Abstract

The aim is enabling the odor not to leak outside of the underwear in case the wearer unintentionally urinated or defecated. An underwear 1 has an outer underwear 3, and an inner underwear 2 arranged inside of the outer underwear 3 wherein a crotch part 6 with a water absorption layer 62 is attached on an inner surface of the inner underwear 2, and a circumference of the crotch part 6 is configured to be waterproof structure throughout the entire circumference.

Underwear

The present disclosure relates to underwear that can be worn on the lower body.

As conventional underwear that can be worn on the lower body, there is known underwear that is composed of a main body and a water-absorbing part provided inside the main body, and the water-absorbing part is hung on the main body so as to be located at the front center of the main body (see Patent Document 1).

However, the underwear described in Patent Document 1 is equipped with a water-absorbing part in the central part of the wearer's front side (specifically, the lower abdomen side) to absorb secretions such as urine, but the wearer's back side (specifically, the buttocks side) does not have a structure equivalent to an absorbent body, so the problem of feces is not considered. In addition, even if underwear with an absorbent body is worn, in the case of accidental urination or defecation, liquid excrement (specifically, urine, soft feces, etc.) may leak out of the underwear and emit a bad smell, or even if the excrement does not leak out, the bad smell will escape from the underwear, causing discomfort to people around, which is a problem.

Therefore, an object of one aspect of the present invention is to provide a technology that can prevent odor from escaping from the outside of underwear in the event of accidental urination or defecation.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention discloses a pair of underwear, comprising outer pants and inner pants arranged on the inner side of the outer pants, wherein a crotch portion with a water-absorbing layer is installed on the inner surface of the inner pants, and a waterproof structure is provided around the entire periphery of the crotch portion.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, the outer pants and the inner pants can be configured such that the upper edge of the outer pants, the upper edge of the inner pants and the lower edge of the waist elastic band are sewn together, and only the upper edge of the outer pants and the upper edge of the inner pants are connected to each other.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, it can be configured that the inner pants have a front part and a back part, a side part is provided between the front part and the back part on the left and right sides of the inner pants, the outer side surfaces of the front part and the back part have a waterproof function, and the side part is formed of a stretchable fabric.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, it can be configured that the right lower end and the left lower end of the inner pants are respectively equipped with trouser leg openings, and the opening side edges of the trouser leg openings have a waterproof structure.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, it can be configured that the right lower end and the left lower end of the inner pants are respectively equipped with trouser cuffs, the trouser cuffs are tightly fitted around the wearer's thighs, and the outer side of the trouser cuffs has a waterproof function.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, it can be configured that the outer pants have a deodorizing function.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, it can be configured that the inner pants have a front part and a back part, and the front part and the back part are integrally formed by a whole piece of fabric.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, it can be configured that neither the inner pants nor the outer pants have an opening for urination.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, the waterproof structure of the crotch portion can be configured as follows: using a strip-shaped fabric that is waterproofed on at least one side, and folding the fabric in half along the long side of the strip so that the waterproof side is located on the inside, and the fabric in this state is attached and sewn in a manner that clamps and frames the end of the crotch portion.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, the inner pants can be configured such that the inner pants have a front part and a back part, the right lower end and the left lower end of the front part and the back part are respectively equipped with a trouser cuff, and the waterproof structure of the crotch near the connection between the front part and the back part and the trouser cuff is constructed as follows: a fabric that is waterproofed on at least one side and formed into a strip shape is used, the fabric is folded in half along the long side direction of the strip shape so that the waterproofed side is located on the inside, and the fabric in this state is attached and sewn in a manner of sandwiching and framing the ends of the crotch, the ends of the front part and the back part, and the ends of the trouser cuff.

According to the underwear described in the present invention, the waterproof structure of the pant cuff is configured as follows: using a strip-shaped fabric that is waterproofed on at least one side, and folding the fabric in half along the long side of the strip so that the waterproof side is located on the inside, and the fabric in this state is attached and sewn in a manner that clamps and frames the end of the opening side of the pant cuff.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent odor from leaking from underwear in the event of accidental urination or defecation.

The following is a detailed description of the implementation of the present invention based on the drawings. In addition, each figure is a schematic diagram of an example of the structure of the specific structure of the underwear of the present invention, and does not strictly represent the dimensional relationship between the various components.

In the description of the present invention, as shown in the figures, the up and down directions are defined along the axes of the three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system, and upward and downward directions are defined according to the directions of the arrows. The front and rear directions are defined at the same time, and forward and backward directions are defined according to the directions of the arrows. The left and right directions are further defined, and right and left directions are defined according to the directions of the arrows. The front and rear directions and the left and right directions are perpendicular to each other in the same plane (specifically, the horizontal plane), and the up and down directions are perpendicular to the front and rear directions and the left and right directions (extending to the horizontal plane). The view from the front side along the front and rear direction is a front view, the view from the back side is a back view, the view from the left and right direction is a side view, and the view from the top side along the up and down direction is a plane view. However, the front (front), back (back), left and right are only distinctions made for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and do not limit the directions in the use state of the underwear involved in the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is also defined as follows. Wearing underwear refers to the state of wearing the underwear on the body (specifically, the lower body, lower abdomen, buttocks). Underwear is worn on the body inside the clothes, but it can also be worn on the body so that at least a part of it is exposed to the outside.

The inner side refers to the side that is closer to the wearer's skin when wearing underwear. The outer side refers to the side opposite to the inner side, that is, the side that is closer to the wearer's clothes when wearing underwear.

(Overall structure)

Figure 1 is a perspective view of underwear 1 in an embodiment of a specific structural form of underwear involved in the present invention. Figure 2 is a front view of underwear 1 in the embodiment, and Figure 3 is a rear view of underwear 1 in the embodiment.

The underwear 1 in the embodiment has an outer pair of pants 3 and an inner pair of pants 2 arranged inside the outer pair of pants 3, and a crotch portion 6 having a water-absorbing layer 62 is installed on the inner surface of the inner pair of pants 2, and a waterproof structure spanning the entire circumference is provided around the crotch portion 6.

The general structure of the underwear 1 includes outer pants 3 and inner pants 2 arranged inside the outer pants 3.

The inner pants 2 are located on the side that contacts the wearer's body (specifically, the lower body, lower abdomen, and buttocks) when the underwear 1 is worn.

The outer pants 3 are located outside the inner pants 2 when the inner pants 1 are worn, so that the inner pants 2 are between the outer pants 3 and the wearer's body, and the outer pants 3 cover the outer side of the inner pants 2.

In addition, the inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3 are not provided with a urination opening in the center of the front side (specifically, the lower abdomen side) when worn. That is, in order to prevent the excretion in the inner pants 2, especially liquid excrement (specifically, urine, soft stool, etc.) from leaking out of the inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3, or the odor of the excrement from escaping outside the inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3, the inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3 are not provided with extra openings.

Figure 4 is a front view of the outer pants 3 of the underwear 1 in the embodiment, and Figure 5 is a rear view of the outer pants 3.

The outer pants 3 include a front crotch portion 31, a right front portion 32R, a left front portion 32L, an outer back portion 33, a lower crotch portion 34 and an elastic waist band 35.

When the underwear 1 is worn, the front crotch portion 31, the right front portion 32R and the left front portion 32L are located on the front side of the wearer (specifically, the lower abdomen side), and the outer rear portion 33 is located on the back side of the wearer (specifically, the buttocks side).

When the underwear 1 is worn, the outer body rear portion 33 located at the rear side of the wearer, the right body front portion 32R extending from the right end of the outer body rear portion 33 to the front side of the wearer, and the left body front portion 32L extending from the left end of the outer body rear portion 33 to the front side of the wearer are integrally formed by a piece of fabric.

The front crotch portion 31 is located at the center of the wearer's front side (specifically, the lower abdomen side) when the underwear 1 is worn.

The right end of the front crotch 31 and the upper part of the left end of the right front part 32R are sewn at the right side seam 36R, and the left end of the front crotch 31 and the upper part of the right end of the left front part 32L are sewn at the left side seam 36L.

The front end of the crotch lower part 34 (in other words, the upper end of the front side) is sewn with the lower end of the front crotch part 31, the lower left end of the right body front part 32R, and the lower right end of the left body front part 32L at the front side seam 37F. The rear end of the crotch lower part 34 (in other words, the upper end of the rear side) is sewn with the lower end center part of the outer body rear part 33 and its extended left and right side parts at the rear side seam 37B.

Through the above structure, the outer pants 3 have a right pant opening 38R for the wearer's right leg (specifically, right thigh) to pass through at the lower end of the right front part 32R and the right side of the outer back part 33, and a left pant opening 38L for the wearer's left leg (specifically, left thigh) to pass through at the lower end of the left front part 32L and the left side of the outer back part 33.

The front crotch portion 31, right front portion 32R, left front portion 32L, outer back portion 33 and crotch lower portion 34 of the outer pants 3 can be made of, for example, plain knit fabric (specifically, containing more than 90% and less than 95% cotton and more than 5% and less than 10% polyurethane, with a basis weight of more than 150 grams and less than 160 grams) as the fabric.

The fabrics (e.g. plain knit fabric) used for the front crotch 31, right front part 32R, left front part 32L, outer back part 33 and crotch lower part 34 of the outer pants 3 can be deodorized.

The outer pants 3 (specifically, the front crotch 31, the right front part 32R, the left front part 32L, the outer back part 33 and the lower part 34) can be deodorized to have a deodorizing function for excrement odors such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, acetic acid, methyl mercaptan and indole. The outer pants 3 can be deodorized to have a particularly excellent deodorizing effect on methyl mercaptan in excrement odors.

The outer pants 3 (specifically, the front crotch portion 31, the right front portion 32R, the left front portion 32L, the outer back portion 33 and the lower crotch portion 34) can be impregnated with at least one agent having a deodorizing effect, for example, a silver ion zeolite carrier (ionicity: anionic, pH: weakly alkaline), an inorganic metal oxide (ionicity: anionic, pH: weakly alkaline), a resin (ionicity: anionic, pH: neutral) and a special thickening dispersant (ionicity: anionic, pH: neutral). In order to exert an excellent deodorizing effect, especially against methyl mercaptan, it is preferred that the outer pants 3 be impregnated with a silver ion zeolite carrier, a resin, and a special thickening dispersant as a deodorizing agent.

The outer pants 3 (specifically, the front crotch portion 31, the right front portion 32R, the left front portion 32L, the outer back portion 33 and the lower crotch portion 34) may be provided with a deodorizing function, for example, by using an immersion process. Specifically, the impregnation process includes: soaking the object substrate (e.g., plain knit fabric) in an aqueous solution containing at least one of a silver ion zeolite carrier, an inorganic metal oxide, a resin, and a special thickening dispersant (preferably, an aqueous solution containing a silver ion zeolite carrier, a resin, and a special thickening dispersant) and allowing the substrate to absorb the aqueous solution; passing the substrate that absorbs the aqueous solution through a pair of rollers to allow the aqueous solution to evenly penetrate the substrate; performing preliminary drying on the substrate; and performing high-temperature drying on the substrate, and the deodorizing function of the substrate constituting the outer pants 3 is given through the impregnation process.

The waist elastic band 35 is arranged around the upper end of the front crotch 31, the right front part 32R, the left front part 32L and the outer rear part 33, and is arranged around the waist of the wearer when the underwear 1 is worn, and is sewn at the ring seam 39. The waist elastic band 35 can use a jacquard elastic band, for example. The waist elastic band 35 (for example, a jacquard elastic band) can be composed of, for example, 52% nylon, 38% polyester and 10% polyurethane.

The inner pants 2 include a front part 21, a back part 22, a right side part 25R, a left side part 25L, a right leg opening 5R, a left leg opening 5L and a crotch 6.

When wearing the underwear 1, the front part 21 is located at the front side of the wearer (specifically, the lower abdomen side), and the back part 22 is located at the back side of the wearer (specifically, the buttocks side).

When wearing the underwear 1, the front part 21 located at the front of the wearer and the back part 22 located at the back of the wearer, which is continuous with the lower end of the front part 21 (i.e., the part located at the crotch of the wearer when the underwear 1 is worn), are made of a piece of fabric. In other words, in order to prevent the wearer's liquid excrement (specifically, urine, soft stool, etc.) excreted in the underwear 2 from leaking out of the underwear 2, or the odor of the excrement from leaking out of the underwear 2, the underwear 2 has no extra cuts.

The front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2 can be formed of, for example, plain knit fabric (specifically, the composition is 90% to 95% cotton and 5% to 10% polyurethane, with a basis weight of 150 grams to 160 grams).

The fabrics (e.g. plain knit fabric) used for the front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2 can be deodorized, waterproofed or waterproof and breathable.

The front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2 can be treated with polyurethane coating on the outer surface of the inner pants 2 (i.e., the side in contact with the inner surface of the outer pants 3) to ensure waterproof function. The waterproof function can also be ensured by bonding a sheet or film with waterproof function to the front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2, or to the outer surface of the inner pants 2. The polyurethane coating treatment can be achieved by, for example, hot-pressing and bonding a polyurethane film to the outer surface of the inner pants 2 of the fabric constituting the front part 21 and the back part 22.

The right pant leg opening 5R is mounted on the lower right end of the front part 21 and the back part 22 (i.e. the inner pants 2), and is C-shaped when viewed from below, with a gap on the right side.

A right side portion 25R is provided between the right end of the front portion 21 and the right end of the back portion 22, that is, at the right end of the inner pants 2. The right side portion 25R is provided in the form of a C-shaped gap between the front portion 21 and the back portion 22 and into the right pants leg opening 5R.

An opening is formed at the lower end of the right side portion of the inner pants 2 through the right pant cuff 5R (partially through the right side portion 25R). The wearer's right leg (specifically, the right thigh) is inserted through the opening formed by the right pant cuff 5R. The lower end opening of the right side portion of the inner pants 2 formed by the right pant cuff 5R is connected to the right pant cuff 38R at the lower end of the right side portion of the outer pants 3. The wearer's right leg is inserted into the lower end opening of the right side portion of the inner pants 2, and at the same time, the right pant cuff 38R at the lower end of the right side portion of the outer pants 3 is also inserted.

The left leg opening 5L is installed at the lower left end of the front part 21 and the back part 22 (i.e. the inner pants 2), and is C-shaped when viewed from the bottom, with a gap on the left side.

The left side portion 25L is provided between the left end of the front portion 21 and the left end of the back portion 22, that is, at the left end of the inner pants 2. The left side portion 25L is provided in the form of a C-shaped gap between the front portion 21 and the back portion 22 and into the left pants leg opening 5L.

An opening is formed at the lower end of the left side portion of the inner pants 2 through the left pant leg opening 5L (partially through the left side portion 25L). The wearer's left leg (specifically, the left thigh) is inserted through the opening formed by the left pant leg opening 5L. The lower end opening of the left side portion of the inner pants 2 formed by the left pant leg opening 5L is connected to the left pant leg opening 38L at the lower end of the left side portion of the outer pants 3. The wearer's left leg is inserted into the lower end opening of the left side portion of the inner pants 2, and at the same time, the left pant leg opening 38L at the lower end of the left side portion of the outer pants 3 is also inserted.

FIG. 11 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the structure of the right leg opening 5R and the left leg opening 5L of the inner pants 2 of the underpants 1 in the embodiment.

The structure of the right pant opening 5R and the left pant opening 5L is to prevent the excretion, especially liquid excretion (such as urine, soft feces, etc.) excreted into the inner pant 2 from leaking to the outside of the inner pant 2 (extending to the inner pant 1), or the odor of excretion from leaking to the outside of the inner pant 2 (extending to the inner pant 1) when the wearer of the inner pant 1 urinates or defecates inadvertently (accidentally).

Specifically, the right leg opening 5R and the right side 25R, and the left leg opening 5L and the left side 25L, tightly surround the wearer's thigh (in other words, fit the thigh and contact the whole circumference under appropriate pressure), thereby playing the role of a mechanism to prevent excretion into the inner pants 2, especially liquid excretion, from leaking out or odor from leaking out of the inner pants 2 (i.e., the underwear 1).

The right leg opening 5R and the left leg opening 5L each consist of a three-layer structure. Specifically, from the inside (i.e. the side that contacts the wearer's skin when wearing the underwear 1), they are the leg water-absorbing layer 51, the moisture-absorbing and breathable layer 52, and the waterproof layer 53.

The trouser leg water-absorbing layer 51 is made of a fabric having a water-absorbing function or a fabric treated in a way having a water-absorbing function. The trouser leg water-absorbing layer 51 can be made of, for example, 100% polyester fabric.

The moisture-absorbent and breathable layer 52 is made of a fabric having moisture-absorbent and breathable properties or a fabric treated in a manner having moisture-absorbent and breathable properties. The moisture-absorbent and breathable layer 52 can be made of a plain knitted fabric composed of 75% to 85% polyester and 15% to 25% polyurethane, for example.

The waterproof layer 53 is made of a layer having a waterproof function or a layer having a waterproof function and moisture permeability.

The waterproof layer 53 can be ensured to have a waterproof function by, for example, applying a polyurethane coating treatment to the outer surface of the moisture-absorbing and breathable layer 52, which is the inner trousers 2 (i.e., the surface in contact with the inner surface of the outer trousers 3). The waterproof layer 53 can also be ensured to have a waterproof function by bonding a sheet or film having a waterproof function to the outer surface of the moisture-absorbing and breathable layer 52, which is the inner trousers 2. The waterproof layer 53 can also be formed, for example, by hot-pressing a polyurethane film onto the outer surface of the fabric constituting the moisture-absorbing and breathable layer 52.

The lower edges (i.e., the opening edges) of the right trouser leg opening 5R and the left trouser leg opening 5L are provided with a waterproof structure and a water-stopping structure (in other words, a waterproof structure and a water-stopping structure are provided). The lower edges (i.e., the opening edges) of the right trouser leg opening 5R and the left trouser leg opening 5L have a waterproof edge 54 as a waterproof structure and a water-stopping structure (see FIG. 12).

In the waterproof edge 54, for example, the waterproof seam tape can be folded in half along its longitudinal direction and arranged along the lower end (i.e., the end on the opening side) of each of the right trouser opening 5R and the left trouser opening 5L (specifically, the trouser water-absorbing layer 51, the moisture-absorbing and breathable layer 52, and the waterproof layer 53 overlap). Then, these folded waterproof seam tapes are sewn and fixed together with the lower end (the end on the opening side) of each of the right trouser opening 5R and the left trouser opening 5L.

As the waterproof edge 54, a material in which at least one side of a strip-shaped fabric (e.g., plain knitted fabric) has been waterproofed can also be used. For example, the waterproof function can be ensured by applying a polyurethane coating to at least one side of the strip-shaped fabric. In addition, when the strip-shaped fabric used as the waterproof edge 54 has been waterproofed only on one side, the fabric should be folded in half along its longitudinal direction so that the waterproof-treated surface 54f faces inward and covers the lower end (i.e., the end on the opening side) of each of the right and left leg openings 5R and 5L (specifically, the leg water-absorbent layer 51, the moisture-absorbent air-permeable layer 52, and the waterproof layer 53 are overlapped). Then, sew and fix the folded belt-like fabric together with the lower ends (ends on the opening side) of the right leg opening 5R and the left leg opening 5L.

The structure with the waterproof edge 54 can prevent moisture (specifically, urine, soft stool, and especially liquid excrement) that penetrates along the right pant opening 5R and the left pant opening 5L from penetrating to the outside of the inner pant 2 (and, by extension, the underwear 1).

The right side portion 25R and the left side portion 25L can be made of elastic and stretchable fabric. The right side portion 25R and the left side portion 25L can be made of an elastic and stretchable fabric composed of, for example, 75% or more and 85% or less of polyester and 15% or more and 25% or less of polyurethane.

The fabric used for the front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2 (which are formed from a single piece of fabric) may have (almost) no elasticity and stretchability or only weak elasticity and stretchability, while the fabric used for the right side part 25R and the left side part 25L has greater elasticity and stretchability. Through this design, even if the elasticity and stretchability of the front part 21 and the back part 22 are smaller, the right side part 25R and the left side part 25L can still provide sufficient elasticity and stretchability, thereby making it easier to put on and take off the underwear 1, while ensuring comfort when wearing the underwear 1.

In addition, the front part 21 and the back part 22 (composed of a piece of fabric) of the inner pants 2 are waterproofed, while the right side part 25R and the left side part 25L may not be waterproofed. In this way, even if the breathability, stretchability and elasticity of the front part 21 and the back part 22 are reduced due to the waterproofing, the breathability, stretchability and elasticity of the right side part 25R and the left side part 25L can still be guaranteed (that is, the waterproofing will not reduce the breathability, stretchability and elasticity), thereby ensuring the comfort of the underwear 1 when being worn, and making it easier to put on and take off the underwear 1.

In addition, even if the stretchability and elasticity of the right trouser cuff 5R and the left trouser cuff 5L are reduced due to the waterproof structure and water-stopping structure of the waterproof layer 53 and the waterproof edge 54, the stretchability and elasticity of the right side portion 25R and the left side portion 25L can still be guaranteed (that is, the waterproof layer or the waterproof structure and the water-stopping structure will not cause a reduction in stretchability and elasticity), so the right trouser cuff 5R and the right side portion 25R and the left trouser cuff 5L and the left side portion 25L can fit well around the wearer's thigh (in addition, the lower edges of the right side portion 25R and the left side portion 25L (that is, the edges of the opening sides) are not provided with waterproof edges). Therefore, the liquid excrement discharged from the inner pants 2 will not leak to the outside of the inner pants 2 (and the outer pants 1), and the odor of the excrement will not leak to the outside of the inner pants 2 (and the outer pants 1).

(Connection between inner and outer pants)

The inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3 are connected to each other. Specifically, the lower edge of the waist elastic band 35 is sewn together with the upper edge of the outer pants 3 and the upper edge of the inner pants 2.

That is, with the inner pants 2 placed inside the outer pants 3, the lower edge of the waist elastic band 35, the upper edges of the front crotch 31, the right front part 32R, the left front part 32L and the outer back part 33 of the outer pants 3, and the upper edges of the front part 21, the back part 22, the right side part 25R and the left side part 25L of the inner pants 2 are overlapped from the outside and sewn together at the ring seam 39 (in addition, the right front part 32R, the left front part 32L and the outer back part 33 are integrally formed of a piece of fabric).

That is, in the example shown in the figure, the inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3 are sewn and connected only at the upper edge of these inner pants 2 and the outer pants 3, that is, at the lower end of the waist elastic band 35. In this way, the inner pants 2 can be pulled out from the outer pants 3 and dried in the state of unfolding. However, for example, the right leg opening 5R and the left leg opening 5L of the inner pants 2 can also be connected to any part of the right front part 32R, the left front part 32L and the outer rear part 33 of the outer pants 3.

(Inner crotch of pants)

Figure 13 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the structure of the crotch portion 6 mounting portion of the inner pants 2 of the underwear 1 in this embodiment.

When wearing the underwear 1, the crotch 6 is arranged (in other words, spans) from the front side (specifically, the lower abdomen, the position below the navel) to the back side (specifically, the buttocks, the coccyx position, and the sacrum position) of the wearer. The crotch 6 is installed on the inner side of the front part 21 and the back part 22 (composed of a piece of fabric as a whole) (i.e., the side of the underwear 1 that contacts the wearer's skin when worn).

The structure of the crotch portion 6 is to absorb the excrement discharged into the inner pants 2 when the wearer of the underwear 1 accidentally urinates or defecates. Specifically, when the underwear 1 is worn, the crotch portion 6 is configured to cover the wearer's lower abdomen (specifically, the position below the navel) to the buttocks (specifically, the coccyx position, the sacrum position), and in particular functions as a mechanism for absorbing liquid excrement (specifically, urine, soft stool, etc.).

The crotch 6 is composed of a two-layer structure. Moreover, the crotch 6 mounting portion of the inner pants 2, together with the inner pants 2 (specifically, the front part 21 and the back part 22 and the layer that ensures waterproofing) and the outer pants 3, together form a five-layer structure.

Specifically, the crotch portion 6 is composed of a two-layer structure of a water absorption diffusion layer 61 and a water absorption layer 62 in sequence from the inner side (i.e., the side that contacts the wearer's skin when the underwear 1 is worn and the side that faces the wearer's skin).

Here, the front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2 (composed of a piece of fabric as a whole) can be made of, for example, cotton stretch fabric, and polyurethane is coated on the outer side of the fabric to form a waterproof layer.

Therefore, the crotch 6 installation part is composed of a five-layer structure consisting of the water absorption diffusion layer 61 and the water absorption layer 62 of the crotch 6, the fabric of the front part 21 and the back part 22 of the inner pants 2 (composed of a piece of fabric as a whole) (symbol 20a in Figure 13) and the polyurethane coating layer (symbol 20b in the same figure) as a waterproof layer, and the outer pants 3 (specifically, the front crotch 31, etc.) from the inside (i.e. the side that contacts the wearer's skin when the underwear 1 is worn).

The water-absorbing and diffusing layer 61 is made of a fabric having water-absorbing and diffusing properties (in other words, quick-drying properties) or a fabric having water-absorbing and diffusing properties after processing. For example, a 100% cotton knitted fabric can be used to form the water-absorbing and diffusing layer 61.

The water-absorbing layer 62 is made of cloth or sheet material with water absorption, or cloth or sheet material with water absorption after processing. For example, a felt water-absorbing sheet (especially water-absorbing) made of 100% rayon can be used to form the water-absorbing layer 62. The thickness of the water-absorbing layer 62 (such as a felt sheet) is not limited to a specific value, for example, it can be set to more than 2 mm and less than 4 mm, about 3 mm.

The groin 6 is provided with a waterproof structure and a water-stopping structure across the entire circumference (in other words, it has a waterproof and water-stopping structure). Specifically, as a waterproof and water-stopping structure, the groin 6 has a waterproof seam 64 surrounding its circumference (see FIG. 14 ).

In the illustrated example, the waterproof seams 64 of the crotch 6 on the back 22 side of the inner pants 2 include the waterproof seams on the right side 25R (symbol 64a) and the waterproof seams on the left side 25L (symbol 64b) extending to the waist elastic band 35. However, these waterproof seams (symbol 64a and 64b) do not have to extend to the waist elastic band 35.

In the waterproof seam portion 64, for example, the waterproof seam tape can be arranged in a state of being folded in half along the length direction of the waterproof seam tape in a manner of wrapping the end of the rib portion 6 (specifically, the state where the water absorption diffusion layer 61 and the water absorption layer 62 overlap). Then, these folded waterproof seams are sewn together with the end of the rib portion 6.

The waterproof seam 64 may also use a strip of fabric (e.g., ribbed fabric) that has been waterproofed on at least one side. For example, polyurethane may be coated on at least one side of the strip of fabric to ensure waterproofing. In addition, if a strip of fabric that has been waterproofed on only one side is used as the waterproof seam 64, the waterproof surface 64f should face inward and be folded in half along the long side of the strip of fabric so that the strip of fabric is attached to sandwich and frame the end of the groin 6 (specifically, the state where the water absorption and diffusion layer 61 and the water absorption layer 62 overlap). Then, the folded strip of fabric is sewn together with the end of the groin 6.

In the example shown in the figure, the connection portion (referred to as "right pant leg connection portion 23R") between the front portion 21 and the back portion 22 (which are formed as a whole by a piece of fabric) and the right pant leg opening portion 5R is connected to the crotch portion 6 (specifically, the state where the water absorption diffusion layer 61 and the water absorption layer 62 overlap) through the portion (symbol 64c) near the right pant leg connection portion 23R in the waterproof seam portion 64. The ends of the front part 21 and the back part 22 (specifically, the fabric 20a and the waterproof layer 20b) corresponding to the right leg connection part 23R, and the right leg opening 5R (specifically, the overlapping state of the leg water-absorbent layer 51, the moisture-absorbent breathable layer 52 and the waterproof layer 53) are sewn together (see Figure 15).

In the example shown in the figure, the crotch 6 (specifically, the overlapping state of the water absorption diffusion layer 61 and the water absorption layer 62) is connected to the left leg opening 5L (referred to as the "left leg connection part 23L") through the part of the waterproof seam 64 near the left leg connection part 23L (the symbol 64d part). The ends of the left trouser leg, the ends of the front part 21 and the back part 22 (specifically, the fabric 20a and the waterproof layer 20b) corresponding to the left trouser leg connection part 23L, and the ends of the left trouser leg opening 5L (specifically, the overlapping state of the trouser leg water-absorbing layer 51, the moisture-absorbing and breathable layer 52 and the waterproof layer 53) corresponding to the left trouser leg connection part 23L are sewn together (see Figure 15).

The structure with the waterproof seam 64 prevents the moisture (specifically, liquid excrement such as urine and soft stool) absorbed by the crotch 6 (especially the water-absorbing layer 62) from penetrating to the outside of the crotch 6, and further prevents the moisture from penetrating to the outside of the inner pants 2 (and further to the underwear 1).

The waterproof seam 64 of the crotch 6 is sewn to the inner side (i.e., the side that contacts the wearer's skin when the underwear 1 is worn) of the front part 21 and the back part 22 (which are made of a piece of fabric) of the inner pants 2 (specifically through herringbone sewing (sawtooth stitch); symbol 65 in the example shown).

(Effect)

According to the underwear 1 in the embodiment, since the crotch portion 6 installed on the inner surface of the inner pants 2 has an all-round waterproof structure, it can prevent urine or feces from leaking to the outside, and can block odor from leaking out, so that accidental urination or defecation will not cause odor to leak to the outside of the underwear.

In addition, according to the underwear 1 in the embodiment, the right leg opening 5R installed at the lower right end of the inner pants 2 and the left leg opening 5L installed at the lower left end are tightly fitted around the wearer's thigh, so that urine or feces can be better prevented from leaking to the outside and odor can be blocked from leaking out, so that accidental urination or defecation will not cause odor to leak to the outside of the underwear.

Claims (11)

A pair of underwear, comprising: an outer pair of underwear and an inner pair of underwear arranged on the inner side of the outer pair of underwear, wherein a crotch portion having a water-absorbing layer is installed on an inner side surface of the inner pair of underwear, and a waterproof structure is provided around the entire periphery of the crotch portion. The underwear as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the outer pants and the inner pants are connected to each other only at the upper edge of the outer pants and the upper edge of the inner pants by sewing together an upper edge of the outer pants, an upper edge of the inner pants and a lower edge of a waist elastic band. The underwear as described in claim 1, wherein, the inner pants have a front part and a back part, a side part is provided between the front part and the back part on the left and right sides of the inner pants, the outer sides of the front part and the back part have a waterproof function, and the side part is formed of a stretchable fabric. The underwear as described in claim 1, wherein, a right lower end portion and a left lower end portion of the inner pants are respectively provided with a trouser leg opening, and the opening side edge of the trouser leg opening has a waterproof structure. The underwear as claimed in claim 1, wherein, a right lower end portion and a left lower end portion of the inner pants are respectively provided with a trouser cuff, the trouser cuff tightly fits around a thigh of a wearer, and an outer side surface of the trouser cuff has a waterproof function. The underwear as described in claim 1, wherein the waterproof structure of the crotch portion is constructed by: using a fabric that is waterproofed on at least one side and formed into a strip, and folding the fabric in half along the long side of the strip so that the waterproofed side is located on the inner side, and the fabric in this state is attached and sewn in a manner that clamps and frames one end of the crotch portion. The underwear as described in claim 1, wherein, the inner pants have a front part and a back part, a right lower end and a left lower end of the front part and the back part are respectively provided with a trouser cuff, the waterproof structure of the crotch part, the part near the connection between the front part and the back part and the trouser cuff is constructed by: using a fabric which is waterproofed on at least one side and formed into a strip, folding the fabric in half along the long side direction of the strip so that the waterproofed side is located on the inside, and making the fabric in this state be attached and sewn in a manner of sandwiching and framing one end of the crotch part, the ends of the front part and the back part, and one end of the trouser cuff. The underwear as described in claim 4, wherein the waterproof structure of the crotch portion is constructed by: using a fabric that is waterproofed on at least one side and formed into a strip, and folding the fabric in half along the long side of the strip so that the waterproofed side is located on the inner side, and the fabric in this state is attached and sewn in a manner that clamps and frames one end of the opening side of the crotch portion.
