Abstract

Description

More specifically, this application is about an electronic device and method thereof, which transmits a request for verification of approval of the sale of an item to a terminal of an administrator when it is determined that one or more information related to an item meets approval conditions; transmits information notifying that the sale of the item is not approved to a terminal of a seller of the item when it is determined that one or more information related to an item meets rejection conditions; and transmits a request to the terminal of an administrator to determine whether to approve the sale of the item when it is determined that one or more information related to an item does not meet both approval conditions and rejection conditions.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a field of shopping. Customers can buy items online without going to the mall or market in person, and the items purchased online will be delivered to the delivery address requested by the customer.

In e-commerce, a wide variety of items can be sold, and in a sales channel, the entity selling items is often not limited to one. For example, unlike offline supermarkets, online shopping malls usually provide sales functions for multiple sellers to sell their own items.

Referring to FIG. 2 , the electronic device 110 according to one embodiment obtains a request for approval to sell an item ( 201 ). As described above, the request for approval to sell an item may include but is not limited to a request from a seller received from the seller terminal 130 .

The electronic device 110 obtains one or more of the approval conditions and rejection conditions set in relation to the sale of the item (202). The approval conditions and rejection conditions may be conditions related to at least a portion of various types of information, such as information about the item itself (e.g., information used to identify the item, information about the barcode of the item, information about a search tag related to the item, etc.), information related to the supply or circulation of the item (supply price information, information about the supply period of the item, information related to the import of the item, etc.), and information related to the sale of the item (sales price information of the item, sales profit information of the item, etc.). When it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the approval condition, the electronic device 110 transmits a request for verification of the sales approval of the item to the administrator terminal 120 (203). The verification request transmitted to the administrator terminal 120 may include one or more reasons that serve as a basis for meeting the approval condition.

When the electronic device 110 receives an approval response from the administrator corresponding to the verification request, it can approve the sale of the item and transmit information notifying the seller's terminal 130 that the sale of the item has been approved. When the electronic device 110 receives a rejection response from the administrator corresponding to the verification request, it can reject the sale of the item and transmit information notifying the seller's terminal 130 that the sale of the item has been rejected. According to one embodiment, after transmitting a verification request to the administrator terminal 120, if the administrator does not respond within a set period, the electronic device 110 transmits information to the seller terminal 130 notifying that the sale of the item has been approved. However, these embodiments do not limit the scope of this application. For example, if the administrator does not respond within a set period, the electronic device 110 may retransmit the verification request to the administrator terminal 120 after the period, or reallocate the verification task to other administrators, or transmit information to the seller terminal 130 notifying that the sale of the item has not been approved.

According to different embodiments, when it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the approval conditions, the electronic device 110 may immediately transmit information to the seller terminal 130 notifying that the sale of the item has been approved. In this case, the sale of the item may not require the verification of the administrator, but the scope of this application is not limited to this. For example, the electronic device 110 may also provide services by first approving the sale of the item, and then revoking the approval of the sale of the item when the administrator determines that the approval is inappropriate.

In addition, there are various embodiments. There may be various embodiments, for example, even if it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the rejection condition, the electronic device 110 may still transmit a request for verification of the sale of the item such as the operation of symbol 203 to the administrator terminal 120. When it is determined that one or more information related to the item does not meet the approval condition and when it is determined that one or more information related to the item does not meet the rejection condition, the electronic device 110 transmits a request to the administrator terminal 120 to determine whether to approve the sale of the item (205). According to different embodiments, the determination request transmitted to the administrator terminal 120 may include one or more of the information of the approval condition and the information of the rejection condition. Furthermore, the verification request transmitted to the administrator terminal 120 may include information that serves as a basis for determining that the approval condition and the rejection condition are not met.

When an approval response is obtained from the administrator corresponding to the judgment request, the electronic device 110 may approve the sale of the item and transmit information notifying that the sale of the item has been approved to the seller's terminal 130. When a rejection response is obtained from the administrator corresponding to the judgment request, the electronic device 110 may reject the sale of the item and transmit information notifying that the sale of the item has been rejected to the seller's terminal 130.

According to one embodiment, after transmitting a request to the administrator terminal 120 to determine whether to approve the sale of an item, if the administrator does not respond within a set period, the electronic device 110 transmits information notifying that the sale of the item is rejected to the seller terminal 130. However, such embodiments do not limit the scope of the present application. For example, if the administrator does not respond within a set period, the electronic device 110 may retransmit the request to the administrator terminal 120 to determine whether to approve the sale of an item after the period has passed, or reallocate the determination task to other administrators, or transmit information notifying that the sale of an item is not approved to the seller terminal 130. For the information about "notification that the sale of items is not approved", please refer to the above explanation of symbol 204 for understanding.

At the same time, the electronic device 110 according to an embodiment may also transmit information prompting the administrator to respond to the judgment request or verification request within a set period. For example, the electronic device 110 may provide the administrator terminal 120 with one or more of the following information: after transmitting a judgment request to the administrator terminal 120, if the administrator does not respond within the set period, the electronic device 110 may notify that the sale of the item will not be approved; after transmitting a verification request to the administrator terminal 120, if the administrator does not respond within the set period, the electronic device 110 may notify that the sale of the item will be approved. However, it should be understood that this is only an example of transmitting information prompting a response within a set period of time. The specific content of the information transmitted to the administrator terminal 120 may be different, and the above example does not limit the scope of this application (for example, after transmitting a verification request to the administrator terminal 120, if no response is received from the administrator within the set period of time, it is limited to interpreting that the sale of the item has been approved).

In the above, for the sake of convenience, it is described that the operations of symbol 202, symbol 203, symbol 204, and symbol 205 are performed in order, but in the present application, the execution order of each operation is not limited to a specific embodiment. For example, according to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may first determine whether one or more information related to the article meets the rejection condition, and then determine whether the approval condition is met (i.e., the operation of symbol 204 is performed before the operation of symbol 203). According to another embodiment, the electronic device 110 may simultaneously determine whether one or more information related to the article meets the rejection condition and whether the approval condition is met (i.e., the operation of symbol 203 and the operation of symbol 204 are performed simultaneously). According to another embodiment, the electronic device 110 may first obtain one of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions, and when it is determined that one or more information related to the article does not satisfy the first-acquired condition, further obtain the remaining conditions and further determine whether one or more information related to the article satisfies the conditions obtained later (i.e., the operation of symbol 202 is divided into a plurality of detailed operations, a part of the detailed operations is executed before the operations of symbols 203, 204, and 205, and a part of the detailed operations is executed after at least a part of the operations of symbols 203, 204, and 205). In addition, there are various embodiments related to the execution order of each operation, and the specific embodiment does not limit the scope of the present application.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 further obtains a preset skip condition, and when it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the skip condition, transmits a request for determining whether to approve the sale of the item to the administrator terminal 120. In this regard, the electronic device 110 further determines whether to transmit a verification request to the administrator terminal 120 and whether to transmit information notifying that the sale of the item is not approved to the seller terminal 130 based on the determination of whether one or more information related to the item meets the skip condition. For example, when it is determined that one or more information related to the item satisfies the skip condition, even if one or more information related to the item satisfies the approval condition, the electronic device 110 may transmit a request to the item manager terminal 120 to determine whether to approve the sale of the item, rather than transmitting a request to verify the approval of the sale of the item. Alternatively, when it is determined that one or more information related to the item satisfies the skip condition, even if one or more information related to the item satisfies the rejection condition, the electronic device 110 may not transmit information notifying that the sale of the item is not approved to the item seller terminal 130. In connection with these examples, when it is determined that one or more information related to the item satisfies the skip condition, regardless of whether the one or more information related to the item satisfies the approval condition or the rejection condition, the electronic device 110 transmits a request to the item manager terminal 120 to determine whether to approve the sale of the item, and therefore, it is not necessary to determine whether the approval condition or the rejection condition is met.

On the contrary, when it is determined that one or more information related to the item does not meet the skip condition, as described above with respect to symbols 203 and 204, when it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the approval condition, the electronic device 110 transmits a request for verification of the sale approval of the item to the administrator terminal 120; when it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the rejection condition, information notifying that the sale of the item is not approved is transmitted to the seller terminal 130.

That is, in the case of a skip condition according to an embodiment, it can be understood that by obtaining the skip condition, it is determined whether one or more information related to the item meets the skip condition. When the skip condition is met, a request for determining whether to approve the sale of the item is transmitted to the item manager terminal 120, and when the skip condition is not met, the operations of symbols 202 to 205 are performed. Of course, in this regard, the situation of partially changing the operation sequence also belongs to the present application, for example, the skip condition, the approval condition, and the rejection condition are obtained at the same time (that is, the skip condition is further obtained in the operation of symbol 202), and when the skip condition is met, the operations of symbols 203 to 205 are performed.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may record the determination result of whether one or more information related to the item meets the approval condition and the determination result of whether the item meets the rejection condition. According to different embodiments, the electronic device 110 may record the reason that serves as the specific determination basis together with the determination result of whether the item meets the approval condition and/or the rejection condition.

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for obtaining approval conditions and rejection conditions according to an embodiment. In the following description, "user" may include but is not limited to an administrator.

Referring to FIG. 3 , a page for setting approval conditions and rejection conditions according to an embodiment is provided, and a corresponding user's response to setting approval conditions and rejection conditions can be received. The page for setting approval conditions and rejection conditions can be provided by the electronic device 110, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the electronic device 110 can provide information for setting approval conditions and rejection conditions, and based on such information, configure a page on the administrator terminal 120 and provide it to the user.

The page for setting approval and rejection conditions may include information about the types of items to which the conditions are applicable. For example, the page may include item category information 301. According to different embodiments, the item category information 301 may include a function for the user to directly set or edit the category, or may not include the setting or editing function and only include information indicating the category to which the approval and rejection conditions are applicable.

The page for setting approval conditions and rejection conditions may include providing information related to the time to wait for a response after verifying the request or judging the request to the administrator terminal 120. For example, the page may include approval waiting time information 302. According to one embodiment, the approval waiting time information 302 may include a function for the user to directly set or edit the time to wait for a response. However, even in this case, the electronic device 110 may provide default value information related to the waiting time (for example, "48 hours" in Figure 3), and when there is no additional setting input from the administrator, the default value may be determined as the approval waiting time, and if there is another setting input (for example, the user's input corresponding to the approval waiting time information 302), the approval waiting time may be determined according to the additional setting time.

The time for waiting for a response may correspond to the "set period" described in FIG. 2, etc. On the other hand, in the example of FIG. 3, the time for waiting for a response may be uniformly applied to both the verification request and the judgment request, but the scope of this application is not limited thereto. That is, according to different embodiments, the time for waiting for a response to a verification request and the time for waiting for a response to a judgment request may be set separately.

Symbols 310, 311, and 312 show an example of a function for setting approval conditions. Symbols 320, 321, and 322 show an example of a function for setting rejection conditions. According to different embodiments, the page may further include a function for setting skip conditions, an example of which is shown in symbols 330 and 331.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may provide information to indicate that a specific portion of a page includes a function for setting conditions. For example, "auto-approval" in symbol 310 may indicate that the corresponding portion of the page includes a function for setting approval conditions, "auto-rejection" in symbol 320 may indicate that the corresponding portion of the page includes a function for setting rejection conditions, and "skip" in symbol 330 may indicate that the corresponding portion of the page includes a function for setting skip conditions.

According to an embodiment, the electronic device 110 can directly determine whether the approval condition, rejection condition, or skip condition is met for those who meet specific reasons without judging other reasons. According to an embodiment, the specific reason that serves as the basis for directly determining that the approval condition is met can be set based on the "automatic approval list (vendor ID)" in symbol 311. According to an embodiment, the specific reason that serves as the basis for directly determining that the rejection condition is met can be set based on the "automatic rejection list (vendor ID)" in symbol 321. According to an embodiment, the specific reason that serves as the basis for directly determining that the skip condition is met can be set based on the "skip list (vendor ID)" in symbol 331. In this regard, "suppliers" may include sellers, suppliers, importers, etc. The scope of suppliers may vary depending on the implementation.

In order to facilitate user understanding, the functions of symbols 311, 321 and 331 and their remaining functions (e.g., the functions of symbols 312 and 322) are provided as examples for explanation by being distinguished from each other, but symbol 311 should be understood as a form of the function for setting approval conditions, symbol 321 should be understood as a form of the function for setting rejection conditions, and symbol 331 should be understood as a form of the function for setting skip conditions. Therefore, the functions of symbols 311, 321 and 331 and their remaining functions (e.g., the functions of symbols 312 and 322) are essentially the same in terms of the functions for setting approval, rejection or skip conditions. FIG. 3 is an example of providing the above functions separately from each other, but does not limit the scope of the present application. Furthermore, the skip condition is not limited to being set by the function shown by symbol 331. According to different embodiments, it can also be set by the function shown by symbol 312 or symbol 322.

An example of a function for setting an approval condition according to an embodiment may be symbol 312, and an example of a function for setting a rejection condition may be symbol 322. As described above, according to different embodiments, symbols 312 and 322 may further include a function for setting "a cause that becomes a basis for directly judging that the rejection condition is met", such as symbol 311 or symbol 321. According to one example, symbols 312 and 322 may include a function for setting more than one cause that becomes a basis for meeting the condition, and these causes may be combined by logical operators such as AND or OR to form a condition.

Although the above description is that the user sets the reasons related to each condition, at least some of the reasons may be in a default state (for example, they may correspond to reasons preset by the user or others, or they may be reasons automatically set by the electronic device 110). In this case, the electronic device 110 may display information about the default reasons on the page used to set approval conditions and rejection conditions. Whether to provide the function of editing or deleting the default reasons may vary according to different embodiments. For example, the user's authority may be specifically determined to change whether to provide the reasons, etc.

FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram for exemplarily illustrating the first information corresponding to a request for verification of approval for sale of an item and the second information corresponding to a request for determination of whether to approve the sale of an item according to an embodiment.

Referring to 4, according to one embodiment, when a request for verifying the sale of an item is transmitted to the administrator terminal 120 or a request for determining whether to approve the sale of an item is transmitted to the administrator terminal 120, information displayed on the administrator terminal 120 is described. The information displayed on the administrator terminal 120 may include one or more of the first information corresponding to the request for verifying the sale approval of the item and the second information corresponding to the request for determining whether to approve the sale of an item.

Before explaining the first information and the second information, the electronic device 110 explains one or more reasons as a basis for determining whether one or more of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions are met. The one or more reasons may include one or more of information for identifying items, barcode information of items, search tag information related to items, brand information of items, tax information related to items, supplier information of items, sales type information of items, information related to import of items, time information related to items, supply price information of items, sales price information of items, and sales margin information of items.

Information used to identify items may include item name information and item category information, and may further include item ID information. Tax information related to items may include information on whether the items are taxed (including not only simple taxation and tax exemption, but also information on whether or not the items are exempted from "small-scale" tax exemptions). In the case of taxed items, it may also include information on the type and amount of tax to be collected. Information on suppliers of items may include information on the person who generates (e.g., manufactures) the items, and may also include one or more of information on the person who circulates the items and information on the person who sells the items, depending on different embodiments. Information on the sales type of an item may include information on the sales channel of the item, such as sales in offline large shopping malls, sales through online shopping malls, and sales by phone, etc. It may also include more specific sales channel information related to each channel. In addition, it may also include information on the type of sales entity of the item, such as direct sales by manufacturers, sales after purchasing the item directly from online shopping mall service providers, sales by officially certified sellers (such as official publishers and official agents, etc.), and sales through third parties (such as other wholesale retailers and other third parties). Information related to the import of an item may include information on whether the item is imported. If the item is an imported item, it may include specific information related to it (for example, information on the country from which the item is exported, information on the mode of transportation used to import the item, information on the specific route for importing the item, and information on the legal basis for importing the item, etc.). Time information related to items may include information such as the time of production of the item, the time when the (seller) purchased the item, the time when the item was registered (or will be registered) as a sales target, and the time when the item is expected to be a best-seller. On the other hand, the specific form of time information related to items is not limited to "moments" or "time periods". In the case of "moments", it may include corresponding annual information and corresponding date information, etc.; in the case of "time periods", it may include season information and specific period information, etc. The form of the information is not limited to a specific embodiment.

The supply price information of the item may include the price information of the item obtained by the sales entity selling the item, and according to different embodiments, may also include the production unit price information of the item. The sales price information of the item may include the price information of the item sold to the customer, and in the case of a discount, may include the price information after the discount. The sales profit (margin) information of the item may include the profit percentage information when the item is sold, and may also include the profit amount information. In the case of profit amount information, it may include the profit amount information of each sales unit (for example, 12 units for a product sold in units of 12), and may also include the profit amount information of each unit.

When providing the first information and the second information, at least a part of the above-mentioned one or more reasons may be provided. According to one embodiment, one or more reasons that can be used as a basis for determining whether an item is approved may be included in one or more first information and the second information, or may be provided together with one or more first information and the second information. Furthermore, according to one embodiment, the first information may further provide information on the reasons that serve as the basis for the electronic device 110 to approve the sale of the item.

According to one embodiment, in the administrator terminal 120, the first information corresponding to the verification request and the second information corresponding to the determination request can be displayed on one page, an example of which is shown in FIG4. On the other hand, according to one embodiment, information for distinguishing the first information from the second information can be further displayed on one page so that the administrator will not be confused about the distinction between the first information and the second information.

Referring to the example shown in FIG. 4 , symbol 410 may be an example of an interface, which includes a function for the administrator to selectively confirm a portion of a plurality of items. The function may include a filtering function associated with one or more reasons, which may be used as a basis for determining whether the approval condition is met and whether the rejection condition is met. For example, referring to symbol 410 , the administrator may be provided with filtering functions associated with the following reasons: the category of the item, the name of the item, the supplier of the item, the barcode of the item, whether the item is taxed, the registration date of the item, the expected best-selling season of the item, the sales type of the item, the sales quantity of the item, and the index ID of the item, etc. The administrator may selectively confirm a portion of the plurality of items based on the reasons.

Symbol 420 may be an example of an interface that includes a function for determining whether to approve or reject an item. Symbol 421 may be an example of a function for receiving an input from a manager on whether to approve or reject. On the other hand, the manager may transfer the business of determining whether to approve the item to another person because the manager determines that the determination of whether to approve the item is not within his or her business scope or that he or she is not suitable for determining whether to approve the item. Symbol 421 may further include a "reallocate" button for transferring the business of determining whether to approve the item to another person.

The interface of symbol 420 may display information corresponding to each item according to one or more reasons (e.g., the name, barcode, and manufacturer of the item) as a criterion for determining whether one or more of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions are met. When displaying information corresponding to each item for a portion of the one or more reasons, which reasons are displayed may be based on a preset criterion, or the electronic device 110 or the administrator terminal 120 may determine which reason is displayed. According to different embodiments, the administrator may determine which reasons are displayed. For example, in the interface of symbol 420, there is an input to the "Line Settings" button, which can provide a list of reasons that serve as a basis for determining whether the approval conditions and whether one or more of the rejection conditions are met, and display information corresponding to each item for the reason selected by the administrator.

More than one reason may be displayed on different labels for each reason, or multiple reasons may be displayed on one label. For example, the supply price information of an item ("supply price"), the information on whether an item is taxed ("taxed or not"), the sales price information of an item ("sales price"), and the sales profit information of an item ("profit", "profit per unit", "minimum profit") are financial information related to the sale of an item, and may be displayed together with the item financial indicator label 422. According to one embodiment, the minimum profit can be set for different items, and the sales profit information of the items can further include "minimum profit" information (in the example shown, the minimum profit of "XX Company Beach Towel" is 35%, and the minimum profit of "YY Company Polygonal Pen Holder" is 28%) to specifically consider this point.

According to one embodiment, the exception label 423 included in the interface of symbol 420 may include one or more information that the administrator can effectively refer to when determining whether to approve or reject the item. The information displayed on the exception label 423 may include information automatically generated by the electronic device 110 or the administrator terminal 120, and may also include information manually input by others. In addition, the exception label 423 may include information used to distinguish whether it is a request for verification of the item (such as the first information) or a request for approval (such as the second information). More specifically, in the case of the first information, it may include information that serves as a basis for approving the sale of the item. Furthermore, according to different embodiments, the information related to the second information displayed on the exception label 423 may include information for distinguishing between the following two situations: a situation where a determination of approval is requested due to not meeting both the approval condition and the rejection condition, and a situation where a determination of approval is requested due to meeting the skip condition.

As described above, information used to distinguish the first information and the second information according to an embodiment can be further displayed on a page of the administrator terminal 120. An example is that the information about the first information displayed on the exception label 423 and the information about the second information displayed on the exception label 423 are different types of information.

As a more specific example related to the exception label 423, in the case of the item "XX Company Beach Towel", as corresponding information, information indicating that the item category needs to be reviewed and information indicating that the season information needs to be reviewed are displayed on the exception label 423. In the case of the item "YY Company Polygonal Pen Holder", as corresponding information, information indicating that the item category needs to be reviewed and information indicating that the profit of the item is low (that is, information indicating that the actual profit is lower than the set "minimum profit") are displayed on the exception label 423.

On the other hand, when it is determined that one or more information related to an item according to an embodiment satisfies both the approval condition and the rejection condition, the electronic device 110 may obtain error information related to one or more of the approval condition and the rejection condition. The error information may include error log information, which may be a confirmation request from an administrator related to each condition, and may further include various other types of information. After obtaining the error information as above, the electronic device 110 may transmit the error information to the administrator terminal 120. According to an example, the administrator terminal 120 may display information indicating the error on the exception label 423.

The add reply tag 424 included in the interface of symbol 420 according to one embodiment may include information manually input by other persons (e.g., the previous person in charge of the business of judging whether to approve or reject the assigned item before it was reassigned by the manager). The add reply tag 424 may include information on the reason for the reassignment, or, when a judgment of approval or rejection has been made before, may include information on the reason for the judgment and the result of the judgment, and may also include various types of information that are helpful for the manager to perform his business.

According to different embodiments, in addition to the simple function of symbol 421, the administrator terminal 120 according to an example may also include an interface for receiving the administrator's input for each reason. For example, the administrator may provide the input corresponding to the reason by clicking on the information in the item corresponding to each reason. The input of the administrators may be used as information indicating whether the reason is to approve, reject or reallocate the item. That is, by receiving the input of the administrators, it is easier to understand and record the reasons for approving, rejecting or reallocating the item, thereby judging whether the condition information is appropriate, and it is easier to complete the task of improving the condition information in the future.

FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram exemplarily illustrating a method for verifying one or more of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions according to an embodiment.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 can verify at least one of the approval condition and the rejection condition. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 determines the accuracy and coverage of at least one of the approval condition and the rejection condition to verify the condition.

Furthermore, according to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 confirms the history of sales of items for which approval was previously requested; based on the history for which approval was requested, determines whether one or more information related to the item satisfies one or more of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions, and compares the result of determining whether one or more of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions are satisfied with the actual approval or rejection related to the history for which approval was requested.

The two embodiments related to the verification of the approval conditions and the rejection conditions mentioned above do not contradict each other. That is, both embodiments can perform condition verification in the corresponding direction, and one example can be illustrated with reference to FIG5.

Referring to FIG. 5 , the electronic device 110 can verify one or more of the approval condition and the rejection condition by judging the coverage of the approval condition 501, the coverage of the rejection condition 502, the accuracy of the approval condition 503, and the accuracy of the rejection condition 504, and can use the history of the sale of the item for which approval is requested (see symbol 505) as a specific method for judging the accuracy and coverage. More specifically, the electronic device 110 according to an embodiment can judge whether one or more information related to the item satisfies the approval condition related to the history of the approval request, and can judge the coverage of the approval condition 501 according to the ratio of the number of items for which approval is requested and the number of items judged to meet the approval condition. Furthermore, the electronic device 110 can determine whether one or more information related to the item satisfies the rejection condition related to the history of requesting approval, and can determine the coverage of the rejection condition 502 according to the ratio of the number of items requested for approval to the number of items determined to satisfy the rejection condition. For example, among 1000 items, when 100 items are determined to satisfy the approval condition and 200 items satisfy the rejection condition, the coverage of the approval condition 501 can be (100/1000)*100=10%, and the coverage of the rejection condition 502 can be (200/1000)*100=10%.

According to one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may determine the accuracy of the approval condition 503 or the accuracy of the rejection condition 504 based on the consistency between the result of determining whether one or more of the approval condition and the rejection condition is satisfied and the actual approval or rejection related to the history of the approval request. For example, the electronic device 110 according to one embodiment may determine the accuracy of the approval condition 503 based on the ratio of items determined to satisfy the approval condition among the actually approved items, and determine the accuracy of the rejection condition 504 based on the ratio of items determined to satisfy the rejection condition among the actually rejected items. For example, among 1,000 items, 110 items are actually approved, of which 90 items are judged to meet the approval conditions, and 180 items are actually rejected, of which 150 items are judged to meet the rejection conditions. The accuracy of approval condition 503 can be (90/110)*100=about 81.8%, and the accuracy of rejection condition 504 can be (150/180)*100=about 83.3%.

However, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, there are various embodiments related to specific methods of determining accuracy and coverage. For example, according to different embodiments, the electronic device 110 can determine the accuracy of the approval condition 503 based on the ratio of items actually approved among items determined to meet the approval condition, and determine the accuracy of the rejection condition 504 based on the ratio of items actually rejected among items determined to meet the rejection condition. For example, among 1,000 items, 100 items are judged to meet the approval conditions, of which 95 items are actually approved, and 200 items are judged to meet the rejection conditions, of which 170 items are actually rejected. The accuracy of the approval condition 503 can be (95/100)*100=95%, and the accuracy of the rejection condition 504 can be (170/200)*100=85%.

Furthermore, the volume of history used to verify one or more approval and rejection conditions may vary from one embodiment to another. For example, as shown by symbol 505, the history of the most recent month, the most recent two months, or the most recent three months may be used for verification. Generally speaking, it can be understood that a more detailed verification can be completed using a larger volume of history, and the amount of calculation will also increase accordingly, but the scope of this application is not limited to this.

FIG6 is a flow chart of a method for providing information related to approval or rejection of the sale of an item in an electronic device according to an embodiment. The temporal sequence and logical sequence between the operations described in FIG6 are only an embodiment and should not be construed as limiting the scope of this application. At the same time, in other embodiments where the sequence or logical sequence of operations is different from FIG6, it should be understood that the description of FIG6 can be referred to for understanding.

The electronic device 110 obtains a request for approval to sell an item (610). The request for approval to sell an item may include, but is not limited to, a request from a seller received from the seller terminal 130.

The electronic device 110 obtains one or more of the approval conditions and rejection conditions set in relation to the sale of the item (620). The approval conditions and rejection conditions may be conditions related to at least a portion of various types of information, such as information about the item itself, information related to the supply or circulation of the item, and information related to the sale of the item.

When it is determined that one or more information related to the item meets the approval condition (630, yes), the electronic device 110 transmits a request for verification of the approval of the sale of the item to the administrator terminal 120 (640). The verification request transmitted to the administrator terminal 120 may include one or more reasons that serve as the basis for satisfying the approval condition. When the approval response of the administrator corresponding to the verification request is obtained, the electronic device 110 may approve the sale of the item and transmit information notifying the seller's terminal 130 that the sale of the item has been approved.
