本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的橡膠充氣布的製造方法及橡膠充氣布,藉由採用未硫化的混煉膠體(生膠)作為接著劑,即可在結構布兩側具有至少為25kg/5cm的接著強度,可以將黏著劑的塗佈次數降低至6次,減少工序並增加良率。然而,以現有技術中將已硫化的混煉膠體(熟膠)表層塗佈黏著劑的技術,需要塗佈10次0.30mm的接著劑才可能具有趨近於25kg/5cm的接著強度。但是在良率表現上,仍遠低於本實施例的良率區間。且依照本實施例所提供的橡膠充氣布的製造方法所製造出的橡膠充氣布具有87-92%的良率。因此本發明不僅具有提高良率以及接著強度,也因為提高接著強度使結構更為緻密,而具有更好的防水係數以及防水效果。One of the beneficial effects of the present invention is that the manufacturing method of the rubber inflatable cloth and the rubber inflatable cloth provided by the present invention can be achieved by using unvulcanized mixed colloid (raw rubber) as the adhesive on both sides of the structural cloth.
