Abstract

The present invention provides a shoe body comprising: a bottom member; a plurality of first connecting members; a covering member; a plurality of second connecting members; and a flexible fastener, wherein the covering member extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member toward the interior of the shoe body to form an extension part, and the covering member also extends upward from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member to form an upper, wherein the extension part is at least partially located on the upper surface of the bottom member. The bonding of the shoe body of the present invention does not require the use of adhesives, and the bonding method can simultaneously take into account the stability of the bonding and the comfort of wearing. The shoe body of the present invention is suitable for wearing on a user's foot.

Description

Shoe body

This application relates to a shoe body, and more specifically, to a shoe body that does not require adhesive bonding.

Traditionally, multiple parts of a shoe body are joined together mainly by adhesives. However, the process of using adhesives will produce a large amount of volatile organic gases, which will affect the health of workers and is not environmentally friendly. Therefore, there is a need to seek a green and environmentally friendly way of joining shoe bodies.

US Patent US10092063 discloses a method of connecting the upper and the sole with a mechanical fastener. Although the mechanical fastener can provide a tight connection, the mechanical fastener lacks elasticity and may cause impact or deformation at the joint of the upper/sole when the consumer is active, causing the mechanical fastener to come loose.

China's new model CN203314215U discloses a method of setting connection holes one by one on the edge of the upper and the edge of the sole, and using a thin cloth strip to pass through the connection holes located on the upper/sole to connect the upper and the sole. However, the gap between the upper and the sole where the thin cloth strip covers the part may be open, exposing the consumer's feet, and the coverage of the feet is insufficient; in addition, the connection hole is located at the edge of the upper/sole. After long-term wear, the surrounding of the connection hole may be cracked due to wear, resulting in disconnection from the edge of the upper/sole and loss of connection function.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the traditional shoe body. The present invention provides a shoe body, thereby providing a shoe body that does not require an adhesive.

To achieve the above and other purposes, the present invention provides a shoe body, which includes: a bottom member, which at least constitutes the sole of the shoe body; a plurality of first connecting members, which are arranged on the upper edge of the bottom member; a covering member, which is composed of a sheet of flexible material, and the covering member extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member toward the inside of the shoe body to form an extension, and the covering member also extends upward from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member to form a vamp, wherein the extension is at least partially located on the upper surface of the bottom member; a plurality of second connecting members, which are arranged on the covering member adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member; and a flexible fastener, which connects the first connecting members and the second connecting members to fix the covering member on the bottom member.

The above-mentioned shoe body, wherein the first connecting parts can be a plurality of rings or holes.

The above-mentioned shoe body, wherein the second connecting parts can be a plurality of holes.

The above-mentioned shoe body, wherein the extension portion may have a plurality of cutouts.

The above-mentioned shoe body, wherein the extension portion can extend 5mm to 25mm from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member toward the inside of the shoe body.

The above-mentioned shoe body, wherein the first connecting parts can be formed integrally with the bottom part.

The above-mentioned shoe body, wherein the bottom part can be an elastic body formed by 3D printing, injection molding, injection molding, foaming or molding.

The shoe body joining method of the present invention does not require the use of adhesives, which can avoid the generation of a large amount of volatile organic gases, is environmentally friendly and takes into account the health of workers. In addition, the shoe body joining method of the present invention can take into account both the stability of the joining and the comfort of wearing.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, wherein Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a shoe body of Embodiment 1 of the present invention; Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of a bottom member of a shoe body of Embodiment 1 of the present invention; and Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of a covering member of a shoe body of Embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the shoe body 10 of Embodiment 1 includes: a bottom member 11, a plurality of first connecting members 12, a covering member 13, a plurality of second connecting members 14, and a flexible fastener 15.

In this embodiment, the bottom member 11 constitutes the sole of the shoe body 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the bottom member may further constitute a part of the shoe body of the present invention other than the sole. For example, in the following embodiment 3, the bottom member may further constitute the sole and the front edge covering part of the shoe body.

In this embodiment, a plurality of first connecting members 12 are disposed on the upper edge of the bottom member 11. In the shoe body of Embodiment 1, the first connecting members 12 are a plurality of rings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the plurality of first connecting members may also be holes or other structures that can be connected.

In this embodiment, the covering member 13 is made of a sheet of flexible material, and the covering member 13 extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 11 toward the inside of the shoe body 10 to form an extension portion 131, and the covering member 13 also extends upward from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 11 to form a vamp 132, wherein the extension portion 131 is located on the upper surface of the bottom member 11.

In this embodiment, the extension portion 131 is located on the upper surface of the bottom member 11, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the extension portion may be only partially located on the upper surface of the bottom member.

In this embodiment, the shoe body 10 is a shoelace-free design, and the covering member 13 does not include a tongue, a slit, or a hole for the shoelace to pass through when covering the instep, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the covering member may also have a tongue, a slit, or a hole for the shoelace to pass through, so that the shoe body can be put on and taken off by the shoelace. In addition, in other embodiments, the covering member may also have other known devices for putting on and taking off the shoe body, such as Velcro, buckles, and zippers.

In this embodiment, a plurality of second connecting members 14 are disposed on the upper edge of the cover member adjacent to the bottom member.

In this embodiment, the second connecting members 14 are holes, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the second connecting member may be other structures that can be connected.

In this embodiment, the flexible fastener 15 connects the first connecting members 12 and the second connecting members 14 to fix the covering member 13 on the bottom member 11.

In this embodiment, the flexible fastener 15 is a wire, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the flexible fastener may be a belt or other connectable structure.

In this embodiment, the flexible fastener 15 connects the first connectors 12 and the second connectors 14 to fix the covering member 13 on the bottom member 11. Thus, the shoe body 10 is joined without the use of adhesives, which can avoid the generation of a large amount of organic volatile gases, is environmentally friendly and takes into account the health of workers.

In this embodiment, the covering member 13 extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 11 toward the inside of the shoe body 10 to form an extension portion 131, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the covering member 13 and the bottom member 11 through the extension portion 131. In addition, the extension portion 131 also provides further covering for the wearer's foot to improve the wearing comfort.

The shoe body 20 of this embodiment is similar to that of the embodiment 1, and includes: a bottom member 21, a plurality of first connecting members 22, a covering member 23, a plurality of second connecting members 24, and a flexible fastener 25, wherein the covering member 23 extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 21 toward the inside of the shoe body 20 to form an extension 231, and the covering member 23 also extends upward from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 21 to form a vamp 232, wherein the extension 231 is located on the upper surface of the bottom member 21.

The similarities between this embodiment and embodiment 1 are not repeated here.

Compared to Embodiment 1, the extension portion 231 of this embodiment has a plurality of cutouts 233, thereby making the extension portion 231 more suitable for fitting on the upper surface of the bottom member 21 to avoid wrinkles.

Compared to Embodiment 1, the flexible fastener 25 of this embodiment also crosses the vamp 232, and the flexible fastener 25 crosses on the vamp 232. Thus, in addition to connecting the first connectors 22 and the second connectors 24, the flexible fastener 25 of this embodiment also has the function of tightening the vamp 232 to make the vamp 232 fit the wearer's instep better and provide the desired visual effect.

As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5 , the covering member 23 of the present embodiment overlaps at the heel of the shoe body 20. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , a plurality of third connecting members 26 are disposed on the covering member 23 at the heel of the shoe body 20, and the third connecting members 26 are disposed along both sides of the joint of the covering member 23. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the flexible fastener 25 of the present embodiment repeatedly penetrates into and out of the third connecting members 26 at the heel of the shoe body 20, thereby physically connecting the two edges of the covering member 23 at the heel of the shoe body 20 through the flexible fastener 25. In the present embodiment, the third connecting members 26 are a plurality of holes, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The above-mentioned combination method of this embodiment can avoid the use of adhesive at the heel of the shoe body 20, and achieve a completely glue-free combination. In addition, using the above-mentioned combination method of this embodiment, it is also unnecessary to sew the covering member 23 at the heel of the shoe body 20 by sewing, which can simplify the preparation process of the shoe body 20. In addition, the above-mentioned combination method of this embodiment can be completed by the consumer, so that the consumer can assemble or disassemble the shoe body 20 at any time according to the needs. For example, the consumer can disassemble the shoe body 20 by himself for travel or storage. In addition, the consumer can also choose to purchase the covering member 23, the bottom member 21 and the flexible fastener 25 with different colors or patterns, and decide how to match the covering member 23, the bottom member 21 and the flexible fastener 25 to meet the desired wearing style.

In another embodiment, the two ends of the flexible fastener 25 can be respectively passed through a snap-on fixing member, wherein the snap-on fixing member can movably fix the flexible fastener 25. When the snap-on fixing member is pressed, the flexible fastener 25 can be loosened, thereby adjusting the position of the flexible fastener 25 to adjust the tightness of the covering member 23 covering the wearer's heel. When the snap-on fixing member is stopped from being pressed, the flexible fastener 25 can be fixed so that the covering member 23 covers the wearer's heel with a stable tightness. In addition, the snap-on fixing member can also retract the flexible fastener 25 to prevent the wearer from falling down due to the drop of the flexible fastener 25 while walking.

Please refer to Figures 6 and 7, wherein Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the decomposed shoe body of Embodiment 3 of the present invention; and Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of the shoe body of Embodiment 3 of the present invention.

The shoe body 30 of this embodiment is similar to that of the embodiment 1, and includes: a bottom member 31, a plurality of first connecting members 32, a covering member 33, a plurality of second connecting members 34, and a flexible fastener 35, wherein the covering member 33 extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 31 toward the inside of the shoe body 30 to form an extension 331, and the covering member 33 also extends upward from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member 31 to form a vamp 332, wherein the extension 331 is partially located on the upper surface of the bottom member 31.

The similarities between this embodiment and embodiment 1 are not repeated here.

Compared with Embodiment 1, the bottom member 31 of this embodiment not only constitutes the sole of the shoe body 30, but also constitutes the front edge covering portion 311 of the shoe body 30, thereby providing more covering and protection for the front edge of the wearer's foot, and also helping to further improve the stability of the shoe body joint. Due to the arrangement of the front edge covering portion 311, the extension portion 331 of this embodiment is only partially located on the upper surface of the bottom member 31, and the rest is on the inner side of the front edge covering portion 311.

Compared with Embodiment 1, the bottom member 31 of this embodiment can be worn independently as a slipper, and the bottom member 31 can also be connected to the covering member 33 by a flexible fastener 35.

Compared to Embodiment 1, the first connecting members 32 and the second connecting members 34 of this embodiment are both multiple holes, and the first connecting members 32 and the second connecting members 34 can also be connected by a flexible fastener 35 to fix the covering member 33 on the bottom member 31.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the material and structure of each component are not particularly limited. Those with common knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention belongs can make appropriate adjustments based on known technical means. Further explanation and examples of feasible implementation methods are as follows, but the present invention is not limited to this.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the bottom part can be an elastic body formed by 3D printing, injection molding, injection molding, foaming or molding. The structure of the bottom part can have different densities to provide different characteristics. For example, the density near the center of the sole is lower, so it can provide comfort when wearing, and the density around the sole is higher, so as to provide better mechanical strength. In addition, different parts of the sole structure can also be made of different materials.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the first connectors can be formed integrally with the bottom member by 3D printing and have a certain mechanical strength. The first connectors can have a height H, where H is 1 to 2 times the diameter of the flexible fastener. The first connectors can also be formed by injection molding, injection molding, foaming, molding, etc.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the covering piece can be a textile material, a material formed by 3D printing, a polymer yarn textile, genuine leather, suede, artificial leather or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The extension of the covering piece can extend from the position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom piece toward the inside of the shoe body in a range of 3mm-25mm, preferably 3-20mm, and more preferably 5-15mm. If the covering piece material is a textile material, in order to avoid the problem of loose edges, the edge of the extension part can be trimmed, and the method of trimming includes but is not limited to: folding and sewing, sewing edge strips, laser cutting materials, etc.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the flexible fastener can be a wire, textile, rope, polymer yarn, twill, braid, etc. In addition to providing the function of joining the bottom member and the covering member, the flexible fastener can also provide a desired visual effect, for example, the flexible fastener can be a ribbon or a thick rope, thereby creating a contrasting visual impact. The end of the flexible fastener can be tied or fastened with a quick buckle. In addition, the elongation of the flexible fastener can be: 0~100%, preferably 0~50%, and more preferably 1~20%; the length of the flexible fastener is not limited, and can be: 80cm-540cm, preferably 12cm-480cm, and more preferably 160cm-300cm, and its length is related to the shoe size and the number of times the instep is wrapped; and the diameter of the flexible fastener can be 2mm~25mm, preferably 3~15mm, and more preferably 4~10mm. In addition, the flexible fastener has a certain tensile strength, the minimum can be: 5kg-40kg, preferably 10kg-35kg or more, and more preferably 20kg-30kg or more, and the maximum strength has no upper limit, and the required strength is related to the actual number of connections between the first connector and the second connectors.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the first connectors and the second connectors may not correspond one-to-one. A person with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention belongs can choose the desired joining method according to the desired degree of tightness, upper performance, and aesthetic effect. In addition, the first connectors may be unequally spaced from each other.

In the shoe body of the present invention, the first connecting parts are arranged on the upper edge of the bottom part and form a height H' in the direction perpendicular to the ground, so that the extension part can be retracted into the space formed by the first connecting part after bending toward the central area of the sole, so as to further enhance the stability of the joint between the bottom part and the covering part. The height H' can match the thickness of the insole. The bottom part can also have a depth h from the lower edge of the first connecting parts, and H'+h=thickness of the insole+thickness of the retracted extension part.

The shoe body of the present invention can be modularly designed. Consumers can purchase coverings with different colors, patterns, air permeability, and support; and purchase bottom parts with different anti-slip capabilities, shock absorption capabilities, and propulsion forces; and flexible fasteners with different extensibility, tensile strength, colors, and shapes, and combine them arbitrarily according to their own needs. Consumers can purchase/replace coverings, bottom parts, and flexible fasteners according to their desired aesthetic or functional needs. When any part (covering, bottom part, or flexible fastener) is worn and damaged, it can be replaced individually without discarding the entire pair of shoes.

The shoe body cover of the present invention can be made flat and then the cover part at the heel can be connected by a flexible fastener. Consumers can assemble the flat cover into a three-dimensional upper structure that can accommodate the foot by themselves using the flexible fastener. Before assembly, the cover is flat and easy to carry, transport and store, which can save the industry's logistics and transportation costs, and is convenient for consumers to travel or store at home.

The shoe body of the present invention can also be used with an insole. In this case, the insole and the sole can be used to clamp the extension part to further increase the stability of wearing. The material of the insole can be ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), silicone, foam, or polyurethane (PU) with fabric (the fabric can be textile material or leather).

Claims (6)

A shoe body, comprising: a bottom member, which at least constitutes the sole of the shoe body; a plurality of first connecting members, which are integrally formed with the bottom member by 3D printing on the upper edge of the bottom member, and the first connecting members have a height H on the upper edge of the bottom member; a covering member, which is composed of a sheet of flexible material, the covering member extends from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member toward the inside of the shoe body to form an extension, and the covering member also extends upward from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member to form a vamp, wherein the extension is at least partially located on the upper surface of the bottom member, and the extension range of the extension toward the inside of the shoe body is 3 to 25 mm; a plurality of second connecting members, which are arranged at a position of the covering member adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member; A plurality of third connecting members are arranged on the covering member at the heel of the shoe body, and the third connecting members are arranged along the two sides of the joint of the covering member; a flexible fastener is a single wire, which is used to connect the first connecting members and the second connecting members, and repeatedly penetrates into and out of the third connecting members at the heel of the shoe body, so that the covering member is fixed at the heel of the shoe body. The two edges are physically connected by a flexible fastener, wherein the covering member is fixed on the bottom member, the flexible fastener spans the upper, and the height H of the first connecting member is 1 to 2 times the diameter of the flexible fastener; and a shoe insole is located on the bottom member and within the range surrounded by the covering member, and the shoe insole and the bottom member clamp the extension. The shoe body as described in claim 1, wherein the first connecting parts are a plurality of rings or holes. The shoe body as described in claim 1, wherein the second connecting parts are a plurality of holes. The shoe body as described in claim 1, wherein the extension portion has a plurality of cutouts. The shoe body as described in claim 1, wherein the extension portion extends 5mm to 25mm from a position adjacent to the upper edge of the bottom member toward the inside of the shoe body. The shoe body as described in claim 1, wherein the covering is made of a textile material or a material printed by 3D printing.
