Abstract

A toilet lid with a board and a toilet with the toilet lid are used to solve the conventional problem that germs and microorganisms in the toilet are scattered into the air when the toilet lid is opened and flushed. The toilet lid with a board includes a cover body with an inner surface and an outer surface, and a plate combined with the outer surface. The plate has a first plate and a second plate, and the plate is connected to the cover body by the first plate. The second plate is connected to the first plate and extends in a direction away from the cover body. The second plate is used to cover a flush button, and the second plate has a see-through part. This can achieve the effects of protecting user health and environmental sanitation.

Description

Toilet cover with plate and toilet with the same

The present invention relates to a daily necessity, in particular to a toilet seat cover and a toilet with the toilet seat cover.

Toilets are an indispensable daily necessity for people in their daily lives. With the improvement of living standards, the usage rate of toilets is increasing. The toilet cover is a part of the toilet, which can be used to cover the toilet to prevent germs and microorganisms from being scattered into the air when flushing.

However, some users do not close the toilet lid after using the toilet. They directly press the flush button with the toilet lid open, causing the germs and microorganisms in the toilet to fly into the air and hang in the air for several hours. At this time, the invisible water droplets will carry the germs and microorganisms to fall around, causing environmental pollution and harm to human health.

In view of this, the conventional toilet lid still needs to be improved.

In order to solve the above problems, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a toilet cover with a plate and a toilet with the toilet cover, which can protect the health of users and the environment.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a toilet cover having a plate and a toilet having the toilet cover, which can be easily manufactured.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a toilet cover with a plate and a toilet with the toilet cover, which are convenient to use.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat with a panel and a toilet with the toilet seat, which can enhance the structural strength of the panel.

The directions or similar terms described throughout the present invention, such as "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper (top)", "lower (bottom)", "inside", "outside", "side", etc., are mainly with reference to the directions of the attached drawings. Each direction or the similar terms are only used to assist in the description and understanding of the various embodiments of the present invention, and are not used to limit the present invention.

The quantifiers "a" or "an" used in the elements and components described throughout the present invention are only for convenience of use and to provide a general meaning of the scope of the present invention; they should be interpreted in the present invention as including one or at least one, and the single concept also includes the plural case unless it is obvious that it means otherwise.

The similar terms such as "combination", "assembly" or "assembly" mentioned in the present invention mainly include the connection that can be separated without damaging the components, or the connection that makes the components inseparable, and those with ordinary knowledge in the field can choose according to the materials of the components to be connected or the assembly requirements.

The toilet of the present invention comprises a toilet cover with a plate.

Accordingly, the toilet cover with a plate and the toilet with the toilet cover of the present invention can be installed on toilets of various brands or in different places. After using the toilet, the user cannot press the flush button because the flush button is blocked by the second plate. The user needs to close the cover before pressing the flush button. In this way, the user can develop the habit of closing the cover before flushing, and can ensure that the cover is closed when flushing, so as to prevent pathogenic microorganisms in the toilet from being scattered into the air, which can have the effect of maintaining the health of the user and environmental hygiene. In addition, when the cover is opened, the cover can be stably maintained in the open state to prevent the cover from being suddenly hit by external force (for example, objects placed on it fall) and being closed with great force, which is convenient to use; furthermore, the structure of the fastener is simple and easy to manufacture, which has the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost.

The second plate can be made of a transparent material to form the see-through portion. Thus, the see-through portion has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, which is convenient for manufacturing.

The first plate and the second plate can be formed in one piece, so as to enhance the structural strength of the plate.

The second plate may have an opening and a transparent sheet, and the transparent sheet may cover the opening to form the transparent portion. Thus, the transparent portion has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, which is convenient for manufacturing.

The plate may have a handle connected to the second plate, so that the handle can be used to open or close the cover, which is convenient for use.

The handle and the second plate can be formed as one piece, thus improving the structural strength of the plate.

The first plate can be connected to the cover body by a connecting piece, so that the first plate can be stably connected to the cover body.

Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a first embodiment of the toilet cover of the present invention, comprising a cover body 1 and a plate 2, wherein the plate 2 is combined with the cover body 1. The toilet cover can be installed on a toilet.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 3 , the cover 1 can be coupled to a seat A1 of the toilet A. The cover 1 can pivot relative to the seat A1 so that the cover 1 can be opened as shown in FIG. 3 or closed as shown in FIG. 1 . The cover 1 has an inner surface 1a and an outer surface 1b. The outer surface 1b is closer to a water tank A2 of the toilet A than the inner surface 1a.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , the plate 2 is combined with the outer surface 1b of the cover 1. The plate 2 has a first plate 21 and a second plate 22. The plate 2 is connected to the cover 1 by the first plate 21. The present invention does not limit the way the first plate 21 is combined with the cover 1. For example, the first plate 21 can be combined with the cover 1 by a connector F. In this embodiment, the connector F can be a double-sided adhesive, so that the first plate 21 can be easily attached to the outer surface 1b of the cover 1. The first plate 21 and the second plate 22 are preferably made of one-piece molding. The first plate and the second plate are made of one-piece molding, which can improve the structural strength of the plate 2.

Please refer to FIG. 2. In addition, the second plate 22 is connected to the first plate 21 and extends away from the cover 1. The second plate 22 has a transparent portion E. The material and shape of the transparent portion E are not limited, and the principle is to be able to see through. In this embodiment, the second plate 22 can be made of a transparent material to form the transparent portion E. In this way, when the cover 1 is opened as shown in FIG. 3, the second plate 22 can cover a flush button A3 located in the water tank A2, and the user can see the flush button A3 through the transparent portion E.

Please refer to FIG. 3 , the toilet lid of the present invention can be installed on toilets A of various brands or in different places, especially in places such as hospitals and long-term care centers where special attention should be paid to the problem of pathogenic microorganisms flying. After using the toilet A equipped with the toilet lid of the present invention, the user cannot press the flush button A3 because the flush button A3 is blocked by the second plate 22. The user needs to close the cover 1 before pressing the flush button A3. In this way, the user can develop the habit of closing the cover 1 before flushing, and can ensure that the cover 1 is closed when flushing, so as to prevent pathogenic microorganisms in the toilet A from flying into the air, which can achieve the effect of maintaining the health of the user and environmental hygiene.

Please refer to Figures 4 and 5, which are the second embodiment of the toilet lid of the present invention. This embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment described above. In this embodiment, the plate 2 may have a handle 23. The handle 23 may be connected to the second plate 22 so that the second plate 22 is located between the handle 23 and the first plate 21. The handle 23 may facilitate opening or closing the lid 1, which is convenient for use. The handle 23 and the second plate 22 may preferably be integrally formed, which may enhance the structural strength of the plate 2.

In addition, the second plate 22 may have an opening 221 and a transparent sheet 222, and the transparent sheet 222 may cover the opening 221 to form the transparent portion E. Thus, when the cover 1 is opened as shown in FIG. 5 , the second plate 22 may shield the flush button A3 located in the water tank A2, and the user may see the flush button A3 through the transparent portion E. In addition, in this embodiment, the connector F may be a suction cup, so that the first plate 21 may be stably coupled to the outer surface 1b of the cover 1.

Please refer to Figures 6 and 7, which are the third embodiment of the toilet lid of the present invention. This embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment described above. In this embodiment, the toilet lid of the present invention may further include a fastener 3, which is used to connect the second plate 22 to the water tank A2. In detail, the fastener 3 may have a first fastener 31 and a second fastener 32. The first fastener 31 may be coupled to the second plate 22, and the second fastener 32 may be coupled to the water tank A2. The second fastener 32 may be located on one side of the flush button A3, and the first fastener 31 may be aligned with the second fastener 32.

The second connection body 32 and the first connection body 31 can be connected by snapping, adhesion or magnetic attraction, and the present invention is not limited thereto; in this embodiment, the first connection body 31 and the second connection body 32 can be respectively a magnet, so that the first connection body 31 and the second connection body 32 can be connected by magnetic attraction. In this way, when the cover 1 is opened as shown in FIG. 7, the first connection body 31 can be connected to the second connection body 32, so that the cover 1 can be stably maintained in the open state, and the cover 1 can be prevented from being suddenly touched by external force (for example: the items placed on the top fall) and being closed vigorously, which can have the effect of being convenient to use.

In summary, the toilet cover with a plate and the toilet with the toilet cover of the present invention can be installed on toilets of various brands or in different places. After using the toilet, the user cannot press the flush button because the flush button is blocked by the second plate. The user needs to close the cover before pressing the flush button. In this way, the user can develop the habit of closing the cover before flushing, and can ensure that the cover is closed when flushing, so as to prevent pathogenic microorganisms in the toilet from being scattered into the air, which can have the effect of maintaining the health of the user and environmental hygiene. In addition, when the cover is opened, the cover can be stably maintained in the open state to prevent the cover from being suddenly hit by external force (for example, objects placed on it fall) and being closed with great force, which is convenient to use; furthermore, the structure of the fastener is simple and easy to manufacture, which has the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost.

Any person skilled in the art may make various changes and modifications to the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and the scope of protection of the present invention shall include all changes within the meaning and equivalent scope recorded in the attached patent application.

A toilet lid with a plate, comprising: a lid body, having an inner surface and an outer surface; a plate member, combined with the outer surface, the plate member having a first plate and a second plate, the plate member being connected to the lid body by the first plate, the second plate being connected to the first plate and extending in a direction away from the lid body, the second plate being used to cover a flush button, the second plate having a transparent portion; and a fastener, the fastener being used to connect the second plate to a water tank, the fastener having a first fastener and a second fastener, the first fastener being combined with the second plate, the second fastener being combined with the water tank, the first fastener being aligned with the second fastener. A toilet lid with a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second plate is made of a transparent material to form the see-through portion. A toilet lid with a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first plate and the second plate are made by integral molding. A toilet lid with a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second plate has an opening and a transparent sheet, and the transparent sheet covers the opening to form the see-through portion. A toilet lid with a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plate has a handle connected to the second plate. A toilet lid with a plate as claimed in claim 5, wherein the handle and the second plate are integrally formed. A toilet lid with a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first plate is connected to the lid body by a connecting member. A toilet having a toilet seat with a plate as in any one of claims 1 to 7.
