires 21 of the first wire alignment grooves 1010, so that the wires 21 are positioned in the first wire alignment grooves 1010. After the wires 21 are respectively arranged in the first wire alignment spaces 101 and the second wire alignment spaces 111, the second engaging portions 1100 of the second wire alignment sheet 110 are elastically bent and engaged with the first engaging portions 104 of the first wire alignment portion 10, so that the second wire alignment space 111 is closed (as shown in the fourth to sixth figures).

Accordingly, the wires 21 of the bicycle 2 can be respectively arranged in the first wire-aligning space 101 and the second wire-aligning space 111 by the bicycle wire-aligning device of the present invention, so as to avoid the entanglement and knotting of the multiple wires 21, and enable the bicycle faucet to rotate smoothly. It is worth mentioning that, since the two first guide parts 102 of the first wire-aligning part 10 and the second wire-aligning piece 110 of the second wire-aligning part 11 are both made of elastic materials, when the wires 21 are inserted into the first wire-aligning space 101 and the second wire-aligning space 111 through the first wire-aligning hole 103 and the second wire-aligning hole 113, the apertures of the first wire-aligning hole 103 and the second wire-aligning hole 113 can be enlarged or reduced according to the different widths of the wires 21, so as to be applicable to wires 21 of various widths.

In summary, the structural creation disclosed by the new "Bicycle Cable Adjuster" has an unprecedented innovative structure, so there is no doubt that it is "novel". In addition, this new creation can improve the effectiveness of the conventional structure, so it is also "progressive" and fully complies with the provisions of the Patent Law of our country regarding the application of new patents. A bicycle cable tidy includes: a main body, having a first cable tidying part and a second cable tidying part connected to each other; the first cable tidying part has two corresponding first cable tidying pieces, and the first cable tidying part has a first clamping part protruding from the outer side of the first cable tidying part near the bottom end, a first cable tidying space is formed between the two adjacent first cable tidying pieces, and the tops of the two first cable tidying pieces are respectively bent downward toward the first cable tidying space to form a first guide part, and a first cable tidying hole is formed between the two adjacent first guide parts; the second cable tidying part is formed at the bottom of the first cable tidying part and has a second cable tidying piece, a second cable tidying space is formed between the second cable tidying piece and the bottom side of the first cable tidying part, and the second clamping part is clamped with the first clamping part at the open end of the second cable tidying piece, and a second cable tidying hole is formed between the second clamping part and the first clamping part.
