Description

本發明為一種地板，尤指一種不論是任何色系之地板在拼接後倒角接縫溝槽可減少色差、或降低不同顏色問題發生，且不會影響美觀的倒角地板結構改良。
按，拼裝地板，也被稱為浮動地板，是一種設計為簡單、快速安裝的地板。這種地板的設計讓它們可以安裝在其他硬質表面上，如混凝土、瓷磚或現有的木地板上。拼裝地板的主要類型包括層壓地板，實木拼接地板等。以下是拼裝地板技術的基本元素：
鎖定系統：拼裝地板的關鍵是它們的鎖定系統。這些地板塊的邊緣設計有特殊的榫與槽，允許它們緊密地連接在一起而不需要任何膠水或釘子。這種系統讓地板可以平整地安裝，同時還可以在需要時輕鬆地移除或更換。
材料：拼裝地板可以由各種材料製成。其中最常見的是層壓地板，由一個耐磨印刷層、圖像層(模仿木頭或石頭的外觀)、高密度纖維板(中間層)，和底層組成。實木拼接地板由實木製成，可以提供非常自然的外觀，但成本較高。豪華乙烯基地板由乙烯基樹脂製成，能夠模仿各種不同的自然材料，並具有良好的耐用性和防水性能
安裝：拼裝地板的安裝相對簡單，不需要專業技能。大多數情況下，只需要將地板塊按照所需的圖案和方向排列，然後將它們壓縮在一起即 可。由於地板塊之間的鎖定系統，所以它們會緊密地連接在一起，形成一個平滑的表面。
保養：拼裝地板的保養相對容易。大部分的清潔可以用乾燥或微濕的布完成。一些特殊的清潔產品也可能需要，具體取決於地板的材質。
然而，現有技術的缺失往往在中間層(非PETG或ABS材質)顏色單調與多色系的耐磨印刷層顏色經常無法相同；因此倒角處經常在地板拼接後的接縫溝槽會出現不一樣的顏色，造成不美觀及不協調的視覺效果，更有甚者為了掩飾色差又作了二次加工，以人工用色筆在邊條上逐一的塗上與耐磨印刷層相同的顏色。因此，為了避開這個問題與麻煩，在設計製造生產此類印刷地板時，幾乎都不做有倒角的商品。
是以，要如何解決上述習用之問題與缺失，即為本發明之發明人與從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故，本發明之發明人有鑑於上述缺失，乃搜集相關資料，經由多方評估及考量，並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗，經由不斷試作及修改，始設計出此種發明專利者。
本發明之目的在於提供一種不論是任何色系之地板在拼接後倒角接縫溝槽可減少色差、或降低不同顏色問題發生，且不會影響美觀的倒角地板結構改良。
為了達到上述或其他目的，本發明一種倒角地板結構改良，所述倒角地板包括：一底層，側邊具有一第一連接部以及一第二連接部，該第一連接部用於與另一倒角地板之第二連接部連接，該第二連接部用於與另一倒角 地板之第一連接部連接；一地板層，設置於該底層上，頂部兩側邊分別設置有一倒角，該地板層包括一同色層以及一耐磨印刷層，該耐磨印刷層設置於該同色層上。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該底層材質為密集板(MDF)、石塑板(SPC)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、泡棉或夾板。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該同色層材質為環己二醇(PETG)、丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯(ABS)。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該耐磨印刷層材質為聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或紙。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該地板層頂部四側邊分別設置有一倒角。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該第一連接部為公頭結構，該第二連接部為母頭結構以互相連接。

為達成上述目的及功效，本發明所採用之技術手段及構造，茲繪圖就本發明較佳實施例詳加說明其特徵與功能如下，俾利完全了解。
請參閱圖1-4所示，為依據本發明倒角地板結構改良較佳實施例之立體圖一、二、立體分解圖以及側視圖。由圖中可清楚看出，本發明一種倒角地板結構改良，所述倒角地板1包括：一底層11以及一地板層2。
該底層11側邊具有一第一連接部111以及一第二連接部112，該第一連接部111用於與另一倒角地板1之第二連接部112連接，該第二連接部112用於與另一倒角地板1之第一連接部111連接。較佳地，該底層11材質為密集板(MDF)、石塑板(SPC)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、泡棉或夾板。且該第一連接部111為公頭結構，該第二連接部112為母頭結構以互相連接。又該底層11厚度為1mm~25mm之間，但不限於此。
該地板層2設置於該底層11上，頂部四側邊分別設置有一倒角21。該地板層2包括一同色層22以及一耐磨印刷層23，該耐磨印刷層23設置於該同色層22上。較佳地，該同色層22材質為環己二醇(PETG)、丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯(ABS)。該耐磨印刷層23材質為聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或紙。在一個較佳實施例中，該地板層2頂部四側邊分別設置有一倒角21。且該倒角21深度為 5條~80條之間。該同色層22厚度為20條~100條之間，該耐磨印刷層23厚度為5條~50條之間，但不限於此。
進一步說明，該同色層22可為單一顏色(可為白、黑、灰、黄、紅等任何顏色)，而該顏色會近似耐磨印刷層23顏色。而同色層22使用PETG或ABS附加優點可以包括：(1)三層結構可增加地板平衡度(2)加強耐磨印刷層23的硬度及堅韌性(3)加強耐磨印刷層23的耐候性及白化性(4)符合環保材質(5)加工簡便(6)可製作成多種單一顏色。而該耐磨印刷層23以印刷方式印製成各種顏色、天然紋路及圖騰並經耐磨處理等。
藉由上述之結構、組成設計，茲就本發明之使用作動情形說明如下：請同時參閱圖5所示，為依據本發明倒角地板結構改良較佳實施例之實施示意圖。由圖中可清楚看出，本發明該地板層2頂部四側邊分別設置有一倒角21，也就是說，不論是該倒角地板1的短側邊或是長側邊都設置有倒角21，藉由多個倒角地板1的組合，兩個倒角21之間可形成有溝槽。其中，該倒角地板1之間利用該第一連接部111以及該第二連接部112互相連接，具體而言，該第一連接部111為公頭結構，該第二連接部112為母頭結構以互相連接。
請同時參閱圖6所示，為依據本發明倒角地板結構改良再一較佳實施例之實施示意圖。由圖中可清楚看出，本發明該地板層2頂部兩側邊分別設置有一倒角21，且設置於長側邊，藉由多個倒角地板1的組合，兩個倒角21之間可形成有溝槽。需要說明的是，短側邊的結合處並沒有溝槽的形狀。
請同時參閱圖7所示，為依據本發明倒角地板結構改良又一較佳實施例之實施示意圖。由圖中可清楚看出，倒角地板1互相結合的態樣，藉由本發明倒角地板1設置有倒角21，可具有以下優勢：
(1)視覺性：倒角21的立體質感可使地板呈現更具層次，增添仿實木的設計，呈現更接近實木質感亦可讓地板整體視覺更加平整，提升空間延伸感和美觀性。(2)功能性：地板具有熱漲冷縮的特性，因每塊地板伸縮度不一，若無倒角21容易導致接合處不平整，倒角21設計能為地板之間的接合處保留空隙，作為緩衝，藉此減少木地板因擠壓而產生的高低差問題，讓施工更加便利。高低差之節亦可增加地板邊角的耐用性及增加地板的止滑功能，並延長使用壽命。(3)安全性：直角容易產生毛刺、崩角，圓滑設計可避免刮傷，倒角21也可增加地板的止滑功能，使用上更安全。
本發明同色層22採用了環已二醇(PETG)為非結晶型的共聚聚脂的材質和丙烯、丁二烯、苯乙烯(ABS)等3種組成聚合物，因它有多種特殊的優點，可生產製造出多色彩的單一顏色的製品能與各種不同顏色的耐磨印刷層23相結合後，既使在板邊磨出不同寬窄(介於5條80條)的倒角21，再與地板拼接的接縫溝槽可減少色差的問題。
故，請參閱全部附圖所示，本發明使用時，與習用技術相較，著實存在下列優點：本發明倒角地板結構改良不論是任何色系之地板在拼接後倒角21接縫溝槽可減少色差、或降低不同顏色問題發生，且不會影響美觀。
惟，以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已，非因此即拘限本發明之專利範圍，故舉凡運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所為之簡易修飾及等效結構變化，均應同理包含於本發明之專利範圍內，合予陳明。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種倒角地板結構改良，所述倒角地板包括：一底層，側邊具有一第一連接部以及一第二連接部，該第一連接部用於與另一倒角地板之第二連接部連接，該第二連接部用於與另一倒角地板之第一連接部連接；一地板層，設置於該底層上，頂部兩側邊分別設置有一倒角，該地板層包括一同色層以及一耐磨印刷層，該耐磨印刷層設置於該同色層上，其中該同色層為單一顏色，材質為環己二醇(PETG)、丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯(ABS)，厚度為20條~100條之間。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該底層材質為密集板(MDF)、石塑板(SPC)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、泡棉或夾板。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該耐磨印刷層材質為聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或紙。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該地板層頂部四側邊分別設置有一倒角。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該第一連接部為公頭結構，該第二連接部為母頭結構以互相連接。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該倒角深度為5條~80條之間。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該底層厚度為1mm~25mm之間。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之倒角地板結構改良，其中該耐磨印刷層厚度為5條~50條之間。
