The steps include: storing a mapping table related to the address information, confirming the revised delivery destination information of the item corresponding to the address information; and providing the address information and the revised delivery destination information of the item to the delivery person's terminal, and providing the user's terminal with information that the item will be delivered to the delivery address corresponding to the revised delivery destination information; wherein the pre-stored address directory includes address information entered as an undeliverable address, and the revised delivery destination information is obtained from at least one of a first terminal of a user associated with the delivery operation, a second terminal of a manager of the delivery address, and a third terminal of at least one delivery person with a history of delivering to the delivery address.
