請參閱第7~10圖所示,各為本發明防呆旋動扣具組裝於機箱後再裝設導風罩之第一動作示意圖、第二動作示意圖、第8圖之局部立體結構圖及機箱之立體外觀圖,本發明之主要目的為避免預設機箱3組裝過程中容易產生漏組裝預設導風罩32之狀況,而組裝防呆的具體做法為先將防呆旋動扣具組裝於預設機箱3至少一側板31內壁處,預設導風罩32由上而下做一固定時,透過預設導風罩32對應套體2處所透設之穿孔320及相鄰於穿孔320對應扳動部24處之抵持塊321,做為推移套體2旋動機構,而預設導風罩32於施力向下移動過程中,套體2之扳動部24接觸於抵持塊321底面並使套體2受力向下旋動至傾斜位置;同時,套體2內部之二推抵肋201由第一位置之定位槽141沿著環形體14外緣做一弧形滑動至相鄰第二位置之定位槽141中形成定位,並透過抵持塊321之限位斜面3211抵貼於扳動部24而使套體2保持定位,且防呆部23由垂直位置向上穿入穿孔320並旋動至約水平位置,同時,呈水平狀態之防呆部23之高度低於機箱3之側板31頂側,而於預設機箱3上組裝蓋板33時則可不受到套體2之防呆部23頂持干涉而完成整體組裝,可達到於預設機箱3內組裝預設導風罩32時之防呆機制,有助於預設機箱3組裝良率提昇。 Please refer to Figures 7 to 10, which are the first action diagram of the present invention after the anti-fool rotating buckle is assembled on the chassis and then the air guide cover is installed, the second action diagram, the partial three-dimensional structure diagram of Figure 8 and the three-dimensional appearance diagram of the chassis.
