Claims (9)

一種凹版印刷機之印刷方法,係包括有一印刷裝置及一輸送平台,並依據下列步驟實施:(A01)將該輸送平台之作業基座一側之吸風平台上設置一陶瓷胚片;(A02)將該印刷裝置之印刷滾輪連接的滾動部嚙合於該作業基座表面之複數齒排上;(A03)將該印刷裝置之供墨設備的墨水座推底至該印刷滾輪表面形成一墨槽,在藉由一供墨部輸送金屬油墨至該墨槽內,並於該墨水座下方設置有一回收模組;(A04)啟動凹版印刷機,令該印刷滾輪隨著該滾動部進行轉動,而該印刷滾輪表面凹設的複數印刷槽為經過該墨水座後會將該金屬油墨填充至該些印刷槽內;(A05)該吸風平台內設有的複數齒輪為隨著該些齒排帶動該吸風平台向該印刷滾輪移動,進而經由加壓的方式將該金屬油墨印至該吸風平台上的陶瓷胚片表面;(A06)該印刷滾輪為繼續轉動至該回收模組,並經由該回收模組回收該印刷滾輪表面殘餘的該金屬油墨,即可完成凹版印刷機之印刷。 A printing method for a gravure printing machine includes a printing device and a conveying platform, and is implemented according to the following steps: (A01) a ceramic blank is arranged on a suction platform on one side of a working base of the conveying platform; (A02) a rolling part connected to a printing roller of the printing device is engaged with a plurality of gears on the surface of the working base; (A03) an ink holder of an ink supply device of the printing device is pushed to the bottom to form an ink groove on the surface of the printing roller, metallic ink is conveyed into the ink groove by an ink supply part, and a recovery module is arranged below the ink holder; (A04) the gravure printing machine is started.
