When the rotation angle of the sensed magnetic field lines (equivalent to the rotation angle of the displacement cam) meets the preset value, the controller 53 receives the signal generated by the angle sensor 52 and controls the motor 40 to stop running. The preset rotation angle value corresponds to the two fixed positions of the tool changing arm 20 at an angle of 0 degree and 90 degrees, that is, when the tool changing arm 20 reaches the first position P1 or the second position P2, the motor 40 stops running to avoid excessive swinging of the tool changing arm 20.
