Abstract

A razor includes a handle, a blade cartridge, and a counterweight portion. The handle forms a hollow area. The blade cartridge is connected to the handle. The counterweight portion is movably disposed in the hollow area. The counterweight portion is used to be moved closer to or away from the blade cartridge.

Description

Shaving razor

The present invention relates to a razor, in particular to a razor with an adjustable center of gravity.

In order to provide users with a good grip when shaving, the handle of a current manual razor needs to be designed to have a certain weight. For example, the handle of a razor can be a solid metal part; or, the handle of a razor can be a plastic part, but a weight block is added inside the handle to maintain the grip.

However, regardless of the handle design, the center of gravity of current razors is fixed. Different users have different shaving habits and holding postures. However, razors are often used after purchase, and users cannot immediately feel whether the razor is suitable for them. When users get a razor with an inappropriate center of gravity, they may need to change their shaving habits or shave in an uncomfortable posture, which will lead to a poor user experience and waste of money.

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a razor capable of adjusting the structural center of gravity to achieve a better user experience in view of the shortcomings of the prior art.

In order to solve the above technical problems, one of the technical solutions adopted by the present invention is to provide a razor, which includes a handle, a blade box and a counterweight. The handle forms a basket empty area. The blade box is connected to the handle. The counterweight is movably arranged in the basket empty area. The counterweight is used to be moved to be close to or away from the blade box.

One of the beneficial effects of the present invention is that the razor provided by the present invention can, through the technical solutions of "the handle forms a basket empty area, and the counterweight part is movably arranged in the basket empty area" and "the counterweight part is used to be moved to be close to or away from the blade box", allow the user to adjust the overall center of gravity of the razor by moving the position of the counterweight part on the handle, thereby holding the razor in a more comfortable gesture for shaving.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , an embodiment of the present invention provides a razor D, which includes a handle 1, a blade case 2, and a counterweight 3. For example, the razor D of the present invention is a manual razor with replaceable blades, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The blade case 2 is connected to the handle 1, and the blade case 2 is provided with a blade 21. The handle 1 forms a basket empty area 11, and the counterweight 3 is movably disposed in the basket empty area 11.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the handle 1 is provided with a slide rail 12 in the basket space 11. Specifically, the slide rail 12 includes a first slide rail 12A and a second slide rail 12B. The first slide rail 12A has a first positioning groove 121 and a second positioning groove 122. The counterweight portion 3 is disposed on the slide rail 12, i.e., between the first slide rail 12A and the second slide rail 12B, and moves along the slide rail 12. Thereby, the counterweight portion 3 can be moved to be close to or away from the blade case 2. For example, when the counterweight portion 3 moves from the position of the first positioning groove 121 to the position of the second positioning groove 122, the counterweight portion 3 is close to the blade case 2; conversely, when the counterweight portion 3 moves from the position of the second positioning groove 122 to the position of the first positioning groove 121, the counterweight portion 3 is away from the blade case 2.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , the counterweight part 3 includes a housing 31, a spring sheet 32, and a plurality of counterweight blocks 33. The housing 31 has a receiving chamber C inside, and the spring sheet 32 and the plurality of counterweight blocks 33 are disposed in the receiving chamber C. In other words, the handle 1 and the counterweight part 3 together form a handle assembly. The present invention arranges a plurality of counterweight blocks 33 inside the counterweight part 3 so that the center of gravity of the handle assembly can be concentrated on the counterweight part 3. Thus, when the user holds the razor D of the present invention to shave, the user can adjust the counterweight part 3, that is, the center of gravity position of the handle assembly, according to different holding postures to improve the comfort of the grip and achieve a better shaving experience.

Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7 , the spring sheet 32 may be, for example, an elastic metal sheet, which is bent to form a convex portion 321 and two wing portions 322. The contour of the convex portion 321 is arc-shaped, and the two wing portions 322 are connected to the two sides of the convex portion 321. When the counterweight 3 is movably disposed on the slide rail 12, the convex portion 321 can be engaged in the first positioning groove 121 or the second positioning groove 122, so that the counterweight 3 is fixed at the position of the first positioning groove 121 or the position of the second positioning groove 122, and at this time, the two wing portions 322 are against the second slide rail 12B. For example, as shown in FIG. 7 , the counterweight 3 moves to the position of the first positioning groove 121. At this time, the spring sheet 32 uses its own elastic restoring force to make the protrusion 321 engage in the first positioning groove 121, so as to fix the counterweight 3 at the position of the first positioning groove 121, thereby preventing the counterweight 3 (i.e., the center of gravity of the handle assembly) from being randomly displaced when the user holds the razor D with different gestures. When the counterweight 3 is to leave the position of the first positioning groove 121, the protrusion 321 can be smoothly separated from the first positioning groove 121 by the elastic deformation of the spring sheet 32 and the arc-shaped contour of the protrusion 321.

As shown in FIG5 , the counterweight part 3 further includes a plurality of screw members 34, and the housing 31 includes a first housing portion 311 and a second housing portion 312. Specifically, the first housing portion 311 and the second housing portion 312 are assembled with each other, and a receiving chamber C is formed between the first housing portion 311 and the second housing portion 312. The first housing portion 311 is provided with a plurality of screw posts (or boss posts) 35, and the second housing portion 312 is provided with a plurality of through holes H. During the assembly of the handle assembly, the plurality of screws 35 of the first housing portion 311 are first passed through the hollow area 11 of the handle 1, and then the spring sheet 32 and the counterweight 33 are successively placed in the first housing portion 311. Finally, the second housing portion 312 is assembled to the first housing portion 311, and the plurality of screws 34 are respectively passed through the plurality of through holes H and respectively inserted into the plurality of screws 35, so as to lock the first housing portion 311 and the second housing portion 312 together.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 , the first housing portion 311 further includes a plurality of limiting posts 36. The plurality of limiting posts 36 can limit the position of the spring sheet 32 to prevent it from being displaced arbitrarily. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the screw posts 35 and the limiting posts 36 are both two, but the present invention is not limited thereto. When the spring sheet 32 is disposed inside the housing 31, the protrusion 321 is located between the two limiting posts 36, and the two wings 322 are located below the two screw posts 35. In other words, the spring sheet 32, the two screw posts 35 and the two limiting posts 36 together evenly divide the accommodating chamber C (see FIG. 4 ) into a plurality of limiting areas, such as the three limiting areas R1, R2 and R3 in FIG. 6 . In addition, in the present invention, the counterweight portion 3 includes three counterweight blocks 33, and the three counterweight blocks 33 are respectively arranged in the three limiting regions R1-R3. Thus, the present invention can evenly arrange the three counterweight blocks 33 in the accommodating cavity C, so that the weight of the three counterweight blocks 33 is evenly distributed in the counterweight portion 3, rather than being concentrated in a certain position of the counterweight portion 3.

In addition, as shown in FIG4 and FIG5, the counterweight part 3 further includes two decorative plates 37, which are arranged on the outer sides of the first shell part 311 and the second shell part 312. The decorative plates 37 can cover the through hole H of the second shell part 312 to improve the overall aesthetics, and the texture of the decorative plates 37 itself can also increase friction, making it easier for the user to move the counterweight part 3.

[Beneficial Effects of Embodiments]

One of the beneficial effects of the present invention is that the razor D provided by the present invention can, through the technical solutions of "the handle 1 forms a basket empty area 11, and the counterweight part 3 is movably arranged in the basket empty area 11" and "the counterweight part 3 is used to be moved to approach or move away from the blade box 2", allow the counterweight part 3 to move in the cavity of the handle 1 of the razor D to change the center of gravity. The user can adjust the overall center of gravity of the razor D by moving the position of the counterweight part 3 on the handle 1, so that the razor D can be held in a more comfortable gesture for shaving.

Specifically, the handle 1 and the weight portion 3 together form a handle assembly. The present invention provides a plurality of weight blocks 33 inside the weight portion 3, so that the center of gravity of the handle assembly can be concentrated on the weight portion 3. Thus, when the user holds the razor D of the present invention to shave, the weight portion 3, i.e., the center of gravity of the handle assembly, can be adjusted according to different holding postures to improve the comfort of the grip and achieve a better shaving experience.

Claims (7)

A razor comprises: A handle forming a basket empty area, a slide rail is arranged in the basket empty area, and the slide rail has a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove; A blade box connected to the handle; and A counterweight part is movably arranged on the slide rail in the basket empty area, the counterweight part is used to be operated to move along the slide rail to approach or move away from the blade box, and the counterweight part includes a spring sheet, which is bent to form a convex part; Wherein, when the counterweight part is at the position of the first positioning groove or the position of the second positioning groove, the convex part is engaged in the first positioning groove or the second positioning groove, so that the counterweight part is fixed at the position of the first positioning groove or the position of the second positioning groove. A razor as described in claim 1, wherein when the counterweight portion moves from the position of the first positioning slot to the position of the second positioning slot, the counterweight portion is close to the blade magazine; when the counterweight portion moves from the position of the second positioning slot to the position of the first positioning slot, the counterweight portion is far away from the blade magazine. A razor as described in claim 1, wherein the counterweight portion includes a shell, a spring sheet and a plurality of counterweight blocks, the shell has a receiving cavity inside, and the spring sheet and the plurality of counterweight blocks are disposed in the receiving cavity. A razor as described in claim 3, wherein a plurality of the counterweight blocks are evenly arranged in the accommodating cavity. A razor as described in claim 3, wherein the interior of the shell includes a plurality of screw columns and a plurality of limit columns, the spring sheet and the plurality of screw columns and the plurality of limit columns together evenly divide the internal space of the accommodating cavity into a plurality of limit areas, and the plurality of counterweight blocks are respectively arranged in the plurality of limit areas. A razor as described in claim 3, wherein the counterweight portion further includes a plurality of screw components, and the shell includes a first shell portion and a second shell portion, the first shell portion is provided with a plurality of screw posts, and the second shell portion is provided with a plurality of through holes; wherein, when the first shell portion and the second shell portion are assembled with each other, the plurality of screw components respectively pass through the plurality of through holes and are respectively inserted into the plurality of screw posts. A razor as described in claim 6, wherein the counterweight portion further includes a plurality of decorative panels, which are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the first shell portion and the second shell portion.
