(1)紫外線防護能力 將表1~表4所示之水中油型乳化化妝料,在正方形PMMA板(HelioScreen公司製「HD6」)上,依1.3mg/cm 2之塗抹量均勻塗抹,進行15分鐘自然乾燥,形成測定用試料。針對所製作的各試料,使用SPF分析儀(Optometices公司),從一定距離(10mm)照射紫外線。針對此時的穿透紫外線,使用該SPF分析儀依波長290~400nm範圍檢測各試料中之10個地方,獲得經平均化的光譜,計算出SPF值。 從各SPF值,依照下式,計算出相對於未含成分(A1)的參考例1(將實施例1配方中的成分(A1)取代為淨化水)之紫外線防護能力提升率,並依照下述評價基準施行評價。 紫外線防護能力提升率(%)=[(實施例或比較例的SPF值)/(參考例1的SPF值)]×100 [紫外線防護能力提升率之評價基準] 5:250%以上 4:200%以上且未滿250% 3:150%以上且未滿200% 2:100以上且未滿150% 1:未滿100% (1) UV Protection Capability: The water-based oil-based emulsified cosmetics shown in Tables 1-4 were evenly applied to a square PMMA plate (HelioScreen HD6) at a concentration of 1.3 mg/ cm² , and allowed to air dry for 15 minutes to form test samples. (2)乳化安定性 針對表1~表4所示之水中油型乳化化妝料剛調製後的乳化狀態,利用顯微鏡進行觀察,以及利用目視進行外觀觀察,由下述判定基準施行評價。 [判定基準] 5:成分(C)進入內相(油相)中,乳化粒徑在10~50μm之範圍呈現非常狹窄的粒徑分佈,形成乳化粒子沒有聚集的略球形漂亮乳化粒子。即使利用目視觀察仍呈現艷麗的漂亮外觀。 4:成分(C)進入內相(油相)中,乳化粒徑在10~100μm範圍呈現狹窄的粒徑分佈,形成乳化粒子沒有聚集的略球形漂亮乳化粒子。即使利用目視觀察仍呈現沒有粗糙度的漂亮外觀。 3:成分(C)進入內相(油相)中,雖有形成乳化粒子,但經調製的隔日後便出現乳化粒子聚集之情形。 2:雖成分(C)有進入內相(油相),但乳化粒子不均勻,剛調製後便發生乳化粒子聚集。在目視觀察時亦發現外觀略粗糙。 1:成分(C)洩漏至外相(水相)、或未形成乳化粒子,分離為油相與水相,目視觀察時觀察到外觀不均勻。 (2) Emulsion Stability The emulsion state of the water-oil emulsion cosmetics shown in Tables 1-4 after preparation was observed using a microscope and visually, and evaluated according to the following criteria. (3)使用感(塗抹時無黏瘩感、剛塗抹後的妝容貼附良好度、及塗抹經3小時後沒有因皮脂造成的油光感) 針對表1~表4所示之水中油型乳化化妝料,由10位化妝品評價專業審查人員進行使用測試。由各專業審查人員使用各化妝料,再針對「塗抹時無黏瘩感」、「剛塗抹後的妝容貼附良好度」、及「塗抹經3小時後沒有因皮脂造成的油光感」,根據下述評價基準依5階段評價並給分,從10位專業審查人員針對該化妝料的評分合計,計算出平均值。各評價的平均值分別如表1~表4所示。 上述平均值越高表示效果越優異,若該平均值超過4.0則評為非常良好,若該平均值係4.0以下且超過3.0則評為良好,若該平均值係3.0以下且超過2.0則評為略不佳,若該平均值在2.0以下則評為不佳。 另外,相關「剛塗抹後的妝容貼附良好度」,係將各水中油型乳化化妝料塗抹於肌膚後,更在其上面塗抹粉底時的妝容貼附良好度施行評價;相關「塗抹經3小時後沒有因皮脂造成的油光感」,係將各水中油型乳化化妝料塗抹於肌膚後,更在其上面塗抹粉底後,經3小時後,評價有沒有因皮脂造成的油光感。 [評價基準] 5:良好 4:略佳 3:普通 2:略不佳 1:不佳 (3) User Experience (No stickiness upon application, good makeup adherence immediately after application, and no oily shine due to sebum after 3 hours) Ten professional cosmetic reviewers conducted usage tests on the water-oil emulsion cosmetics shown in Tables 1-4. The "no shine due to sebum after 3 hours" is evaluated by assessing the absence of shine due to sebum after applying each water-oil emulsion cosmetic to the skin and then applying foundation on top, 3 hours later.
