藉由操作總成35的上述結構,使用者撥轉一調整撥盤39時會帶動對應的進退件(螺桿)42同步旋轉,因為進退件42保持與前述握桿37端部的螺管件371螺合,所以進退件42在環繞自身軸線旋轉的同時,還會相對於前述握桿37及殼座38沿長度方向位移。依據進退件22往外側方向位移的程度,會先螺穿前述殼座38外側面的螺管件389,再依序穿入(螺入)第一、第二、第三、第四主配重件331、332、333、334的穿孔338。與前一較佳實施例基本相同,調整撥盤39每旋轉一單位角度,進退件42即被帶動沿長度方向位移一單位距離,具體而言,在第一至第四段位,進退件42尚未穿入任何主配重件;在第五至第八段位,進退件42穿入第一主配重件331的穿孔338的四分之一、一半、四分之三或全部長度;在第九至第十段位,進退件42貫穿第一主配重件331,並且穿入第二主配重件332的穿孔338的一半或全部長度,依此類推。值得一提的是,在本實施例中,當進退件42位移到最外側的位置時,外端會穿出第四主配重件334的穿孔338。

請參閱圖19、圖21及圖22,各前述調整撥盤39的內側面外緣部位設有沿著圓周等間設置的若干齒片397,各齒片397沿前述長度方向凸伸,相鄰二齒片397之間具有預定寬度的空缺。各殼座38的內部還設有一可沿著輔架386的導槽388上下滑動的升降件48,前述升降件48位在調整撥盤39的內側,並且被二壓縮彈簧49往調整撥盤39的底緣方向推抵。當操作總成35以預定方式置放在置放座31上時,置放座31預設的解鎖片315會經由殼座38底部預設的解鎖孔384相對往上伸入殼座38內部,並且以其頂端的水平彎折316將前述升降件48往上推頂,如圖21所示。此時如果撥轉調整撥盤39,沿圓周旋轉的該等齒片397會繞過前述水平彎折316的下方,不會阻礙調整動作。在可進行調整的狀態下,如果調整撥盤39沒有準確地位在對應一調整段位的預定角位置,則其中一齒片397會擋在前述解鎖片315的水平彎折316的下方,使調整撥盤39與解鎖片315無法沿上下方向相對分離,換言之,操作總成35無法往上離開置放座31。反之,如果調整撥盤39位在對應一調整段位的預定角位置,則是二前述齒片397之間的空缺位在前述水平彎折316的正下方,允許操作總成35往上離開置放座31。如圖22所示,在操作總成35離開置放座31時,前述升降件48會
