Abstract

A spectacle frame comprises: a frame, including a frame body and two hinges extending backwards from two opposite side ends of the frame body, each hinge having two spaced hinge pieces, each hinge piece being hook-shaped and having a screw hole at its first hook tip far from the frame body; two temples, each temple comprising an extension portion and a hinge portion extending from the extension portion, each hinge portion being hook-shaped and having a through hole at its second hook tip far from the extension portion, the hinge portion being inserted between the corresponding hinge pieces of the frame so that the through hole of the hinge portion is aligned with the screw holes of the hinge pieces. The hinge portion of each temple can rotate between a wearing position and a folded position. When each temple is located at the folded position, the hinge portion of the temple and the corresponding hinge pieces of the frame together form a heart shape.

Description

Frame

The invention relates to a lens frame, and in particular to a lens frame which can form a heart shape when in a folded position.

Referring to FIG. 1 , a general pair of glasses 1 includes a frame 12 for mounting two lenses 10, and two temples 13 pivoted at the left and right opposite ends of the frame 12 by screws 11. With the continuous advancement of various processes and designs, current glasses 1 are not only health products for correcting vision, but also fashionable accessories for highlighting personal characteristics or matching clothes. For example, the frame 12 or the temples 13 of many glasses 1 have unique designs such as hollowing, bending, and decoration to highlight the wearer's taste. Therefore, current consumers will replace different frames 21 and temples 13, or replace different lenses 10 such as electroplated lenses and colored lenses, depending on different uses and occasions.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a lens frame.

Therefore, the new eyeglass frame comprises: a frame including a frame body, and two hinges extending backwards from two opposite sides of the frame body, wherein each hinge has two hinge pieces spaced apart from each other, each hinge piece is hook-shaped and has a screw hole at a first hook tip away from the frame body; two mirror legs, each mirror leg including an extension portion and a hinge extending from the extension portion. The invention relates to a frame having a plurality of hinge parts, each hinge part is also generally hook-shaped and has a through hole at a second hook tip far from the extension part, wherein the hinge part is inserted between the corresponding hinge pieces of the frame so that the through hole of the hinge part and the screw holes of the hinge pieces are aligned vertically; and two screws, each screw is locked in the screw holes of the corresponding hinge parts of the frame and the through hole of the corresponding temple. The hinge part of each temple can rotate between a wearing position and a folded position relative to the corresponding hinge part of the frame, wherein when each temple is in the folded position, the hinge part of the temple is combined with the corresponding hinge pieces of the frame to form a heart shape.

The effect of the present invention is that since the present invention frame can form a unique heart shape when in the folded position, the purchasing desire of consumers to purchase the present invention frame can be greatly increased.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5 , an embodiment of the novel eyeglass frame includes a frame 2, two temples 3, and two screws 4. In this embodiment, the frame 2 includes a frame body 21, and two hinges 22 extending backward from two opposite sides of the frame body 21. Each hinge 22 has two hinge pieces 221 spaced apart from each other, and a vertical stop piece 222 connecting the hinge pieces 221.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 , each hinge piece 221 is roughly hook-shaped and has a screw hole 2210 disposed at a first hook tip thereof far from the frame 21 .

Each temple 3 includes an extension portion 31 and a hinge portion 32 extending from the extension portion 31. Each hinge portion 32 is also hook-shaped and has a through hole 320 at a second hook tip away from the extension portion 31. The hinge portion 32 is inserted between the corresponding hinge pieces 221 of the frame 2 so that the through hole 320 of the hinge portion 32 is aligned with the screw holes 2210 of the hinge pieces 221.

Each screw 4 is locked in the screw holes 2210 of the corresponding hinge 22 of the frame 2 and the through hole 320 of the corresponding temple 3.

In this embodiment, the hinge portion 32 of each temple 3 can rotate between a wearing position (as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 ) and a folded position (as shown in FIG. 5 ) relative to the corresponding hinge piece 22 of the frame 2. When each temple 3 is in the folded position, the hinge portion 32 of the temple 3 is combined with the corresponding hinge pieces 221 of the frame 2 to form a heart shape. Therefore, since the novel eyeglass frame can form a unique heart shape when in the folded position, the purchase desire of consumers to purchase the novel eyeglass frame can be greatly increased.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 , in this embodiment, when the temple 3 is rotated to the wearing position, the vertical limiting piece 222 of the frame 2 can block the hinge portion 32 of the temple 3, so that the temple 3 will not rotate further outward.

In summary, the novel eyeglass frame has at least the following advantages and effects: (1) the eyeglass frame can form a unique heart shape when in the folded position, thereby greatly increasing consumers' desire to purchase the novel eyeglass frame; (2) when the temple 3 is rotated to the wearing position, the vertical limiting piece 222 of the frame 2 can block the hinge 32 of the temple 3, so that the temple 3 will not rotate further outward; therefore, the purpose of the novel eyeglass frame can be achieved.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

A spectacle frame, comprising: a frame, including a frame body, and two hinges extending backward from two opposite side ends of the frame body, wherein each hinge has two hinge pieces spaced apart from each other, each hinge piece is generally hook-shaped and has a screw hole at a first hook tip away from the frame body; two mirror legs, each mirror leg includes an extension portion, and a hinge portion extending from the extension portion, each hinge portion is also generally hook-shaped and has a through hole at a second hook tip away from the extension portion, wherein the hinge portion is inserted between the corresponding hinge pieces of the frame, so that the through hole of the hinge portion is aligned with the screw holes of the hinge pieces; and Two screws, each screw is locked in the screw holes of the corresponding hinge of the frame and the through hole of the corresponding temple; Wherein, the hinge of each temple can rotate between a wearing position and a folded position relative to the corresponding hinge of the frame, wherein when each temple is in the folded position, the hinge of the temple is combined with the corresponding hinge pieces of the frame to form a heart shape. A glasses frame as described in claim 1, wherein each pivot piece of the frame further has a vertical limit plate connected to the pivot plates, and when the temple is rotated to the wearing position, the vertical limit plate of the frame can block the pivot portion of the temple so that the temple will not rotate further outward.
