A 360 degree panoramic camera module is provided, for a 360-degree panoramic photo-shooting/film-recording in an operation, including: a circuit board; a first lens module, being fixed on the circuit board and capable of photo-shooting/film-recording in a first direction; and a second lens module, being fixed on the circuit board and capable of photo-shooting/film-recording in a second direction, the second direction being opposite to the first direction. A first optical axis of the first lens module and a second optical axis of the second lens module are not in the same line, but parallel to each other.
