本發明係關於一種智慧訂房系統,尤指一種無人旅宿系統。The present invention relates to a smart hotel reservation system, particularly to an unmanned hotel accommodation system.
一般傳統之旅宿點(包括飯店、旅社、民宿等合稱)進入房間之模式,大多係至旅宿點CHECK IN(到達並登記),取得門卡或鑰匙後進入。而由於網路、無人化與智慧型態商業模式興起。也有部分遊客是先在網路訂房後,至旅宿點後經由各種電子認證方式進入旅宿點之房間。而在電子認證之形態方面,有取得密碼並鍵入房間門之電子鎖,或者以條碼提供房間門之讀取裝置讀取而確認者。由於旅宿活動攸關高度隱私以及旅宿業者之財產安全,因此各種電子認證之發放與接收,往往也是透過遠距收發,必須有安全之節制,否則容易在不慎廣發與泛發的情況下,容易導致不特定人或者多人可以任意獲得而進入旅宿點之房間,導致住宿之安全堪虞。
再則,在進入旅宿之房門與離開房門的電源啟閉控管上,一般多由房門之門卡作為管控,但是若進出已經由電子認證方式進行,該門卡則凸顯冗餘,因此如何令電子認證結合電源啟閉之管控,為此類無人旅宿系統更進一步思考與改進之處。

In addition, in terms of power on/off control for entering and leaving the room, the door card is generally used as a control. However, if entry and exit are already performed by electronic authentication, the door card is redundant. Therefore, how to combine electronic authentication with power on/off control is a further consideration and improvement for such unmanned accommodation systems.
鑒於先前技術之問題,本發明者認為應有一種系統,在創作動機與預期目的上是希望能夠可以降低實體設備之設置,例如無須添購自助櫃檯服務機(KIOSK)而可以節省設備成本;同時也可以免除實體櫃檯空間與時間限制,能夠提供住宿旅客任何時間與地域均能自助完成 Check in,而在實境操作下也能降低客戶摸索新機器的不適應感,在手機或平板電腦或者筆電就能操作。建置一種無人化之Check in系統,節省櫃檯人員之配置且可相對提升服務品質,利用QR Code 就是鑰匙的設計概念, Check in 完成即配發,不須煩惱實體鑰匙的保管問題資料加密最安全系統建立於知名國際雲端服務平台,強化資安,安全又可靠,為達前述目的,基於前述諸端目的,為此而設置一種無人旅宿系統,包括:
一近端手持通訊器,包括設有一拍攝單元以及網路傳輸單元;
一遠端管理伺服器,該遠端管理伺服器與該近端手持通訊器訊號相通,且該遠端管理伺服器包括一訂單收發單元,該訂單收發單元得以執行:發送一訂單填寫網址至該近端手持通訊器,並接收該近端手持通訊器所填載回傳之訂單資料;
一圖像辨識單元,該圖像辨識單元與該訂單收發單元電性連接,得以接收該近端手持通訊器傳輸之證件資料,並經與該訂單資料比對;
一QR CODE鏈結網址限發單元,該QR CODE鏈結網址限發單元得以程式執行:
與該圖像辨識單元電性連接,於該證件資料與該訂單資料比對相符,依據該訂單資料內之預備進住之人數資料,寄發門鎖啟動之QR CODE之鏈結網址予該近端手持通訊器;且該鏈結網址得以顯示一QR CODE於該近端手持通訊器;並該QR CODE鏈結網址限發單元得以記錄該近端手持通訊器之特定識別碼;依據預備進住之人數資料減除記錄之該特定識別碼種類數,以差值範圍內做為容許其他不同特定識別碼之近端手持通訊器再顯示該QR CODE之限制;如此一來,可以限制因為取得鏈結網址即能顯示QR CODE之開放性,確保住宿之隱私與安全。
一旅宿門體,該旅宿門體具有與建築物對應扣合之一扣鎖單元,該扣鎖單元電性連接一開關控制單元,且該開關控制單元電性連接一QR CODE讀取器,藉以讀取該近端手持通訊器所獲之QR CODE,並決定是否啟動該開關控制單元而令該扣鎖單元開啟。
本發明更可以另設一藍芽節電裝置,該藍芽節電裝置與一旅宿空間之電源控制器電性連接,且該近端手持通訊器設有一藍芽模組,於該藍芽模組開啟狀態,趨近該藍芽節電裝置時,令該電源控制器開啟通電,反之遠離該藍芽節電裝置時,令該電源控制器關閉。

本發明係關於一種無人旅宿系統,透過本發明之簡單便利系統可以提供所有作業在線上即可完成,無論手機 / 電腦皆可設定 QR Code 資料,如 QR Code 領用人、時效、權限等等…可用簡訊 / Email / LINE 接收 QR Code簡易 2+2 步驟就能完成設定 + 開門,輕鬆上手 QR Code 智慧門鎖,並且達到安全快速,門鎖設備皆可辨認動態 QR Code開啟手機 QR Code 一掃就開門!找不到 QR Code 還可在 LINE 重新領取多元應用可用在多種場域,如民宿 / 旅館、辦公室 / 共享空間等等QR Code 配發可搭配官方 LINE 帳號、電商。
在系統上具體包括:
一近端手持通訊器(1),包括設有一拍攝單元(11)以及網路傳輸單元(12);
一遠端管理伺服器(2),該遠端管理伺服器(2)與該近端手持通訊器(1)訊號相通,且該遠端管理伺服器(2)包括一訂單收發單元(21),該訂單收發單元(21)得以執行:發送一訂單填寫網址(24)至該近端手持通訊器(1),並接收該近端手持通訊器(1)所填載回傳之訂單資料(27);
以及設一圖像辨識單元(22),該圖像辨識單元(22)與該訂單收發單元(21)電性連接,得以接收該近端手持通訊器(1)傳輸之證件資料(26),並經與該訂單資料(27)比對;
以及一QR CODE鏈結網址限發單元(23),該QR CODE鏈結網址限發單元(23)得以程式執行:
與該圖像辨識單元(22)電性連接,於該證件資料(26)與該訂單資料(27)比對相符,依據該訂單資料(27)內之預備進住之人數資料(該人數資料可以透過房型取得(例如3人房則人數計為3人),或是由前述之訂單資料(27)取得。寄發門鎖啟動之QR CODE之鏈結網址(231)予該近端手持通訊器(1);且該鏈結網址(231)得以顯示一QR CODE於該近端手持通訊器(1);通常該近端手持通訊器(1)之持有者為初始訂房者或者一家之主(例如甲)。但是由於該鏈結網址(231)可能由於疏忽或者其他因素而外傳,而該鏈結網址(231)又可以取得進入旅宿房內所需之QR CODE,因此有必要加以人數限制與管制。
因此該QR CODE鏈結網址限發單元(23)記錄該近端手持通訊器(1)之特定識別碼(25)(例如甲之手持通訊器特定識別碼1種);依據預備進住之人數資料(例如2人),減除記錄之該特定識別碼(25)種類數(例如扣掉甲之手持通訊器特定識別碼1種),以差值範圍(例如2-1=1)內做為容許其他不同特定識別碼(25)之近端手持通訊器(1)再顯示該QR CODE之限制(例如還能再容許甲之妻乙之手持通訊器特定識別碼1種,進入該網址而將該QR CODE顯示於甲妻乙手持通訊器,至於乙的鏈結網址來源自甲所傳輸);由於預備進住之人數資料(例如前述所稱2人),減除一種甲的手持通訊器特定識別碼,因此尚可讓乙因為另外一種手持通訊器特定識別碼(共計記錄了2種特定識別碼來索取顯示QR CODE),而讓總共2人手持通訊器顯示QR CODE。若是偵測到有屬於第三種手持通訊器(手持通訊器特定識別碼有別於第一種與第二種,而為第三種)欲索取顯示該QR CODE,此時則因為超過限制(2(共)-1(甲)-1(乙))而不顯示。
至於甲或乙,因為只限制超額種類手持通訊器特定識別碼顯示該QR CODE,而非限制獲得授權內之手持通訊器顯示該QR CODE次數,取得該QR CODE進出旅宿房門之次數則不限制。
依此類推,若依據預備進住之人數資料為3人,則尚可容許該QR CODE顯示在2個人的手持通訊器(即3-1=2)。如此一來,可以限制取得鏈結網址(231)即能顯示QR CODE之開放性,確保住宿之隱私與安全。
一旅宿門體(3),該旅宿門體(3)具有與建築物對應扣合之一扣鎖單元(31),該扣鎖單元(31)電性連接一開關控制單元(32),且該開關控制單元(32)電性連接一QR CODE讀取器(33),藉以讀取該近端手持通訊器(1)所獲之QR CODE,並決定是否啟動該開關控制單元(32)而令該扣鎖單元(31)開啟;
本發明較佳實施例,可以另設一藍芽節電裝置(41),該藍芽節電裝置(41)與一旅宿空間之電源控制器(42)電性連接,且該近端手持通訊器(1)設有一藍芽模組(13),因此當該藍芽模組(13)開啟狀態,趨近該藍芽節電裝置(41)時,令該電源控制器(42)開啟通電,反之遠離該藍芽節電裝置(41)時,令該電源控制器(42)關閉。可以利用該近端手持通訊器(1)之該藍芽模組(13)之訊號趨近或遠離來令該電源控制器(42)開啟或關閉,更進一步做為門卡節電。
綜上所述,本發明確實符合產業利用性,且未於申請前見於刊物或公開使用,亦未為公眾所知悉,且具有非顯而易知性,符合可專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟上述所陳,為本發明產業上一較佳實施例,舉凡依本發明申請專利範圍所作之均等變化,皆屬本案訴求標的之範疇。
