綜上所述,本發明之具反抽功能之灌食裝置,係提供了一種兩用式的灌食裝置,既可供進行反抽亦得做為灌食用途,且其使用十分便利簡易,而可作為優秀的流質食物照護輔助用具。具體地說,基於上述之技術特徵,該灌食裝置透過對該指壓部之該控制孔與該開關組件的調整控制,即可透過該管體組件達到反抽患者胃部內容物與對患者胃部提供灌食液的功能,透過該灌食裝置,使用者無需透過繁複的操作步驟與手勢來進行反抽及灌食,並在結構設計上,該灌食裝置亦具有諸多特徵點,例如該出液件之該上入液部係具有由外朝內凹陷之弧形內壁面,而形成朝該下出液部縮減之結構狀態,如此係可防止食物卡住而方便食物落下;該擋止珠則是可確實阻擋空氣,並藉由空心與實心設計而可確保其設置方向;該開關組件則可供使用者快速調整該垂直管段與該上入液部之連通狀態,以利進行反抽或灌食操作等等。為提升該灌食裝置之各面向效能,本發明亦提出諸多可進一步附加之細部技術特徵,例如為提升握持擠壓之施力便利性,係可透過使管體組件包含管部與弧型握持部之結構特徵予以實現;為防止反抽物質或灌食液容易滯留於該出液件,則可透過調整垂直管段中心軸與該上入液部內壁面切線夾角範圍為28~32度達成;或是為避免連接鼻胃管使用時容易滑脫,該灌食裝置係可設有該防滑脫組件,以利增強鼻胃管與該垂直管段的組裝穩定性;而為利於觀看灌食液或反抽物質量,於該管體組件可設置該容積數字標註並使該弧型握持部為透明狀以利快速判斷;而關於元件間的組裝,則可透過該蓋體之卡合件與環形凹部而使其能與該管體組件緊密組裝,並當該出液件與該管體組件為可拆式結構設計時,可透過環狀凸肋搭配 該管體組件之環狀卡槽使兩者亦得緊密組合;進一步地,於具有該環形凹部結構時,更是可設置環形膠條以增進該蓋體與該管體組件組裝後的密閉性,且為利於更換或清洗該環形膠條,於該環形膠條可更設有拉耳結構;關於擋止珠部分,則可進一步設計其輪廓造型與凸出結構特徵而達到更佳之空氣擋抵效果與拿取便利性。鑒於現有灌食照護流程與操作的係具有諸多不易執行與不便利之處,為了改善具有灌食需求者的生活品質,以及因高齡化社會結構而使灌食需求隨之提升的情況,本發明團隊希冀可提供一種便於使用且省時省力之輔助產品,讓執行灌食照護作業的使用者不再需要耗費大量時間與心力進行灌食與反抽動作,同時也可大幅降低灌食和反抽操作不當導致患者衍生諸多不適感受與病症所帶來的壓力感,對於患者本身而言,也可因應該灌食裝置獲取較好的進食品質,降低患者對於灌食的排斥度,期盼可讓灌食照護不再成為患者與照護者的生活壓力來源。 In summary, the feeding device with back-drawing function of the present invention provides a dual-purpose feeding device that can be used for both back-drawing and feeding, and is very convenient and easy to use, and can be used as an excellent liquid food care auxiliary tool.
