Abstract

The present invention is mainly a portable support frame for assisting the movement and lifting of a vehicle, comprising two mobile frames, two telescopic frames and a support rod. Description

Portable support frame to assist vehicle movement and lifting

The present invention relates to a portable support frame which can move and lift a vehicle through a telescopic support.

For example, Chinese patent publication number CN113492808A "A wheel lifting and translating device" discloses a wheel lifting and translating device, which involves the field of vehicle moving technology and vehicle-mounted jacks, including a chassis, rollers are installed under the chassis, a lifting mechanism is installed on the chassis, and a U-shaped frame is installed on the upper side of the lifting mechanism. The invention has the functions of a vehicle mover, a jack and anti-waterlogging, which can not only move the vehicle, but also lift the vehicle to increase the distance from the ground and prevent waterlogging.

However, the front case mainly supports each wheel through a plurality of U-shaped frames to lift or translate the vehicle. When the wheels of the vehicle are removed, the front case can only be placed under the chassis of the vehicle through the protrusion on the top of the U-shaped frame, and then the vehicle can be lifted or lowered by turning the screw. Since the contact area between the protrusion on the top of the U-shaped frame and the chassis of the vehicle is small, the chassis of the vehicle is easily damaged when the front case is used to lift a vehicle without wheels installed. There is room for improvement in its use.

Therefore, the inventor proposes a portable support frame for assisting the movement and lifting of a vehicle, comprising: two moving frames, each of which comprises a top and a bottom, and two wheels are arranged on the bottom; two telescopic brackets are respectively arranged on the two moving frames, and each telescopic bracket is respectively protruded upward and arranged on the top of the opposite moving frame, and the top end of the telescopic bracket has a fixing groove, and the extension grooves of the top and the bottom are respectively arranged on the top of the moving frame. The extending direction is a height direction, and the vertical direction is a horizontal direction. Each of the fixing grooves has one or two corresponding openings in the horizontal direction, and each of the fixing grooves has an upward notch in the height direction; a supporting rod, and the two ends of the supporting rod are respectively provided with a fixed end, and the two fixed ends of the supporting rod can be detachably engaged in the fixing grooves of the two telescopic brackets, so that the supporting rod is fixed between the two moving frames.

According to the above technical features, the following effects can be achieved:

1. The mobile frame, telescopic bracket and support rod of the present invention can jointly support the vehicle, so that the vehicle is completely or partially off the ground, so as to facilitate the movement of the vehicle through the wheels of the mobile frame. When the vehicle is supported, the support rod provides a larger contact area, and the wheels of the mobile frame can replace the wheels to assist the vehicle to move.

2. The mobile frame, telescopic bracket and supporting rod of the present invention can not only support the vehicle together, but also assist in raising and lowering the supported vehicle to facilitate the maintenance of the vehicle chassis.

3. The pad on the top surface of the support rod of the present invention is a rubber pad, which can safely support the chassis of the vehicle and prevent the support rod from directly contacting the chassis of the vehicle, thereby preventing the chassis of the vehicle from being damaged by friction with the support rod.

Each mobile frame 1 includes a top and a bottom, the bottom includes a wheel groove 11, two wheels 12 and two axles 13, the two wheels 12 are fixed in the wheel groove 11 by the axles 13, and part of the wheel 12 is located outside the wheel groove 11, so that the mobile frame 1 can be moved through the wheels 12. Two telescopic brackets 2 are respectively protruding upward and arranged on the top of the two moving frames 1, and fixed by a fixing member, which is a screw (not shown in the figure). The telescopic bracket 2 of this embodiment is a multi-section hydraulic cylinder, which can adjust the telescopic height steplessly. The top end of the telescopic bracket 2 has a fixing groove 21, and the extension direction of the top and the bottom is a height direction, and the vertical direction is a horizontal direction. Each of the fixing grooves 21 has one or two corresponding openings 211 in the horizontal direction, and each of the fixing grooves 21 has an upward notch 212 in the height direction. The telescopic bracket 2 has a quick connector 22, which can be detachably combined with a hydraulic oil pump C (refer to Figure 6) to control the telescopic height of the telescopic bracket 2. A supporting rod 3 is a rectangular long rod, the top of which is covered with a rubber pad 32, and the two ends of the supporting rod 3 are fixed ends 31, and the two fixed ends 31 can be detachably engaged in the fixing grooves 21 of the two telescopic brackets 2, so that the supporting rod is fixed between the two mobile frames. The telescopic bracket 2 and the supporting rod 3 can be easily assembled and disassembled, and after assembly, a U-shaped structure is presented. The height of the supporting rod 3 and the ground can be adjusted steplessly through the telescopic bracket 2, and the overall volume can be reduced when disassembled, which has the advantages of convenient storage and convenient carrying. The length of the support rod 3 is greater than the width of a vehicle A (see FIG. 6). The support rod 3 may be a one-piece rod or the support rod 3A (see FIG. 7 and FIG. 8) may be a telescopic rod, which is composed of two rods of different sizes that fit together and can be extended to change the length. This embodiment takes the integrated support rod 3 as an example, which has better structural strength. However, in actual use, it is not limited to the integrated support rod 3.

Please refer to the fourth and fifth figures to explain the process of supporting the vehicle A through the embodiment of the present invention. When the vehicle A breaks down on the road and needs to be supported for repair, the telescopic support 2 is first retracted, and then the two moving frames 1 are respectively placed on both sides of the vehicle A, and the support rod 3 is placed under the vehicle A, and the fixed ends of the two ends of the support rod 3 are The opening 211 of the hydraulic pump C is engaged in the fixing groove 21 and fixed to the two telescopic brackets 2, and the hydraulic pump C is connected to the quick connector 22 on the telescopic bracket 2. At this time, the chassis of the vehicle A is in contact with or about to contact the pad 32 on the top of the support rod 3. The pad 32 can protect the chassis of the vehicle A to prevent friction damage caused by direct contact with the support rod 3. When the vehicle A needs to be lifted, the hydraulic oil pump C is used to control each telescopic bracket 2 to extend, so that the support rod 3 is against the chassis of the vehicle A, and each telescopic bracket 2 is continuously controlled to extend to lift the vehicle A off the ground until it is convenient for the maintenance personnel to repair the chassis of the vehicle A or perform other operations. Because the support rod 3 has a certain contact area with the chassis of the vehicle A, it will not tilt during the maintenance process to cause danger. At this time, the wheels 12 of the mobile frame 1 can also replace the original tires of the vehicle A, so that the vehicle A can be moved through the wheels 12 of the mobile frame 1.

When the vehicle A is repaired, after confirming that there are no people or debris under the vehicle A, each telescopic support 2 is shortened by controlling the hydraulic oil pump C, so that the vehicle A is safely lowered to the ground. Subsequently, the hydraulic oil pump C is separated from the quick connector 22 on the telescopic support 2, and the support rod 3 is removed from the telescopic support 2 and pulled away from the bottom of the vehicle A. The portable support frame is disassembled and the volume is reduced after disassembly for easy storage.

It is worth mentioning that when the road surface has an inclined angle during the process of raising the vehicle A, the telescopic brackets 2 on both sides can be adjusted to extend to different lengths to make the vehicle A horizontal, so that the maintenance worker can repair the vehicle A. The hydraulic oil pump C can be a manual hydraulic oil pump or an electric hydraulic oil pump, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
