Abstract

A container fixing device is used to fix a container connected with a conduit, and the container fixing device includes an annular fixing belt and an extension belt. The inner side of the annular fixing belt is used to surround and contact the container, and the extension belt includes a first end, a second end, and a body located between the first end and the second end, the first end is connected to the outer side of the annular fixing belt, and the second end is detachably connected to the outer side of the annular fixing belt. The extension belt is configured so that when the second end is connected to the annular fixing belt, the body and the annular fixing belt form a holding area, and the holding area is used to pass a bracket.

Description

Container fixing device

The invention relates to a container fixing device, and in particular to a container fixing device for fixing a container connected with a conduit.

Due to medical needs, patients sometimes need to be connected to a drainage catheter. One end of the catheter is inserted into the patient, and the other end is connected to a container, which can be a bottle or a bag. The container is used to receive the body fluids, blood or pus for drainage. If the patient is lying in bed or sitting in a chair, the container will be placed beside him; if the patient needs to move, he needs to hold the container or put it on a wheelchair. Whether the patient is lying, sitting or moving, the catheter or container is easily pulled by body movements. In addition to pulling the insertion end of the catheter, causing pain or discomfort to the patient, the container may also be knocked over or pushed down, causing inconvenience in use.

The existing container connected to the catheter is inconvenient to use. When placed or carried, the human body end of the catheter is easily pulled by the patient's activities, causing pain or discomfort to the patient. The container may also be overturned or pushed down by the patient's body movements. This invention provides a catheter fixing device for the human body, which can solve the problems caused by the existing drainage catheter.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention provides a container fixing device for fixing a container connected with a conduit, the container fixing device comprising an annular fixing belt and an extension belt. The inner side of the annular fixing belt is used to surround and contact the container, the extension belt comprises a first end, a second end and a body located between the first end and the second end, the first end is connected to the outer side of the annular fixing belt, and the second end is detachably connected to the outer side of the annular fixing belt. The extension belt is configured such that when the second end is connected to the annular fixing belt, the body and the annular fixing belt form a holding area, and the holding area is used to pass a bracket.

In some embodiments, the container fixing device further includes a hanging strap, and two ends of the hanging strap are respectively connected to opposite sides of the ring-shaped fixing belt.

In some embodiments, the container fixing device further includes two loops, which are respectively connected to opposite sides of the ring-shaped fixing belt; the strap includes two first hooks, which are respectively connected to two ends of the strap, and the two first hooks are respectively detachably connected to the two loops.

In some embodiments, each loop portion includes a handle and a rope loop connecting the handle, the handle is sewn to two opposite sides of the annular fixing belt, and the two first hook portions can detachably hook the two rope loops.

In some embodiments, each first hook portion includes a swivel seat and a first hook, the first hook is rotatably connected to the swivel seat, two ends of the hanging strap are respectively connected to the two swivel seats, and the two first hooks can detachably hook the two rope loops.

In some embodiments, the lanyard further includes a Japanese-style buckle, the lanyard passes through the Japanese-style buckle, and the lanyard is configured to adjust the length through the Japanese-style buckle.

In some embodiments, the annular fixing strap and/or the extension strap are elastic.

In some embodiments, the outer side of the annular fixing belt has a first adhesive component, and the second end of the extension belt has a second adhesive component, and the first adhesive component and the second adhesive component are configured to be detachably bonded to each other.

In some embodiments, the first adhesive component and the second adhesive component are Velcro corresponding to each other.

In some embodiments, the annular fixing band includes an opening that penetrates the inner side and the outer side of the annular fixing band, and the opening is used to allow the protrusion of the container to pass through.

In some embodiments, the loop-shaped fixing strap includes a pocket for inserting a tool therein.

In some embodiments, the container fixing device further includes two second hooks, wherein the two second hooks are connected to the annular fixing belt and are spaced apart from each other, and the two second hooks are used to hang the bag body connected to the catheter.

In some embodiments, each second hook portion includes a Velcro and a second hook, the Velcro is fastened to the annular fixing belt, the second hook is connected to the Velcro, and the second hook is used to hang the bag body.

The container fixing device as described above can be used to fix a container connected to a catheter. After the container is installed on the container fixing device, the container fixing device can be fixed on the bracket, so that the container can be fixed accordingly through the container fixing device, so that when the patient is active or moving, the human body insertion end of the catheter will not be pulled, and the container will not be overturned or pushed down due to the patient's movements, thereby avoiding the problem that the existing container connected to the catheter will pull the catheter when the patient is active or moving, causing pain or discomfort to the patient, and also avoiding the problem that the existing container connected to the catheter will be overturned or pushed down due to the patient's movements.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2, Figure 1 is a three-dimensional diagram of a container fixing device 1 of an embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of a container fixing device 1 of an embodiment of the present invention before assembly. In this embodiment, the container fixing device 1 can be used to fix a container CON connected to a catheter; the container CON is, for example but not limited to, a bottle or a bag, and the bottle or bag can receive body fluids, blood or pus for drainage through the catheter. The container fixing device 1 includes an annular fixing belt 10 and an extension belt 20. The inner side 11 of the annular fixing belt 10 is used to surround and contact the container CON. The extension belt 20 includes a first end 21, a second end 22 and a body 23 located between the first end 21 and the second end 22. The first end 21 is connected to the outer side 12 of the annular fixing belt 10, and the second end 22 is detachably connected to the outer side 12 of the annular fixing belt 10.

As shown in FIG2 , the annular fixing belt 10 before assembly is a long strip-shaped structure; as shown in FIG1 , during assembly, the annular fixing belt 10 of the long strip-shaped structure can be looped and fixed based on the outer circumference of the container CON to be used to form an annular shape, so that the inner side 11 of the annular fixing belt 10 can loop around and contact the container CON. In some embodiments, the first end 21 of the extension belt 20 is sewn and fixed to the outer side 12 of the annular fixing belt 10. In some embodiments, the annular fixing band 10 and the extension band 20 before assembly are the same long strip-shaped structure. During assembly, a predetermined length of the long strip-shaped structure can be looped and fixed based on the outer circumference of the container CON to be used to form the annular fixing band 10, and the extra portion that is not looped and fixed is the extension band 20. In some embodiments, the annular fixing band 10 is elastic, the extension band 20 is elastic, or both the annular fixing band 10 and the extension band 20 are elastic.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 6 at the same time. FIG. 6 is a second schematic diagram of the use of the container fixing device 1 of an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the extension band 20 is configured so that when the second end 22 is connected to the annular fixing band 10, the main body 23 and the annular fixing band 10 form a retaining area 24, and the retaining area 24 is used to insert the bracket BRT. The second end 22 of the extension band 20 shown in FIG. 1 has not yet been connected to the annular fixing band 10, so the annular fixing band 10 and the main body 23 of the extension band 20 are open. The second end 22 of the extension band 20 shown in FIG. 6 is connected to the outer side 12 of the annular fixing band 10, and the annular fixing band 10 and the main body 23 of the extension band 20 are semi-closed, thereby forming a retaining area 24, and the bracket BRT can be inserted in the retaining area 24.

As shown in FIG6 , in some embodiments, the support BRT is, for example but not limited to, a vertical rod of a mobile IV stand or an armrest support of a wheelchair, and the container fixing device 1 can be fixed to the base of the mobile IV stand or the seat surface of the wheelchair through the ring fixing belt 10 and the extension belt 20; for example, the ring fixing belt 10 can be firstly fixed around the periphery of the container CON, and the second end 22 of the extension belt 20 is not connected to the ring fixing belt 10, and then, the container CON is placed on the The base of the mobile IV stand is provided, and the annular fixing belt 10 and the extension belt 20 are brought close to the upright rod of the mobile IV stand. Then, the second end 22 of the extension belt 20 is connected to the annular fixing belt 10 to form a holding area 24. The upright rod of the mobile IV stand is located in the holding area 24. That is, the extension belt 20 and the annular fixing belt 10 clamp the upright rod, so that the relative position of the container CON on the inner side 11 of the annular fixing belt 10 and the mobile IV stand can be fixed.

As shown in FIG. 1 , in some embodiments, the outer side 12 of the annular fixing belt 10 has a first adhesive 121, and the second end 22 of the extension belt 20 has a second adhesive 221, and the first adhesive 121 and the second adhesive 221 are configured to be detachably bonded to each other. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 6 , when in use, the second end 22 of the extension belt 20 can be bonded to the outer side 12 of the annular fixing belt 10 at an appropriate position according to the size, thickness or shape of the stent BRT to form an appropriate holding area 24. In some embodiments, the first adhesive 121 and the second adhesive 221 are Velcro corresponding to each other.

As shown in FIG. 1 , in some embodiments, the annular fixing band 10 includes an opening 13 , which penetrates the inner side 11 and the outer side 12 of the annular fixing band 10 , and the opening 13 is used to allow the protrusion PRT of the container CON to pass through.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 at the same time. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the use of the container fixing device 1 of an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the container fixing device 1 further includes a lanyard 30, and the two ends of the lanyard 30 are respectively connected to the opposite sides of the ring-shaped fixing belt 10. As shown in FIG. 2, the lanyard 30 before assembly is a long strip-shaped belt structure, and the lanyard 30 includes two first hooks 31, and the two first hooks 31 are respectively connected to the two ends of the lanyard 30, and the lanyard 30 is connected to the opposite sides of the ring-shaped fixing belt 10 through the two first hooks 31. As shown in FIG5 , the container fixing device 1 can wrap the container CON around the inner side 11 of the annular fixing belt 10 and hang it on the bracket BRT through the hanging belt 30; or allow the patient to carry it on his shoulders to facilitate the patient's movement.

As shown in FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 , in some embodiments, the container fixing device 1 further includes two loops 40, the two loops 40 are connected to opposite sides of the annular fixing belt 10, and the two first hooks 31 are detachably connected to the two loops 40. In some embodiments, each loop 40 includes a handle 41 and a rope loop 42 connected to the handle 41, the handle 41 is sewn to opposite sides of the annular fixing belt 10, and the two first hooks 31 are detachably hooked to the two rope loops 42. In some embodiments, the loop 40 is, for example but not limited to, a zipper tail for connecting a zipper. As shown in FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, each first hook portion 31 includes a rotating seat 311 and a first hook 312. The first hook 312 is rotatably connected to the rotating seat 311. The two ends of the lanyard 30 are respectively connected to the two rotating seats 311. The two first hooks 312 are respectively detachably hooked to the two rope loops 42. The rotating seat 311 allows the first hook 312 to rotate relative to the lanyard 30, so as to adjust the angle of the first hook 312 conveniently; the first hook 312 can be conveniently hooked to the rope loop 42 or removed from the rope loop 42. In this way, the ring-shaped fixing belt 10 can be conveniently connected to the lanyard 30 or the lanyard 30 can be untied and removed from the ring-shaped fixing belt 10 according to the needs during use.

Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4 at the same time. Figure 4 is a schematic diagram 2 of a partial assembly of the container fixing device 1 of an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the lanyard 30 further includes a Japanese-shaped buckle 32, and the lanyard 30 passes through the Japanese-shaped buckle 32. The lanyard 30 is configured to adjust the length through the Japanese-shaped buckle 32. In this way, the length of the lanyard 30 can be conveniently adjusted according to needs during use.

Please refer to Figures 1, 3 and 7 simultaneously. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram 1 of a partial assembly of the container fixing device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 7 is a schematic diagram 3 of the use of the container fixing device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the container fixing device 1 further includes two second hooks 50, wherein the two second hooks 50 are connected to the annular fixing belt 10 and are spaced apart from each other, and the two second hooks 50 are used to hang a bag body BAG connected to the catheter TB. The loop 40 and the second hook 50 are respectively located at the upper and lower sides of the annular fixing belt 10 in the width direction, for example, the loop 40 is located at the upper side of the annular fixing belt 10 to facilitate the connection of the hanging belt 30; and the second hook 50 is located at the lower side of the annular fixing belt 10 to facilitate the connection of the bag body BAG. As shown in FIG. 7 , in this use state, the bag BAG can be hung on the bracket BRT through the container fixing device 1 ; or the patient can carry it on his shoulders to facilitate the patient's movement.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 7 , in some embodiments, each second hook portion 50 includes a hook and loop fastener 51 and a second hook 52. The hook and loop fastener 51 is hooked to the ring-shaped fixing belt 10, and the second hook and loop fastener 52 is connected to the hook and loop fastener 51. The second hook and loop fastener 52 is used to hang the bag BAG. The hook and loop fastener 51 is, for example but not limited to, a long strip of Velcro tape, which can be wound around the ring-shaped fixing belt 10 and fixed to the ring-shaped fixing belt 10 by self-adhesion of the fur surface and the thorn surface of the Velcro tape.

Please refer to FIG8 , which is a schematic diagram of the container fixing device 1 of an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the ring-shaped fixing band 10 includes a pocket 14, and the pocket 14 is used to insert a tool TL therein. The pocket 14 is, for example but not limited to, a perforation that passes through the upper and lower sides of the ring-shaped fixing band 10 in the width direction, and the tool TL is, for example but not limited to, a hemostatic forceps.

In summary, the container fixing device of each embodiment of the present invention can be used to fix a container connected to a catheter. After the container is installed on the container fixing device, the container fixing device can be fixed on the bracket, so that the container can be fixed accordingly through the container fixing device, so that the patient will not be pulled to the human body insertion end of the catheter when moving or moving, and the container will not be knocked over or pushed down due to the patient's movements. This avoids the problem that the existing container connected to the catheter will pull the catheter when the patient moves or moves, causing pain or discomfort to the patient, and can also avoid the problem that the existing container connected to the catheter will be knocked over or pushed down due to the patient's movements. In addition, the container fixing device can be hung on the bracket through a strap to increase the scope of use of the container fixing device; it can also be carried on the shoulders of the patient through the strap, making it easier for the patient to move and more convenient to use.

Claims (13)

A container fixing device is used to fix a container connected to a conduit, the container fixing device comprising: an annular fixing belt, wherein the inner side of the annular fixing belt is used to surround and contact the container; and an extension belt, comprising a first end, a second end and a body located between the first end and the second end, the first end is connected to the outer side of the annular fixing belt, and the second end is detachably connected to the outer side of the annular fixing belt, wherein the extension belt is configured such that when the second end is connected to the annular fixing belt, the body and the annular fixing belt form a holding area, and the holding area is used to pass a bracket. The container fixing device as described in claim 1 further includes a hanging strap, wherein two ends of the hanging strap are respectively connected to opposite sides of the ring-shaped fixing strap. The container fixing device as described in claim 2 also includes two loop portions, wherein the two loop portions are respectively connected to opposite sides of the annular fixing strap; the strap includes two first hook portions, the two first hook portions are respectively connected to the two ends of the strap, and the two first hook portions are respectively detachably connected to the two loop portions. A container fixing device as described in claim 3, wherein each of the loop portions includes a handle and a rope loop connected to the handle, the handle is sewn to two opposite sides of the annular fixing belt, and the two first hook portions can detachably hook the two rope loops. A container fixing device as described in claim 4, wherein each of the first hook portions includes a rotating seat and a first hook, the first hook is rotatably connected to the rotating seat, the two ends of the strap are respectively connected to the two rotating seats, and the two first hooks can respectively and detachably hook the two rope loops. A container fixing device as described in claim 5, wherein the strap further includes a straight buckle, the strap passes through the straight buckle, and the strap is configured to adjust the length through the straight buckle. A container fixing device as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the annular fixing band and/or the extension band are elastic. A container fixing device as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer side of the annular fixing band has a first adhesive component, the second end of the extension band has a second adhesive component, and the first adhesive component and the second adhesive component are configured to be detachably bonded to each other. A container fixing device as described in claim 8, wherein the first adhesive component and the second adhesive component are Velcro corresponding to each other. A container fixing device as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the annular fixing band includes an opening that penetrates the inner side and the outer side of the annular fixing band, and the opening is used to allow the protrusion of the container to pass through. A container fixing device as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the ring-shaped fixing belt includes a pocket for inserting a tool therein. The container fixing device as described in any one of claims 1 to 6 further includes two second hooks, wherein the two second hooks are connected to the annular fixing belt and are spaced apart from each other, and the two second hooks are used to hang a bag body connected to a conduit. A container fixing device as described in claim 12, wherein each second hook portion includes a Velcro and a second hook, the Velcro is fastened to the annular fixing belt, the second hook is connected to the Velcro, and the second hook is used to hang the bag body.
