M378328 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係關於一種易拆組可控發光L E D燈板,尤指一· 種燈板結構可軟性捲藏’又可自行組裝加長串接或設成矩陣 分佈,廣泛通用各種不同產品’依所需作各種不同照明與氣 氛用途的發光控制。 【先前技術】 按’發光二極體(L E D)具有發光效率高、反應時間 快、使用壽命長,不易破損、耗電量少、環保無汞、體積小、 可應用在低溫環境、光源具方向性、造成光害少的特性,因 而已逐漸取代傳統燈泡。現有L E D產品大多數使用於指示 功能的商品如招牌、紅綠燈等、指示屏幕等高單價商業用 途,其市場的需求量大每年的產值可觀,因此也帶動業界積 極投入研發,雖然相關產品在歷年來獲准許多專利。 但礙於現有的結構設計與控制電路的技術限制,習知的 燈串產品其組成的外觀大都採固定式,燈串本身不但較硬不 易收折,且長度都是預定尺寸,無法機動隨意組裝加長或 是將其任意搭配組成矩陣分佈,除非是特製專屬的控制電 路’否則無法任意输LED_^順序侧_列與動畫 效果’故產σσ的通用性差,無法機動組合搭配廣泛運用於[ E D招牌、指示照明、燈具窗簾、傢倶…等各式各樣的產品 上,亦無法依所需作各種不同照明與氣氛用途的發光控制, 3 為其主要缺點。 【新型内容】 因鑑於上述L E D在運用上所存在的缺點,本案創作人 經過不斷的研究、設計與改良,其主要目的在提供一種易拆 組可控發光L E D燈板,其係由複數個L £ D發光二極體电 成之透條,蝴椒在於:該魏之L E D發光二極體 係間隔設於-軟性的電路板上;該電路板上外覆有防水透明 膠層,其兩端分別設有-公母連接頭使可供多條串接;於電 路板上並設有-控制晶片以控制同條燈板上指定的L£〇 發光二極體作動;使組成的產品不但可紐捲藏,又可自行 組裝加長串接或設成矩陣分佈,使_性大幅提高廣泛運用 於L E D招牌、指示酬、燈具絲、傢俱...等各式各樣的 產品上,依所需作各種不同照明與氣氛用途的發光控制。 【實施方式】 為使能進-步_本_之構成内容及其他獅,兹舉 本創作較具體之實施例,並配合附圖之實施例詳細說明如以 下所述。. 咕參閱第1〜4圖所示,本創作所設計的—種易拆組可 控發光LED燈板⑴,係由複數個LED發光二極體(1 1)組成之透明長條,其主要特徵在於:
一電路板(1 0 ) ’其上間隔設有複數之L E D發光二 極體(1 1 ) ’該電路板(1 〇 )上外覆有防水翻膝層(;L 5)實施時該電路板(1ο)可為硬質或軟質均可,其中以 為FPC軟性印刷電路板(1〇)為最佳; -公、母連接頭(川、(22),分別設於電路板(1 U)的兩端,使燈板(丄0)可多條串接; 一控制晶片(30),封農設於電路板(1 Q)的背面, 以控制同條燈板⑴上指定的L ED發光二極體( 作動; /藉此,使組成的燈板⑴產品不但可軟性捲藏,又可 自行組襄加長串接(如第2、3圖所*),或設成矩陣分佈 (如第4圖所示)’使通用性大幅提高廣泛運用於l e d招 牌、指示_、燈具窗簾、傢俱...等各式各樣的產品上,依 所需作各種不同照明與氣氛用途的發光控制。 請參第4圖所示,特舉燈具窗簾為例,本創作可將複數 燈板(1)以公、母連接頭(2 兩兩對接加長, 再多條並列進-步集合設成轉分佈,使加㈣接的燈板 (1)上端部結合掛勾,透過掛勾連接於滑執上(其中掛勾 及滑執圖均未示出),並配合一燈光控制主機(5 〇 ),以組 成具有照明έ!簾裝置’以供加裝在__般居家或辦公場所的玻 璃窗使用。 其中该燈光控制主機(5 〇)並可供插設記憶卡(5 1)’使依造使用者的喜好需求自行設計圖案,將記憶卡(5 1)儲存編碼程式,啟動時利用燈光控制主機(5 〇)所傳 逐出的訊#u ’即可依序控制矩陣排列複數加長燈板⑴, 使钎每—燈板⑴上的L E D發光二極體(1 1),經由 燈光控制域(5 Q )發送載波職,㈣讓對應燈板⑴ 上的L E D發光二極n (丄丄)依序受控以此類推對應控 制顯示出字it、圖形、動晝或調整燈板⑴之亮度,令本 創作可使用在圖案動晝顯示屏或當成靜態照明燈具之用 途’讓其燈條(1)組合控制可完全突破舊有L ED的陣列 適用模式’深人運用於家庭的每-項商品中。 由上述可知本創作的結構設計,不但可單獨運用於L· E D招牌、指示照明、傢俱··.等各式各樣的產品上,平時可直 接應用於减照明’透過燈光控制域關整光亮明暗度, 以L E D燈絲代—般家用的照明燈具,制相同亮度比傳 統燈具更節省電89%之實用目的。 =寺並可由多條可控發光L E D燈板⑴組成特殊的 發光窗簾,融合出具情調與照明、指示、遮蔽、遮陽等多用 途例如,顯不圖案、動晝等指示功能,及具有制塑造等 特性’聖誕料窗簾會出現下雪或聖誕老人騎雪樣飛過窗 戶’或生日時可寫某某人生日快樂,或商家可在店面窗簾上 秀出成日特價訊息等,情調與訊息功能可結合於窗簾上,而 不必另外購買外置式的LED燈具或招牌。 *综合上述,本創作確實能達到所預期之功效,又其所揭 露之具體構造,不僅未#見諸於_產品中,亦未曾公開於 1〜。於新型專利要件,纽法提出翻專利之申請。 上轉_實施例_來詳細說日林創刺目的、特徵 作J ί ί僅為摘作的部分實施例,料能减限定本創 r的貫2乾圍’凡熟悉此類技藝的人仕根據上述說明,及依 以下申請專利範圍所载的結構特徵及在功效上所作等效性 的變換或修改,其本¥未麟本創作的精神齡者,皆應包 含在本創作的專利權範圍。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖:為本創作燈板之結構示意圖。 第2圖:為本創作燈板串接加長之示意圖。 第3圖:為本創作連接頭互接之局部放大圖。 第4圖:為本創作設成發光窗簾之示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 (1)..
