Abstract

An accounting system with a greenhouse gas (GHG) statistics function and a method for statistics of GHG are provided. The accounting system includes a GHG database, an accounting data input module, a GHG data input module and a GHG statistics module. The GHG database stores GHG information corresponding to at least one item. The GHG data input module provides a GHG data input interface, so as to obtain an item information through the GHG data input interface, and query the GHG information of the corresponding item information from the GHG database, so as to obtain the GHG data according to the item information and the GHG information. The GHG statistics module statistics GHG data to generate a GHG report.

Description

Accounting system with greenhouse gas statistics function and method for counting greenhouse gases

The present invention is related to greenhouse gas statistics, in particular to an accounting system with greenhouse gas statistical functions and a method for counting greenhouse gases.

Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to environmental protection issues. Both private enterprises and the government are committed to the goal of zero greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, how to effectively monitor the amount of greenhouse gas emissions of enterprises is a major issue.

In view of this, an embodiment of the present invention proposes an accounting system with a greenhouse gas statistics function, including a greenhouse gas database, an accounting data input module, a greenhouse gas data input module, and a greenhouse gas statistics module. The greenhouse gas database stores greenhouse gas information corresponding to at least one item. The accounting data input module provides an accounting data input interface, so as to obtain an accounting information through the accounting data input interface, and create an accounting data according to the accounting information. The greenhouse gas data input module provides a greenhouse gas data input interface to obtain item information through the greenhouse gas data input interface, and query the greenhouse gas information corresponding to the item information from the greenhouse gas database to create a greenhouse gas data based on the item information and the greenhouse gas information. The greenhouse gas statistics module collects greenhouse gas data to generate a greenhouse gas report.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for counting greenhouse gases in an accounting system, including: storing greenhouse gas information corresponding to at least one item in a greenhouse gas database; obtaining an accounting information through the accounting system, and establishing an accounting data based on the accounting information; obtaining an item information through the accounting system, and querying the greenhouse gas information corresponding to the item information from the greenhouse gas database, so as to establish a greenhouse gas data based on the item information and the greenhouse gas information; and counting the greenhouse gas data to generate a greenhouse gas report.

According to the accounting system with greenhouse gas statistics function of the embodiment of the present invention, the method for counting greenhouse gases in the accounting system allows users to simultaneously perform greenhouse gas statistics and generate greenhouse gas statistical reports during accounting input operations.

Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2. FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a method for counting greenhouse gases in an accounting system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an accounting system 1 with a greenhouse gas statistics function according to an embodiment of the present invention. The accounting system 1 includes a greenhouse gas database 11 , an accounting data input module 12 , a greenhouse gas data input module 13 and a greenhouse gas statistics module 14 . In step S31, a greenhouse gas database is established, so that the greenhouse gas database 11 stores greenhouse gas information corresponding to at least one item. In step S32, the accounting data input module 12 provides an accounting data input interface to obtain accounting information through the accounting data input interface, and create an accounting data according to the accounting information. In step S33, the greenhouse gas data input module 13 provides a greenhouse gas data input interface to obtain item information through the greenhouse gas data input interface, and queries the greenhouse gas information corresponding to the item information from the greenhouse gas database 11 to create a greenhouse gas data according to the item information and the greenhouse gas information. In step S34, the greenhouse gas statistical module 14 collects the greenhouse gas data to generate a greenhouse gas report. In this way, while performing accounting operations on the company's line number, greenhouse gas data can be counted together, and a greenhouse gas report can be generated.

In some embodiments, the greenhouse gas information includes the name of the greenhouse gas and the quantity of the greenhouse gas corresponding to the name of the greenhouse gas. Greenhouse gas names may be, for example, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen trifluoride, and the like.

In some embodiments, an item may be, for example, a product or a raw material. Item information includes the item name and the quantity corresponding to the item name. The item name may be, for example, a product name or a raw material name.

Referring to FIG. 3 , it is a schematic diagram of the hardware structure of an accounting system 1 with greenhouse gas statistics function according to some embodiments of the present invention. The accounting system 1 can be implemented by a computer, which includes a processor 21 for executing programs and performing calculations, a memory 22 for temporarily storing data, a storage medium 23 (such as a hard disk) for storing programs and data, and a bus 24 for connecting the aforementioned hardware. The program includes software modules such as the aforementioned accounting data input module 12, greenhouse gas data input module 13, and greenhouse gas statistics module 14. In some embodiments, the program also includes a greenhouse gas database 11 . The computer includes a single computer or multiple computers, and the computer generally refers to a personal computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a server, etc. with computing power. In some embodiments, the technology of the present invention can also be implemented in a distributed computing environment, for example, a computer can support cloud computing services for other networked devices to connect and access. Cloud computing services include, but are not limited to, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, software as a service, storage as a service, desktop as a service, data as a service, security as a service, and API as a service. a service).

Referring to FIG. 4 , it is a schematic block diagram of an accounting system 1 with greenhouse gas statistics function according to another embodiment of the present invention. Compared with FIG. 1 , the accounting system 1 further includes a setting module 15 . The setting module 15 is used to provide a setting interface for users to set at least one associated account subject that should be counted for greenhouse gases (as shown in FIG. 5 , which is a schematic diagram of a setting interface according to an embodiment of the present invention). Referring to FIG. 6 , it is a schematic diagram of an accounting data input interface according to an embodiment of the present invention. In response to the accounting information input by the user in the accounting data input interface having a set associated account subject, the accounting data input module 12 triggers the greenhouse gas data input module 13 to provide a greenhouse gas data input interface (as shown in FIG. 7 , which is a schematic diagram of a greenhouse gas data input interface according to an embodiment of the present invention), for the user to further input greenhouse gas information in the greenhouse gas data input interface. That is to say, when the user enters the data of accounting items related to greenhouse gases, the greenhouse gas data input interface will automatically pop up, allowing the user to input greenhouse gas information. Conversely, if the user enters the data of accounting items not related to greenhouse gases, the interface for inputting greenhouse gas data will not pop up, allowing users to continue to focus on the input of accounting items.

In some embodiments, the greenhouse gas statistics module 14 collects greenhouse gas data according to the requirements of greenhouse gas management series standards (such as ISO14064-1) or carbon footprint standards (such as ISO14067).

Referring to FIG. 9 , it is a flowchart of a greenhouse gas statistical method according to some embodiments of the present invention. In step S41, the above-mentioned related accounting subjects are preset. Next, step S42-1 or step S42-2 can be selected to input the greenhouse gas information. In step S42-1, as described above, when the user enters the data of accounting events related to greenhouse gases, the greenhouse gas data input interface will automatically pop up, allowing the user to input greenhouse gas information. Step S42-2 is to include a greenhouse gas data input interface in the accounting data input interface, that is, provide an accounting data input interface with at least one greenhouse gas data input field, allowing users to choose whether to input greenhouse gas information in the same accounting data input interface.

In step S43, it is determined whether the input greenhouse gas information includes the name of the greenhouse gas and the quantity of the greenhouse gas, and if it has been input, proceed to step S44 to calculate the quantity of the greenhouse gas. If there is no greenhouse gas name or/and greenhouse gas quantity, then query the greenhouse gas database 11 according to the input item name and quantity to obtain the corresponding greenhouse gas name and quantity (step S45 ).

In step S46, according to the greenhouse gas management series standards or the carbon footprint standard, the greenhouse gas data are collected. Next, in step S47, statistics of greenhouse gas reduction facilities are performed, such as calculation of carbon weight, so as to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. In step S48, a final greenhouse gas report is generated (as shown in FIG. 10 , which is a schematic diagram of a greenhouse gas report according to an embodiment of the present invention).

In some embodiments, if it is found in step S45 that the greenhouse gas database 11 does not record the name and quantity of the greenhouse gas corresponding to the item name, it jumps to a greenhouse gas data preparation interface (as shown in FIG. 8 , which is a schematic diagram of the greenhouse gas data preparation interface according to an embodiment of the present invention), for the user to input the greenhouse gas and quantity corresponding to the item name.

To sum up, according to the accounting system with greenhouse gas statistics function of the embodiment of the present invention, the method for counting greenhouse gases in the accounting system allows users to simultaneously perform greenhouse gas statistics during accounting input operations and generate greenhouse gas statistical reports at the same time.

Claims (6)

An accounting system with a greenhouse gas statistics function, comprising: a greenhouse gas database storing greenhouse gas information corresponding to at least one item; an accounting data input module providing an accounting data input interface for obtaining accounting information through the accounting data input interface and establishing accounting data based on the accounting information; a greenhouse gas data input module providing a greenhouse gas data input interface for obtaining information about an item through the greenhouse gas data input interface, and when a greenhouse gas name and a corresponding quantity are not obtained through the greenhouse gas data input interface Querying the greenhouse gas information corresponding to the item information from the greenhouse gas database, so as to create a greenhouse gas data based on the item information and the greenhouse gas information; a greenhouse gas statistics module, which collects the greenhouse gas data to generate a greenhouse gas report; and a setting module, providing a setting interface for setting at least one associated accounting subject that should be counted for greenhouse gases; wherein in response to the accounting information having the associated accounting subject, the accounting data input module triggers the greenhouse gas data input module to provide the greenhouse gas data input interface. The accounting system with greenhouse gas statistics function as described in Claim 1, wherein the accounting data input interface includes the greenhouse gas data input interface. The accounting system with greenhouse gas statistics function as described in claim 1, wherein the greenhouse gas statistics module calculates the greenhouse gas data according to the greenhouse gas management series standards or carbon footprint standards. A method for counting greenhouse gases in an accounting system, comprising: storing greenhouse gas information corresponding to at least one item in a greenhouse gas database; setting at least one associated accounting subject for counting greenhouse gases; obtaining an accounting information through an accounting data input interface of the accounting system, and establishing an accounting data based on the accounting information; providing a greenhouse gas data input interface in the accounting system in response to the accounting information having the associated accounting subject, and maintaining the accounting data input without providing the greenhouse gas data input interface in response to the accounting information not having the associated accounting subject The input operation of the interface; obtaining an item information through the accounting system, and when a greenhouse gas name and a corresponding quantity are not obtained through the greenhouse gas data input interface, querying the greenhouse gas information corresponding to the item information from the greenhouse gas database, so as to create a greenhouse gas data based on the item information and the greenhouse gas information; and counting the greenhouse gas data to generate a greenhouse gas report. The method for counting greenhouse gases in the accounting system as described in claim 4, wherein the statistics of the greenhouse gas data are based on a series of greenhouse gas management standards or carbon footprint standards. The method for counting greenhouse gases in an accounting system as described in Claim 4, wherein the accounting data input interface has at least one greenhouse gas data input field.
