A device for separating and collecting needles of syringes includes a housing, a needle holder, a needle cutter and a collecting box. The housing has an opening and a first outlet communicated with each other. A needle of a syringe is inserted into the opening. The needle holder is provided in the housing behind the opening to hold the needle inserted into the opening. The needle cutter is provided in the housing behind the needle holder to cut the needle held by the needle holder off. The collecting box is connected to the housing and communicated with the first outlet. The collecting box receives the needle coming from the first outlet.
