Abstract

如圖1至圖3所示為目前市售一般的磁吸式窗簾軌道固定掛勾,其結構包含:有一吸附座1,該吸附座1一般都是一個長方體,具有一頂面2與一底面3以及連接該頂面與該底面的側邊4,該吸附座1內設有複數個磁鐵並且於該複數個磁鐵所構成的磁鐵組兩側及間隙設有複數個的導磁鐵片5,該吸附座的頂面2則設有一結合部6,該結合部6處會設有一軌道卡座7,用來供窗簾軌道卡固於其上。這種磁吸式窗簾軌道固定掛勾在使用時是以其底面3吸附在所要裝設的能感應磁性的鐵磁性金屬平面,例如窗框或門板,然後再將窗簾軌道卡設在該軌道卡座7。Figures 1 to 3 show a typical commercially available magnetic curtain track fixing hook. 這樣的結構雖然在安裝使用上很容易使用,但是在拆卸時卻很不容易,主要是因為當該吸附座1吸附於一能感應磁性的鐵磁性金屬平面時,該吸附座的底面3會完全的平貼於該平面,再加上為了避免窗簾軌道掉下來,所以一般所使用的磁鐵的磁力F都會較強,在本案例中我們定義磁鐵及導磁鐵片作用在鐵磁性金屬平面吸力大小為F 1 + F 2 + F 3 + F 4 , 同時吸附座的側邊4又都是垂直的壁面,以圖2的方向為說明例,使用者在拆卸該吸附座1時該吸附座沒有施力點,不易抓握,再加上該底面3的強大磁吸力,因此透過如圖2左下角所示,以支點O翻轉的方式來移除吸附座,針對昔用產品的抗力力矩L2來做一個簡單的說明估算,假設每一個導磁鐵片之間的距離為D,這樣粗估該吸附座底面所能形成的磁吸力,在以支點O由左向右為D*F1+2D*F2+3D*F3+4D*F4=L2,而使用者能施力翻轉移除該吸附座的施力力矩L1必須大於該底面所形成的抗力力矩L2,所以除非藉助於工具不然該吸附座並不容易被取下來。While this structure is easy to install, it's difficult to remove.
