Abstract

According to the present invention, a method for providing delivery-related information and an electronic device thereof are disclosed, which include the following steps: confirming the delivery destination assigned to the delivery person; confirming the entry information of the above-mentioned delivery destination; and providing a first page including a first icon and a second icon, wherein the first icon is provided to a location on a map corresponding to the above-mentioned entry information, and the second icon is related to the delivery reminder information corresponding to the above-mentioned delivery destination.

Description

Delivery related information providing method and electronic device thereof

The present invention relates to a method for providing delivery-related information and an electronic device thereof.

As online ordering of various products, including food, and receiving delivery services becomes more and more popular, fulfilling customer orders faster and more efficiently has become a major factor in determining service reputation.

On the other hand, if the delivery person has no experience in delivering to a specific area, the delivery time will increase and the delivery accuracy will decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the delivery person with useful information related to delivery.

For relevant content, please refer to previous documents such as KR 10-2020-0112265 A or KR 10-1709193 B1.

The present invention aims to provide a method and an electronic device for providing delivery-related information including entry information of the delivery destination and delivery reminder information.

The technical issues to be solved by this embodiment are not limited to the above-mentioned technical issues. Other technical issues can be inferred from the following embodiments.

The disclosed method for providing delivery-related information of one embodiment may include the following steps: confirming the delivery destination assigned to the delivery person; confirming the entry information of the delivery destination; and providing a first page including a first icon and a second icon, wherein the first icon is provided to a location on a map corresponding to the entry information, and the second icon is related to the delivery reminder information corresponding to the delivery destination.

The above-mentioned method for providing delivery-related information may further include: a step of completing the address of the above-mentioned delivery destination.

The step of completing the address of the above-mentioned delivery destination may include the following steps: extracting at least one key value from the text address of the above-mentioned delivery destination; and combining the at least one key value to obtain a completed address; the key value may include at least one of the name of the administrative area, the name of the road, and the name of the building.

The above-mentioned entry information of multiple delivery destinations can be provided, and the complete above-mentioned address can correspond to at least one of the above-mentioned entry information.

The above-mentioned entry information of multiple delivery destinations can be provided, and the above-mentioned first icon can be provided to the location on the map corresponding to the above-mentioned entry information.

A plurality of the above-mentioned delivery destinations and the above-mentioned first icons corresponding thereto may be provided, and the above-mentioned first page may further include the first recommendation information, which is based on the location of the above-mentioned delivery person and recommends the first delivery location in the above-mentioned delivery destination.

The above-mentioned entry information of a plurality of the above-mentioned delivery destinations may be provided, and the above-mentioned first page may further include second recommended information, and the second recommended information is based on the above-mentioned delivery person's transportation method information and recommends entry information suitable for the above-mentioned delivery person in the above-mentioned entry information.

An electronic device for providing delivery-related information of an embodiment disclosed may include: a memory storing at least one command; and a processor confirming the delivery destination assigned to the delivery person based on the at least one command, confirming the entry information of the delivery destination, and providing a first page including a first icon and a second icon, wherein the first icon is provided to a location on a map corresponding to the entry information, and the second icon is related to the delivery reminder information corresponding to the delivery destination.

According to the present invention, the delivery personnel can quickly, accurately and effectively perform delivery by confirming the entrance information of the delivery destination and the delivery reminder information, etc.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented in various types of devices. For example, the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by the electronic device 100 and the delivery terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100. In other words, the electronic device 100 and the delivery terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 can implement the actions of the embodiment of the present invention based on the information providing method implemented by each. On the other hand, the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1 , and can also be implemented in various electronic devices or servers.

The electronic device 100 of various embodiments may be a device that implements wired and wireless communication with the deliveryman terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 and includes a memory with a large unit storage capacity. For example, the electronic device 100 is a cloud device connected to the deliveryman terminal 110. In other words, the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention may also be implemented on the logic device of the cloud device.

The deliveryman terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 in various embodiments may be a device that can be used by service users (more specifically, deliverymen who deliver goods in response to customer requests) such as a desktop personal computer, a tablet computer, or a mobile terminal. In addition, other electronic devices that implement similar functions may be used as the deliveryman terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100.

Various modules for the actions of the embodiments of the present invention may be provided. The module may be a computer code or one or more commands implemented in a manner that enables a physical device (e.g., electronic device 100) that implements the information providing method (or, included in the physical device) to perform a specified action. In other words, the physical device that implements the information providing method stores a plurality of modules in the form of computer codes in a memory, and when executing the plurality of modules stored in the memory, the plurality of modules may enable the physical device to perform the specified actions corresponding to the plurality of modules.

FIG2 is a schematic block diagram of a device for illustrating a method for providing distribution-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2 , the electronic device 100 and the deliveryman terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 may include a communication unit 210, a memory 220, and a processor 230, respectively.

According to the embodiment, the electronic device 100 and the delivery terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 may further include an input unit and an output unit. The input unit and the output unit may be various interfaces or connection ports for receiving user input or outputting information to the user.

The input unit may include an input module, which receives user input from the user. The user input can be implemented in various forms such as key input, touch input, voice input, etc. Examples of input modules that can receive such user input include: a traditional keypad or keyboard, a mouse, a touch sensor that senses the user's touch, a microphone that receives voice signals, a camera that recognizes gestures by image recognition, a proximity sensor including at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor that senses the user's approach, a motion sensor that recognizes user operations by an acceleration sensor or a gyro sensor, and other various forms of input mechanisms that sense or receive various forms of user input. The input module of the embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of the above-listed devices. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented by the following sensors: piezoelectric or electrostatic touch sensors that sense touch by means of a touch panel or touch film mounted on a display panel, and optical touch sensors that sense touch by means of an optical method. In addition, the input module can also be implemented in the form of an input interface (USB (Universal Serial Bus) port, PS (Personal System)/2 port, etc.) that is connected to an external input device that receives user input, but is not a device that senses user input itself.

On the other hand, the output part may include an output module, and the output module may output various information. The output module may include at least one of a display for outputting images, a speaker for outputting sounds, a tactile device for generating vibrations, and other various forms of output mechanisms. In addition, the output module may also be implemented in the form of a port-type output interface connected to the above-mentioned individual output mechanisms. For example, the output module in the form of a display may display text, static images, and dynamic images. The display may include: a liquid crystal display (LCD), a light emitting diode (LED), an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a 3D display, a holographic display, a projector, and at least one of other devices capable of implementing image output functions. Such a display may also be in the form of a touch display that is integrated with a touch sensor of an input module.

The communication unit 210 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, the electronic device 100 and the deliveryman terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 can send and receive information with other devices through the communication unit 210. For example, the electronic device 100 and the deliveryman terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 can use the communication unit 210 to communicate with each other or with other devices.

Here, communication, i.e., the sending and receiving of data, can be realized by wired or wireless. For this purpose, the communication unit 210 can be realized as: a wired communication module connected to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to send and receive data, a short-range communication module using a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) series communication method such as Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) or a WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) series communication method such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc., a satellite communication module using a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS (Global Positioning System), etc., or a combination thereof.

The memory 220 can store various information. The memory 220 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, the memory 220 of the electronic device 100 can store: the operating system (OS) used to drive the electronic device 100, the data used to host the website, or the data related to the program or application (for example, website application) used to generate braille, etc. In addition, the memory 220 can store the modules described above as computer code.

Examples of the memory 220 include: a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), etc. Such a memory 220 may be provided as a built-in type or a removable type.

The processor 230 controls the overall operation of the electronic device 100 and the delivery person terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100. To this end, the processor 230 can perform various information calculations and processing, and control the operation of the components of the electronic device 100. For example, the processor 230 can execute a program or application for providing delivery-related information. The processor 230 can be implemented as a computer or similar device based on hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, the processor 230 can be implemented in the form of a circuit that performs control functions by processing electrical signals, and in terms of software, it can be implemented in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 230. On the other hand, in the following description, when there is no special mention, it can be interpreted that the actions of the electronic device 100 and the delivery terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 are implemented by the control of the processor 230. That is, when executing the module implemented by the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention, it can be interpreted that the module is controlled by the processor 230, so that the electronic device 100 and the delivery terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100 implement the steps of the delivery-related information providing method.

In summary, various embodiments can be implemented by various mechanisms. For example, various embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

In the case of hardware implementation, the methods of various embodiments can be implemented by one or more ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), microcontrollers, microprocessors, etc.

When implemented by firmware or software, the methods of various embodiments may be implemented in the form of modules, programs, or functions to implement the functions or actions described below. For example, the software code may be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory may be located inside or outside the processor and exchange data with the above processor through various known mechanisms.

Below, various embodiments are described in more detail based on the technical ideas described above. The various embodiments described below can apply the above content. For example, the actions, functions, terms, etc. that are not defined in the various embodiments described below can be implemented and described based on the above content.

In the following, various embodiments are described based on the premise that the electronic device 100 implements the steps of the method for providing delivery-related information. According to various embodiments, the electronic device 100 can send and receive information related to the steps of the method for providing delivery-related information with the delivery person terminal 110 linked to the electronic device 100.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are flowcharts for illustrating a method for providing delivery-related information in an electronic device of an embodiment of the present invention. In the following, the electronic device may be a server or a deliveryman terminal that provides services. The deliveryman terminal may implement the method of the embodiment by exchanging information with the server.

Referring to FIG. 3 , in step S310 , the electronic device may confirm the delivery destination assigned to the delivery person. More specifically, in step S310 , the electronic device may confirm the building corresponding to the delivery destination based on the address of the delivery destination. At this time, the minimum unit of the delivery destination may be a building. When the delivery destination is a single residence rather than a multi-family residence, the number of households to be delivered at the delivery destination may be 1 household. When the delivery destination is a multi-family residence or a collective building, the number of households to be delivered at the delivery destination may be more than 2 households. At this time, the collective building may be a public residence (e.g., an apartment, a townhouse, a multi-family residence, a boarding house) or a commercial building. Multiple delivery destinations may be provided. In other words, multiple delivery destinations may be assigned to one delivery person.

In step S320, the electronic device can confirm the entrance information of the delivery destination. More specifically, in step S320, the electronic device can confirm at least one entrance corresponding to the delivery destination among the entrances of the building corresponding to the delivery destination. On the other hand, before step S320, the entrance information can be mapped to the building corresponding to the delivery destination. In other words, in step S320, the electronic device can confirm the entrance information mapped to the building confirmed in step S310.

For example, the entrance information of the delivery destination can be obtained based on the location information of the courier obtained in the existing delivery. More specifically, the entrance information of the delivery destination can be obtained by comparing the location information of the courier terminal of the courier who performs delivery business to a specific address in the existing delivery and the building corresponding to the address. When the entrance information is obtained based on the location information of the courier, the location information of the courier can be obtained by using a satellite communication module such as GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS (Global Positioning System). However, this is only an example, and the present invention is not limited to this. The entrance information of the delivery destination can also be obtained based on other information other than the location information of the courier. As another example, the entry information of the delivery destination can be obtained from an external device connected to the electronic device via the network.

The entrance information of the delivery destination may include the coordinate information of the entrance of the delivery destination. The coordinate information may include latitude information and longitude information. For example, the entrance information of multiple delivery destinations may be provided. In other words, a building may have more than two entrances, and the number of entrances corresponding to the delivery destinations may be more than two.

In step S330, the electronic device may provide a first page including a first icon and a second icon. The delivery person may confirm the first page including the first icon and the second icon through the delivery person terminal.

The first icon may be provided to a location on the map corresponding to the entry information. For example, the first icon may include information on the number of households to be delivered at the delivery destination or information on the number of delivered goods. According to an embodiment, the delivery-related information providing method of the present invention may further include: providing detailed information of the delivery destination and the residents to be delivered corresponding to the input of the first icon.

According to the embodiment, when there is no mapped entrance information for the building corresponding to the delivery destination, the first icon can also be provided to the location on the map corresponding to the center of the building corresponding to the delivery destination. In other words, the electronic device can provide at least one of the building information and the entrance information of the delivery destination to the delivery person.

Furthermore, according to the embodiment, when there is no mapped entrance information for the building corresponding to the delivery destination, a UI (User Interface) without the entrance information can be provided to the delivery person's terminal. Afterwards, a UI that suggests the delivery person to update the entrance information can also be provided to the delivery person's terminal.

The second icon may be associated with useful information of the delivery destination, namely, delivery reminder information. For example, the delivery reminder information may include at least one of information on how to find an entrance, shortcuts, parking methods, guardhouse locations, toilet locations, and temporary delivery locations. When there is at least one or more delivery reminder information corresponding to the delivery destination, the second icon may be selectively exposed. For example, the delivery reminder information may include image information or text information, and the second icon may include image information of any one of the delivery reminder information.

Refer to Figures 5a to 10 for detailed description of the first and second icons on page 1, the information provided corresponding to the input of the first icon, and the delivery reminder information.

Referring to FIG. 4 , the method of providing delivery-related information by an electronic device of an embodiment of the present invention may further include: a step S410 of completing the address of the delivery destination before the above-mentioned step S310 and a step S420 of updating the entry information after step S330.

In step S410, the electronic device can complete the address of the delivery destination. When a customer using the service enters information about the place to receive the delivery, the customer may freely enter the text address in various ways. Therefore, an address completion process is required to convert the text address entered by the customer into an address with a consistent rule such as a road name address. For example, multiple text addresses can correspond to one road name address (i.e., the completed address). Thereafter, in step S310, the electronic device can confirm the delivery destination assigned to the delivery person by using the address completed in step S410.

More specifically, step S410 may include the step of extracting at least one key value from the text address of the delivery destination and the step of combining at least one key value to obtain a corresponding complete address. At this time, for example, the key value may include at least one of the name of an administrative area (e.g., city, county, district, eup, myeon, dong), a road name, and a building name.

According to an embodiment, the delivery-related information providing method of the present invention may further include: after step S420, a step of updating the entry information based on the delivery person's location information obtained from the delivery. In the present invention, updating the entry information refers to adding or modifying the entry information. However, this is only an example, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The step of updating the entry information may also be implemented based on the feedback of the delivery person. According to an embodiment, the step of updating the entry information may be implemented at a predetermined time interval. According to an embodiment, when updating the entry information, the mapping between the building corresponding to the delivery destination and the entry information may also be updated.

FIG. 5a is a diagram for illustrating a page provided by a method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5b is an enlarged diagram for illustrating part A of FIG. 5a (i.e., a delivery destination).

Referring to FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b, the diagram shows the first page 500 on the delivery person's terminal that starts the delivery operation. The first page 500 may include: a map 510, a delivery destination 520 on the map 510, and a first icon 530 provided at a position corresponding to the entrance information of the delivery destination 520. For example, the first icon 530 may be a marker corresponding to the coordinate information of the entrance of the delivery destination 520. The first icon 530 may include the number of households of the delivery target or the number of delivered goods of the delivery destination 520. For example, a number indicating the number of households of the delivery target or the number of delivered goods may be displayed in the first icon 530. By providing the first icon 530 to the position corresponding to the entrance information of the delivery destination 520, the delivery person can quickly confirm the entrance information, thereby enabling the delivery to be carried out quickly, accurately and effectively. That is, it can shorten the delivery time, reduce the possibility of erroneous delivery, and increase the number of households delivered per unit time.

A plurality of delivery destinations 520 and the first icons 530 corresponding thereto may be provided respectively. The delivery destinations 520 and the first icons 530 corresponding thereto may be divided into the first to sixth groups (G1-G6). The first to sixth groups (G1-G6) may be set by the delivery personnel, or may be automatically set by the electronic device based on data, for the convenience of delivery (e.g., confirming the delivery destinations 520 to be delivered in the same time period). For example, the first group G1 may include delivery destinations 520 for which the delivery time period is not recorded, the second group G2 and the third group G3 may include delivery destinations 520 to be delivered in the morning time period, the fourth group G4 and the fifth group G5 may include delivery destinations 520 to be delivered in the afternoon time period, and the sixth group G6 may include delivery destinations 520 for redelivery. The first icons 530 of different groups may be displayed in different ways (e.g., color, texture, pattern). By grouping the delivery destinations 520 and the corresponding first icons 530, the delivery personnel can perform delivery quickly and efficiently.

The first page 500 may further include first recommendation information R1, which recommends the first delivery location in the delivery destination 520 based on the current location of the delivery person. For example, the first recommendation information R1 may be provided in the form of a phrase (e.g., "Recommend first delivery") displayed on the corresponding first icon 530. By providing the first recommendation information R1 on the first page 500, the delivery person can quickly determine the first delivery location, and thus, can set an effective delivery route without taking a detour.

When providing entrance information of a plurality of delivery destinations 520, the first icon 530 may provide locations on a map corresponding to the entrance information. In addition, when providing entrance information of a plurality of delivery destinations 520, the first page 500 may further include second recommended information R2, which is the entrance information suitable for the delivery person in the recommended entrance information. For example, the second recommended information R2 may be determined based on the transportation method information of the delivery person (e.g., walking, vehicle movement). For example, the second recommended information R2 may be provided in the form of a short phrase (e.g., "recommended entrance") displayed on the first icon 530. In FIG. 5b , the delivery destination 520 may have a first entrance _E1 and a second entrance _E2 . In this case, when the delivery person is moving by vehicle, the second recommendation information R2 may be provided to correspond to the first entrance _E1 close to the parking lot entrance P. However, this is only an example, and the present invention is not limited thereto. By providing the second recommendation information R2 to the first page 500, when multiple entrance information is provided, the delivery person can quickly confirm the entrance that is close or easy to find, thereby reducing the delivery time.

The first page 500 may further include third recommendation information R3 that recommends a parking location adjacent to the entrance of the delivery destination 520. The third recommendation information R3 may be provided in the form of a phrase (e.g., "Recommended parking") displayed on an icon showing the parking location. In FIG. 5b, the third recommendation information R3 may be provided in a manner corresponding to a parking lot entrance P near the first entrance _E1 . However, this is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The third recommendation information R3 may be provided in a manner corresponding to any one of parking lots of other buildings adjacent to the delivery destination 520, a public parking lot, and a parking space. By providing the third recommendation information R3 to the first page 500, when the delivery person is moving by vehicle, he can quickly confirm a parking lot that is close or easy to find, thereby reducing the delivery time.

According to the embodiment, the first to third recommendation information R1, R2, R3 of the first page 500 can appear on the first page 500 when a delivery destination 520 is enlarged to a size larger than a specified size according to the input of the enlarged page.

According to an embodiment, the first page 500 may further include additional recommendation information corresponding to other locations such as guard room locations, restroom locations, temporary delivery locations, etc.

Figures 6a and 6b are diagrams used to illustrate the pages provided by the method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 6a and FIG. 6b, the second page 600 on the delivery person's terminal is illustrated, and the second page 600 allows selection of any one of the plurality of first icons 530 described with reference to FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b. In other words, the second page 600 including the first area 610, the second area 620, and the third area 630 can be provided according to the input corresponding to any one of the first icons 530. The second icon 611 provided according to the input corresponding to the selected first icon 530 is described below.

The first area 610 of the second page 600 may include the first icon 530, and the second page 600 is provided to a location corresponding to the map 510, the delivery destination 520 on the map 510, and the entry information of the delivery destination 520 described with reference to Figures 5a and 5b. The first area 610 may further include a second icon 611 displayed on a portion of the map 510. The second icon 611 may be provided to a corner portion of the first area 610 so as not to block the delivery destination 520 and the first icon 530.

When there is at least one delivery reminder information, the second icon 611 may be selectively exposed. A plurality of delivery reminder information may be provided, and the second icon 611 may include image information of any one of the delivery reminder information. The second icon 611 may include the best-rated image information in the delivery reminder information. For example, the second icon 611 may further include a phrase indicating the number 612 of delivery reminder information (e.g., "delivery reminder 16"). The phrase indicating the number 612 of delivery reminder information may be displayed on a portion of the image information of the delivery reminder information. According to the embodiment of FIG. 6b, the second icon 611 may indicate the number 612 of delivery reminder information, and further include a circled number provided to the corner of the image information.

The second area 620 of the second page 600 may include at least one of the address information of the delivery destination corresponding to the selected first icon 530 (e.g., "○○ City □□ District △△ Road"), the number of households to be delivered (e.g., "3 households"), the number of delivered goods (e.g., "5 deliveries, 3 returns"), and the number of delivery reservations (e.g., "checking 2 delivery reservations").

The third area 630 of the second page 600 may include detailed information of the target resident of the delivery destination corresponding to the selected first icon 530. For example, the third area 630 may include at least one of the detailed address information of the target resident (e.g., "No. 1004"), delivery request information (e.g., "in front of the door"), delivery scheduled time information (e.g., "before 7 am"), and delivery product quantity information (e.g., "delivery 2, return 1, completion 0").

The second area 620 and the third area 630 of the second page 600 may be areas provided on the first page 500 described with reference to FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b corresponding to the input of the first icon 530. For example, the second area 620 and the third area 630 of the second page 600 may be a bottom sheet UI that is overlaid on at least a portion of the first page 500.

FIG. 7 is a diagram for illustrating a page provided by a method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 7 , the third page 700 on the delivery person's terminal for selecting any one of the delivery target households is illustrated. In other words, the third page 700 including the first area 710 and the second area 720 may be provided based on the input corresponding to at least a portion of the third area 630 illustrated in reference to FIGS. 6a and 6b .

The first area 710 of the third page 700 may include delivery reminder information 711 and evaluation information 712 for the delivery reminder information 711. For example, the delivery reminder information 711 may include image information 711a and text information 711b. For example, the image information 711a may be an image of the entrance of a building, a guard room, a toilet, a parking lot, a temporary delivery location, surrounding roads, etc. According to an embodiment, the image information 711a may further include graphics (e.g., arrows) or symbols (e.g., "O", "X") to help the delivery person identify (e.g., clearly pointing to the entrance or the direction of movement). The text information 711b may be an explanation of the image information 711a, or it may be a request different from the image information 711a. According to the embodiment, the delivery reminder information 711 may also include only one of the image information 711a and the text information 711b.

The first area 710 may further include evaluation information 712 of the delivery reminder information 711 and an icon 713 for recording the delivery reminder. For example, the delivery person may input a positive evaluation or a negative evaluation for the delivery reminder information 711, and the evaluation information 712 may be changed in accordance with the input.

A plurality of delivery reminder information 711 may be provided. The delivery reminder information 711 may be sequentially displayed on the first area 710 according to the input of scrolling the first area 710.

The order in which the delivery reminder information 711 is displayed on the first area 710 can be determined based on the respective evaluation information 712. More specifically, the order in which the delivery reminder information 711 is displayed on the first area 710 can be determined based on the respective evaluation scores. As an example, the evaluation score can be defined as the difference between the number of positive evaluations and the number of negative evaluations. As another example, the evaluation score can also be defined as only the number of positive evaluations. The first delivery reminder information 711 displayed is the best evaluated (i.e., has the highest evaluation score).

According to the embodiment, the delivery reminder information 711 with more negative evaluations than positive evaluations may not be exposed on the first area 710. In other words, whether the delivery reminder information 711 is exposed or not is determined based on the evaluation score of each delivery reminder information 711.

On the other hand, part of the delivery reminder information 711 may be reminder information of the number of households to be delivered (i.e., resident reminder), and another part thereof may be reminder information of the buildings to be delivered (i.e., building reminder). According to an embodiment, the first area 710 may further include an icon for collecting only reminder information of the residents to be delivered in the delivery reminder information 711 and an icon for collecting only reminder information of the buildings to be delivered in the delivery reminder information 711.

The second area 720 of the third page 700 may include access number information 721 (e.g., "#*1212#"). According to an embodiment, the second area 720 may further include at least one of customer instructions and notes related to delivery.

According to the embodiment, the third page 700 may further include an icon for indicating that the delivery to the target resident has not been completed and an icon for indicating that the delivery to the target resident has been completed.

Figures 8a and 8b are diagrams used to illustrate the pages provided by the method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b, the fourth page 800 on the delivery person's terminal is illustrated, and the fourth page 800 is provided based on the input corresponding to the second icon 611 described with reference to FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b. According to an embodiment, the fourth page 800 may be provided based on the input corresponding to at least a portion of the second area 620 described with reference to FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b. The fourth page 800 may include the first area 810 and the second area 820.

The first area 810 of the fourth page 800 may include an icon for collecting only the prompt information of the delivery target resident in the delivery prompt information 821 and an icon for collecting only the prompt information of the delivery target building in the delivery prompt information 821. For example, the first area 810 may further include an icon for collecting the prompt information pending approval in the delivery prompt information 821. For example, the first area 810 may be a UI in the form of a tap bar.

The second area 820 of the fourth page 800 may include icons 822a, 822b for the delivery reminder information 821 and the evaluation of each of the delivery reminder information 821. The delivery reminder information 821 may be displayed in sequence on the second area 820 according to the input of scrolling the second area 820. The order in which the delivery reminder information 821 is displayed on the second area 820 may be determined based on the respective evaluation information.

Each delivery reminder information 821 may include image information 821a and text information 821b. A portion of the delivery reminder information 821 may include only one of the image information 821a and the text information 821b. The icons 822a and 822b used for evaluating each of the delivery reminder information 821 may include an icon 822a for positive evaluation and an icon 822b for negative evaluation.

For example, the fourth page 800 may further include a check box 830 for collecting only the delivery reminder information 821 including the image information 821a. The check box 830 may change according to the corresponding input. For example, the inside of the check box 830 of FIG. 8a and the inside of the changed check box 830a may be different colors. The inside of the changed check box 830a may include a solid check mark, and the changed check box 830a may indicate that only the delivery reminder information 821 including the image information 821a is collected and displayed in the second area 820.

FIG. 9 is a diagram for illustrating a page provided by a method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 9 , the fifth page 900 on the delivery person's terminal is illustrated, and the fifth page 900 allows selection of any one of the plurality of first icons 530 described with reference to FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b . In other words, the fifth page 900 including the first area 910 and the second area 920 can be provided according to the input corresponding to any one of the first icons 530. According to an embodiment, the fifth page 900 can also be determined according to the input corresponding to the second icon 611 described with reference to FIG. 6a and FIG. 6b .

The first area 910 of the fifth page 900 may include the map 510 described with reference to FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b, the delivery destination 520 on the map 510, and the first icon 530 provided to the location corresponding to the entry information of the delivery destination 520.

The second area 920 of the fifth page 900 may include the address information of the delivery destination corresponding to the selected first icon 530 (e.g., "○○ City □□ District △△ Road"), the exit number information (e.g., "#*1212#"), and the delivery reminder information 921 including image information. The size of the image information of each delivery reminder information 921 of the fifth page 900 may be larger than the size of the image information 711a of each delivery reminder information 711 described with reference to FIG. 7 and the size of the image information 821a of each delivery reminder information 821 described with reference to FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b.

FIG. 10 is a diagram for illustrating a page provided by a method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 10 , the sixth page 1000 on the delivery person's terminal is illustrated, and the sixth page 1000 allows selection of any one of the delivery reminder information 921 illustrated in FIG. 9 . In other words, the sixth page 1000 can be provided based on an input corresponding to any one of the delivery reminder information 921. According to an embodiment, the sixth page 1000 can also be provided based on an input corresponding to the image information 711a of each delivery reminder information 711 illustrated in FIG. 7 or the image information 821a of each delivery reminder information 821 illustrated in FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b .

Page 6 1000 may include delivery reminder information 1010, which includes image information 1010a and text information 1010b. The size of the image information 1010a of the delivery reminder information 1010 of page 6 1000 may be larger than the size of the image information of each delivery reminder information 921 described with reference to FIG. 9 .

According to an embodiment, page 6 1000 may further include an arrow icon for confirming other image information, and may provide image information 1010a of delivery reminder information 1010 and other image information according to the input corresponding to the arrow icon.

According to the present invention, as described with reference to FIGS. 6a to 10, by providing delivery reminder information in various ways, even if the delivery person has no delivery experience in a specific area, he or she can quickly confirm useful information related to delivery, thereby enabling delivery to be carried out quickly, accurately and effectively.

A method for providing delivery-related information, which provides delivery-related information in an electronic device, comprising the following steps: confirming a delivery destination assigned to a delivery person; confirming entry information of the delivery destination; and providing a first page including a first icon, wherein the first icon is provided to a location on a map corresponding to the entry information; and corresponding to the input of the first icon, providing a second page including detailed information of a delivery target household and the delivery destination; wherein the second page includes a first area, wherein the first area includes the map, the delivery destination on the map, the entry information provided to the delivery destination, and the entry information provided to the delivery destination. a first icon corresponding to the location of the delivery destination entrance information, and a second icon related to the delivery reminder information corresponding to the delivery destination; wherein the delivery reminder information includes any image information of the delivery reminder information; and at least one of the image information and text information separated from the image information and related to the request; wherein the second icon is displayed on a portion of the map and includes any image information of the delivery reminder information; wherein the entrance information of the delivery destination is obtained based on the delivery source location information obtained from the existing delivery, and includes the latitude information and longitude information of the entrance of the delivery destination. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 1 further includes: the step of completing the address of the above-mentioned delivery destination. As in the method for providing delivery-related information of claim 2, the step of completing the address of the delivery destination includes the following steps: extracting at least one key value from the text address of the delivery destination; and combining the at least one key value to obtain a completed address; the key value includes at least one of the name of an administrative area, a road name, and a building name. As in the method for providing delivery-related information of claim 2, the above-mentioned entry information of a plurality of the above-mentioned delivery destinations is provided, and the above-mentioned address to be completed corresponds to at least one of the above-mentioned entry information. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 1, wherein the above-mentioned entry information of a plurality of the above-mentioned delivery destinations is provided, and the above-mentioned first icon is provided to the location on the map corresponding to the above-mentioned entry information. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 1, wherein a plurality of delivery destinations and the corresponding first icons are provided, and the first page further includes first recommendation information, which recommends the first delivery location in the delivery destination based on the location of the delivery person. As in the method for providing delivery-related information of claim 1, the above-mentioned entry information of a plurality of the above-mentioned delivery destinations is provided, and the above-mentioned first page further includes second recommended information, and the second recommended information is based on the above-mentioned transportation method information of the above-mentioned delivery person and recommends entry information suitable for the above-mentioned delivery person in the above-mentioned entry information. As in the method for providing delivery-related information of claim 1, the first page further includes third recommendation information, and the third recommendation information is a recommendation for a parking location adjacent to the entrance of the delivery destination. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 1, wherein the first icon includes information on the number of households to be delivered at the delivery destination or information on the number of delivered goods. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 1, wherein the second icon is displayed when there is at least one of the delivery reminder information. As in the method for providing delivery-related information of claim 1, a plurality of the above-mentioned delivery reminder information is provided, and the method further comprises the following steps: corresponding to the input of the above-mentioned second icon, providing the second page including the above-mentioned delivery reminder information listed. An electronic device that provides information related to delivery, comprising: a memory that stores at least one command; and a processor that confirms a delivery destination assigned to a delivery person based on the at least one command, confirms entry information of the delivery destination, provides a first page including a first icon, the first icon is provided to a location on a map corresponding to the entry information; corresponding to the input of the first icon, provides a second page including detailed information of a delivery target resident and the delivery destination; wherein the second page includes a first area, the first area includes the map, the delivery destination on the map, and the delivery destination provided to the delivery person; A first icon corresponding to the location of the entry information of the destination, and a second icon related to the delivery reminder information corresponding to the delivery destination; wherein the delivery reminder information includes any image information of the delivery reminder information; and at least one of the image information and text information separated from the image information and related to the request; wherein the second icon is displayed on a portion of the map and includes any image information of the delivery reminder information; wherein the entry information of the delivery destination is obtained based on the delivery source location information obtained from the existing delivery, and includes the latitude information and longitude information of the entry of the delivery destination.
