Abstract

The present invention relates to a container sealing structure comprising a lid, a first tear line, a first sealing portion, and a first removal portion. The lid comprises a first film, a paper layer, and a second film. The first tear line is disposed on the lid and connects the second film, the paper layer, and the second film. The first sealing portion is removably disposed on the lid and located inward of the first tear line. The first removal portion comprises a coupling end and a force-applying end. The coupling end couples the second film to the first sealing portion, and the force-applying end is disposed on one side of the coupling end. The first removal portion removes the first sealing portion to form a first opening. Thus, when in use, the lid can be securely sealed to the container opening by heat pressing to prevent the container from moving or tipping over and causing the beverage to spill. The disposable first sealing portion also prevents opening and theft. In addition, when not in use, the thin design of the lids allows them to be stacked for easy storage and storage.

Description

Container sealing structure

The present invention provides a container sealing structure, particularly a container sealing structure that can prevent beverages from spilling, opening, and being drunk secretly, and is easy to store and preserve.

After a conventional hot or cold beverage cup is filled with a beverage, a cup lid is usually closed on the opening of the cup body to prevent the beverage from leaking out and to provide a portable effect.

However, because the cup lid can be easily opened, it cannot effectively prevent the beverage from spilling when the cup is moved or tipped over, nor can it prevent someone from stealing the drink or adding unknown drugs. Furthermore, because the cup lid has a predetermined thickness and volume, it takes up more space when stored.

Therefore, how to invent a container sealing structure to prevent beverages from spilling, opening, and being drunk secretly, and to facilitate storage and preservation, will be what the present invention actively discloses.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the known technology, the inventor felt that it was not perfect, so he devoted all his energy to research and overcome them, and then developed a container sealing structure to prevent the drink from spilling, preventing it from being opened, preventing it from being drunk secretly, and facilitating storage and preservation.

To achieve the above and other objectives, the present invention provides a container sealing structure comprising: a cover, a first tear line, a first sealing portion, and a first removal portion. The cover includes a first film, a paper layer, and a second film, wherein the paper layer is laminated and bonded to the top surface of the first film, and the second film layer is laminated and bonded to the top surface of the paper layer. The first tear line is provided on the cover and connects the second film, the paper layer, and the first film. The first sealing portion is removably provided on the cover and is located inside the first tear line. The first removal portion includes a bonding end and a force-applying end, wherein the bonding end bonds the second film to the first sealing portion, and the force-applying end is provided on one side of the bonding end. The first removal portion removes the first sealing portion to form a first opening in the cover.

In the container sealing structure described above, the first film is low-temperature linear low-density polyethylene (PE), the paper layer is waterproof paper, and the second film is polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

In the container sealing structure described above, the first and second adhesive films are light-transmissive, and a pattern area is provided on the top surface of the paper layer.

In the container sealing structure described above, the second adhesive film and the first sealing portion are bonded to the bonding end using acrylic adhesive, and a release layer is provided at the bottom of the force-applying end.

In the container sealing structure described above, the sealing cover is provided with a vent, which is connected to the first rubber film, the paper layer and the second rubber film.

The container sealing structure further includes a second tear line and a second sealing portion. The second tear line is provided on the sealing lid and connects the second film, the paper layer, and the first film. The second sealing portion is removably provided on the sealing lid and is located inside the second tear line. The second sealing portion is removed to form a second opening.

In the container sealing structure described above, the sealing cover is provided with a vent, the vent is located in the second sealing portion, and the vent is connected to the first rubber film, the paper layer and the second rubber film.

In the container sealing structure described above, at least one taking portion is provided on the outer edge of the sealing cover.

In the container sealing structure described above, the paper layer further includes a second opening, the first rubber film seals the bottom of the second opening, the second rubber film seals the top of the second opening, and a ventilation hole is connected between the first rubber film, the second opening, and the second rubber film.

The container sealing structure further includes a plurality of third tear lines, each of which connects the first film and the second film. The third tear lines are radially interlaced, and a vent is provided at the junction of the third tear lines, connecting the first film and the second film.

The container sealing structure of the present invention can thus securely seal the lid to the container opening by heat pressing when in use, preventing the container from moving or tipping over and causing the beverage to spill. The disposable sealing portion also prevents opening and unauthorized drinking. Furthermore, when not in use, the thin design of the lids allows for stacking and easy storage.

In order to fully understand the purpose, features and effects of the present invention, the present invention is described in detail with reference to the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 , as shown in the figures, the present invention provides a container sealing structure 1 , which includes: a cover 11 , a first tear line 12 , a first sealing portion 13 and a first removal portion 14 .

The cover 11 includes a first adhesive film 111, a paper layer 112, and a second adhesive film 113. The paper layer 112 is laminated and bonded to the top surface of the first adhesive film 111, and the second adhesive film 113 is laminated and bonded to the top surface of the paper layer 112.

The first tear line 12 is disposed on the cover 11 and connects the second adhesive film 113 , the paper layer 112 and the first adhesive film 111 .

The first closing portion 13 is removably disposed on the cover 11 and is located inside the first tear line 12 .

The first removal portion 14 includes a coupling end 141 and a force-applying end 142 . The coupling end 141 couples the second adhesive film 113 and the first sealing portion 13 . The force-applying end 142 is located on one side of the coupling end 141 . The first removal portion 14 removes the first sealing portion 13 to form a first opening 114 in the sealing cover 11 .

During use, the lid 11 can be positioned with the first film 111 corresponding to the opening 21 of a container 2. The first film 111 is then bonded to the top of the opening 21 by heat pressing, thereby sealing the opening 21 of the container 2 with the lid 11. In this way, the lid 11 can be securely sealed to the opening 21 of the container 2 by heat pressing, preventing the container 2 from moving or tipping over and causing the beverage to spill.

When the user wishes to drink from the container 2 , they can apply a pulling force to the force-applying end 142 of the first removal portion 14 . This force-applying end 142 cooperates with the coupling end 141 and the first tear line 12 to pull up the first closure portion 13 . As the first closure portion 13 is pulled up, the first tear line 12 simultaneously removes the first closure portion 13 . After the first closure portion 13 is removed, the lid 11 reveals the first opening 114 , allowing the user to drink directly from the first opening 114 or insert a straw into the first opening 114 for drinking. In this way, the lid 11 can be firmly sealed at the opening 21 of the container 2 by heat pressing to prevent the container 2 from spilling due to movement or tipping. The disposable first sealing portion 13 also prevents the container from being opened and drunk secretly.

In addition, since the cover 11 is composed of the first film 111, the paper layer 112 and the second film 113 stacked together, the cover 11 has a thin design. Therefore, when not in use, the cover 11 can be stacked together due to its thin design, so as to achieve the effect of easy collection and storage.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first film 111 is made of low-temperature linear low-density polyethylene (PE), the paper layer is waterproof paper, and the second film is made of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET). This allows the first film 111, the paper layer 112, and the second film 113 to be stacked and bonded together, preventing them from separating. The multi-layered, thin design also provides the cover 11 with improved support and stiffness. When not in use, the thin design of the cover 11 allows the covers 11 to be stacked for easy storage.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second films 111, 113 are light-transmissive, and a pattern area 115 is provided on the top surface of the paper layer 112. The pattern area 115 may include animal images, plant images, geometric images, numbers, or text, so that the cover 11 can meet the advertising needs of various stores. Moreover, because the paper layer 112 can be waterproof paper, not only can the paper layer 112 be easily bonded to the first and second films 111, 113, but the pattern area 115 can also be easily printed on the paper layer 112, and the pattern area 115 is not easily blurred by moisture.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the coupling end 141 is used to couple the second adhesive film 113 and the first closing portion 13 with acrylic adhesive. This allows the first removable portion 14 to be securely coupled to the second adhesive film 113 and the first closing portion 13. When force is applied to the force-applying end 142 to pull up the first removable portion 14, the coupling end 141 can cooperate with the first tear line 12 to pull up the first closing portion 13, making it easier to remove the first closing portion 13 and reveal the first opening portion 114, thereby achieving ease of operation and use.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, a release layer 143 is provided at the bottom of the force-applying end 142, so that the force-applying end 142 is prevented from adhering to the second adhesive film 113 by the release layer 143. In this way, the release layer 143 can be used to apply force to the force-applying end 142 of the first removal portion 14, thereby achieving the effect of easy operation and use.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the cover 11 is provided with a vent 116, which connects the first film 111, the paper layer 112, and the second film 113. In this way, the vent 116 can be used not only to vent the beverage in the container 2 but also to directly insert a straw, making the present invention more practical.

Please refer to Figures 6 and 7. As shown in the figures, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, a second tear line 15 and a second sealing portion 16 are further included. The second tear line 15 is located on the cover 11 and connects the second rubber film 113, the paper layer 112, and the first rubber film 111. The second sealing portion 16 is removably located on the cover 11 and is located inside the second tear line 15. The second sealing portion 16 is removed to form a second opening portion 117, wherein the ventilation port 116 is located on the second sealing portion 16 and connects the first rubber film 111, the paper layer 112, and the second rubber film 113.

Based on the above embodiment, in addition to utilizing the vent 116 as a ventilation vent for the beverage in the container 2, a straw can also be directly inserted into the corresponding position of the vent 116. The second sealing portion 16 is then folded downward in accordance with the second tear line 15 by the external force of the straw. The second sealing portion 16 is then removed from the lid 11 to form the second opening 117. The straw can then be inserted into the second opening 117, making the present invention more practical.

Please refer to Figures 8 and 9. As shown in the figures, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outer edge of the cover 11 is provided with at least one pick-up portion 17. The pick-up portion 17 can be integrally formed or assembled with the outer edge of the cover 11. Since a plurality of covers 11 can be stacked on each other in the present invention to achieve the effect of easy collection and storage, when taking out the cover 11, force can be applied to the pick-up portion 17 to take out the cover 11 at the opening 21 of the container 2 to avoid direct contact of the hand with the first rubber film 111 of the cover 11, thereby meeting the requirements of hygiene when taking out the cover 11.

In addition, the number of the taking portions 17 can be one, two, or more than two. In addition to allowing the cover 11 to meet hygiene requirements by utilizing the taking portions 17, a single or multiple taking portions 17 can be combined with the pattern area 115 to give the cover 11 an aesthetically pleasing shape (for example, the cover 11 can be combined with the taking portions 17 to form an animal shape).

Please refer to FIG. 10 and FIG. 11. As shown in the figure, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiment, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second opening portion 117 is provided on the paper layer 112, and the first rubber film 111 seals the bottom of the second opening portion 117, and the second rubber film 113 seals the top of the second opening portion 117. The vent 116 connects the first rubber film 111, the second opening portion 117 and the second rubber film 113. In this way, the second opening portion 117 cooperates with the light-transmissive first rubber film 111 and the second rubber film 113 to make the cover 11 have a transparent A window is formed to allow viewing of the type of beverage within the container 2. In addition to applying force to the first removal portion 14 to remove the first sealing portion 13 and drink from the first opening 114, a straw can also be directly inserted into the first film 111 above the second opening 117. As shown in the figure, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiment, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second opening portion 117 is provided on the paper layer 112, and the first film 111 seals the bottom of the second opening portion 117, and the second film 113 seals the top of the second opening portion 117. The second film 113 further includes a plurality of third tear lines 18, which respectively connect the first film 111 and the second film 113. The third tear lines 18 are respectively staggered in a radial pattern, and the ventilation port 116 connects the intersection of the third tear lines 18 provided on the first film 111 and the second film 113. Thus, by combining the second opening 117 with the light-transmissive first and second films 111 and 113, the lid 11 has a transparent window for viewing the type of beverage within the container 2. Furthermore, while drinking from the container 2, the user can apply force to the first removal portion 14 to remove the first sealing portion 13 and drink from the first opening 114. Alternatively, the user can directly insert a straw into the second film 113 above the second opening 117, passing the straw through the third tear lines 18, the second film 113, the second opening 117, and the first film 111, with the second opening 117 serving as the insertion point. This makes the lid 111 easy to use and allows the present invention to better meet practical application requirements.

It should be noted that all variations and substitutions equivalent to these embodiments are intended to be encompassed within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection for the present invention shall be determined by the scope of the patent application.

Claims (10)

A container sealing structure includes: a lid comprising a first rubber film, a paper layer, and a second rubber film, wherein the paper layer is laminated and bonded to a top surface of the first rubber film, and the second rubber film is laminated and bonded to a top surface of the paper layer; a first tear line disposed on the lid and connecting the second rubber film, the paper layer, and the first rubber film; a first sealing portion removably disposed on the lid and located inward of the first tear line; and a first removal portion comprising a bonding end and a force-applying end, wherein the bonding end bonds the second rubber film to the first sealing portion, the force-applying end being disposed on one side of the bonding end, and the first removal portion removes the first sealing portion to form a first opening in the lid. The container sealing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first rubber film is low-temperature linear low-density polyethylene (PE), the paper layer is waterproof paper, and the second rubber film is polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The container sealing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the first adhesive film and the second adhesive film are light-transmissive, and a pattern area is provided on the top surface of the paper layer. The container sealing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the second adhesive film and the first sealing portion are bonded to the bonding end using acrylic adhesive, and a release layer is provided at the bottom of the force-applying end. The container sealing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sealing cover is provided with a vent, and the vent connects the first rubber film, the paper layer and the second rubber film. The container sealing structure as described in claim 1 further includes a second tear line and a second sealing portion, wherein the second tear line is arranged on the sealing lid and connects the second rubber film, the paper layer and the first rubber film, and the second sealing portion is removably arranged on the sealing lid and located on the inner side of the second tear line, and the second sealing portion is removed to form a second opening portion. The container sealing structure as described in claim 6, wherein the sealing cover is provided with a vent, the vent is located in the second sealing portion, and the vent is connected to the first rubber film, the paper layer and the second rubber film. The container sealing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the sealing cap is provided with at least one taking portion. The container sealing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the paper layer further includes a second opening, the first rubber film seals the bottom of the second opening, the second rubber film seals the top of the second opening, and a ventilation hole is connected between the first rubber film, the second opening and the second rubber film. The container sealing structure as described in claim 9 further includes a plurality of third tear lines, wherein the third tear lines are respectively connected to the first rubber film and the second rubber film, and the third tear lines are respectively staggered in a radial pattern, and a vent connecting the first rubber film and the second rubber film is provided at the intersection of the third tear lines.
