Description
The present invention relates to a lifting aid, and more particularly to a lifting aid that is inclined in the lifting direction and combined with a movable base.
The lifting aid is a product for the elderly who are disabled or whose mobility is degraded. Among these products, one type is a rigid bracket installed on the lower limbs of the user (such as the inner side of the leg), and the metal and the like are used to share the muscle and bone load, thereby slowly supporting the body. Most of these products are suitable for rehabilitation treatments for temporary injuries. Their main function is to assist the injury and to avoid secondary damage caused by excessive load. It is not designed to support the user's total weight. That is to say, the above products still have a certain degree of requirement for the physical strength of the user, and the product group of the product does not match the person with weak physical condition.
Therefore, for elderly people with osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and sarcopenia, the above-mentioned types of auxiliary devices are obviously not effective. In recent years, some people have developed an auxiliary device that can provide extra power, and the bottom-up thrust can help the elderly to get up easily.
However, since the above products require high power, such devices are often fixedly placed on indoor walls and the like, and are similar to the user's dedicated seats. According to these setting conditions, the lifting aid can only provide a fixed-point function, and the elderly must prepare the walking device with them, so that they can move themselves after getting up, which is inconvenient to use.
In addition, the general lifting aid only considers the posture of the human body when standing upright, so the lifting direction is vertical lifting, but this design does not consider that the trajectory of the human body when changing from the sitting posture to the standing posture is not a straight line, and the user is subjected to the use during use. All kinds of discomfort.
Therefore, in order to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention proposes a lifting aid that combines the lifting mechanism with the movable base to facilitate user operation. In addition, the lifting mechanism is moved obliquely to assist the user to naturally switch between standing and sitting.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a lift assist device is provided. The lifting aid includes a base, a lifting mechanism, and a fixing unit. The pedestal stands on the ground and the lifting mechanism is located on the pedestal. The lifting mechanism reciprocates along a lifting direction. The fixing unit is connected to the lifting mechanism and is interlocked, and the fixing unit is fixed to the limb of the user. The extension line of the aforementioned lifting direction is not perpendicular to the ground.
According to the above embodiment, the present invention can integrate the base into a product such as a walker, thereby providing the lifting aid with the advantages of being used anywhere. Since the moving direction of the lifting mechanism is not vertical, the user will be more comfortable and smooth during the switching between the sitting posture and the standing posture.
The angle between the extension line of the lifting mechanism and the ground in the lifting direction may be less than or equal to 70 degrees.
In an embodiment, the lifting aid further includes a plurality of movable wheels disposed at the bottom of the base for the base to move relative to the ground.
In an embodiment, the lift-up aid further includes a power unit that is coupled to the lift mechanism to provide lift power thereto. The power unit may be in the form of electric drive, hydraulic drive or pneumatic drive, but is not limited thereto.
In addition, the lifting aid may also include a plurality of wires, each of which is used to connect the movable wheel and is connected to the power unit. By means of wire connections, the power unit can be rotated by the power control activity wheel. Thereby, the user can use the power device to move from the remote remote control assisting device without pushing, moving or accommodating with human power.
In this way, for a group of elderly people with a weaker physical function, the movable wheel and the power device can enhance the auxiliary functions during movement and lifting, so that the user can move freely.
In an embodiment, the aforementioned fixing unit may be a rope, a belt, a cloth, a grip or a fastener.
In an embodiment, the lift-up aid further includes a support unit that connects the lift mechanism. The reliant unit can be additionally installed. For example, the reliant unit can be pivotally connected to the lifting mechanism for easy disassembly or storage. Further, the fixing unit may indirectly connect the elevating mechanism through the retracting unit.

Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the movement of the lifting aid of Fig. 1.
In order to fully understand the purpose, features and effects of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail by the following specific embodiments and with the accompanying drawings. 100 includes a base 200, a lifting mechanism 300, and a fixing unit 400. The base 200 stands on the ground, and the lifting mechanism 300 is sleeved on the base 200 to reciprocate along the base 200. As shown in Fig. 1, the portion to which the susceptor 200 is attached to the elevating mechanism 300 is inclined, so that the elevating direction D of the elevating mechanism 300 is also inclined.
Continuing with reference to Figure 2, the fixation unit 400 is used to secure the user's limbs, such as the waist, legs, chest, and the like. In the example of Fig. 2, the fixing of the fixing unit 400 is realized by a belt B fixed to the waist. however. The implementation of the securing unit 400 can also be varied, such as other devices that can be secured to the body, such as a cord, cloth, grip or fastener.
300。 In the present embodiment, the lift assist device 100 further includes a support unit 500. The susceptor unit 500 is connected to the elevating mechanism 300 and corresponds to the position of the user, and the fixing unit 400 is indirectly connected to the elevating mechanism 300 through the reliant unit 500. As apparent from the above description, the susceptor unit 500 is not a necessary member when the fixing unit 400 is mounted. Actually, the fixing unit 400 may be directly attached to the elevating mechanism 300.
In an embodiment, the docking unit 500 can be connected to the lifting mechanism 300 in a pivotal manner. In conjunction with the indirect connection described above, the lift assist device 100 can be replaced between different forms of the fixed unit 400 and the support unit 500 to cater for users of different needs. In addition, the above connection method is also advantageous for disassembly and storage for transportation to other places.
Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 together, since the elevating mechanism 300 moves along the inclined base 200, the lifting direction D is not perpendicular to the ground. According to this, when the fixing unit 400 and the user are subjected to When the lifting mechanism 300 is pulled, the movement trajectory of the whole system is also inclined, which conforms to the natural posture of the human body when switching between the sitting posture and the standing posture. In a preferred embodiment, the angle between the extension line of the lifting direction D and the ground is less than or equal to 70 degrees.
In order to assist a user with a lower limb or a disease to get up, the lift aid 100 may further include a power unit 600, wherein the power unit 600 includes a controller 610, a cord reel 620, a pulley 640, and a battery 650. As explained in the first figure, the controller 610 is disposed at a position convenient for the user to operate, and the reel 620 and the pulley 640 are disposed in pairs with the elevating mechanism 300. In detail, the cord reel 620 and the pulley 640 are respectively fixed to the base 200 and the elevating mechanism 300, and the cord reel 620 is connected to the battery 650 to receive electric power, and the pulley 640 is driven by the rigid rope 630. When the user operates the controller 610, the cord reel 620 retracts or releases the cord 630, thereby changing the lifting position of the pulley 640 (i.e., the entire elevating mechanism 300).
With the setting of the power unit 600, even an elderly or injured person who is inferior to the line can autonomously get up or sit down without relying on assistance from others. It should be particularly noted that the power unit 600 may be driven by electric power, or may be an embodiment such as a hydraulic drive or a pneumatic drive. In addition, the above-mentioned reel 620 and the pulley 640 are not arranged to limit the present invention. Based on the product design and/or other different requirements, the reel 620 and the pulley 640 are not necessarily arranged in pairs. Settings.
Referring to Figure 5 with reference to Figure 5, in an embodiment, the lift assist device 100 can further include a plurality of movable wheels 700 disposed at the bottom of the base 200 for the base 200 to move relative to the ground. In this way, the user can not only get up completely, but also can move to the local area by means of the movable wheel 700, thereby greatly improving the self-care ability of the user.
The aforementioned controller 610 can be directly controlled by a switch or wired or wirelessly controlled by other devices. In addition, the controller 610 of the power unit 600 can connect the movable wheel 700 on the rear side of the rear auxiliary device 100 through a wire. With this setting, the user can get close to or get home to the fixed point storage by the remote remote control assist device 100.
Since the wireless remote control and the axle electronic control method are well-known technologies, details such as control and transmission of the movable wheel 700 are not described in detail herein.
