Abstract

A composite sound bar fixture, comprising: a rail-shaped base; a groove unit including a first groove and a second groove, wherein the first groove is arranged on the rail-shaped base, the second groove is provided in the first groove and is provided toward the bottom of the rail-shaped base, and the bottom length of the first groove is greater than the bottom length of the second groove; and a fixing member provided correspondingly on the groove unit. A sound box, comprising: a composite sound bar fixture; a box body; and a piezoelectric element. The effect of this invention is that by using only one fixture, with sound bars, sound tubes, sound boards, or strings of different materials, the timbres of different musical instruments can be presented, and the pitch can be adjusted according to needs.

Description

Sound Box Multi-Sound Bar Clamp

The present invention relates to a clamp, and more particularly to a composite sound bar clamp having a sound box.

Preschoolers love to explore the world, whether it's sounds, colors, or smells. Sounds are easiest for children to perceive, so many parents use music to cultivate their children's minds. Therefore, musical instruments are even more important.

Republic of China Patent No. M584967 discloses a modular musical instrument comprising a cavity having a resonant portion and a first coupling portion, and a performance-operated member having a second coupling portion that can be coupled to or separated from the cavity. This new instrument allows for interchangeable modules to produce different musical instrument timbres. However, due to its modular nature, the pitch of the modules cannot be directly adjusted; the pitch of these modules is fixed.

According to Republic of China patent No. M302092, a xylophone structure that can be easily disassembled and assembled is disclosed. It includes a main body made of bamboo percussion instruments, a latch assembly, and a bracket assembly. The bamboo tubes of the main body are arranged in order from long to short. The latch assembly has multiple, evenly spaced latch protrusions that are inserted between the bamboo tubes of the main body. The bracket assembly, which is connected to corresponding vertical and horizontal support rods, is inserted into the bottom end of the latch assembly for assembly. The latch assembly and bracket assembly allow the bamboo tubes to stand upright and be assembled and fixed without any nails or screws. Alternatively, the latch assembly and bracket assembly can be removed one by one to facilitate portability. Although this new model can be easily disassembled and assembled, it can only be used for xylophones and cannot produce more tones.

In view of this, the present invention provides a composite sound bar clamp, which includes: a track-shaped base; a groove unit, which includes a first groove and a second groove, the first groove is arranged on the track-shaped base, the second groove is arranged in the first groove and toward the bottom of the track-shaped base, and the bottom length of the first groove is greater than the bottom length of the second groove; and a fixing member, which is correspondingly arranged on the groove unit.

Preferably, the first groove is a plate-shaped groove.

Preferably, the second groove is an angular groove.

Preferably, it further includes a sound rod, a sound tube, a sound board, or a string. The sound bar is a wooden rod, a metal rod, or a plastic rod; the sound tube is a bamboo tube, a wooden tube, a metal tube, or a plastic tube; the sound board is a bamboo board, a wooden board, a metal plate, or a plastic board; and the string is an ordinary string, a twisted string, or a round string. Wound strings, flat wound strings, semi-circular wound strings, or hexagonal wound strings; the sound bar is arranged in the second groove, the sound tube is arranged in the second groove, the string is arranged in the second groove, or the soundboard is arranged in the first groove, and is fixed to the rail-shaped base with the fixing member.

Preferably, the fixing member has a first fixing hole; the track-shaped base has a second fixing hole corresponding to the first fixing hole; the fixing member further includes a locking member, which is passed through the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole to lock the fixing member to the track-shaped base.

Preferably, the length of the tone bar, the tone tube, the soundboard, or the strings on one side of the rail-shaped base is adjusted before locking.

The present invention provides another composite sound bar clamp, which includes: a track-shaped base; a groove unit, which includes a first groove and a second groove, the first groove is arranged on the track-shaped base, the first groove is a plate-shaped groove, the second groove is arranged in the first groove and is arranged toward the bottom of the track-shaped base, the second groove is an angular groove, and the bottom length of the first groove is greater than the bottom length of the second groove; a fixing piece, which is correspondingly arranged on the groove unit, and the fixing piece has a first fixing hole; the track-shaped base has a hole corresponding to the first fixing hole A second fixing hole is provided; the fixing member further includes a locking member, which is inserted into the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole to lock the fixing member to the track-shaped base; and a sound bar, a sound pipe, a sound board, or a string is placed in the second groove, the sound pipe is placed in the second groove, the string is placed in the second groove, or the sound board is placed in the first groove, and fixed to the track-shaped base by the fixing member. The present invention further provides a sound box comprising the composite sound bar clamp as described above and a box body, wherein the composite sound bar clamp is disposed on the box body.

Preferably, a piezoelectric element is disposed in the box body, and the piezoelectric element is disposed below the track-shaped base and corresponds one-to-one to the groove units.

The utility of the present invention is that only one clamp is needed to use sound bars, sound pipes, soundboards, or strings made of different materials to produce the timbres of different musical instruments, and the pitch can be adjusted as needed.

Before locking, the length of the soundboard 61 on one side of the track-shaped base 1 is adjusted. When the track-shaped base 1 has more than one groove unit 2, the soundboard 61 can be stepped to form a scale. The scale length is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 steps, preferably 5, 7, 8, or 10 steps.

In some preferred embodiments, the length of the connection between the first groove 21 and the track-shaped base 1 is greater than the length of the connection between the second groove 22 and the first groove 21. In some more preferred embodiments, the ratio of the length of the connection between the first groove 21 and the track-shaped base 1 to the length of the connection between the second groove 22 and the first groove 21 is (2-4):1.

In some preferred embodiments, the sound board 61 is a bamboo board, a wooden board, a metal board, or a plastic board.

The present invention further provides a sound box, which includes the composite sound bar clamp as described above and a box body 7, wherein the composite sound bar clamp is arranged on the box body 7, wherein a piezoelectric element 8 is arranged in the box body 7, and the piezoelectric element 8 is arranged below the track-shaped base 1 and corresponding to the groove unit 2.

In some preferred embodiments, the piezoelectric element 8 can be a pickup, a speaker, a microphone, or a buzzer.
