Abstract

The present invention relates to an electronic device and method for providing membership benefit information for an online store. One embodiment of the electronic device may include a communication circuit, one or more processors, and one or more memories. The one or more processors receive information from a user terminal via the communication circuit, indicating a call for a first page related to the settlement of one or more items. The processors then determine whether the user corresponding to the user terminal is a registered member. In response to determining that the user is not a registered member, the processors determine the shipping benefits associated with the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the one or more items, generate a first page including a first area displaying the shipping benefits obtained by the membership, and provide the generated first page to the user terminal.

Electronic device and method for providing preferential information of membership of online store

The present invention relates to a technology for providing preferential information for online store membership.

The online store's membership system offers various benefits to members who sign up for membership. The screens provided to users regarding the previous online store did not emphasize the shipping benefits available after joining the membership. Furthermore, even when the membership benefits were displayed, no information regarding shipping benefits was provided, and the membership registration screen simply displayed the benefits available upon joining the membership.

Specifically, there has been a problem in the past where it was difficult for ordinary members to intuitively understand the information about the delivery benefits that they could enjoy by joining the membership. Therefore, a technology is being sought that allows ordinary members to easily understand the delivery benefits that can be obtained by joining the membership and easily join the membership, thereby improving the previous problem.

An electronic device for providing preferential information about membership of an online store according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a communication circuit for communicating with a user terminal; one or more processors; and one or more memories storing commands that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations; when the one or more processors execute the commands, the one or more processors receive an instruction call and a signal from the user terminal via the communication circuit. The information on the first page related to the settlement of the above-mentioned items is used to confirm whether the user corresponding to the above-mentioned user terminal is a member. In response to confirming that the above-mentioned user is not a member, the delivery benefits provided by joining the above-mentioned membership corresponding to at least a portion of the above-mentioned one or more items are determined, and the above-mentioned first page is generated, including a first area, wherein the first area displays the delivery benefits obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership, and the above-mentioned generated first page is provided to the above-mentioned user terminal.

In one embodiment, the one or more items include a first item and a second item, wherein a delivery benefit corresponding to the first item obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership is provided, and a delivery benefit corresponding to the second item obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership is not provided. The one or more processors can generate the above-mentioned first page in the following manner: the second area is arranged above the third area, the second area displays the delivery information of the above-mentioned first item, and the third area displays the delivery information of the above-mentioned second item (the above-mentioned second area includes the above-mentioned first area).

In one embodiment, the one or more processors are as follows: receiving information indicating input of at least a portion of the first area from the user terminal, and in response to receiving information indicating input of at least a portion of the first area, providing the second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the one or more processors are capable of generating the first page in the following manner: the delivery date or delivery time guaranteed by the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership for at least a portion of the one or more items is displayed in the first area.

In one embodiment, the one or more items include a third item and a fourth item, wherein the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the third item is earlier than the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the fourth item. The one or more processors can generate the first page in the following manner: the fourth area is arranged above the fifth area, the fourth area displays delivery information of the third item, and the fifth area displays delivery information of the fourth item, wherein the fourth area includes the first area corresponding to the third item, and the fifth area includes the first area corresponding to the fourth item.

In one embodiment, the one or more processors are capable of generating the first page in the following manner: the difference between the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time for at least a portion of the one or more items after the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership is applied and the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time before the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership is applied is displayed in the first area.

In one embodiment, the one or more items include a fifth item and a sixth item, wherein the difference corresponding to the fifth item is greater than the difference corresponding to the sixth item. The one or more processors are capable of generating the first page in the following manner: the sixth area is arranged above the seventh area, the sixth area displays delivery information of the fifth item, and the seventh area displays delivery information of the sixth item, wherein the sixth area includes the first area corresponding to the fifth item, and the seventh area includes the first area corresponding to the sixth item.

In one embodiment, the one or more processors are as follows: when the user is not a member, determine the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the one or more items, and generate the first page including the eighth area that displays the monetary benefits.

In one embodiment, the above-mentioned eighth area may include a first icon indicating joining the above-mentioned membership, and the above-mentioned one or more processors are as follows: receiving information indicating input of the above-mentioned first icon from the above-mentioned user terminal through the above-mentioned communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating input of the above-mentioned first icon, providing the second page related to joining the above-mentioned membership to the above-mentioned user terminal.

In one embodiment, the one or more processors are as follows: receiving information indicating a call for the third page related to the items to be purchased from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and when the user is not a member of the membership, determining the delivery benefits provided by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items to be purchased, generating the third page including the ninth area, wherein the ninth area displays the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items to be purchased selected by the user, and providing the generated third page to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the one or more processors described above are as follows: when the user is not a member, the monetary benefits provided by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items selected by the user to be purchased can be determined, and the above-mentioned page 3 can be generated in the following manner: the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership are displayed in the above-mentioned 9th area.

In one embodiment, the first pop-up window may include a third icon indicating joining the membership, and the one or more processors are as follows: receiving information indicating input of the third icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and providing the second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal in response to receiving the information indicating input of the third icon.

In one embodiment, the third page may include a fourth icon indicating a purchase, and the one or more processors may receive information indicating an input of the fourth icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, generate a second pop-up window suggesting membership in response to receiving the information indicating an input of the fourth icon, and provide the generated second pop-up window to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the second pop-up window may include the 11th area or the 5th icon indicating joining the membership, and the one or more processors are as follows: receiving information indicating input into the 11th area or the 5th icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating input into the 11th area or the 5th icon, providing the second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the one or more processors are as follows: they can receive information on the fourth page related to detailed information of a specific item from the user terminal via the communication circuit. When the user is not a member, in response to receiving the information on the fourth page, they determine the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to the specific item, generate the fourth page including the 12th area, and the 12th area displays the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to the specific item, and provide the fourth page to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the above-mentioned 12th area may include the 6th icon indicating joining the above-mentioned membership, and the above-mentioned one or more processors are as follows: receiving information indicating the input of the above-mentioned 6th icon from the above-mentioned user terminal through the above-mentioned communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating the input of the above-mentioned 6th icon, providing the 2nd page related to joining the above-mentioned membership to the above-mentioned user terminal.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for providing preferential information regarding membership in an online store for electronic devices, which may include the following actions: receiving information indicating a call for a first page related to the settlement of one or more items from a user terminal via a communication circuit; confirming whether the user corresponding to the above-mentioned user terminal is a member; in response to confirming that the above-mentioned user is not a member, determining the delivery benefits provided by joining the above-mentioned membership corresponding to at least a portion of the above-mentioned one or more items; generating the above-mentioned first page including a first area, wherein the first area displays the delivery benefits obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership; and providing the above-mentioned generated first page to the above-mentioned user terminal.

In one embodiment, the method may further include the following actions: receiving information from the user terminal indicating input into at least a portion of the first area; and in response to receiving the information indicating input into at least a portion of the first area, providing a second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal. Figure 1 shows an electronic device environment in which an embodiment of the present invention can be applied. The electronic device 110 and the user terminal 120 can be connected and communicate with each other via a network.

The electronic device 110 may be a device for managing the services of an online store. For example, the services of an online store may refer to e-commerce services that enable the purchase and sale of items online. The electronic device 110 may be a device for managing a platform that provides services of an online store. The electronic device 110 may construct various information as web pages on a website or application and provide them to the user terminal 120. That is, the pages and pop-ups described below may constitute at least a portion of a website or application that provides online store services.

Users can join the membership by meeting certain pre-defined requirements, such as paying a membership enrollment fee or maintenance fee. Membership enrollment can be specific to a user's account, and membership benefits may be limited to accounts that have completed membership enrollment. For example, membership benefits may include providing users with convenience in purchasing items, price discounts, or other additional services related to delivery.

The user terminal 120 can be a device that allows users to purchase items using the services of an online store. The user terminal 120 can be implemented as a terminal that sends and receives various types of information with the electronic device 110 via a network. For example, the user terminal 120 can be a computer, a laptop, a portable communication terminal (such as a smartphone), a portable multimedia device, a wearable device, or an HMD (Head Mounted Display). However, the type of user terminal 120 is not limited to this. The user terminal 120 can be any device that includes an input/output interface that can receive information from the user or output information to the user, and can communicate with the electronic device 110 or other devices via a network.

User terminal 120 can provide the user with information received from electronic device 110 and receive input from the user and transmit it to electronic device 110. Specifically, user terminal 120 can obtain input from the user to call various web pages and generate commands to call various web pages in response to the obtained input. User terminal 120 can transmit commands to call various web pages to electronic device 110. FIG2 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention. Electronic device 200 can provide information about membership benefits in an online store. In one embodiment, electronic device 200 may include a communication circuit 210, one or more processors 220, and/or one or more memories 230 as components. In one embodiment, at least one of the components of electronic device 200 may be omitted, or other components may be added to electronic device 200. In one embodiment, the electronic device 200 may be implemented by additionally or alternatively integrating some of the components, or as a single or multiple entities. In the present invention, one or more processors 220 may be referred to as processor 220. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, the processor 220 may refer to a collection of one or more processors. In the present invention, one or more memories 230 may be referred to as memory 230. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, the memory 230 may refer to a collection of one or more memories. In one embodiment, at least a portion of the components inside/outside the electronic device 200 are connected to each other via a bus, GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output), SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), or MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface), etc., so that information (data, signals, etc.) can be transmitted and received.

The communication circuit 210 can communicate with the user's terminal and external devices. The communication circuit 210 can implement wireless or wired communication between the electronic device 200 and the user's terminal. For example, the communication circuit 210 may implement technologies based on eMBB (enhanced Mobile Broadband), URLLC (Ultra Reliable Low-Latency Communications), MMTC (Massive Machine Type Communications), LTE (Long-Term Evolution), LTE-A (LTE Advance), NR (New Radio), UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System), GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband CDMA), WiBro (Wireless Broadband), WiFi (Wireless Fidelity), Bluetooth, and NFC (Near Field Communication circuit 210 can implement wireless communication via methods such as Near Field Communication (NFV), GPS (Global Positioning System), or GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). For example, communication circuit 210 can implement wired communication via methods such as USB (Universal Serial Bus), HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface), RS-232 (Recommended Standard-232), or POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). In one embodiment, electronic device 200 can also be integrated with other devices. In this case, communication circuit 210 can function as a connection circuit or interface connecting electronic device 200 to the other device.

The processor 220 can control at least one component of the electronic device 200 connected to the processor 220 via driver software (e.g., commands, programs, etc.). Furthermore, the processor 220 can perform various operations related to the present invention, such as calculations, processing, data generation, and processing. Furthermore, the processor 220 can load data from the memory 230 or store it in the memory 230. Processor 220 can confirm whether the user corresponding to the user terminal is a registered member. Specifically, processor 220 can confirm whether the user is a registered member. For example, a user may log in to a user account on the user terminal to use online store services. The processor 220 may determine the shipping benefits obtained by joining the membership based on whether the shipping can be shortened and/or the extent to which the shipping can be shortened to the maximum extent for a specific item.

In one embodiment, processor 220 determines to provide a faster delivery than the delivery provided to non-members for a specific item with shortened delivery. For example, a delivery discount can be provided as follows: for a specific item with shortened delivery, if the delivery is expected to arrive N days after the order date or settlement date for a non-member, then the delivery is expected to arrive N-1 days after the membership date (where N is an integer greater than 2). For another example, a delivery discount can be provided as follows: for a specific item with shortened delivery, if the delivery is expected to arrive the day after the order date or settlement date for a non-member, then the delivery is expected to arrive the next morning for a membership. For example, a delivery discount can be provided as follows: for a specific item that can be delivered in a shorter time, if the item is expected to arrive in the early morning of the day after the order or settlement date for a non-member, it will be expected to arrive on the same day for a member.

In one embodiment, the processor 220 maximizes the use of delivery-related resources for specific items with shortened delivery, thereby determining to provide the fastest possible delivery. In the present invention, commands and programs, as software stored in memory 230, may include an operating system for controlling the resources of electronic device 200, applications, and/or middleware that provides various functions to applications so that applications can use the resources of electronic device 200. In one embodiment, the memory 230 can store commands that, when executed by the processor 220, cause the processor 220 to perform operations. The memory 230 can also store at least a portion of information received from a user terminal via the communication circuit 210 and/or information transmitted to a user terminal via the communication circuit 210. The processor 220 can store at least a portion of information received from a user terminal via the communication circuit 210 and/or information transmitted to a user terminal via the communication circuit 210 in the memory 230. Specifically, the memory 230 can store membership information (such as information about membership benefits, information about fees required to join the membership, historical information about users who join the membership using membership benefits, information about users who join the membership or user accounts, etc.), and the membership information can be updated by the administrator.

In the following descriptions of FIG. 3 to FIG. 10 , the operations performed by the electronic device may be understood as being performed by the processor 220 of the electronic device 200 described in FIG. 2 .

FIG3 illustrates a first page 300 provided by an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The first page 300 may be provided by the electronic device and displayed on a user terminal. The first page 300 may include areas displaying information regarding at least one of the following: a delivery location, delivery requirements, a payment method, a cash receipt, and a final payment amount. For example, each piece of information may be displayed in areas corresponding to at least one of the delivery location, delivery requirements, payment method, a cash receipt, and a final payment amount on the first page 300. Furthermore, input may be obtained from the user terminal for each of the corresponding areas. That is, the user can input various information in the areas corresponding to at least one of the delivery location, delivery requirements, settlement method, cash receipt, and final settlement amount on page 1 300 through the user terminal.

Page 1 300 may include a first area 301 displaying the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership. For example, area 101 may include an area 302 displaying item delivery information. In one embodiment, a user terminal receives input in area 302 displaying delivery information, thereby allowing the user to select one of multiple available delivery dates and times for a specific item. For example, the user terminal may receive the option to select either delivery of the specific item tomorrow or within tomorrow or delivery of the specific item at another date or time. The electronic device may then manage the delivery of the item in accordance with the selected delivery conditions. Furthermore, when the electronic device orders/checks out multiple items, it can categorize the multiple items into groups that have the same delivery conditions and/or delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership, thereby generating areas 302 and 303 for displaying delivery information. The delivery information corresponds to the multiple items into groups that have the same delivery conditions and/or delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership. For example, if the multiple items to be ordered/checked out are water (2 L, 12 pieces) and juice (2 L, 12 pieces), and a next-day early morning delivery discount is offered for water by joining the membership, but no delivery discount is offered for juice by joining the membership, the electronic device can generate an area 302 displaying delivery information corresponding to water and an area 303 displaying delivery information corresponding to juice, and transmit the information to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the one or more items may include a first item (e.g., water) and a second item (e.g., juice). (Here, a membership-based delivery benefit corresponding to the first item may be provided, while a membership-based delivery benefit corresponding to the second item may not be provided.) In one embodiment, the electronic device may generate the first page 300 in the following manner: a second area 302 displaying delivery information for the first item is positioned above a third area 303 displaying delivery information for the second item. Here, the second area 302 may include the first area 301. Specifically, on page 1 300, the delivery information for items offering membership-related shipping benefits and the delivery benefits earned through membership are displayed above the delivery information for items not offering the same shipping benefits. This allows users to more easily understand the delivery benefits earned through membership. If there are two or more groups of items offering membership-related shipping benefits, the priority of the delivery information may be determined based on one or more of the following criteria or other criteria that may be set.

In one embodiment, the electronic device can generate page 1 300 in the following manner: a delivery date or time guaranteed by applying a delivery discount obtained by joining the membership to at least a portion of one or more items is displayed in area 1. For example, the electronic device can determine a delivery date or time guaranteed by applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership for each of the one or more items. For example, the delivery date or time guaranteed by applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership can be determined as guaranteed same-day delivery, guaranteed next-day early morning delivery, guaranteed next-day delivery, etc. The action of the electronic device determining the delivery date or time guaranteed by applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership can be understood with reference to the description of FIG. 2 above.

In an embodiment not specifically shown in the figure, the one or more items may include a third item and a fourth item (here, the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the third item may be earlier than the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the fourth item). In one embodiment, the electronic device can generate the first page 300 as follows: the fourth area is arranged above the fifth area, the fourth area displays the delivery information of the third item, and the fifth area displays the delivery information of the fourth item. Here, the fourth area may include the first area corresponding to the third item, and the fifth area may include the first area corresponding to the fourth item. For example, the following scenario can be assumed: the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the third item is determined to be the same day, and the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the fourth item is determined to be the next morning. In this case, the electronic device can generate page 1 300 in the following manner: the fourth area is arranged above the fifth area, and the fourth area displays the delivery information of the third item, which has a guaranteed delivery date or faster delivery time, while the fifth area displays the delivery information of the fourth item, which has a guaranteed delivery date or slower delivery time. In other words, on page 1 300, the delivery information of items offering a guaranteed faster delivery discount and the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership are displayed above the delivery information of items offering a guaranteed slower delivery discount and the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership. This allows users to more effectively understand the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership. If there are two or more groups of items offering shipping discounts for membership, the order of priority for delivery may be determined based on the criteria described below or other criteria established by you.

In one embodiment (not specifically shown), the electronic device can generate page 1 300 in the following manner: the difference between the guaranteed delivery date or time after applying the shipping benefit obtained through membership and the guaranteed delivery date or time before applying the shipping benefit obtained through membership for at least a portion of one or more items is displayed in region 1. Specifically, the electronic device can calculate the difference between the guaranteed delivery date or time corresponding to the shipping benefit obtained through membership based on the guaranteed delivery date or time after applying the shipping benefit obtained through membership and the guaranteed delivery date or time before applying the shipping benefit obtained through membership. Electronic devices may display the difference between the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time and the calculated delivery discount in the first area using phrases such as "Delivery in 1 day" or "Delivery in 10 hours" or similar meanings. This allows users to more intuitively understand the delivery discounts obtained by joining the membership.

In an embodiment not specifically shown in the figure, the one or more items may include a fifth item and a sixth item (here, the difference corresponding to the fifth item may be greater than the difference corresponding to the sixth item). In one embodiment, the electronic device can generate the first page 300 as follows: the sixth area is arranged above the seventh area, the sixth area displays the delivery information of the fifth item, and the seventh area displays the delivery information of the sixth item. The sixth area may include the first area corresponding to the fifth item, and the seventh area may include the first area corresponding to the sixth item. For example, the following scenario can be assumed: the difference in the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the delivery discount for the fifth item is determined to be 1 day, and the difference in the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the delivery discount for the sixth item is determined to be 10 hours. In this case, the electronic device can generate page 1 300 as follows: the fourth area is arranged above the fifth area, and the fourth area displays the delivery information of the fifth item, whose guaranteed delivery date or delivery time has a larger variance, while the fifth area displays the delivery information of the fourth item, whose guaranteed delivery date or delivery time has a smaller variance. In other words, on page 1 300, the delivery information and the delivery benefits obtained by membership for items with a larger variance in delivery date or delivery time guaranteed by membership are displayed above the delivery information and the delivery benefits obtained by membership for items with a smaller variance in delivery date or delivery time guaranteed by membership. This allows users to more intuitively understand the delivery benefits obtained by membership. If there are two or more groups of items offering membership-based shipping discounts, the order of priority between the shipping information may be determined based on other criteria you specify.

In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information from a user terminal indicating input into at least a portion of first area 301. In response to receiving the information indicating input into at least a portion of first area 301, the electronic device may provide a second page related to membership registration to the user terminal. The electronic device generates first page 300 by displaying a checkbox in a portion of first area 301, thereby guiding the user to input into first area 301 (i.e., input indicating membership registration). In a specific embodiment, the electronic device may provide the second page related to membership registration to the user terminal in response to information input into a specific area 304 of the first area indicating membership registration. The specific area indicating the membership registration process may include a phrase such as "Register Membership". This is specifically illustrated in Figure 5 below regarding Page 2.

FIG4 is a diagram showing a portion of the first page provided by an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG4 shows an area 401, which shows delivery information corresponding to at least a portion of one or more items according to one embodiment. The area 401 showing the delivery information may include a first area 402 showing the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership. The first area 402 may include a phrase that means that the delivery benefits are only available to membership members, such as "WOW membership members only". In this case, a phrase that is simplified and directly contains the content of the benefits that can be obtained, such as "Get benefits", may be included in the first area 402, instead of the phrase "Join membership" shown in FIG3. In one embodiment, the electronic device may provide a second page related to membership registration to the user terminal in response to receiving information from the user terminal indicating input into at least a portion of first area 402. In another embodiment, the electronic device may provide a second page related to membership registration to the user terminal in response to receiving information from the user terminal indicating input into a specific area, which is a portion of first area 402 and includes a phrase directly related to the offer, such as "Get a Discount." For an explanation of area 401 displaying delivery information other than first area 402, see FIG. 3 above.

Figure 5 illustrates a second page provided by an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device may generate a second page 500 related to membership in an online store and provide it to a user terminal. The second page 500 may be a page that introduces membership benefits and, based on additional user input, allows the user to add a member to their account. For example, the second page 500 may include a page for receiving payment methods for membership enrollment or maintenance fees, or a page that allows users to navigate to such a page.

In one embodiment, page 2 500 related to membership registration may include at least one of an area introducing the membership, an area displaying benefits obtained by joining the membership, an area displaying information on the fees required to join the membership, and an icon 501 for moving to the page for joining the membership. For example, page 2 500 may include an area displaying a message indicating benefits obtained by joining the membership and content promoting membership registration, such as "WOW, please take advantage of WOW Membership Benefits!" For example, page 2 500 may include an area displaying content of benefits obtained by joining the membership, such as "Unconditional Free Shipping on All Rocket Shipping Items." For example, page 2 500 may include an area that displays a message explaining the membership fee, such as "4,990 Korean Won per month." For example, page 2 500 may display a message instructing users to join the membership, such as "Start after payment," and include an icon 501 for moving to a page for joining the membership. For example, page 2 500 may include an area that displays a message introducing additional membership information, such as "Cancel at any time!"

Figure 6 shows page 1 600 provided by an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, when a user is not a member, the electronic device can determine monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership, corresponding to at least a portion of one or more items. For example, monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership can include instant membership discounts, membership-specific coupon discounts, and/or delivery fee discounts. The electronic device can determine the total monetary benefits by adding up the monetary benefits corresponding to each item.

For example, membership can provide instant discounts on specific items. That is, different prices can be offered to members and non-members for specific items. The electronic device can use this to determine the monetary discount for one or more items to be ordered/checked out.

For example, membership-specific coupons may be provided as a user joins the membership. For example, when a user joins the membership, coupons may be provided at specific intervals (e.g., monthly) or immediately after joining. In this case, the electronic device may determine the monetary discount for a specific item obtained by applying the coupon provided to the member. Specifically, the electronic device may determine the coupons that can be applied to more than one item to be ordered/settled, and determine the monetary discount (i.e., discount amount) provided based on the determined coupons. For example, when there are multiple coupons that can be applied to more than one item to be ordered/settled, the electronic device may determine the monetary discount obtained by applying the coupon with the largest discount amount.

For example, membership may provide a shipping discount. For example, if a user joins a membership, the shipping fee may be waived or a discount of a specific amount may be provided. In this case, the electronic device may determine the monetary discount on a specific item obtained by providing the membership with a shipping discount.

In one embodiment, the electronic device may generate a first page 600 that further includes an eighth area 601 displaying the determined monetary benefits. For example, the eighth area 601 may display a monetary benefit available for purchasing one or more items when the user joins a membership, such as "WOW Membership Gets Approximately 5,500 Korean Won Additional Discount." Furthermore, the eighth area 601 may display various monetary benefits, such as membership-specific instant discounts, membership-specific coupon discounts, and/or shipping fee discounts. For example, monetary discounts for various items may be displayed in section 8, 601, such as "2,000 KRW instant discount for membership," "1,000 KRW discount for membership coupon," and "2,500 KRW discount on delivery fees."

For example, the eighth area 601 may be located directly below the area displaying the final settlement amount on the first page 600. In this case, the user can confirm the actual final settlement amount and the monetary discount directly below, thereby easily understanding the monetary discount compared to the final settlement amount.

In one embodiment, the eighth area may include a first icon 602 indicating membership enrollment. For example, a phrase indicating membership enrollment, such as "Get benefits with membership," may be displayed on the first icon 602. In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information indicating input of the first icon 602 from the user terminal via a communication circuit. In response to receiving the information indicating input of the first icon 602, the electronic device may provide a second page related to membership enrollment to the user terminal. That is, after the first icon 602 is input via the user terminal, the second page may be provided on the user terminal. The second page may be understood with reference to FIG. 5 above. The first page 600 includes an eighth area 601, which provides information on the delivery benefits and financial benefits obtained by joining the membership to the user on the order/checkout page. In other words, the user can use various methods to understand the benefits obtained by joining the membership.

FIG7 is a diagram showing page 3 700 provided by an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. For example, page 3 700 may be named a shopping cart page. For example, when a user wants to purchase one or more items in an online store, a service for adding the items to the shopping cart may be provided. Page 3 700 may refer to a page that displays one or more items added to the shopping cart corresponding to a user or a user account. For example, when page 3 700 is provided, at least a portion of the one or more items added to the shopping cart may be selected, and an ordering/checkout page may be provided on the user terminal. For example, it may be assumed that the shopping cart includes 2.1 L of liquid detergent and 30 m of toilet paper.

In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information on page 3 700 from the user terminal indicating a call for items to be purchased. Specifically, the electronic device may receive information on page 3 700 from the user terminal via a communication circuit indicating a call for items to be purchased.

If the user is not a member, the electronic device can determine the shipping benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items to be purchased, generate a third page 700 including a ninth area 701, and display the shipping benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items to be purchased selected by the user. The generated third page 700 is then provided to the user terminal. For example, the electronic device can receive information about at least a portion of the items selected from the items to be purchased on the third page 700 from the user terminal. On page 9 700 , selectable checkboxes 704 and 705 may be displayed corresponding to areas displaying information about one or more items to be purchased. For example, assume the following situation: checkbox 704 corresponding to 2.1 L of liquid detergent is selected, and checkbox 705 corresponding to 30 m of toilet paper is unchecked, indicating that 30 m of toilet paper is not selected. In this case, the electronic device may determine the shipping benefit obtained by joining the membership corresponding to the 2.1 L of liquid detergent and display only the shipping benefit obtained by joining the membership corresponding to the 2.1 L of liquid detergent in section 9 701 . The electronic device's actions of determining whether the user is a member and determining the delivery benefits can be understood with reference to the description of FIG. 2 . For example, the ninth area 701 may display the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership, corresponding to at least a portion of the selected items, such as "If you join the WOW membership and order now, it will arrive today."

In one embodiment, when a user is not a member, the electronic device determines the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items selected by the user for purchase, and generates page 3 700 in the following manner: the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership are displayed in area 9 701. For example, the electronic device's operation of determining the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership can be understood with reference to the description of FIG. 6 above. Furthermore, the total amount of monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the selected items may be displayed in the ninth area 701, such as "If you join the WOW membership and order now, you can get an additional discount of 10,000 Korean won."

In one embodiment, the ninth area 701 may include a second icon 702 indicating membership registration. In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information from a user terminal indicating input into the second icon 702. In response to receiving the information indicating input into the second icon 702, the electronic device may provide the user terminal with a second page related to membership registration. For example, a phrase indicating membership registration, such as "Get a Discount," may be displayed on the second icon 702. Specifically, the electronic device may receive information from the user terminal indicating input into the second icon 702 via a communication circuit. The second page may be understood with reference to FIG. 5 .

In one embodiment, the electronic device receives information from a user terminal indicating an input to an area in the ninth area 701 other than the second icon 702. In response to receiving the information, the electronic device generates a first pop-up window including a tenth area displaying detailed information about at least a portion of the shipping and monetary benefits available through membership, and provides the generated first pop-up window to the user terminal. Specifically, the electronic device can receive information from the user terminal indicating an input to an area in the ninth area 701 other than the second icon 702 via a communication circuit. The first pop-up window will be described in detail with reference to FIG8 described below.

In one embodiment, page 3 700 may include a fourth icon 703 indicating a purchase. For example, fourth icon 703 may display a phrase indicating a purchase, such as "Buy." In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information from a user terminal indicating input for fourth icon 703. In response to receiving the information indicating input for fourth icon 703, the electronic device may generate a second pop-up window proposing membership and provide the generated second pop-up window to the user terminal. Specifically, the electronic device may receive information from a user terminal indicating input for fourth icon 703 via a communication circuit. The second pop-up window is described in detail with reference to Figures 9 and 10 described below.

FIG8 is a diagram showing a first pop-up window 801 provided by an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The first pop-up window 801 can be superimposed on the third page and displayed on the user terminal. Detailed information of at least a portion of the delivery offer and the monetary offer can be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. For example, information on monetary offers such as coupon discounts and instant discounts can be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. In one embodiment, for items with coupon discounts, coupons applicable to one or more selected items can be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. In another embodiment, for items with coupon discounts, all coupons obtained by joining the membership can be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. For example, for items offering coupon discounts, information such as a 5% discount coupon and a 1,000 won discount coupon may be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. Furthermore, in one embodiment, for items offering instant discounts, instant discount offers applicable to one or more selected items may be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. For example, the following information may be displayed in the first pop-up window 801: For hair conditioner among the selected items, a 1,000 won instant discount is available by joining the membership, and for water, a 1,000 won instant discount is available by joining the membership. Furthermore, according to an embodiment (not shown), detailed information regarding monetary benefits obtained from a delivery fee discount may be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. Furthermore, according to an embodiment not shown, detailed information of the delivery discount can be displayed in the first pop-up window 801. In this case, for example, the delivery discounts that can be applied to one or more selected items can be categorized and displayed in the first pop-up window 801.

In one embodiment, the first pop-up window 801 may include a third icon 802 indicating membership enrollment. For example, a phrase indicating membership enrollment, such as "Get a discount with membership," may be displayed on the third icon 802. In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information from the user terminal indicating input into the third icon 802. In response to receiving the information indicating input into the third icon 802, the electronic device may provide the user terminal with a second page related to membership enrollment. Specifically, the electronic device may receive information from the user terminal indicating input into the third icon 802 via a communication circuit. The second page may be understood with reference to FIG. 5 described above.

Figure 9 illustrates a second pop-up window 901 provided by an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Second pop-up window 901 may be provided for the following reasons: In response to inputting the fourth icon indicating a purchase on page 3, the second pop-up window provides the user with further information on membership enrollment prior to purchase. Various information related to membership enrollment may be provided, thereby enabling the user to more effectively understand the membership.

Membership registration information and information about the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership can be displayed in the second pop-up window 901. For example, a statement introducing the monetary benefits offered by joining the membership, such as "Please use your membership to receive a discount," can be displayed in the second pop-up window 901. Furthermore, the estimated settlement amount applicable to those who have not yet joined the membership can be displayed in the second pop-up window 901, along with the estimated settlement amount applicable to those who have joined the membership, such as "54,000 Korean Won when purchasing now" and "49,000 Korean Won with membership discount." Furthermore, a specific icon indicating a purchase can be displayed in the second pop-up window 901. For example, a purchase instruction phrase, such as "Buy Now," may be displayed on a specific purchase instruction icon. In response to inputting the specific purchase instruction icon, the electronic device may generate and provide an ordering/checkout page on the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the second pop-up window 901 may include an 11th area 902 indicating membership enrollment. For example, the 11th area 902 may include a statement describing the estimated settlement amount available upon membership enrollment, such as "49,000 Korean Won membership discount applied." Furthermore, the 11th area 902 may include a checkbox to guide the user's selection and input in the 11th area 902. Similarly, a checkbox may be displayed in the second pop-up window 901 corresponding to an area indicating instant purchase, such as "54,000 Korean Won Buy Now." In one embodiment, the initial state of the second pop-up window 901 may be a state in which the following check box is selected: corresponding to the area indicating immediate purchase, such as "Buy Now for 54,000 KRW".

In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information from a user terminal indicating an input into area 1102. In response to receiving the information indicating an input into area 1102, the electronic device may provide a second page related to membership registration to the user terminal. Specifically, the electronic device may receive information from the user terminal indicating an input into area 1102 via a communication circuit. Regarding page 2, reference may be made to FIG. 5 above for further information. By providing page 2 related to membership registration in response to the input into area 1102, the user can conveniently navigate to page 2 to register for membership.

Furthermore, after receiving an input in an area (the semi-transparently displayed area) other than the second pop-up window 901 on the user terminal screen, the second pop-up window 901 may be closed. That is, after receiving an input in an area (the semi-transparently displayed area) other than the second pop-up window 901 on the user terminal screen, the third page may be redisplayed on the user terminal.

Figure 10 illustrates a second pop-up window 1001 provided by an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, second pop-up window 1001 may include an 11th area 1002 or a fifth icon 1003 indicating membership registration. In the description of Figure 10 , unless otherwise specified, the second pop-up window 1001 and the 11th area 1002 indicating membership registration, excluding the fifth icon 1003, can be understood by referring to the description of Figure 9 .

In one embodiment, when a checkbox corresponding to an area indicating a purchase, such as "Buy now for 54,000 KRW" displayed in the second pop-up window 1001, is selected, a message indicating immediate purchase (without membership registration) such as "Buy now" may be displayed in the fifth icon 1003. Furthermore, when a checkbox corresponding to an area indicating membership registration, such as "Apply membership discount for 49,000 KRW" displayed in the second pop-up window 1001, is selected, a message indicating purchase after membership registration, such as "Buy after joining WOW" may be displayed in the fifth icon 1003. That is, the sentence displayed in the fifth icon 1003 can be changed according to the selection of the checkbox displayed in the second pop-up window 1001. In one embodiment, the initial state of the second pop-up window 1001 can be a state in which the following checkbox is selected: corresponding to the area indicating the membership subscription, such as "49,000 Korean Won Membership Discount".

In one embodiment, in response to a checkbox corresponding to a purchase order area (e.g., "Buy now for 54,000 Korean Won") entered from a user terminal, the electronic device may modify second pop-up window 1001 as follows: a message indicating immediate purchase without membership is displayed at fifth icon 1003. In response to receiving input from the user terminal of fifth icon 1003 indicating immediate purchase without membership, the electronic device may generate and provide an order/checkout page at the user terminal.

In one embodiment, in response to receiving input from the user terminal into area 11, the electronic device may modify second pop-up window 1001 as follows: Fifth icon 1003 may display a message indicating that the user can purchase after joining the membership. In response to receiving input from the user terminal into fifth icon 1003, which displays the message indicating that the user can purchase after joining the membership, the electronic device may present a second page related to membership joining to the user terminal. The second page can be understood with reference to FIG. 5 above. By presenting the second page related to membership joining in response to input from fifth icon 1003, the user can easily navigate to the second page to join the membership.

Furthermore, after receiving an input in an area (the semi-transparently displayed area) on the screen of the user terminal other than the second pop-up window 1001, the second pop-up window 1001 may be closed. That is, after receiving an input in an area (the semi-transparently displayed area) on the screen of the user terminal other than the second pop-up window 1001, the third page may be redisplayed on the user terminal.

Although not shown in the diagrams, in one embodiment, the electronic device can receive a call from a user terminal indicating a fourth page of information related to detailed information about a specific item. If the user is not a member, in response to receiving the call indicating the fourth page, the electronic device determines the shipping benefits corresponding to the specific item obtained by joining the membership, generates a fourth page including a 12th area displaying the shipping benefits corresponding to the specific item obtained by joining the membership, and provides the fourth page to the user terminal. Specifically, the electronic device can receive a call indicating the fourth page of information related to detailed information about the specific item from the user terminal via a communication circuit. For example, the fourth page can be named the product details page. Page 4 displays detailed information about an item, thereby allowing the electronic device to determine a shipping discount for the item, generating page 4 including area 12 displaying the determined shipping discount. For example, the structure of area 12 can be understood with reference to 301 in FIG. 3 or 401 in FIG. 4 .

In one embodiment, the 12th area may include a sixth icon indicating membership registration. In one embodiment, the electronic device may receive information from a user terminal indicating input for the sixth icon. In response to receiving the information indicating input for the sixth icon, the electronic device may provide the second page related to membership registration to the user terminal. Specifically, the electronic device may receive input for the sixth icon from the user terminal via a communication circuit. For example, the sixth icon may be understood with reference to 602 in FIG. 6 .

The action S1110 of receiving an instruction from a user terminal to call for information on the first page related to the settlement of one or more items can be implemented by the processor and communication circuit of the electronic device. The action S1120 of confirming whether the user corresponding to the user terminal is a member who has joined the membership can be implemented by the processor of the electronic device. In response to confirming that the user is not a member who has joined the membership, the action S1130 of determining the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a part of the one or more items can be implemented by the processor of the electronic device. The action S1140 of generating the first page including the first area, which displays the delivery benefits obtained by joining the membership can be implemented by the processor of the electronic device. The action S1150 of providing the generated first page to the user terminal can be implemented by the processor and communication circuit of the electronic device.

In one embodiment, action S1140 may include: the processor determines the actions of the first item and the second item, the second item is to obtain the corresponding delivery discount obtained by joining the membership, and the second item is not to provide the corresponding delivery discount obtained by joining the membership; and the processor generates the first page in the following manner: the second area is arranged above the third area, the second area displays the delivery information of the first item and includes the first area, and the third area displays the delivery information of the second item.

In one embodiment, action S1140 may include an action of the processor generating page 1 in the following manner: a delivery date or delivery time guaranteed by applying a delivery discount obtained by joining the membership to at least a portion of the one or more items is displayed in the first area.

In one embodiment, action S1140 may include an action of the processor generating page 1 in the following manner: the difference between the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time after applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership for at least a portion of one or more items and the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time before applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the membership is displayed in the first area.

In one embodiment, action S1140 may include the following actions: if the user is not a member of the membership, the processor determines a monetary benefit corresponding to at least a portion of one or more items obtained by joining the membership; and the processor generates a first page including an eighth area displaying the monetary benefit. Here, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives information from the user terminal via a communication circuit indicating input of a first icon included in the eighth area and indicating membership enrollment; and in response to receiving the information indicating input of the first icon, the processor provides a second page related to membership enrollment to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives the following information from the user terminal through the communication circuit, namely, indicating the input of the second icon included in the 9th area and indicating joining the membership; and the processor provides the second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal in response to receiving the information indicating the input of the second icon.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives information indicating input to an area other than the second icon in the 9th area through the communication circuit; in response to receiving the information indicating input to an area other than the second icon in the 9th area, the processor generates a first pop-up window including a 10th area, wherein the 10th area displays detailed information of at least a portion of the delivery benefits and monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership; and the processor provides the generated first pop-up window to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives the following information from the user terminal through the communication circuit, namely, indicating input of the third icon included in the first pop-up window and indicating joining the membership; and the processor provides the second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal in response to receiving the information indicating the input of the third icon.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives the following information from the user terminal through the communication circuit, namely, indicating an input to the fourth icon included in the 9th area and indicating a purchase; the processor generates a second pop-up window proposing membership in response to receiving the information indicating the input to the fourth icon; and the processor provides the generated second pop-up window to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives the following information from the user terminal through the communication circuit, namely, an indication of input to the 11th area or the 5th icon included in the second pop-up window and indicating joining the membership; and the processor provides the second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal in response to receiving the information indicating the input to the 11th area or the 5th icon.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives information from the user terminal via the communication circuit indicating a call for page 4 related to detailed information of a specific item; when the user is not a member, the processor determines the delivery discount corresponding to the specific item obtained by joining the membership in response to receiving the information indicating a call for page 4; the processor generates page 4 including area 12, which displays the delivery discount corresponding to the specific item obtained by joining the membership; and the processor provides page 4 to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, method 1100 may further include the following actions: the processor receives the following information from the user terminal through the communication circuit, namely, indicating input of the 6th icon included in the 12th area and indicating joining the membership; and the processor provides the 2nd page related to joining the membership to the user terminal in response to receiving the information indicating input of the 6th icon.

Claims (18)

An electronic device for providing preferential information about membership of an online store, comprising: a communication circuit for communicating with a user terminal; one or more processors; and one or more memories storing commands, which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations; when the one or more processors execute the commands, the one or more processors receive instruction calls and instructions from the user terminal via the communication circuit. The information on the first page related to the settlement of one or more items is confirmed to confirm whether the user corresponding to the above user terminal is a member. In response to confirming that the above user is not a member, the delivery benefits provided by joining the above membership corresponding to at least a part of the above one or more items are generated, and the above first page including the first area is displayed. The first area is to display the delivery benefits obtained by joining the above membership. The above-mentioned one or more processors generate the above-mentioned first page in the following manner: the difference between the delivery date or delivery time guaranteed by applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership to at least a part of the above-mentioned one or more items and the delivery date or delivery time guaranteed before applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership is displayed in the above-mentioned first area, wherein the above-mentioned one or more items include the fifth item and the sixth item, and the difference between the delivery date or delivery time guaranteed by applying the delivery discount obtained by joining the above-mentioned membership to at least a part of the above-mentioned one or more items is displayed in the above-mentioned first area, The difference corresponding to the fifth item is greater than the difference corresponding to the sixth item. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the one or more processors are configured to receive information from the user terminal indicating input into at least a portion of the first area, and in response to receiving the information indicating input into at least a portion of the first area, provide the user terminal with a second page related to joining the membership. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the one or more processors generate the first page in the following manner: A delivery date or time guaranteed for at least a portion of the one or more items using a delivery discount obtained through membership is displayed in the first area. In the electronic device of claim 4, wherein the one or more items include a third item and a fourth item, and wherein the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the third item is earlier than the guaranteed delivery date or delivery time corresponding to the fourth item, the one or more processors generate the first page in the following manner: a fourth area is arranged above the fifth area, the fourth area displays delivery information of the third item, and the fifth area displays delivery information of the fourth item, wherein the fourth area includes the first area corresponding to the third item, and the fifth area includes the first area corresponding to the fourth item. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the one or more processors are configured to: when the user is not a member, determine a monetary benefit obtained by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the one or more items, and generate the first page including the eighth area displaying the monetary benefit. In the electronic device of claim 6, wherein the eighth area includes a first icon indicating the user's membership application, the one or more processors are configured to receive information indicating an input to the first icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit. In response to receiving the information indicating the input to the first icon, provide the user terminal with a second page related to the user's membership application. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the one or more processors are configured to: receive information from the user terminal via the communication circuit indicating a request for a third page related to items to be purchased; if the user is not a member of the membership, determine the shipping benefits provided by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items to be purchased; generate the third page including a ninth area displaying the shipping benefits provided by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items to be purchased selected by the user; and provide the generated third page to the user terminal. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the one or more processors are configured to: if the user is not a member, determine the monetary benefits offered by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the items selected by the user for purchase, and generate the third page by displaying the monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership in the ninth area. In the electronic device of claim 9, wherein the ninth area includes a second icon indicating joining the membership, the one or more processors are configured as follows: Receive information indicating input of the second icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating input of the second icon, provide a second page related to joining the membership to the user terminal. The electronic device of claim 10, wherein the one or more processors are configured to receive information from the user terminal via the communication circuit indicating input to an area of the ninth area other than the second icon, and in response to receiving the information indicating input to an area of the ninth area other than the second icon, generate a first pop-up window including a tenth area, wherein the tenth area displays detailed information related to at least a portion of the delivery benefits and monetary benefits obtained by joining the membership, and provide the generated first pop-up window to the user terminal. In the electronic device of claim 11, wherein the first pop-up window includes a third icon indicating the user's membership application, the one or more processors are configured to receive information indicating an input of the third icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating the input of the third icon, provide the second page related to the user's membership application to the user terminal. In the electronic device of claim 9, wherein the third page includes a fourth icon indicating a purchase, the one or more processors are configured as follows: Receive information indicating an input to the fourth icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit; responsive to receiving the information indicating an input to the fourth icon, generate a second pop-up window offering membership; and provide the generated second pop-up window to the user terminal. In the electronic device of claim 13, wherein the second pop-up window includes an 11th area or a 5th icon indicating the user's membership application, the one or more processors are configured to receive information indicating an input into the 11th area or the 5th icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating the input into the 11th area or the 5th icon, provide the second page related to the user's membership application to the user terminal. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the one or more processors are configured to receive, via the communication circuit, information from the user terminal indicating a request for a fourth page containing detailed information about a specific item. If the user is not a member, in response to receiving the information indicating a request for a fourth page, determine the delivery benefits corresponding to the specific item obtained by joining the membership, generate the fourth page including a twelfth area displaying the delivery benefits corresponding to the specific item obtained by joining the membership, and provide the fourth page to the user terminal. In the electronic device of claim 15, wherein the 12th area includes a 6th icon indicating the user's membership application, the one or more processors are configured to receive information indicating an input of the 6th icon from the user terminal via the communication circuit, and in response to receiving the information indicating the input of the 6th icon, provide the 2nd page related to the user's membership application to the user terminal. A method for providing preferential information about membership of an online store for electronic devices, comprising the following actions: receiving information from a user terminal via a communication circuit indicating a call for a first page related to the settlement of one or more items; confirming whether the user corresponding to the user terminal is a member; in response to confirming that the user is not a member, determining a delivery preferential treatment provided by joining the membership corresponding to at least a portion of the one or more items; generating the first page including a first area, the first area displaying the delivery preferential treatment obtained by joining the membership; and providing the generated first page to the user terminal, wherein the action of generating the first page comprises: Generating the aforementioned first page: Displaying in the aforementioned first area the delivery date or time guaranteed by the delivery discount obtained through membership for at least a portion of the aforementioned one or more items, wherein the aforementioned one or more items include a fifth item and a sixth item, wherein the aforementioned difference corresponding to the fifth item is greater than the aforementioned difference corresponding to the sixth item; and generating the aforementioned first page in the following manner: The sixth area is positioned above the seventh area, the sixth area displays delivery information for the fifth item, and the seventh area displays delivery information for the sixth item, wherein the sixth area includes the aforementioned first area corresponding to the fifth item, and the seventh area includes the aforementioned first area corresponding to the sixth item.
