Abstract

A control system for playing karaoke videos using an app comprises: an image playback unit for loading an image signal source of a backing track audiovisual signal and outputting it to a screen; a first playback unit for loading a vocal signal source of the backing track audio and connecting it to a first output unit; and a second playback unit for loading a music signal source of the backing track audio and connecting it to a pitch controller and a second output unit, wherein the pitch controller adjusts the pitch (higher or lower) of the music signal source output from the second output unit. When the pitch controller adjusts the pitch of the music signal source output from the second output unit, the vocal signal source continues to output at its original pitch from the first output unit, enabling the invention to achieve vocal guide and teaching functionality.

Description

Control system for playing karaoke videos using APP

The present invention relates to a control system for playing karaoke videos using an app, particularly a control system that can still play the original singing voice while adjusting the music pitch.

Many people use karaoke's sing-along function to sing their favorite songs or practice new songs they're not familiar with. However, since each user's preferred pitch is different, most users use karaoke's up/down adjustment function to adjust the music to the appropriate pitch so they can sing beautifully and movingly.

Traditional karaoke players currently use a disc placed in the player, and the user can select a song to play. These traditional karaoke players offer three playback modes: 1. Stereo playback: Channel 1 transmits the vocals, while Channel 2 plays only the music. Adjusting the pitch will also adjust the vocals in Channel 1, causing the original vocals to shift in pitch. 2. Left channel playback: Channels 1 and 2 play only the music of the song, without the original singer. While the user can adjust the pitch to a desired level, without the original singer, the user cannot practice along. 3. Select the right channel for playback. Both channels 1 and 2 will play the original singer's voice and music. Adjusting the pitch will cause the original singer's pitch to become distorted. Traditional karaoke players mentioned above cannot maintain the original singer's pitch for sing-along or teaching songs when adjusting the pitch.

In addition to the traditional karaoke players mentioned above, there are also computer karaoke jukeboxes. After a user enters a song code into the computer karaoke jukebox, the jukebox will automatically play the song's voice and music on the first and second channels. When the user adjusts the pitch, the original singer's voice will automatically pause, and the first and second channels will only play the music after the pitch is increased or decreased. Therefore, if the user uses a computer karaoke jukebox, after adjusting the pitch, only the music will be transmitted without the original singer's singing, and the original singer's singing voice will not be performed, and the original singer's singing function cannot be achieved.

In addition, as revealed in the "Everyone Party" application (APP), the control system for playing karaoke sounds and lyrics through the APP requires that after opening the requested song, headphones must be plugged in to adjust the pitch. However, after turning on the lead singer, the pitch adjustment function will no longer be available. Therefore, users cannot adjust the pitch and can only sing along with the original singer.

Since the karaoke players, jukeboxes or commonly used "Everyone Party" applications (APPs) all have only a single playback unit, when the pitch is adjusted, the original singer's voice will also change pitch, resulting in an abnormal pitch. For this reason, the karaoke players, jukeboxes or commonly used APPs all turn off the original singer's voice transmission when the pitch is raised or lowered, and only the music after the pitch is raised or lowered is transmitted to solve the problem of pitch adjustment. After the pitch is lowered, a strangely pitched singing voice is transmitted. In other words, the known karaoke players, jukeboxes or commonly used apps are unable to maintain the original singing voice pitch and adjust the music pitch up and down while playing the original singing pitch. Therefore, the user cannot sing and practice with the original singer in a pitch that suits him or her. This makes the known karaoke players, jukeboxes or apps without the original singing guide and teaching singing function, and it is obvious that improvement is needed.

In light of this, the inventors of this case conducted further research and invention, and finally disclosed a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP as described in this case.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, which includes: an image playback unit for loading an image signal source of a singing accompaniment audio and video signal source and transmitting it outward from a screen; a first playback unit for loading a human voice signal source of the singing accompaniment audio and video signal source and connected to a first transmission unit; and a second playback unit for loading a music signal source of the singing accompaniment audio and video signal source, and connecting the second playback unit to a tone control unit and a second transmission unit, wherein the tone control unit is used to adjust the transmission tone of the music signal originating from the second transmission unit; when the tone control unit is used to adjust the tone of the music signal originating from the second output unit and transmitted outward, the human voice signal source is still transmitted outward from the first transmission unit according to the original tone.

The present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an app. The first playback unit further includes a pause control unit that transmits a signal to stop the first playback unit. This allows users to instantly select whether to activate or deactivate the male or female vocals during a chorus, allowing them to practice singing along with the original singer.

The present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an app. The first playback unit further includes a volume control unit for controlling the volume of the vocal signal source of the first playback. This allows users to quickly learn new songs by following the vocal lead.

The control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP disclosed in the present invention further includes a database for storing the karaoke audio and video signal source.

The control system disclosed herein for playing karaoke videos using an app may include an operating interface, which can be executed on a touch screen. The operating interface includes at least: a volume control unit, which generates a signal when touched or slid to control the transmission power of the first playback unit; a pause control unit, which generates a signal when touched to control the start or stop of the first playback unit's transmission; and a pitch control unit, which may include a pitch-up key and a pitch-down key. Touching the pitch-up key or the pitch-down key generates a corresponding signal to increase or decrease the transmission pitch of the second playback unit.

The present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, wherein the first and second transmission units (121, 132) are connected to a power amplifier (30) to control the transmission power of the first and second transmission units (121, 132) so as to transmit signals from an earphone transmission terminal or play the video from a connected speaker.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, wherein the first playing unit (12) further includes a pause control unit (122) for transmitting a signal to stop the transmission of the first playing unit (12). Therefore, when a chorus reaches the male or female voice, the user can press the pause control unit (122) to instantly turn off or on the male or female voice, thereby achieving the effect of practicing chorus with the original singer.

The present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, further comprising a karaoke video database (40) for storing the karaoke video signal source (10). The karaoke video database (40) is built into the system, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

The present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, which can be installed in a smartphone, a tablet computer, a car display, or other devices, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in FIG2 , the control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP disclosed in the present invention may include an operation interface (100) that can be executed on a touch screen. The operation interface (100) at least includes: a volume controller unit (123). A user can generate a signal by touching or sliding the volume controller unit (123) on the touch screen to adjust the volume. The invention relates to a device for controlling the transmission power of the first playback unit (12); a pause control unit (122), wherein a user can generate a signal to control the start and stop of the transmission of the first playback unit (12) by touching the pause control unit (122) on the touch screen; and a tone control unit (131), wherein the tone control unit (131) can include a pitch-up key (131a) and a pitch-down key (131b ) , wherein a user can generate a corresponding signal to increase or decrease the transmission tone of the second playback unit (13) by touching the pitch-up key (131a) or the pitch-down key (131b ) on the touch screen.

The above-mentioned operation interface (100) further comprises a repeat/pause key (51) for replaying the signals of the first and second playback units (12, 13); and a next song key (52) for playing the next pre-selected song.

As shown in Figure 2, the operation interface (100) further includes a pitch display (131c) for displaying the adjusted pitch information. As shown in Figure 2, the pitch display (131c) displays "-3", which means that the user uses the pitch-down key (131b) of the pitch control unit (131) to lower the pitch by 3 steps for playback.

The present invention discloses a control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, wherein the first and second transmission units (121, 132) of the first and second playback units (12, 13) can play the videos externally via a speaker connected to a power amplifier (30) or transmit the videos externally via an earphone transmission terminal.

The control system disclosed in the present invention for playing karaoke videos using an APP can adjust the transmission pitch of the second playback unit (13) independently, and in the process of adjusting the pitch, the original pitch of the human voice signal source of the first playback unit (12) will not be changed. Therefore, the user can listen to the original pitch of the human voice signal source of the first playback unit (12) while singing with music that matches his or her own pitch, achieving the function of singing and practicing with the original human voice, thereby demonstrating the novelty and progress of the present invention.

The control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP disclosed in this invention may be modified and applied without violating the spirit and scope of this invention, and this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned implementation method.

Claims (4)

A control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP includes: an image playback unit for loading an image signal source of a singing-accompaniment audio-visual signal source and transmitting it outward from a screen; a first playback unit for loading a human voice signal source of the singing-accompaniment audio-visual signal source and connecting the first playback unit to a first transmission unit for external transmission; a second playback unit for loading a music signal source of the singing-accompaniment audio-visual signal source and connecting the second playback unit to a tone control unit and a second transmission unit, wherein the tone control unit is used to adjust the transmission tone of the music signal from the second transmission unit; when the tone control unit is used to adjust the transmission tone of the music signal from the first transmission unit, the pitch of the music signal from the second transmission unit is adjusted. When the second transmission unit transmits a tone, the human voice signal source continues to be transmitted from the first transmission unit at the original tone; and an operation interface, which can be executed on a touch screen, the operation interface at least including: a volume controller unit, which generates a signal when touched or slid to control the transmission volume of the first playback unit; a pause control unit, which generates a signal when touched to control the start or stop of the transmission of the first playback unit; and a tone control unit, which can include a pitch increase key and a pitch decrease key, so that when the pitch increase key or the pitch decrease key is touched, a corresponding signal is generated to increase or decrease the transmission tone of the second playback unit. As described in claim 1, the control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, wherein the first playing unit further includes a pause control unit for transmitting a signal to stop the transmission of the first transmission unit. As described in claim 1, the control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP, wherein the first playback unit further includes a volume control unit for controlling the volume information of the human voice signal source of the first playback unit. The control system for playing karaoke videos using an APP as described in claim 1 further includes a karaoke audio and video database for storing the karaoke audio and video signal source.
