綜上所述,本創作係將主要之變化扭力改至扭力桿組之後方,透過在第一軸柱的兩端設有長切面,讓第一軸柱在一對導軌內滑動而不轉動,同時透過調整扭力桿組夾持第一軸柱之干涉量,以達成轉動過程之漸進或兩段式的扭力變化,因此,可以方便管控轉動件之左軸柱、右軸柱及第一軸柱之圓周形狀,進而簡化工序並提高產品之品質。再者,本創作之框架件是為一金屬板沖壓成型,不但可以方便成型一對導軌之各種形狀,且能有效簡化各零件的結構與形狀以節省製造成本、方便組裝且保有結構強度,同時可以減少整體厚度以達到薄型化之要求。In summary, this invention changes the main variable torque to the rear of the torque rod assembly, and provides long sections at both ends of the first shaft, so that the first shaft can slide in a pair of guide rails without rotating.
