In the secondary shaping step, using the pressure of the gas introduced from the upper mold side, after mold closing, the film is subjected to secondary shaping at least outside the protrusion of the lower mold, outside the protrusion.

Continuing from the above, the method for forming the molded article comprising a film according to patent number WO-2014/203917 involves printing on one surface of the film, and having a hard coating layer on one opposite side of the film to form a hard coating film. The method for forming the molded article comprising a film includes: a processing step, an embedding step, and a forming step.

Continuing from the above, patent No. WO-2014/203917 describes a process in which the hard coating film is processed corresponding to the cavity shape of an injection molding die. Continuing on the above, the male mold of the aforementioned patent No. TW-I298288 is made of a metal with good thermal conductivity. The male mold has an outer mold surface, which is appropriately shaped into a predetermined curved surface. The outer mold surface of the male mold mates with the inner mold surface of the female mold, and the male mold is appropriately provided with at least one heating hole at a predetermined position.

However, the manufacturing method and molding die of the curved PC film control panel in the aforementioned patent No. TW-I298288 only utilize the structure of the female mold and male mold and how to manufacture the curved PC film prototype. It is not applicable for selectively combining films and injection-molded products (e.g., manufacturing plastic products or products with similar characteristics), and it is unrelated to films and injection-molded products.

Another common method for vacuuming and adsorbing in-mold decorative molds and its in-mold decorative film adsorption device is exemplified by Republic of China Patent Publication No. TW-201309452, "Method for Vacuuming and Adsorbing in-mold Decorative Molds and In-mold Decorative Film Adsorption Device," which discloses an in-mold decorative film adsorption device and a method for vacuuming and adsorbing in-mold decorative molds.

Continuing from the above, the in-mold decorative film adsorption device of the aforementioned patent No. TW-201309452 includes several air holes and a suction device. The air holes penetrate a front end face, which is a flat end face. The air holes are symmetrically and uniformly distributed on the front end face, and each air hole is connected to a suction device at its other end.

Continuing from the above, the vacuuming and adsorption method for the in-mold decoration mold described in patent No. TW-201309452 involves: during the in-mold decoration process, an in-mold decoration film adsorption device is attached to a film, and the film is adhered and fixed to the adsorption device using an adsorption force provided by the in-mold decoration film adsorption device.

Continuing from the above, the vacuuming and adsorption method for the in-mold decorative mold described in patent No. TW-201309452 involves the following: Several air holes are provided through the front end face of the in-mold decorative film adsorption fixture. When fixing the film, one end of each air hole is correspondingly placed against the film, and then the other end of each air hole is connected to a vacuuming device so that the vacuuming device draws out gas, thus providing an adsorption and fixing force on the film.

However, the vacuuming and adsorption method for the in-mold decorative mold described in patent No. TW-201309452 only utilizes the structure of the in-mold decorative film adsorption fixture and the vacuuming device, and how the film is adsorbed and fixed on the in-mold decorative film adsorption fixture to directly perform various surface processing operations (e.g., film printing, film high-pressure molding, film punching, or other similar surface processing operations). It is not suitable for bonding and fixing the film to the mold or its accessories (e.g., male mold, female mold, mold core, or other mold accessories), thus having the disadvantage of complex processing operations (e.g., mold combined with in-mold decorative film adsorption fixture, mold combined with vacuuming device, or other complex mold combination designs).
