Abstract

The present invention provides a beverage container, comprising a container body and a filter element. The container body has a containing portion and an opening portion, wherein the containing portion and the opening portion are interconnected and connected. The filter element is detachably connected to an inner wall of the opening portion, and the filter element comprises at least one filter hole and at least one side opening. The filter hole is opened at a bottom of the filter element. The side opening is opened at a side wall of the filter element.

Drink containers

The present disclosure relates to a beverage container, and in particular to a beverage container including a filter element.

In today's society that emphasizes high efficiency and high convenience, people have higher and higher requirements for daily necessities. Generally, the more functions a daily necessities have, the more popular they are with consumers. For example, to brew tea, you need to first pour drinking water into a teapot to soak the tea, and then use the filter in the teapot to keep the tea in the teapot, or use an additional filter to filter the tea, and then pour the brewed tea into a cup or drinking container. However, such a complicated way of brewing tea requires the use of multiple different utensils, which is not convenient.

The present disclosure provides a beverage container, which includes a detachable filter element, and at least one side opening is provided on the filter element, so that the user can smoothly remove the filter element, thereby improving the convenience of use.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a beverage container is provided, which includes a container body and a filter element. The container body has a storage portion and an opening portion, wherein the storage portion and the opening portion are interconnected and connected. The filter element is detachably connected to an inner wall of the opening portion, and the filter element includes at least one filter hole and at least one side opening. The filter hole is opened at a bottom of the filter element. The side opening is opened at a side wall of the filter element.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the preceding paragraph, the number of the side openings is three.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the previous paragraph, the filter element may further include a protrusion protruding from an inner surface of the side wall.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the preceding paragraph, the protrusion is arranged around the inner surface.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the preceding paragraph, a distance between the protrusion and the bottom of the filter element is greater than or equal to half the height of the side wall of the filter element.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the preceding paragraph, the number of filter holes can be plural.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the previous paragraph, the side opening can be square or trapezoidal.

According to the beverage container of the embodiment described in the previous paragraph, the side opening has an upper edge and a lower edge, and a length of the upper edge is greater than a length of the lower edge.

According to the embodiment described in the previous paragraph, the beverage container may further include a container cover that is detachably connected to an outer wall of the opening.

FIG. 1 shows a three-dimensional exploded view of a container body and a filter element of a beverage container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the filter element according to the embodiment of FIG. 1 being arranged on the container body; and FIG. 3 shows a side plan view of the filter element according to the embodiment of FIG. 1.

Please refer to Figure 1, which shows a three-dimensional exploded view of a container body 110 and a filter element 120 of a beverage container 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As can be seen from Figure 1, the beverage container 100 includes a container body 110 and a filter element 120. The container body 110 has a receiving portion 111 and an opening portion 112, wherein the receiving portion 111 and the opening portion 112 are interconnected and connected. The filter element 120 is detachably connected to an inner wall of the opening portion 112, and the filter element 120 includes at least one filter hole 121 and at least one side opening 122, wherein the filter hole 121 is opened at a bottom of the filter element 120, and the side opening 122 is opened at a side wall of the filter element 120.

Referring to FIG. 2, it shows a schematic diagram of the filter element 120 according to the embodiment of FIG. 1 being arranged on the container body 110. As can be seen from FIG. 2, by clamping the filter element 120 on the opening 112 of the container body 110, when there are solids to be filtered out in the beverage in the container 111, such as tea leaves of cold brew tea, the cold brew tea can be poured out from the filter hole 121 for drinking, and the tea leaves can be filtered by the filter element 120. By setting the side opening 122 on the filter element 120, the user can remove the filter element 120 from the opening 112 of the container body 110 from the edge of the side opening 122 with a finger, so as to pour out the solids in the container 111 and reuse the beverage container 100.

Specifically, the container portion 111 and the opening portion 112 of the container body 110 can be integrally formed, and the inner diameter of the container portion 111 is larger than the inner diameter of the opening portion 112, which is beneficial to increase the storage volume of the container body 110.

In order to ensure that the filter element 120 can be stably abutted against the opening 112 of the container body 110 and not fall off, the outer diameter L2 of the filter element 120 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter L1 of the opening 112, and the filter element 120 can be made of plastic material, so that when the filter element 120 is abutted against the opening 112, it can be slightly deformed through the characteristics of the material to facilitate pressing against the opening 112.

As can be seen from Figure 1, the number of side openings 122 can be three, and the three side openings 122 are evenly distributed on the side wall of the filter element 120, that is, the distances between two adjacent side openings 122 are the same. It must be noted that the number of side openings 122 can be configured according to actual needs and is not limited thereto.

The filter element 120 may further include a protrusion 123, which is protruding from an inner surface of the side wall of the filter element 120. Specifically, in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the protrusion 123 is disposed around the inner surface of the side wall of the filter element 120. This makes it easier for the user to remove the filter element 120 from the opening 112 of the container body 110 by applying force with his fingers.

The distance between the protrusion 123 and the bottom of the filter element 120 is greater than or equal to half the height of the side wall of the filter element 120. In this way, a position suitable for the user's finger to apply force is provided.

The number of filter holes 121 can be plural. Specifically, the number of filter holes 121 can be configured to different sizes and distributions according to needs, so as to facilitate filtering solids of different sizes or shapes in the beverage. The content of this disclosure is not limited to the filter holes 121 shown in the figure.

Please refer to FIG. 3, which shows a side plan view of the filter element 120 according to the embodiment of FIG. 1. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the side opening 122 is a trapezoid. The side opening 122 has an upper edge 1221 and a lower edge 1222, wherein a length of the upper edge is greater than a length of the lower edge. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the side opening may be square, circular, etc., but is not limited thereto.

Referring to FIG. 2, the beverage container 100 may further include a container cover 130, which is detachably connected to an outer wall of the opening 112. This allows the user to conveniently carry the beverage container 100 containing the beverage to prevent the beverage from spilling.

Anyone with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field may make some changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the scope of the attached patent application.

Claims (10)

A beverage container comprises: a container body having a containing portion and an opening portion, wherein the containing portion and the opening portion are interconnected and connected; and a filter element detachably connected to an inner wall of the opening portion, and the filter element comprises: at least one filter hole opened at a bottom of the filter element; and at least one side opening opened at a side wall of the filter element. A beverage container as described in claim 1, wherein the number of openings on at least one side is three. A beverage container as described in claim 1, wherein the filter element further comprises: a protrusion protruding from an inner surface of the side wall. A beverage container as described in claim 3, wherein the protrusion is arranged around the inner surface. A beverage container as described in claim 3, wherein a distance between the protrusion and the bottom of the filter element is greater than or equal to half a height of the side wall of the filter element. A beverage container as described in claim 1, wherein the number of the at least one filter hole is plural. A beverage container as described in claim 1, wherein the opening on at least one side is square. A beverage container as described in claim 1, wherein the opening on at least one side is trapezoidal. A beverage container as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one side opening has an upper edge and a lower edge, and a length of the upper edge is greater than a length of the lower edge. The beverage container as described in claim 1 further comprises: a container cover detachably connected to an outer wall of the opening.
