Abstract

A quick-release screen door and window and its door and window frame, the door and window frame includes a fixed frame, a retracting rail and two magnetic groups. Quick-release screen doors and windows and their frames

The present invention relates to a door and window, in particular to a quick-detachable screen door and window and a door and window frame.

In addition to being able to block mosquitoes like ordinary flat screen windows, folding screen windows also have the advantage of saving installation space, and are quite popular in the market.

For example, a folding screen window fixing structure disclosed in the Republic of China invention patent publication number TW200537007A includes a hollow outer frame and a folding screen that can be expanded and arranged on the outer frame. A plurality of fixing sleeves are used to penetrate the side of the folding screen and the outer frame, so that the side of the folding screen is fixed to the outer frame, and the folding screen can be expanded or folded. The outer frame has a plurality of openings for the fixing sleeves to penetrate respectively. Each of the fixing sleeves has two wings that can be elastically compressed. When passing through the corresponding openings, the wings are first squeezed and moved closer to each other, and reset after passing through the openings, and the wings are snapped into the outer frame to achieve a fixing effect.

However, the fixing sleeves cannot be separated from the outer frame after installation. If a new gauze net is to be replaced, the outer frame must be removed first, and then the fixing sleeves must be destroyed to remove the folded gauze net. One side of the folding gauze net is arranged on the retracting rail, and the other side can be opened and closed relative to the door and window frame.

The effect of the present invention is that the magnetic attraction of the magnetic attraction groups can be used to directly install or remove the folded yarn net and the retracting rail, so as to achieve the purpose of fixing and quick disassembly, and has the effect of convenient disassembly. Moreover, the magnetic attraction groups are arranged on the retracting rail and one of the side frame bars, so as to avoid the folded yarn net from being damaged during installation. The door and window frame 100 includes a fixed frame 3, a retracting rail 4, and two magnetic attraction groups 5. The fixed frame 3 includes two side frame bars 31 spaced opposite to each other and extending along a top-bottom direction Z, and two rail bars 32 spaced apart in the top-bottom direction Z and connecting the side frame bars 31. Each rail bar 32 extends along a left-right direction X perpendicular to the top-bottom direction Z.

3 to 5 , one of the side frame bars 31 has a frame bar body 311 extending along the top-bottom direction Z, and two side corner seats 312 respectively disposed at the top and bottom ends of the frame bar body 311 and connected to the track bars 32 .

The retracting rail 4 extends along the top-bottom direction Z and is disposed on the fixed frame 3. A portion of the retracting rail 4 is accommodated in the frame bar body 311 and its top-bottom sides are respectively close to the rail bars 32. The retracting rail 4 includes a retracting frame bar 41 extending along the top-bottom direction Z and partially accommodated in the frame bar body 311, and two retracting corner bars 42 respectively inserted into the top-bottom ends of the retracting frame bar 41 and facing the equilateral corner seats 312.

Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6 , the retracting frame strip 41 has a housing 411 and a long slot 412 opening toward the frame strip body 311. Each of the retracting corner strips 42 has a plug-in portion 421 inserted into the long slot 412 of the retracting frame strip 41, and a supporting portion 422 vertically connected to the plug-in portion 421 and resting against the retracting frame strip 41. The plug-in portion 421 has a depression 423 facing the groove 316 of the corresponding side corner seat 312. The supporting portion 422 is for the corner portion 314 of the corresponding side corner seat 312 to rest against.

Referring to Figures 3, 5 and 6, the magnetic groups 5 are respectively hidden at the top and bottom ends of one of the side frame bars 31, and are used to magnetically fix the retracting rail 4 to one of the side frame bars 31. The magnetic groups 5 respectively correspond to the equilateral angle seats 312 and cooperate with the retracting angle bars 42.

Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7 , each of the magnetic attraction groups 5 of the present embodiment includes a magnetic member 51 disposed in the groove 316 of the corresponding side angle seat 312, and a magnetically attracted member 52 disposed in the depression 423 of the corresponding side angle bar 42. Each of the magnetic members 51 of the present embodiment is a strong magnet with a T-shaped cross section, and each of the magnetically attracted members 52 is a rectangular iron sheet and is directly magnetically attracted by the magnetic member 51. In some variations, the groove 316 and the depression 423 may be omitted.

The present invention utilizes the magnetic components 51 of the magnetic attraction group 5 and the magnetically attracted components 52 to attract each other, thereby achieving the purpose of fixing and quick release. At the same time, the magnetic attraction group 5, the side angle seats 312 and the retracting angle bars 42 are all hidden in the fixing frame 3 and the retracting rail 4 and are not exposed, which also has the effect of aesthetics.

In this embodiment, each magnetic member 51 has a T-shaped cross section, so that it can directly contact and magnetically attract the corresponding magnetically attracted member 52, so that the magnetic attraction force is stronger and the positioning effect is better.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 , the folded yarn net 200 can be installed on the door and window frame 100 in an openable and closable manner. The folded yarn net 200 has a fixed side 21 located in the chamber 411 of the retracting frame bar 41 and fixed to the retracting rail 4, and a movable side 22 that can be opened and closed relative to the door and window frame 100. The detailed structure and linkage method of the folded yarn net 200 are prior arts and have many variations. Since those with ordinary knowledge in the art can infer the expanded details based on the above description, no further description is given.

In practice, the folded gauze net 200 is usually combined with the retracting rail 4. When the quick-release gauze door and window is installed for the first time, the combination of the folded gauze net 200 and the retracting rail 4 is placed in the fixed frame 3 at an inclined angle, and the magnetic parts 51 of the magnetic attraction group 5 magnetically attract the magnetically attracted parts 52, and the installation is completed. When the folded gauze net 200 is damaged and needs to be replaced, it is only necessary to pull the combination of the folded gauze net 200 and the retracting rail 4 with force to make the magnetically attracted parts 52 of the magnetic attraction group 5 separate from the magnetic parts 51, and then the combination of the folded gauze net 200 and the retracting rail 4 can be taken out in an inclined manner and replaced with a new one.

The quick-release screen door and window of the present embodiment is a single-opening folding screen door and window, but it can also be a double-opening folding screen door and window, or other types of screen doors and windows, as long as the number of the retracting rails 4 and the magnetic suction group 5 is appropriately increased.

It should be noted that in other embodiments, the positions of each magnetic component 51 and the corresponding magnetically attracted component 52 can be interchanged, that is, the magnetic component 51 is fixed to the retracting corner strip 42, and the magnetically attracted component 52 is fixed to the edge corner seat 312, which can also achieve the effect of magnetic quick release.

In summary, the present invention utilizes the magnetic attraction of the magnetic attraction groups 5 to directly install or remove the folded yarn net 200 and the retracting rail 4, achieving the purpose of fixing and quick disassembly, and having the effect of convenient disassembly. Moreover, the magnetic attraction groups 5 are arranged on the retracting rail 4 and the one side frame bar 31, which can prevent the folded yarn net 200 from being damaged during installation. At the same time, the magnetic attraction groups 5 of the present invention are hidden in the top and bottom ends of the one side frame bar 31 and are not exposed, and also have the effect of aesthetics, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

A door and window frame for a quick-release screen door and window comprises: a fixed frame, including two side frame bars that are spaced opposite to each other and extend in a top-bottom direction, and two track bars that are spaced in the top-bottom direction and connect the side frame bars; a retracting rail that extends in the top-bottom direction and is arranged on the fixed frame, a part of the retracting rail is accommodated in one of the side frame bars and its top and bottom sides are respectively close to the track bars; and two magnetic suction groups that are respectively hidden in the top and bottom ends of one of the side frame bars and are used to magnetically fix the retracting rail to one of the side frame bars. Each magnetic attraction group includes a magnetic member and a magnetically attracted member magnetically attracted by the magnetic member, wherein one of the side vertical frame bars has a frame bar body extending along the top and bottom direction, and two side angle seats respectively arranged at the top and bottom ends of the frame bar body and connected to the track bars, and the magnetic members of the magnetic attraction groups are respectively arranged on the equal side angle seats, and the retracting track includes a retracting frame bar extending along the top and bottom direction, and two retracting angle bars respectively inserted into the top and bottom ends of the retracting frame bar, and the magnetically attracted members of the magnetic attraction groups are respectively arranged on the retracting angle bars. The door and window frame of the quick-detachable screen door and window as described in claim 1, wherein each of the edge corner seats has a vertical frame section extending along the top and bottom direction and inserted into the frame strip body, a corner portion connected to the vertical frame section, and a track section connected to the corner portion and inserted into the corresponding track strip along a left-right direction perpendicular to the top and bottom direction, and the vertical frame section has a groove for the corresponding magnetic member to be arranged. The door and window frame of the quick-detachable screen door and window as described in claim 1, wherein each of the retracting corner strips has a plug-in portion inserted into the retracting frame strip, and a resting portion connected to the plug-in portion and resting against the retracting frame strip, and the plug-in portion has a recess for the corresponding magnetically attracted member to be arranged. The door and window frame of the quick-release screen door and window as described in claim 1, wherein each of the magnetic parts is a strong magnet and each of the magnetically attracted parts is an iron sheet. The door and window frame of the quick-detachable screen door and window as described in claim 1, wherein each of the edge corner seats has a vertical frame section extending along the top and bottom direction and inserted into the frame bar body, a corner portion connected to the vertical frame section, and a track section connected to the corner portion and inserted into the corresponding track bar along a left-right direction perpendicular to the top and bottom direction, the vertical frame section has a groove for the corresponding magnetic member to be arranged, each of the retracting corner bars has a plug-in portion inserted into the retracting frame bar, and a supporting portion connected to the plug-in portion and resting on the retracting frame bar, the plug-in portion has a depression for the corresponding magnetic member to be arranged. A quick-release screen door and window, comprising: a door and window frame of the quick-release screen door and window as described in claim 1; and a folding screen, one side of which is arranged on the retracting rail, and the other side can be opened and closed relative to the door and window frame. As described in claim 6, the quick-release screen door and window, wherein each of the edge corner seats has a vertical frame section extending along the top and bottom direction and inserted into the frame bar body, a corner portion connected to the vertical frame section, and a track section connected to the corner portion and inserted into the corresponding track bar along a left-right direction perpendicular to the top and bottom direction, and the vertical frame section has a groove for the corresponding magnetic member to be arranged. As described in claim 6, the quick-release screen door and window, wherein each of the magnetic parts is a strong magnet, and each of the magnetically attracted parts is an iron sheet.
