Description

One-piece drain cover

This invention relates to a drain hole cover, in particular to an integrated drain hole cover for preventing hair or other debris from falling into the drain hole.

Generally, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, etc. of general buildings are equipped with drain holes to discharge waste water outside the building, and drain holes are usually covered with drain holes to achieve drainage while preventing hair or other debris from directly flowing into the drain holes and causing blockage.

However, although the drain hole cover can prevent hair or other debris from directly flowing into the drain hole, when cleaning the hair and debris gathered above the drain hole cover, the user must directly pick up the hair and debris gathered above the drain hole cover with hands or clips, which is not only inconvenient, but also has a poor cleaning effect.

In order to solve the above problem, there is a conventional drain hole cover 90 as shown in the eighth and ninth figures, which is composed of a drain hole cover body 91 and a button 92. The drain hole cover body 91 is in the shape of a disk, with a slightly raised arc in the center, and a fixing hole 911 is provided in the center. A stud 921 is provided at one end of the button 92, and the stud 921 is locked and fixed with the fixing hole 911 of the drain hole cover body 91. When in use, the cover is fitted on the drain hole to prevent hair or other debris from falling into the drain hole, and the drain hole cover 90 can be lifted by the button 92, so that the hair or other debris gathered on the drain hole cover body 91 can be easily and quickly cleaned.

However, the known drain hole cover 90 needs to manufacture the drain hole cover body 91 and the button 92 separately, and then assemble the button 92 and the drain hole cover 91. Therefore, the structure is complicated, the components are many, the assembly is time-consuming and labor-intensive, the manufacturing cost is high, and it is not economical.

The author of this invention, in view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the known drain hole cover, came up with the idea of creating this invention. After much discussion and trial production of samples, as well as many revisions and improvements, this invention was finally launched.

The invention provides an integrated drain hole cover, comprising: a drain hole cover body, on which a plurality of filter holes are provided; and an extraction portion, which is integrally formed at the center of the drain hole cover body by stamping, and is formed by extending upward from the drain hole cover body, and the drain hole cover body can be lifted up by the extraction portion.

The main purpose of creating the one-piece drain hole cover is to integrally form an extraction portion at the center of the drain hole cover body, which has a simple structure, few components, is easy and convenient to manufacture, reduces manufacturing costs, and is in line with economic benefits.

The following is a further description of the present invention in conjunction with the drawings of the preferred embodiments, in the hope that those familiar with the relevant technologies of the present invention can implement the invention according to the description in this manual.

First, please refer to the first and second figures, the one-piece drain hole cover 1 of the present invention comprises: a drain hole cover body 10 and an extraction portion 20.

The drain hole cover body 10 is a disc-shaped sheet made of metal material, with a slight bulge in the center to form an arc shape. A plurality of filter holes 11 are provided on the drain hole cover body 10. In this embodiment, the plurality of filter holes 11 include a plurality of oblong filter holes 11A arranged in a ring near the center of the drain hole cover body 10 and a plurality of open filter holes 11B arranged in a ring around the outer periphery of the drain hole cover body 10.

The extraction portion 20 is integrally formed at the center of the drain hole cover body 10 by stamping, and is extended upward from the drain hole cover body 10. The extraction portion 20 is designed to be convenient to grasp, and the drain hole cover body 10 can be easily lifted up by the extraction portion 20. In this embodiment, the extraction portion 20 is in the shape of a hollow cylinder with a round head.

As shown in the third to fifth figures, a drain hole 2 is provided on the floor of places such as a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony, and a drain head 3 is installed in the drain hole 2. When in use, the one-piece drain hole cover 1 of the invention is covered on the drain head 3 installed in the drain hole 2, so that waste water can enter the drain hole 2 through the filter hole 11 of the drain hole cover body 10 and be discharged. The drain hole cover body 10 prevents hair or other debris from falling into the drain hole 2 and causing blockage.

As shown in the sixth figure, the integrated drain hole cover 1 together with the hair or other debris that is blocking the drain hole cover body 10 can be easily lifted up and separated from the drain head 3 by grasping the handle 20 by hand, so that the hair or other debris that is blocking the drain hole cover body 10 can be easily and quickly cleaned. After cleaning, the integrated drain hole cover 1 can be re-covered on the drain head 3 installed on the drain hole 2 by grasping the handle 20 by hand.

As shown in FIG. 7 , the kitchen sink is provided with a drain hole 2A, and a drain head 3A is installed in the drain hole 2A. When in use, the one-piece drain hole cover 1 of the invention is covered on the drain head 3A installed in the drain hole 2A, so that waste water can enter the drain hole 2A through the filter hole 11 of the drain hole cover body 10 and the drain head 3A to be discharged. The blocking effect of the drain hole cover body 10 cooperates with the blocking effect of the drain head 3A itself to form a double filtering function.

The one-piece drain hole cover of the invention has an extraction portion 20 formed in one piece at the center of the drain hole cover body 10 by stamping, so the structure is simple, the number of components is small, the manufacturing is simple and convenient, the manufacturing cost is reduced, it is in line with economic benefits, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.

Claims (4)

An integrated drain hole cover comprises: a drain hole cover body having a plurality of filter holes; and an extraction portion formed integrally at the center of the drain hole cover body by stamping, extending upward from the drain hole cover body, and the drain hole cover body can be lifted upward by the extraction portion. An integrated drain hole cover as described in claim 1, wherein the drain hole cover body is a disc-shaped sheet made of metal material, with a slight bulge in the center to form an arc shape. An integrated drain hole cover as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of filter holes include a plurality of oblong filter holes arranged in a ring shape near the center of the drain hole cover body and a plurality of open filter holes arranged in a ring shape on the outer periphery of the drain hole cover body. An integrated drain hole cover as described in claim 1, wherein the extraction portion is in the shape of a hollow cylinder with a round head.
