Description
本創作係與燈具有關,特別有關於一種具有多個導光柱的LED燈具結構。
發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode,LED)因具有低耗能、使用壽命長、體積小及反應快…等優勢特性,故已逐漸取代傳統鎢絲燈、螢光燈或水銀燈而廣泛地應用在各式燈具上。此外,現今LED光源已發展出多種顏色,如紅光、綠光及藍光…等。該些LED可透過簡單的開關控制及電流調整即能混合出各種顏色的光。因此,現今裝飾燈具亦大多採用LED作為光源。
目前LED燈大多加裝擴光罩而使照射均勻,另外,在調光應用上則是採取整燈調暗的方式;然而,由於括光罩的影響,調光後的LED燈顯得誨暗。再者,由於LED為一平面點狀光源,LED晶片所發出的光線集中且方向性強,並集中往正面單邊射出。一般來說,LED的正面方向所發出的光最強,但隨著角度的增加,其周圍的強度就會慢慢減少。
因此,將LED應用在裝飾燈具時存有LED的照射角度及面積不足的缺點,在實際使用上無法達到所要的照明效果。
有鑑於此,本創作人為改善並解決上述之缺失,乃特潛心研究並配合學理之運用,終於提出一種設計合理且有效改善上述缺失之本創作。
本創作之一目的,在於提供一種LED裝飾燈具,其發光模組所發出的光線係透過導光模組的傳導而增加照射角度及面積。
為了達成上述之目的,本創作係為一種LED裝飾燈具,包括燈座、導光模組及發光模組。燈座具有外殼;導光模組包含結合在外殼上的支撐座及設置在支撐座上的外緣導光柱及中心導光柱,外緣導光柱為中空柱體並圍設有內部空間,中心導光柱位在內部空間中;以及發光模組安置在外殼內,發光模組包含LED基板及設置在LED基板上的複數LED晶片,該些LED晶片包含對應外緣導光柱而設置的至少一外緣LED晶片及對應中心導光柱而設置的至少一中心LED晶片。
相較於習知 技術,本創作之LED裝飾燈具係設置有導光模組,且導光模組包含同心設置的外緣導光柱及中心導光柱。另外,發光模組包含外緣LED晶片(對應外緣導光柱而設置)及中心LED晶片(對應中心導光柱而設置),透過對外緣LED晶片及中心LED晶片的控制(亮度及開關作動),可產生多種顏色及明暗程度不同的燈光效果;再者,發光模組所發出的光線再透過導光模組的傳導,可增加照射角度及面積,改善習知LED裝飾燈具的照明不足的缺點。

有關本創作之詳細說明及技術內容,配合圖式說明如下,然而所附圖式僅提供參考與說明用,並非用來對本創作加以限制者。
請參照第一圖至第四圖,係分別為本創作之LED裝飾燈具的立體外觀示意圖、立體分解示意圖、組合剖視圖及上視圖。本創作之LED裝飾燈具1包括一燈座10、一導光模組20及一發光模組30。該發光模組30係設置在該燈座10內,該導光模組20對應該發光模組30而設置並結合在該燈座10上,據此,該發光模組30所發散出的光線可透過該導光模組20的傳導而增加照射角度及面積。
該燈座10具有一外殼11。該導光模組20包含設置在該外殼11上的一支撐座21及設置在該支撐座21上的一外緣導光柱22及一中心導光柱23。該外緣導光柱22為一中空柱體並圍設有一內部空間220,該中心導光柱23係位在該內部空間220中。於本實施例中,該支撐座21、該外緣導光柱22及該中心導光柱23係為一體成型者,惟實際實施時不以此為限。
該發光模組30安置在該外殼11內。該發光模組30包含一LED基板31及設置在該LED基板31上的複數LED晶片32。該些LED晶片32包含對應該外緣導光柱22而設置的至少一外緣LED晶片321及對應該中心導光柱23而設置的至少一中心LED晶片322;其中,該外緣LED晶片321及該中心LED晶片322可視實際需要而分別設置為不同顏色。
於本創作的一實施例中,該LED裝飾燈具1更包括一電路板40、一對連接導線50及一對電源線60。該電路板40設置在該外殼11內並相對該LED基板31而位在遠離該LED基板31的一側邊,該電路板40係電性連接該LED基板31。又,該電路板40更包括一第一電源元件41、一第二電源元件42及用以控制該第一電源元件41與該第二電源元件42作動的一切換元件43。該第一電源元件41電性連接該至少一外緣LED晶片321,該第一電源元件41可控制提供給該外緣LED晶片321的電流大小。該第二電源元件42則是電性連接該至少一中心LED晶片322,該第二電源元件42可控制提供給該中心LED晶片322的電流大小。因此,透過第一電源元件41、第二電源元件42及該切換元件43的控制,可令該LED裝飾燈具1發出多種顏色及明暗程度不同的燈光效果。
承上,該燈座10更包括連接該外殼11的一燈頭12。該對連接導線50的二端分別連接LED基板31及該電路板40。該對電源線60的二端係分別連接該電路板40及該燈頭12。亦即,該LED基板31及該電路板40之間透過該對連接導線50而達成電性連接,另外,該電路板40則是透過該對電源線60而電性連接該燈頭12。藉此,當該燈頭12與外部電源相互導接時,外部電源的電力即可傳送至該LED基板31,以令該些LED晶片32發光。
較佳地,該外殼11更包括一框罩13及複數螺件14。該框罩13係環套該支撐座21的周緣而使該支撐座21無法自該框罩13的一側脫出。又,該些螺件14穿設該LED基板31並鎖固在該框罩13上,藉以將該LED基板31結合在該外殼11的框罩13上,據此,該支撐座21的另一側會受到該LED基板31的擋掣而不致脫出,依此將該導光模組20固定在該外殼11的頂緣。更詳細說明該導光模組20及該發光模組30的結構如後。
本實施例中,該外緣LED晶片321及該中心LED晶片322的數量分別為複數;又,該外緣導光柱22為一中空環形柱,該中心導光柱23為一實心圓形柱。該些外緣LED晶片321係間隔設置在該外緣導光柱22的底面,該些中心LED晶片322則是間隔設置在該中心導光柱23的底面。因此,該些外緣LED晶片321所發出的光會透過該外緣導光柱22的傳導而發散出去,該些中心LED晶片322所發出的光會透過該中心導光柱23的傳導而發散出去。
請再參照第五圖至第九圖,係為本創作之LED裝飾燈具的其他實施態樣。與前一實施態樣不同的地方在主要於外緣導光柱及中心導光柱的形狀。第五圖中,外緣導光柱22a為一中空三角形柱,中心導光柱23a為一實心三角形柱;此外,另一不同之處在於該中心導光柱23a的底面僅設置有一個中心LED晶片322a。又,請參照第六圖,外緣導光柱22b為一中空方形柱,中心導光柱23b為一實心圓形柱。續請參照第七圖,其外緣導光柱22c為一中空星形柱,中心導光柱23c為一實心星形柱。另外,第八圖中,外緣導光柱22d為一中空六角形柱,中心導光柱23d為一實心六角形柱。如第九圖所示,外緣導光柱22e為一中空正多邊形柱,中心導光柱23e為一實心正多邊形柱。
請續參照第十圖,係為本創作之LED裝飾燈具的第二實施例的組合剖視圖。本實施例中,LED裝飾燈具1a’包括一燈座10a’、一導光模組20a’、一發光模組30a’、一電路板40a’、一對連接導線50a’及一對電源線60a’。本實施例中,該燈座10a’具有一外殼11a’,該外殼11a’更包括一框罩13a’及複數螺件14a’。

請另參照第十一圖,係為本創作之LED裝飾燈具的第三實施例的組合剖視圖。本實施例中,LED裝飾燈具1b’包括一燈座10b’、一導光模組20b’、一發光模組30b’、一電路板40b’、一對連接導線50b’及一對電源線60b’。本實施例中,該燈座10b’具有一外殼11b’,該外殼11b’更包括一框罩13b’、複數螺件14b’及複數第二螺件15b’。又,該框罩13b’具有一凸緣131b’,該發光模組30b’具有一LED基板31b’。
本實施例與前一實施例不同的地方在於LED裝飾燈具1b’更包括一電氣盒70b’,該電氣盒70b’係分離設置在該燈座10b’的一側邊,該電路板40b’則是設置在該電氣盒70b’內。此外,該外殼11b’設有一第一開口110b’,該電氣盒70b’設有一第二開口701b’。該對連接導線50b’的一端係連接該LED基板31b’並穿出該第一開口 101b’ 、另一端延伸穿過該第二開口701b’而電性連接該電路板40b’。

Claims (17)
- 一種LED裝飾燈具,包括:
一燈座,具有一外殼;
一導光模組,包含結合在該外殼上的一支撐座及設置在該支撐座上的一外緣導光柱及一中心導光柱,該外緣導光柱為一中空柱體並圍設有一內部空間,該中心導光柱係位在該內部空間中;以及
一發光模組,安置在該外殼內,該發光模組包含一LED基板及設置在該LED基板上的複數LED晶片,該些LED晶片包含對應該外緣導光柱而設置的至少一外緣LED晶片及對應該中心導光柱而設置的至少一中心LED晶片。 - 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其更包括一電路板,該電路板設置在該外殼內並相對該LED基板而位在遠離該LED基板的一側邊,該電路板係電性連接該LED基板。
- 如請求項2所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該電路板更包括一第一電源元件、一第二電源元件及用以控制該第一電源元件及該第二電源元件作動的一切換元件,該第一電源元件電性連接該至少一外緣LED晶片,該第二電源元件電性連接該至少一中心LED晶片。
- 如請求項2或3所述之LED裝飾燈具,其更包括一對連接導線及一對電源線,該燈座更包括連接該外殼的一燈頭,該對連接導線的二端分別連接LED基板及該電路板,該對電源線的二端係分別連接該電路板及該燈頭。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其更包括一框罩,該框罩係環套該支撐座的周緣而結合在該外殼的頂緣。
- 如請求項5所述之LED裝飾燈具,其更包括複數螺件,該些螺件分別穿設該LED基板並鎖固在該框罩上。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣LED晶片及該中心LED晶片的數量分別為複數,該些外緣LED晶片係間隔設置在該外緣導光柱的底面,該些中心LED晶片係間隔設置在該中心導光柱的底面。
- 如請求項5所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該框罩具有一凸緣,該凸緣係向外延伸而凸伸出該外殼之頂緣。
- 如請求項8所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外殼更包括複數第二螺件,該些第二螺件穿設該凸緣而將所述LED裝飾燈具鎖固在一外部物體上。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣導光柱為一中空環形柱,該中心導光柱為一實心圓形柱。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣導光柱為一中空三角形柱,該中心導光柱為一實心三角形柱。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣導光柱為一中空方形柱,該中心導光柱為一實心圓形柱。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣導光柱為一中空星形柱,該中心導光柱為一實心星形柱。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣導光柱為一中空六角形柱,該中心導光柱為一實心六角形柱。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其中該外緣導光柱為一中空正多邊形柱,該中心導光柱為一實心正多邊形柱。
- 如請求項1所述之LED裝飾燈具,其更包括一電氣盒及設置在該電氣盒內的一電路板,該電氣盒係分離設置在該燈座的一側邊。
- 如請求項16所述之LED裝飾燈具,其更包括一對連接導線,該燈座設有一第一開口,該電氣盒設有一第二開口,該對連接導線的一端係連接該LED基板並穿出該第一開口、另一端延伸穿過該第二開口而電性連接該電路板。
