樹脂成型體
本發明係關於一種表面密接有具有金屬光澤之裝飾片之樹脂成型體。
具有金屬光澤之樹脂成型體較之金屬製物品更輕量。作為對樹脂成型體賦予金屬光澤之方法,下述專利文獻1中提出將具有金屬光澤的片材放入射出成型之金屬模具而使其與樹脂一體成型之方法。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決之問題]
本發明之課題在於提供一種具有可耐受強力之強度及片材之高密接性的樹脂成型體。 [解決問題之技術手段]
本發明之樹脂成型體具有本體、及密接於本體表面之裝飾片,裝飾片具有金屬光澤層、位於金屬光澤層外側之透明保護層、及位於金屬光澤層內側且熔接於本體表面之熔接層,本體為具有強化纖維之纖維強化樹脂製,於熔接層與本體之交界部分,具有因本體之強化纖維向熔接層側侵入從而交界部分成為凹凸形狀的錨定構造。
該樹脂成型體因本體為纖維強化樹脂製,故獲得高強度,即便有強大之力作用於樹脂成型體,亦可耐受該力。而且,於本體與裝飾片之交界部分,具有因本體之強化纖維向熔接層側侵入從而交界部分成為凹凸形狀的錨定構造,故裝飾片對本體之密接性高。因此,即便強大之力作用於樹脂成型體,亦能維持裝飾片對本體之密接性,且維持金屬光澤。
尤其是,錨定構造中之強化纖維較佳為無規地向熔接層側侵入,從而錨定效果提高。

如上所述,因本體為纖維強化樹脂製,且具有該強化纖維向裝飾片之熔接層側侵入而成之錨定構造,故而,可獲得能耐受強力之強度及裝飾片之高密接性。因此,作為要求高強度及高設計性之金屬製物品之替代品,可使用樹脂成型體,能實現物品之輕量化。
以下,參考圖1~圖7說明本發明之一實施形態之樹脂成型體。樹脂成型體之用途可有多種。樹脂成型體尤其適用於腳踏車之構造部件或釣具之構造部件。可列舉例如,腳踏車之刹車桿或曲柄、輪緣、鏈輪之內側構成零件、腳踏車用鞋之鞋底、卷盤本體或卷盤之線軸、卷盤片材等。樹脂成型體適用於要求金屬光澤、輕量及強度之產品。
<本體1> 如圖1所示,樹脂成型體具有本體1、及密接於本體1表面之裝飾片2。本體1為纖維強化樹脂製。本體1之強化纖維10例如為碳纖維或玻璃纖維。強化纖維10除了可為以數毫米為單位剪切而成者、以數十毫米為單位剪切而成者,亦可為長纖維。本體1可由各種成型方法成型。本體1之成型方法例如有使用以數毫米為單位剪切而成之強化纖維10的射出成型、以數十毫米為單位剪切而成之強化纖維10的SMC成型、利用採用長纖維之預浸體之成型等。本體1之樹脂之材質可為適用於各種成型的材質。本體1之樹脂之材質可為各種熱塑性樹脂、熱固化性樹脂。作為本體1之樹脂之材質,例如於射出成型時為用於射出成型之各種樹脂,於利用預浸體時為環氧樹脂等熱塑性樹脂,於SMC成型時為尼龍樹脂、環氧樹脂、乙烯酯樹脂等。本實施形態之本體1係藉由射出成型而成型。作為強化纖維10,使用以數毫米為單位剪切,尤其是剪切為1 mm以下之長度的短纖維。作為樹脂,使用聚醯胺樹脂(尼龍)。
<裝飾片2> 裝飾片2熔接於本體1之表面。於本體1之成型時,裝飾片2與本體1之表面一體化。圖2表示裝飾片2之一例。裝飾片2具有保護層20、第一接著層21、支持層22、金屬光澤層23、第二接著層24及熔接層25。保護層20位於裝飾片2之最表面。保護層20係裝飾片2之最外層。保護層20係透明的,具有至少可看到金屬光澤層23之程度的透明度。保護層20較佳為,耐磨耗性、耐候性優良。保護層20由各種樹脂製之膜構成。保護層20之膜之厚度例如為數十μm。保護層20之膜之樹脂例如為聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯樹脂(PMMA)等丙烯酸樹脂、或聚碳酸酯樹脂(PC)。第一接著層21係用於使保護層20與支持層22接著之層。保護層20介隔第一接著層21而積層於支持層22之外側(正面側)。第一接著層21係使用各種接著劑。第一接著層21為透明,具有至少可視認金屬光澤層23之程度的透明度。並且,第一接著層21可為無色透明亦可為有色透明。
支持層22係用於保持金屬光澤層23之層。支持層22由各種樹脂製之膜構成。支持層22之膜之厚度例如為數十μm,支持層22之膜比保護層20之膜薄。支持層22之膜之樹脂例如為PET等聚酯樹脂。金屬光澤層23係金屬蒸鍍層或金屬箔、金屬色之塗裝膜等。如為金屬色之塗裝膜,則由金屬奈米粒子構成。金屬奈米粒子例如為銀、金、銅、鎳、鉻、鉑、鈀、鈦、錫及其等之合金,可使用其等中之任意一種或任意種混合體。金屬色之塗裝膜可藉由各種印刷方法形成,例如可藉由塗佈機塗裝、凹版印刷、噴墨印刷等形成。本實施形態中之金屬光澤層23係形成於支持層22之單面的金屬蒸鍍層。金屬蒸鍍層係形成於作為支持層22之樹脂膜之單面,於該附金屬蒸鍍層之樹脂膜之外側,介隔第一接著層21而積層有保護層20。
第二接著層24係用於使金屬光澤層23與熔接層25接著的層。與第一接著層21同樣地,第二接著層24可使用各種接著劑。熔接層25係介隔第二接著層24而積層於金屬光澤層23之內側(背面側)。熔接層25係成為裝飾片2之基底之層,且為熱塑性樹脂層。熔接層25係構成裝飾片2之各層中最厚的層。熔接層25之厚度例如為數百μm。熔接層25為裝飾片2之最內層。於本體1之成型時,熔接層25熔接於本體1之表面。熔接層25由各種樹脂構成。熔接層25由各種樹脂膜構成。熔接層25例如包含ABS樹脂或聚丙烯樹脂、聚碳酸酯樹脂等之膜。
裝飾片2例如藉由真空壓空成型等片材成型而預成型後,放入至射出成型等之金屬模具中。而且,將平板狀之裝飾片2設置於射出成型等之金屬模具中,於該金屬模具中將裝飾片2成型為與金屬模具之形狀一致之規定形狀之後,繼而將本體1用之樹脂注入至金屬模具內而成型為本體1。
<錨定構造30> 如圖3之放大圖所示,樹脂成型體中,於本體1與裝飾片2之間的交界部分3具有錨定構造30。本體1與裝飾片2之間的交界部分3係本體1與裝飾片2之間的界面,且為熔接面。錨定構造30係藉由本體1之強化纖維10向熔接層25側侵入而使交界部分3成為凹凸形狀而成的構造。強化纖維10無規地向熔接層25側侵入。故而,錨定構造30之凹凸並非規則的,而是無規則的。若使熔接層25側凸出,則錨定構造30之凸部31之大小、方向、形狀並非固定。亦存在錨定構造30之凸部31自身具有小凹凸之複雜形狀。錨定構造30之凸部31係藉由強化纖維10向熔接層25側侵入而形成。因此,錨定構造30之凸部31具有強化纖維10。強化纖維10位於錨定構造30之凸部31之前端部。
錨定構造30之凹凸較佳為,具有大於強化纖維10之線徑的高低差。尤其是,錨定構造30之凹凸較佳為,具有強化纖維10之線徑之數倍程度的高低差。強化纖維10之線徑例如為10 μm左右。錨定構造30之凹凸較佳為具有20 μm以上之高低差,尤佳為具有50 μm以上之高低差。當例如熔接層25之厚度為200~300 μm左右時,錨定構造30之凹凸為其之10%左右,但亦存在成為10%以上之高低差之情況。即便熔接層25之厚度達到該值以上,錨定構造30之凹凸之高低差多數情況下亦不會如此變化。
圖4~圖7表示樹脂成型體之剪切剖面之放大照片。並且,熔接層25係使用ABS樹脂膜。本體1係藉由將碳纖維剪切為1 mm以下之長度之短纖維混合於聚醯胺樹脂中進行射出成型而形成者。圖4中之倍率為200倍,圖5中之倍率為500倍,圖6中之倍率為1500倍。圖7係於圖6之照片中於熔接層25與本體1之交界部分3畫線之圖。照片中可看到本體1之強化纖維10發白光。
如圖4所示,熔接層25與本體1之交界部分3呈富有強烈起伏之狀態。如圖6及圖7所示,本體1之強化纖維10無規地向裝飾片2之熔接層25側侵入,該強化纖維10之侵入形狀成為交界部分3之起伏即凹凸形狀。於該攝像部位,形成有具有30 μm~50 μm左右之高低差的凹凸形狀。
圖8~圖10中表示作為比較例之樹脂成型體之剪切剖面的放大照片。該比較例之樹脂成型體相對於上述圖4~圖7所示之樹脂成型體,裝飾片102相同,而本體101之樹脂之材質不同。比較例中之樹脂成型體之本體101係自ABS樹脂射出成型者,不含強化纖維10。圖8~圖10之倍率分別為200倍、500倍、1500倍,與圖4~圖6相同。比較例之樹脂成型體中,裝飾片102之熔接層125與本體101之間的交界部分103呈平坦且有極小凹凸的平面形狀。
如上所述,本實施形態之樹脂成型體中,因本體1為纖維強化樹脂製,故可獲得高強度。因此,即便強大之力作用於樹脂成型體,亦能耐受該力。再者,於裝飾片2與本體1之交界部分3,具有強化纖維10向熔接層25側侵入而成之錨定構造30,故裝飾片2對本體1之密接性高。因此,即便強大之力作用於樹脂成型體,亦可維持裝飾片2對本體1之密接性,且維持金屬光澤。如此,可獲得高強度及由裝飾片2之高密接性而產生之金屬光澤,故可將樹脂成型體用作金屬製物品之替代品,能使物品輕量化。尤其是,若將力作用較大之力之腳踏車或釣具之構造部件採用樹脂成型體,則能維持構造部件之強度及美感,並將構造部件輕量化。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種樹脂成型體,其具有:纖維強化樹脂製之本體,其於聚醯胺樹脂混合有包含長度為1mm以下之碳纖維或玻璃纖維之強化纖維;及裝飾片,其密接於前述本體之表面,前述裝飾片具有金屬光澤層、位於前述金屬光澤層外側之透明的保護層、及位於前述金屬光澤層內側且熔接於前述本體之表面之包含ABS樹脂之熔接層,於前述熔接層與前述本體之交界部分,包含因前述強化纖維向前述熔接層侵入而形成的前述交界部分成為凹凸形狀的錨定構造,前述錨定構造之凹凸形狀之高低差大於前述強化纖維之線徑,且為20μm以上。
  2. 如請求項1之樹脂成型體,其中前述錨定構造中之前述強化纖維係無規地向前述熔接層侵入。
  3. 如請求項1或2之樹脂成型體,其中前述強化纖維位於前述錨定構造之凸部之前端部。
  4. 如請求項1或2之樹脂成型體,其中於前述錨定構造之凸部設有小於前述凸部之凹凸。
  5. 如請求項1或2之樹脂成型體,其中樹脂成型體係腳踏車或釣具之構造部件。
