首先,請參閱第一圖所示,本發明一較佳實施例之植物皮革漸層紋路製法,係以一植物皮革料片1製成,該植物皮革料片1係由橡膠樹乳膠提煉之天然橡膠為主要材料,但不限,並添加發泡劑及硫化劑等助劑、添加劑及若干彈性材料等材料混練後押出之片體(天然橡膠之含量佔整體50%以上),各該發泡劑、硫化劑等助劑、添加劑係習知天然橡膠材料發泡成型所需之相關添加劑與助劑,乃屬習知技術、此處不予贅述其詳細成分,本發明係於該植物皮革料片1之頂、底側同步施壓並施予不同之溫度,藉以將該植物皮革料片1加熱熟成為植物皮革,施壓於該植物皮革料片1之頂、底側是用以控制植物皮革之厚度,加熱之方式係於該植物皮革料片1之頂側施予高溫,同時於該植物皮革料片1之底側施予低溫,該高溫係指植物皮革料片可受熱熟成之溫度,包含間隔地施予植物皮革料片1頂側之複數不同之溫度(2種以上之不同溫度即可,各溫度係相隔適當距離,該等距離係視植物皮革料片1之寬度及不同溫度之數量而定,亦即,在植物皮革料片1寬度固定之限制下,不同溫度之數量越多時,各溫度相隔之距離即越短),例如,本實施例該植物皮革料片1係以天然橡膠為主要材料,天然橡膠之發泡熟成溫度主要為攝氏120度至200度間,因此,該高溫之各不同溫度
