When the four triggers 2 connected by the two connecting rods 27 are all approximately perpendicular to the base 1, a fully unlocked state is formed; when the two connecting rods 27 are rotated outward and the four triggers 2 are approximately horizontal and locked in place at the buckle 13, a fully locked state is formed; when the two connecting rods 27 are rotated outward and the four triggers 2 are angled between 1 and 89 degrees, a buffered unlocked state is formed. Through the above-mentioned embodiment, the heat sink fin 42 and the socket on the circuit board can be quickly assembled and disassembled and the stepless buffer unlocking operation can be achieved.
