Abstract

The present invention discloses a kind of buckle-type shoe and a rope-tail buckle. The buckle-type shoe includes a shoe body and a rope. The rope-tail buckle includes a fixing seat and a rope buckle. The fixing seat is formed with a buckling groove. The rope buckle includes a rope threading part and an assembly part. The rope threading part is surrounded by a receiving space, two rope threading holes connected to the receiving space, and an outer opening. The assembly part is integrally connected to the rope threading part. Each adjustment end section passes through the rope threading part of a rope-tail buckle adjacent to it, and is fixed in the rope threading part of a rope-tail buckle far away from it by passing the rope tail. The rope buckle can be detachably buckled and positioned in the buckling groove of the fixing seat by the assembly part, so that the rope is in a tightened state; each rope buckle can make the assembly part detach from the corresponding buckling groove, so that the rope is in a loosened state.

Description

Buckle-type shoes and rope-tail buckles

The invention relates to a fastener, and more particularly to a fastened shoe and a rope-tail fastener.

When adjusting the existing rope buckle system, the shoelace tail will inevitably be generated, and the user needs to spend time to store the shoelace tail, and the rope tail also affects the overall appearance of the shoe. Therefore, the creator of the present invention believes that the above defects can be improved, and has devoted himself to research and applied scientific principles, and finally proposed a reasonable design and effective improvement of the above defects.

The present invention provides a buckled shoe and a rope tail buckle, which can effectively improve the defects that may occur in the existing rope buckle system.

The present invention discloses a buckle-type shoe, which comprises: a shoe body, including a shoe tongue and two rope-threading pieces respectively located at two sides of the shoe tongue; a rope strap, which is passed through the two rope-threading pieces and passes through the two rope-threading pieces respectively to form two adjustment end sections; wherein each of the adjustment end sections has a rope tail; and two rope tail buckles, which are respectively mounted on the two rope-threading pieces, and each of the rope tail buckles comprises: a fixing seat, which is fixed to the corresponding rope-threading piece, and the fixing seat is formed with a buckling groove; and a rope buckle, which comprises: a rope-threading part, which surrounds and forms an accommodating space, and the rope-threading part is formed with two rope-threading holes connected to the accommodating space and an outer opening; and an assembly part, which is integrally connected to the The rope threading portion, and the rope buckle can be detachably buckled and positioned in the buckling groove of the fixing seat by the assembly portion; wherein each of the adjustment end sections passes through the rope threading portion of a rope tail buckle adjacent to it, and the rope tail is passed through and fixed in the rope threading portion of a rope tail buckle far away from it, so that the accommodating space of each rope tail buckle accommodates a part of one of the adjustment end sections and the rope tail of another of the adjustment end sections; wherein each of the rope buckles can be buckled and positioned in the corresponding buckling groove by the assembly portion, so that the rope is in a tightened state; each of the rope buckles can make the assembly portion detach from the corresponding buckling groove, so that the rope is in a loose state.

The present invention also discloses a rope tail buckle, which is applicable to two adjustment end sections of a rope, and the rope tail buckle includes: a fixed seat, which is formed with a buckling groove; and a rope buckle, which includes: a rope threading portion, which surrounds a receiving space, and the rope threading portion is formed with two rope threading holes connected to the receiving space and an outer opening; and an assembly portion, which is integrally connected to the rope threading portion, and the rope buckle can be detachably buckled and positioned in the buckling groove of the fixed seat by the assembly portion; wherein, the receiving space of the rope tail buckle accommodates a part of one of the adjustment end sections and a rope tail of the other adjustment end section.

In summary, the buckled shoes and rope tail buckle disclosed in the present invention embodiment, through the structural design of the rope threading portion, are convenient for the user to store the rope in the accommodating space of the rope threading portion when using the rope tail buckle, thereby achieving the purpose of storing the rope and adjusting the tightness of the rope.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 8, which are the first embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment discloses a buckle-type shoe 100, which includes a shoe body 1, a rope 2 worn on the shoe body 1, and two rope tail buckles 3 installed on the shoe body 1.

It should be noted that the rope tail buckle 3 is used in combination with the shoe body 1 and the rope 2 in this embodiment, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the invention, the rope tail buckle 3 can also be used alone (e.g., for sale) or in combination with other components.

As shown in FIG1 , the shoe body 1 in this embodiment includes a tongue 11 and two rope-threading pieces 12 located at both sides of the tongue 11. The rope-threading pieces 12 are disposed at both sides of the shoe body 1, and the rope 2 is passed through the two rope-threading pieces 12 to form two adjustment end sections 21. More specifically, the rope 2 is passed through the two rope-threading pieces 12 from the front end of the shoe body 1 (e.g., the toe) along the tongue 11 toward the top of the shoe body 1, so that the distance between the two rope-threading pieces 12 can be changed by adjusting the rope 2, thereby adjusting the tightness of the shoe body 1. Each of the adjustment end sections 21 has a rope tail 211, and the rope tail 211 is tied to form a tail knot 2111 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the two rope-threading pieces 12 are connected to each other and arranged on the shoe body 1 for illustration, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the invention, the two rope-threading pieces 12 can also be separated from each other and independently arranged on the shoe body 1.

The two rope tail buckles 3 are mounted on the shoe body 1 and correspond to the two rope threading plates 12, respectively. For example, the two rope tail buckles 3 are respectively adjacent to the positions where the rope 2 passes through the two rope threading plates 12. It should be noted that the two rope tail buckles 3 in this embodiment adopt the same structure and are roughly mirror-symmetrically arranged. Therefore, for the convenience of explanation, the structure of one rope tail buckle 3 will be introduced first, and then the connection relationship between the two rope tail buckles 3 and other components will be explained in due course, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the structures of the two rope tail buckles 3 may also be slightly different.

As shown in FIG3 , the rope tail buckle 3 includes a fixing seat 31 and a rope buckle 32 detachably mounted on the fixing seat 31. The fixing seat 31 is fixed to the shoe body 1 and adjacent to the corresponding rope threading sheet 12, and a buckling groove 3121 is formed in (the approximate middle part of) the fixing seat 31.

In more detail, the fixing seat 31 preferably includes a fixing section 311 and a positioning section 312 connected to the fixing section 311. The fixing section 311 includes a sheet-like body surrounding the positioning section 312, and the sheet-like body is generally U-shaped and has a slight curvature, so that the fixing section 311 can be fitted and fixed to the shoe body 1. Furthermore, the positioning section 312 is formed with the retaining groove 3121 and a limiting portion 3122 adjacent to the retaining groove 3121. In this embodiment, the limiting portion 3122 is a convex block and is adjacent to the notch of the retaining groove 3121, and the retaining groove 3121 is an oblique groove and is formed by the notch extending obliquely in a direction away from the limiting portion 3122 (e.g., toward the shoe body 1).

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , the rope buckle 32 includes a rope threading portion 321 and an assembly portion 322 integrally connected to the rope threading portion 321. The rope threading portion 321 is a hollow structure (e.g., a tubular structure) and surrounds a receiving space E, and the receiving space E is used to accommodate a portion of one of the adjustment end sections 21 of the rope 2 and the rope tail 211 of the other adjustment end section 21. The rope threading portion 321 is formed with two rope threading holes 3211 and an outer opening 3212 connected to the receiving space E, and the two rope threading holes 3211 are located at one end of the rope threading portion 321, and the outer opening 3212 is located at the other end of the rope threading portion 321. The two rope holes 3211 are closer to the shoe tongue 11 than the outer opening 3212. In other words, the rope holes 3211 of the two rope buckles 32 are generally facing the shoe tongue 11.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG6 , the rope buckle 32 can be detachably buckled and positioned in the buckling groove 3121 of the fixing seat 31 by the assembly portion 322. More specifically, the assembly portion 322 is an oblique pin 322a in this embodiment, and the oblique pin 322a is formed by the position of the rope threading portion 321 adjacent to the outer opening 3212 extending obliquely toward the direction of the two rope threading holes 3211, and a length direction of the oblique pin 322a is sandwiched with the corresponding shoe body 1 at a configuration angle θ. Among them, in each of the rope tail buckles 3, the configuration angle θ of the oblique pin 322a is preferably between 30 degrees and 60 degrees, but the invention is not limited thereto.

Accordingly, the assembly part 322 in this embodiment can be constructed by adopting the oblique pin 322a with the configuration angle θ so that the user can easily insert and separate the assembly part 322 and the fixing seat 31 from a specific angle, but the present invention is not limited to this. In other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the assembly part 322 can also be any shape.

Furthermore, when the assembly part 322 is snap-fitted and positioned in the buckling groove 3121, the limiting part 3122 can abut against and limit the string threading part 321. In other words, when the assembly part 322 is buckled into the buckling groove 3121, the assembly part 322 can be more stably positioned in the buckling groove 3121 by the structural combination of the limiting part 3122 and the string threading part 321.

The above is an explanation of a single rope tail buckle 3. The following will introduce the connection relationship and actual operation method between two rope tail buckles 3 and other components (such as the shoe body 1 and the rope 2).

As shown in FIG. 7 , each of the adjustment end segments 21 passes through the rope threading portion 321 of the rope tail buckle 3 adjacent thereto, and the rope tail 211 is passed through and fixed in the rope threading portion 321 of the rope tail buckle 3 far away therefrom, so that the accommodating space E of each of the rope tail buckles 3 accommodates a portion of one of the adjustment end segments 21 and the rope tail 211 of another of the adjustment end segments 21. Among them, in each of the rope tail buckles 3, one of the adjustment end sections 21 passes through the rope threading portion 321 from the outer opening 3212 and one of the rope threading holes 3211 in sequence, so that the part of the adjustment end section 21 is located in the accommodating space E, and another of the adjustment end sections 21 passes through the rope threading portion 321 from another of the rope threading holes 3211, so that the rope tail 211 is positioned in the accommodating space E.

In more detail, as shown in FIG8 , any one of the adjustment end sections 21 of the rope 2 sequentially passes through the outer opening 3212 of one of the rope tail buckles 3 adjacent thereto into the rope threading portion 321, and passes out from one of the rope threading holes 3211, and then passes through the rope threading portion 321 from the rope threading hole 3211 of another rope tail buckle 3 far away therefrom, and the tail knot 2111 of the rope tail 211 is placed in the accommodating space E.

Among them, the outer diameter T of the tail knot 2111 is larger than the hole diameter H of the corresponding rope threading hole 3211 (that is, the hole diameter H of each rope threading hole 3211 is smaller than the outer diameter T of any rope tail 211), so that the rope tail 211 can be stably set in the accommodating space E by the tail knot 2111.

Each of the rope buckles 32 can be detachably buckled and positioned in the corresponding buckling groove 3121 of the fixing seat 31 with the assembly portion 322, so that the rope 2 is in a tightened state (such as FIG. 1). Furthermore, each of the rope buckles 32 can make the assembly portion 322 detach from the corresponding buckling groove 3121, so that the rope 2 is in a loosened state (such as FIG. 2).

Specifically, as shown in FIG1 , when the user positions the assembly portion 322 of the rope buckle 32 at the corresponding buckle groove 3121, the rope 2 is in a tightened state, and the user cannot make any adjustment to the rope 2. As shown in FIG2 , when the assembly portion 322 of the rope buckle 32 is separated from the buckle groove 3121, the rope 2 is in a loosened state, and the user is provided with an opportunity to adjust the tightness of the rope 2 (or the distance between the two rope threading pieces 12).

Please refer to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, which are the second embodiment of the present invention. Since the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, the similarities between the two embodiments will not be described in detail, and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are roughly described as follows:

In this embodiment, in each of the rope tail buckles 3, the assembly portion 322 is a hook 322b, and the hook 322b is formed by extending from the position of the rope threading portion 321 adjacent to the outer opening 3212 toward the two rope threading holes 3211. In other words, the hook 322b is in an inverted hook shape, and can be fastened in the fastening groove 3121 by the hook 322b, but the invention is not limited thereto.

Furthermore, the assembly part 322 can be matched with the structural design of the retaining groove 3121 and the limiting part 3122 through the hook 322b, so that when the user buckles the assembly part 322 into the retaining groove 3121 of the fixing seat 31, the hook 322b is positioned in the retaining groove 3121 through the limiting part 3122.

[Technical effects of the present invention]

In summary, the buckled shoes and rope tail buckle disclosed in the present invention embodiment, through the structural design of the rope threading portion, are convenient for the user to store the adjustment end of the rope in the accommodating space of the rope threading portion when using the rope tail buckle, thereby achieving the purpose of storing the rope and adjusting the tightness of the rope.

Claims (10)

A buckle-type shoe, comprising: A shoe body, comprising a shoe tongue and two rope-threading plates respectively located on both sides of the shoe tongue; A rope, which is passed through the two rope-threading plates and passes through the two rope-threading plates respectively to form two adjustment end sections; wherein each of the adjustment end sections has a rope tail; and Two rope tail buckles, which are mounted on the shoe body and correspond to the two rope-threading plates respectively, and each of the rope tail buckles comprises: A fixing seat, which is fixed to the shoe body and adjacent to the corresponding rope-threading plate, and the fixing seat is formed with a buckle groove; and A rope buckle, comprising: A rope threading portion, which surrounds a receiving space, and the rope threading portion is formed with two rope threading holes and an outer opening connected to the receiving space; and an assembly portion, which is integrally connected to the rope threading portion, and the rope buckle can be detachably snap-fastened and positioned in the buckling groove of the fixing seat by the assembly portion; wherein each of the adjustment end sections passes through the rope threading portion of a rope tail buckle adjacent to it, and the rope tail is fixed in the rope threading portion of a rope tail buckle far away from it, so that the receiving space of each rope tail buckle accommodates a part of one of the adjustment end sections and the rope tail of another of the adjustment end sections; Each of the rope buckles can be positioned in the corresponding buckling groove by buckling the assembly part, so that the rope is in a tightened state; each of the rope buckles can make the assembly part detach from the corresponding buckling groove, so that the rope is in a loosened state. A buckle-type shoe as described in claim 1, wherein, in each of the rope tail fasteners, one of the adjustment end sections passes through the rope threading portion from the outer opening and one of the rope threading holes in sequence so that the part is located within the accommodating space, and another of the adjustment end sections passes through the rope threading portion from another of the rope threading holes so that the rope tail is positioned within the accommodating space. A buckle-type shoe as described in claim 2, wherein each of the adjustment ends is knotted at the rope tail to form a tail knot, the outer diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the corresponding rope threading hole. The buckle-type shoe as claimed in claim 1, wherein in each of the rope tail buckles, the fixing seat comprises: a fixing section fixed to the shoe body and adjacent to the corresponding rope threading piece; and a positioning section connected to the fixing section, and the positioning section is formed with the buckle groove and a limiting portion adjacent to the buckle groove; wherein when the assembly part is buckled and positioned in the buckle groove, the limiting portion can press against and limit the rope threading portion. A buckled shoe as described in claim 1, wherein, in each of the rope tail fasteners, the two rope threading holes of the rope threading portion are closer to the shoe tongue than the outer opening, and the hole diameter of each of the rope threading holes is smaller than the outer diameter of any of the rope tails. A buckled shoe as described in claim 5, wherein in each of the rope tail buckles, the assembly portion is an oblique pin, and the oblique pin is formed by extending obliquely from the position of the rope threading portion adjacent to the outer opening toward the two rope threading holes. The buckled shoes as described in claim 6, wherein, in each of the rope tail buckles, a length direction of the oblique pin is sandwiched with the corresponding rope threading plate at a configuration angle between 30 degrees and 60 degrees. A buckle-type shoe as described in claim 5, wherein, in each of the rope tail buckles, the assembly portion is a hook, and the hook is formed by extending from the position of the rope threading portion adjacent to the outer opening toward the two rope threading holes. A rope tail buckle, which is suitable for two adjustment end sections of a rope, comprises: a fixing seat, formed with a buckling groove; and a rope buckle, comprising: a rope threading portion, which surrounds a receiving space, and the rope threading portion is formed with two rope threading holes and an outer opening connected to the receiving space; and an assembly portion, which is integrally connected to the rope threading portion, and the rope buckle can be detachably buckled and positioned in the buckling groove of the fixing seat by the assembly portion; wherein the receiving space of the rope tail buckle accommodates a part of one of the adjustment end sections and a rope tail of the other adjustment end section. The rope tail buckle as described in claim 9, wherein the diameter of each rope threading hole is smaller than the outer diameter of the rope tail; the assembly part is formed by extending the position of the rope threading part adjacent to the outer opening toward the two rope threading holes; wherein the fixing seat comprises: a fixing section; and a positioning section connected to the fixing section, and the positioning section is formed with the buckling groove and a limiting section adjacent to the buckling groove; wherein when the assembly part is buckled and positioned in the buckling groove, the limiting section can press against and limit the rope threading part.
