The slot 20 is smoothly inserted into the preset limit rod 4 to allow it to penetrate into the internal assembly space 202 of the shaft seat 2. The top push surface 43 of the limit rod 4 can push the bottom surface 212 of the shaft seat 2 upward, so that the knob 3 and the two limit rods 121 of the cover 12 are separated and a gap is formed. The elastic member 23 in the tightened state drives the knob 3 to elastically return to the shaft seat 2. At the same time, the limit slides 30 on both sides of the base 35 of the knob 3 rotate and move along the two limit rods 121 on the cover 12 respectively. The assembly operation does not require the assistance of other tools, and is more convenient to use.
