Abstract

A shoe insole with the function of correcting O-shaped feet. The shoe 1 is characterized in that it includes a sole 11 for supporting the foot and a vamp fixed to the outer periphery of the sole 11 and covering at least the foot supported by the sole 11. The sole 11 has a step 11a formed at a portion opposite to at least the middle toe, the ring toe, the little toe and their roots of the user's foot and a portion of the transverse head of the adductor hallucis muscle located near the heel relative to the roots, and a front strap portion 20 vertically arranged between the roots of the big toe and the index toe of the user and extending in the up-down direction.

Description

Insoles

The present invention relates to an insole for a shoe.

It is widely known that there are so-called health-promoting straw sandals or sandals that have protrusions on the soles of the feet to stimulate the acupuncture points on the soles while walking, or that make the soles of the feet tilt horizontally to correct O-shaped feet or X-shaped feet.

This known technology is described in Patent Document 1. Patent Document 1 describes a pair of healthy sandals, in which the front end of the nose strap is set at two locations so as to clamp the index toe, with the big toe, middle toe, ring toe and little toe forming a pair of three, and the top of the index toe is raised by about 2 to 5 mm. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in recent years, shoes are expected to have health-promoting functions. For example, in order to make the O-shaped feet less noticeable, shoes with the function of correcting O-shaped feet are expected.

The present invention is in response to such expectations, and its purpose is to provide a shoe insole that has the function of correcting O-shaped feet. [Technical means for solving the problem]

In order to achieve the aforementioned object, the present invention has the following structure.

(1): A shoe insole is provided inside a shoe, and is characterized by comprising: a first cut-off portion, which is a portion opposite to at least the middle toe, the ring toe, the little toe and the root portions thereof of the user's foot and the portion of the transverse head of the adductor hallucis muscle located near the root portion and close to the heel, and a portion of the insole is provided at the point where the sole of the foot is divided into a toe side and a heel side near the arch of the foot and the toe side is further divided into an inner half of the big toe side and an outer half of the little toe side; In the case of a part, the first cut-off part is formed at a part opposite to the outer half; the hole part is formed at a part opposite to a part between the root part of the user's big toe and the root part of the index toe; and the front strap part is rod-shaped and detachably fitted into the hole part and uprightly arranged at a part between the root part of the user's big toe and the root part of the index toe, and extends in the up-and-down direction sandwiched between the user's big toe and the index toe.

According to (1), when a user walks in a shoe provided with the insole of the present invention, the toe side and outer side of the sole of the foot are separated from the inner surface of the shoe, so the user's body weight is concentrated on the inner side of the sole of the user. In this way, the center of gravity of the user's foot can be corrected inward, and if the user has an O-shaped foot, the distance between the user's knees can be reduced. Furthermore, by sandwiching the front strap between the user's big toe and middle toe, the big toe, middle toe and the vicinity of the root become difficult to separate from the midsole of the shoe. In this way, the outer side area of the user's sole including the little toe and the vicinity of the root can be stably opposed to the surface of the sole of the shoe that is lowered by the step difference.

(2): In (1), further comprising a second cutout portion formed at a location opposite to the heel of the user.

According to (2), when a user walks in a shoe equipped with the insole of the present invention, the heel of the sole is separated from the inner surface of the shoe, so the user's weight is more concentrated on the inner side of the sole. In this way, the center of gravity of the user's foot can be corrected inward, and if the user has an O-shaped foot, the distance between the user's knees can be reduced. According to the present invention, a shoe insole having the function of correcting O-shaped feet can be provided.

The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

FIG1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a shoe 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG2 is a side view of FIG1. The shoe 1 is a so-called indoor shoe, and includes a vamp 10 and a sole 11. In addition, FIG1 and FIG2 show the shoe 1 worn on the left foot of the user, and the shoe 1 worn on the right foot is bilaterally symmetrical with the shoe 1 worn on the left foot, so the detailed description of the shoe 1 worn on the right foot is omitted.

The upper part 10 is made of a sheet-like flexible member to wrap around the instep and ankle of the user. The upper part 10 is made of thick cloth, artificial leather, rubber material or EVA urethane material. The sole 11 is the so-called sole, which is a foot-shaped member that contacts the sole of the user. The shoe 1 is formed by fixing the upper part 10 to the outer periphery of the sole 11 by sewing or bonding.

Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing the appearance of the sole 11 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 3(a) is a diagram in which the upper portion 10 is removed from Fig. 2 , and Fig. 3(b) is a top view of Fig. 3(a) .

The sole portion 11 includes a large sole portion 12 disposed on the outside, a midsole portion 13 disposed on the large sole portion 12 and on the inner side of the vamp portion 10 , and a front lace portion 20 .

The large bottom portion 12 is made of a rubber material or an EVA urethane material, and is a flat plate-shaped member that follows the periphery of a foot.

The mid-sole 13 is made of a rubber material or an EVA urethane material, and is a flat plate-shaped member having a specified thickness and a smaller circumference than the large bottom 12. The mid-sole 13 can be made of the same member as the large bottom 12, or a different member, preferably a member that is difficult to deform greatly in the thickness direction. The mid-sole 13 includes a heel portion 13a for carrying the heel of the user and a toe portion 13b for carrying the toe of the user.

The front strap 20 is made of cloth and synthetic resin and is disposed at the toe portion 13b of the midsole 13. Specifically, the front strap 20 is uprightly disposed between the base of the user's big toe and the base of the index toe in the toe portion 13b, extends in the vertical direction, and is sandwiched between the big toe and the index toe of the user's foot.

In addition, although the front strap 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape in FIG. 3 , it may also be in a belt or rope shape, as long as it can be clamped by the big toe and the index toe of the user's foot. Furthermore, although the front strap 20 is erected from the middle bottom 13 in FIG. 3 , it may also be erected from the large bottom 12. In this case, a hole may be formed in the toe portion 13b of the middle bottom 13, and the front strap 20 erected on the large bottom 12 may be inserted into the hole, and the middle bottom 13 may be placed on the large bottom 12.

Furthermore, the midsole 13 preferably does not slip relative to the outsole 12 on the inner side of the vamp 10. Therefore, it is preferred to fix the midsole 13 relative to the outsole 12 with adhesive or the like, or to fix the upper end of the front lace portion 20 to the vamp 10 with adhesive or sewing or the like.

The midsole 13 has a cutout portion 13c on the little toe side relative to the front strap portion 20. The cutout portion 13c is formed by cutting along the long side direction of the midsole 13 from the end portion on the toe side of the midsole 13, through a portion approximately close to the little toe relative to the front strap portion 20, to the junction of the heel and the arch of the foot on the side of the little toe of the sole, in a gentle arc shape. At the location of this cutout portion 13c, a step 11a is formed due to the thickness of the large sole 12 and the upper surface of the midsole 13.

Next, the state of the user wearing the shoe 1 is described. When the user wears the shoe 1, it is preferred to wear a sock with the big toe and the index toe of the foot separated, such as a tabi sock.

The user can wear the shoe by passing the foot through the vamp 10 of the shoe 1 and pinching the front strap 20 between the big toe and the index toe of the user's foot. At this time, the user's ankle is surrounded and covered by the vamp 10, so the shoe 1 is difficult to come off from the user's foot.

When the user wears the shoe 1, the cutout 13c is opposite to the user's middle toe, ring toe, little toe and their root parts; the part of the lateral head of the adductor hallucis muscle located near the heel relative to the root part; and the part of the lateral side of the arch of the foot in the flexor digiti minimi brevis muscle. In other words, when the sole is divided into the toe side and the heel side near the arch and the toe side is further divided into the big toe side (inside) and the little toe side (outside), the cutout 13c is roughly opposite to the little toe (outside) half. Furthermore, by sandwiching the front strap 20 between the user's big toe and middle toe, the big toe and the middle toe and their root parts are difficult to be separated from the surface of the midsole 13. Thereby, the outer side area including the little toe and the vicinity of the base of the user's foot can be stably opposed to the surface of the sole 11 which is lowered by the step 11a.

Therefore, when the user walks in the shoe 1, the outer half of the toe side of the sole is separated from the bottom surface of the step 11a, and the user's body weight is concentrated on the inner side of the user's sole. Furthermore, when the user stands or walks, he or she becomes aware that the outer side of the sole opposite to the cutout 13c does not touch the bottom surface of the step 11a. In this way, the center of gravity of the user's foot can be corrected inward, and if the user has an O-shaped foot, the distance between the user's knees can be reduced.

According to the present embodiment thus constructed, by wearing the shoes, the user's body weight is concentrated on the inner side of the sole, and the center of gravity of the user's foot can be corrected inward, and the distance between the user's knees can be reduced. In this way, the user can walk without worrying about O-shaped feet. In addition, according to the present embodiment, when a cornhole patch is attached to the cornhole on the outer side of the sole, by wearing the shoes 1, the part attached with the cornhole patch can be separated from the bottom surface of the step 11a, so it can also be expected to reduce the effect of sliding or falling off of the cornhole patch during walking.

[Second embodiment] FIG. 4 is a side view showing the appearance of a shoe 2 of the second embodiment of the present invention. In addition, by attaching the same symbols to the components or components with the same functions as those in the shoe 1 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, detailed descriptions are omitted. The shoe 2 is a sandal with a heel strap, which has a vamp 15 and a sole 16. In addition, FIG. 4 shows a shoe 2 for the left foot of the user, and the shoe 2 for the right foot is symmetrical with the shoe 2 for the left foot, so the detailed description of the shoe 2 for the right foot is omitted.

The upper part 15 is made of rubber material or EVA urethane material, etc., and is used to cover the instep of the user. The sole 16 is the so-called sole, which is a foot-shaped component that contacts the sole of the user.

Fig. 5 is a side view showing the appearance of a sole 16 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 5 (a) is a view in which the upper portion 15 is removed from Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 (b) is a top view of Fig. 5 (a). The sole 16 includes a large sole 17 disposed on the outside, a midsole 18 disposed on the large sole 17 and on the inner side of the upper portion 15, and a front lace portion 20.

The outsole 17 is a flat plate-shaped member that follows the outer periphery of the foot. The outsole 17 is made of rubber material or EVA urethane material like the vamp 15. The vamp 15 and the outsole 17 are integrally formed, and the vamp 15 is connected to the outer periphery of the outsole 17 except the heel portion.

The heel strap 30 is rotatably mounted on both sides of the vamp 15 on the heel side of the user by means of a buckle. The heel strap 30 is formed by bending a flexible band-shaped member into a U-shape. The central portion of the U-shape of the heel strap 30 can be swung in the up-down direction, and the heel strap 30 can be placed on the edge of the arched vamp 15 as the entrance of the toe or on the edge of the heel portion of the outsole 17. When the user uses the shoe 2, the heel strap 30 is arranged on the upper part of the user's heel, so that the shoe 2 is difficult to fall off.

The middle bottom 18 is made of rubber material or EVA urethane material, and is a flat plate-shaped member with a specified thickness and one circumference smaller than the large bottom 17. The middle bottom 18 can be made of the same member as the large bottom 17, or a different member, preferably a member that is difficult to deform significantly in the thickness direction.

The midsole 18 has a toe portion 18b, a cutout portion 18c, and a cutout portion 18d. The toe portion 18b and the cutout portion 18c in the midsole 18 correspond to the toe portion 13b and the cutout portion 13c in the midsole 13 according to the first embodiment shown in FIG3, respectively, and the cutout portion 18d in the midsole 18 is a portion where the heel portion 13a in the midsole 13 according to the first embodiment shown in FIG3 is cut out. That is, the shape of the midsole 18 is consistent with the shape where the heel portion 13a in the midsole 13 according to the first embodiment shown in FIG3 is cut out.

A front strap portion 20 is uprightly provided at the toe portion 18b of the mid-sole 18. The upright position of the front strap portion 20 in the mid-sole 18 is the same as the upright position of the front strap portion 20 in the mid-sole 13 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3 .

When the middle bottom 18 is placed on the large bottom 17 , steps 16 a and 16 b are formed at the cutouts 18 c and 18 d , respectively, due to the thickness of the large bottom 17 and the upper surface of the middle bottom 18 .

When the user wears the shoe 2, the outer half of the toe side of the user is substantially opposed to the cutout portion 18c, and the heel portion is opposed to the cutout portion 18d.

Therefore, similar to the shoe 1 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3 , when the user walks in the shoe 2, the outer half of the toe side of the sole opposite to the cutout portion 18c is separated from the bottom surface of the step 11a, and the user's body weight is concentrated on the inner side of the user's sole. Therefore, when the user stands or walks, the outer side of the sole opposite to the cutout portion 18c does not touch the bottom surface of the step 11a. In this way, the center of gravity of the user's foot can be corrected inward, and if the user has an O-shaped foot, the distance between the user's knees can be reduced.

Moreover, the shoe 2 has a cutout portion 18d, so that the user can walk on tiptoe, and can naturally exercise the muscles of the calf, inner thigh and buttocks by walking in the shoe 2. In addition, although the user's heel can easily move up and down in the area of the cutout portion 18d, the heel strap 30 can also easily move up and down, thereby reducing the occurrence of shoe rubbing.

[Variation of the second embodiment] FIG. 6 is a side view showing the appearance of a shoe 3 according to a variation of the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 (a) is a side view, and FIG. 6 (b) is a front view. In addition, by attaching the same symbols to the components or components with the same functions as those in the shoe 2 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, detailed descriptions are omitted.

The shoe 3 is a shoe 2 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 , in which a hole 15a is formed in the vamp 15, a hole 18e is formed in the midsole 18, and the front strap 20 is formed in a rod shape.

The hole 15 a and the hole 18 e are formed in the vamp 15 and the midsole 18 at locations that are opposed to a location between the base of the big toe and the base of the middle toe of the user.

The midsole 18 is detachable relative to the outsole 17 and functions as a so-called insole. The shoe 3 is assembled by inserting the midsole 18 into the inner side of the vamp 15 and placing it on the outsole 17, inserting the front strap 20 into the hole 15a from the outside, and fitting the front end of the front strap 20 into the hole 18e.

According to the modified example of the second embodiment thus constructed, the functions and effects of the shoe 2 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 are exerted, and the midsole 18 can be replaced as needed. For example, a normal midsole 18 without the cutouts 18c and 18d can be used. Alternatively, when the midsole 18 becomes thinner and the heights of the step 16a and the step 16b become smaller due to use, it can be replaced with a new midsole 18.

In addition, the modification of the second embodiment is not limited to the above. For example, the hole 18e may be a through hole, and a recessed portion in which the front end of the front strap portion 20 can be fitted may be formed in the portion of the large sole 17 opposite to the hole 18e. In this way, the midsole 18 can be prevented from slipping relative to the large sole 17, and the outer side area of the user's sole including the little toe and its base can be opposite to the step 16a.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the above embodiments are described with indoor shoes and sandals with heel straps as examples, but can also be applied to leisure shoes, leather shoes, etc.

Furthermore, a recess may be formed in the area of the cutout 13c of the middle bottom 13 in the large bottom 12 or in the area of the cutout 18c and the cutout 18d of the middle bottom 18 in the large bottom 17, thereby deepening the step 11a or the step 16a and the step 16b.

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned embodiments, the large bottom 12 and the middle bottom 13 or the large bottom 17 and the middle bottom 18 are different entities, but they can also be formed into one entity by integral molding.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG7 , by installing the front strap portion 20 on the midsole 13 or the midsole 18, an independent insole is formed, which can be inserted into existing indoor shoes, sandals with heel straps, casual shoes, leather shoes, etc. This can correct the center of gravity of the user's foot inward, and if the user has an O-shaped foot, the distance between the user's knees can be reduced.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the front strap portion 20 is provided. Since the vamp portion 10 surrounds and covers the user's instep and ankle in this embodiment, there is less slippage between the user's instep and the midsole 13. Thus, for example, as shown in FIG8 , the front strap portion 20 in the first embodiment shown in FIG3 may be omitted, or the front strap portion 20, the hole portion 15a, and the hole portion 18e in the modified example of the second embodiment shown in FIG9 may be omitted.

Claims (2)

A shoe insole is laid inside a shoe, and is characterized in that it comprises a flat plate-shaped member of a specified thickness, wherein the flat plate-shaped member comprises: a cut-out portion, which is a portion opposite to at least the middle toe, the ring toe, the little toe and their root portions, and a portion of the transverse head of the adductor hallucis muscle located near the heel relative to the root portion; when the sole of the foot is divided into a toe side and a heel side near the arch of the foot, and the toe side is further divided into an inner half of the big toe side and an outer half of the little toe side, the cut-out portion is formed at a portion opposite to the outer half; and a hole portion, which is formed at a position opposite to the user's The cut-off portion is a portion opposite to the portion between the root of the big toe and the root of the index toe; and the front strap portion is a rod-shaped portion that is detachably fitted into the hole portion and is uprightly arranged between the root of the big toe and the root of the index toe of the user, and extends in the up-down direction between the big toe and the index toe of the user, wherein the cut-off portion is an outer area of a line extending in a gentle arc from the end portion on the toe side of the flat member, through a portion close to the little toe relative to the front strap portion, to the junction of the heel and the arch of the foot on the side of the little toe of the sole. The insole as described in claim 1 further includes another cutout portion formed at a location opposite to the user's heel.
