Abstract

This invention includes a transparent sheet, two hooks, a deformable filter section, and an adhesive section. The transparent sheet is an airtight sheet structure and has an inner surface, an outer surface, two side edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge. The two hooks are fixed to the two side edges. The deformable filter section is disposed in a ring-shaped structure of the transparent sheet and has an inner edge and an outer edge. The inner edge is ring-shaped and fixed to the inner surface, and is adjacent to the two side edges, the top edge, and the bottom edge. The adhesive section is fixed to the outer edge on one side and is used to adhere to a user on the other side. This design features a large, aesthetically pleasing transparent film and improved breathing comfort when the folds are extended.

Description

Air filter device that allows a view of the face

This invention relates to an air filter device that allows a view of the face, particularly an air filter device with a large, aesthetically pleasing transparent surface and whose pleats, when extended, improve breathing comfort.

In pursuit of aesthetics and uniqueness, traditional face masks have incorporated transparent designs (such as the transparent face mask with Republic of China Patent No. M534617).

Its disadvantages are as follows:

[1] The breathable layer located in the middle of the transparent layer affects the aesthetics. In this case, the breathable layer (i.e., the middle layer) is located in the middle of the transparent layer, which visually covers the mouth and nose, seriously affecting the aesthetics. In addition, if the aesthetics are to be improved, the transparent layer must be enlarged, but this will affect breathing. Therefore, the breathable layer located in the middle of the transparent layer affects the aesthetics.

[2] An insufficiently large breathable layer affects breathing comfort. In this case, the breathable layer (i.e., the middle layer) is located in the middle of the transparent layer. If breathing is to be smooth, the middle layer must be enlarged, but this affects the aesthetics. Therefore, an insufficiently large breathable layer affects breathing comfort.

In view of this, it is necessary to develop technologies that can solve the above-mentioned shortcomings of the practice.

The purpose of this invention is to provide an air filter mask that allows a view of the face, which combines the aesthetic appeal of a large transparent panel with the advantage of improved breathing comfort when the pleats are extended. In particular, this invention aims to solve the problems of traditional devices having a breathable layer placed in the middle of the transparent layer, affecting aesthetics, and having a breathable layer that is too small, affecting breathing comfort.

The technical means to solve the above problem is to provide an air filter mask device that allows a view of the face, comprising:

A translucent sheet body is an airtight sheet structure; the translucent sheet body has an inner surface, an outer surface, two side edges, a top edge and a bottom edge;

The two lugs are respectively fixed to the two side edges;

A deformable filter element is disposed in a ring-shaped structure of the transparent sheet body. The deformable filter element is at least one of a porous, elastic, breathable structure or a multi-pleated filter sheet. The deformable filter element has an inner edge and an outer edge. The inner edge is fixed to the inner surface in a ring shape and is adjacent to the two side edges, the top edge, and the bottom edge.

An adhesive part is fixed to the outer edge on one side and used to stick to a user on the other side.

The aforementioned objectives and advantages of this invention can be readily understood from the detailed description and accompanying drawings of the selected embodiments (and wearing application examples) below.

The invention is illustrated in detail below with reference to the following embodiments (and wearing examples) and diagrams:

Referring to Figures 1A, 1B, 2 and 3, the present invention is an air filter mask device that allows vision of the face, comprising:

A translucent sheet 10 is an airtight sheet structure. The translucent sheet 10 has an inner surface 11, an outer surface 12, two side edges 13, a top edge 14, and a bottom edge 15.

The two hanging ears 20 are respectively fixed to the two side edges 13.

A deformable filter section 30 is disposed in a ring-shaped structure on the transparent sheet body 10. The deformable filter section 30 is at least one of a porous elastic breathable structure or a multi-pleated filter sheet. The deformable filter section 30 has an inner edge 31 and an outer edge 32. The inner edge 31 is fixed to the inner surface 11 in a ring shape and is adjacent to the two side edges 13, the top edge 14 and the bottom edge 15.

An adhesive part 40 is fixed to the outer edge 32 on one side and is used to stick to a user 90 on the other side.

In practice, the porous elastic breathable structure (as shown in Figure 1A, which is the first embodiment of this case) can be a porous filter material (such as a sponge).

The multi-pleated filter (as shown in Figure 1B, which is the second embodiment of this case) can be a filter paper.

When it is a multi-pleated filter, it also has a plurality of pleats 33, which can be squeezed or stretched, and the plurality of pleats 33 are located between the inner edge 31 and the outer edge 32.

The adhesive part 40 can be a ring structure.

The top edge 14 of the transparent lens 10 can correspond to one of the user's nose 91 (see Figures 3, 4 and 5, i.e. the first and second wearing examples of this case) or forehead 92 (see Figure 7, i.e. the third wearing example of this case).

Furthermore, the bottom edge 15 of the transparent film 10 can correspond to the chin 93 of the user 90 (see Figures 3 and 7).

That is, both the first and second embodiments have at least the following wearing application examples:

1. Mask that does not cover the chin: Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the top edge 14 of the transparent lens 10 corresponds to the bridge of the nose 91 of the user 90, and the bottom edge 15 of the transparent lens 10 corresponds to the chin 93 of the user 90 (and does not cover the chin 93).

2. Face mask covering the chin: Referring to Figures 3 and 5, the top edge 14 of the transparent lens 10 corresponds to the bridge of the nose 91 of the user 90, and the bottom edge 15 of the transparent lens 10 corresponds to the chin 93 of the user 90 (and covers the chin 93).

3. Face mask covering the forehead and chin: Referring to Figure 7, the top edge 14 of the transparent lens 10 corresponds to the forehead 92 of the user 90, and the bottom edge 15 of the transparent lens 10 corresponds to the chin 93 of the user 90 (and covers the chin 93).

The key points of this case are as follows:

[a] The transparent lens covers almost the entire area and is quite aesthetically pleasing. Referring to Figures 1A, 1B, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7, summarizing the first to third wearing applications (whether masks or face shields), the transparent lens 10 covers almost the entire area of the case, and is both beautiful and elegant.

[b] The multiple folds can improve breathing comfort. Referring to Figure 6, the multiple folds 33 can be squeezed onto the bridge of the nose 91 to improve the fit on the face, and can be stretched to fill the gap between the bridge of the nose 91 and the cheek. The larger area that can be stretched provides a higher flow of air 81, thereby improving breathing comfort.

The advantages and benefits of this case can be summarized as follows:

[1] The large area of the transparent lens is quite aesthetically pleasing. In summary, in the first to third wearing applications of this case (whether it is a mask or a face shield), the transparent lens occupies almost 100% of the air filter device that sees through the face, and can see almost 100% of the user's face (especially the face shield), which is both beautiful and elegant. Therefore, the large area of the transparent lens is quite aesthetically pleasing.

[2] The folds can improve breathing comfort when stretched. In addition to being pressed against the bridge of the nose to improve the fit on the face, the multiple folds can stretch to fill the gap between the bridge of the nose and the cheeks. In particular, when stretched, they have a larger area, which can provide a higher flow of air, thereby improving breathing comfort. Therefore, the folds can improve breathing comfort when stretched.

The above is merely a detailed illustration of the invention through preferred embodiments (and wearing application examples). Any simple modifications and changes made to the embodiments (and wearing application examples) shall not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (7)

An air filter device that allows a view of the face includes: a transparent sheet body, which is an airtight sheet structure; the transparent sheet body has an inner surface, an outer surface, two side edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge; and two hooks, which are respectively fixed to the two side edges. A deformable filter section is disposed in a ring-shaped structure of the transparent sheet body. The deformable filter section is a combination of a porous elastic breathable structure and a multi-pleated filter sheet. The deformable filter section has an inner edge and an outer edge. The inner edge is fixed to the inner surface in a ring shape and is adjacent to the two side edges, the top edge and the bottom edge. An adhesive part is fixed to the outer edge on one side and used to stick to a user on the other side. The adhesive part is a ring-shaped structure. The air filter device that allows a view of the face as described in claim 1, wherein the porous elastic breathable structure is a porous filter material. As described in claim 1, the air filter device that allows a view of the face includes a multi-pleated filter having a plurality of pleats that can be squeezed or stretched, and the plurality of pleats being located between the inner edge and the outer edge. The air filter device that allows a view of the face as described in claim 3, wherein the pleated filter is a filter paper. The transparent air filter device for viewing the face as described in claim 1, wherein: the top edge of the transparent lens corresponds to one of the user's nose bridges; and the bottom edge of the transparent lens corresponds to one of the user's chins. The transparent air filter device for viewing the face as described in claim 1, wherein: the top edge of the transparent sheet corresponds to one of the user's nose bridges; and the bottom edge of the transparent sheet corresponds to and covers one of the user's chins. The transparent air filter device for viewing the face as described in claim 1, wherein: the top edge of the transparent sheet corresponds to one of the user's foreheads; and the bottom edge of the transparent sheet corresponds to and covers one of the user's chins.
