一種兩進水兩出水之精密陶瓷閥,該精密陶瓷閥是在一閥殼內組設有一旋轉座,所述旋轉座下方在所述閥殼內部設有依序相疊的一滑塊、一擋板、一活動閥片與一固定閥片,所述旋轉座中樞組有一往上穿出所述閥殼的閥桿,以該閥桿底端的撥動部與所述滑塊相嵌,再以所述滑塊、所述旋轉座分別連結所述擋板、所述活動閥片,便能透過所述閥桿的操作經所述滑塊帶動所述擋板平移,或平移後再經由所述旋轉座帶動所述活動閥片旋轉,俾利用所述活動閥片移動後與所述固定閥片產生對位關係之改變,來進行開、關水,或改變冷、熱水的混合比例與出水流量大小,在所述閥殼下方則利用一底座的結合來擋止所述固定閥片、所述活動閥片、所述擋板、所述滑塊與所述旋轉座掉出,及該底座設有一進水室,所述進水室中安裝有一平衡閥,又所述精密陶瓷閥在使用時是放入一分水閥座所預留的閥室中,該分水閥座具有從所述閥室底面往外做貫通的一冷水入水道、一熱水入水道、一第一出水道與一第二出水道,該冷水入水道、該熱水入水道是用來銜接冷、熱水源,透過所述第一出水道、所述第二出水道分別與一用水設備做連接,便能透過同一所述精密陶瓷閥的操作經所述分水閥座將冷水、熱水或混合後的溫水往其中一所述用水設備做輸送,其中: 所述閥殼內部具有一容室,上方透過一縮徑環壁形成有一上端口,所 述旋轉座、所述滑塊、所述擋板、所述活動閥片、所述固定閥片是依序放入該閥殼的所述容室中,俾利用所述上端口提供所述閥桿往上穿出所述閥殼; A precision ceramic valve with two water inlets and two water outlets is provided with a rotating seat in a valve housing.
