Therefore, by circumferentially adjusting the position of inner adapter 22 relative to outer adapter 21, installation flexibility is achieved. In Figure 4A , a protrusion provided on the inner side of outer adapter 21 engages the edge of inner adapter 22, requiring only a single screw (as indicated by the circle) to secure inner adapter 22 within outer adapter 21. It should be noted that more than three optional positions or other securing methods may be provided.
